Airline employees fed up with unconstitutional vaccine mandates are taking the Biden administration to court for an overreach of executive power.
In the lawsuit filed Tuesday in US District Court, the US Freedom Flyers representing various airline employees teamed up with the Health Freedom Defense Fund to challenge the “desperately overreaching executive order mandating COVID-19 injections for all federal contractors and subcontractors.”
“The suit alleges, among other things, that ‘the President arrogated to himself general police powers over the lives of millions of people, which are contemplated by nether the Constitution nor any Act of Congress,'” states a press release obtained by Infowars.
Biden and his press secretary are also accused of lying to the American people when they claimed the federal government wouldn’t impose nationwide vaccine mandates, and also claimed the administration’s policies will exacerbate problems with the already brittle supply chain.
“Instead of the Executive Order’s purported purpose to ‘decrease worker absence, reduce labor costs, and improve efficiency of [Federal Government] contractors and subcontractors’ the mandate will likely have the opposite effect by forcing the termination of thousands of essential workers from critical supply-chain and transportation industries that are already over-stressed.”
“Biden’s mandate and resulting guidance from OMB and the FAR Council come at perhaps the worst possible time in our nation’s history, threatening to exacerbate an already-critical situation going into the holiday season,” states the press release.
The groups’ lawsuit comes as a flight attendant last month announced she was suing “a major airline” over its vaccine requirements after she experienced severe adverse reactions from a mandatory jab.
[embedded content]“That was the single worst decision of my life,” recounted vaccine-injured stewardess Lisa Williams. “I violated my faith because my employer made me choose between my God and my job, a decision that nearly cost me my life.”
