<p>US President Joe Biden said Saturday he supported compensation for families of immigrants separated from their children at the Mexican border under the "zero tolerance" policy of Donald Trump.</p>
<p>"If, in fact, because of the outrageous behavior of the last administration you, coming across the border, whether it was legal or illegal, and you lost your child -- you lost your child, it's gone! -- you deserve some kind of compensation, no matter what the circumstance," he said.</p>
<p>"What that will be, I have no idea," he said.</p>
<p>Biden was speaking at the White House while taking questions after remarks about the passage Friday of his big infrastructure plan.</p>
<p>The US departments of Justice and Homeland Security have been negotiating with affected families who have sued the government, the Wall Street Journal reported in late October. It said payments could run as high as $450,000.</p>
<p>Asked about that report on Wednesday, Biden said it was "garbage" -- adding, of the $450,000 figure, "That's not going to happen."</p>
<p>A White House spokesperson, Karine Jean-Pierre, later clarified that while Biden was "perfectly comfortable" with the idea of compensation, "the reported figures are higher than anywhere that a settlement can land."</p>
<p>During his run for president, Biden promised more "humane" immigration policies following Trump's repeated efforts to crack down on undocumented migrants.</p>
<p>Under a "zero tolerance" policy announced in 2018, the Trump administration vowed to step up criminal prosecution of people caught entering the country illegally.</p>
<p>But reports soon emerged that immigrant parents were being prosecuted and separated from their children.</p>
<p>In all, close to 4,000 migrant children were separated from their families. As of June 2021, more than 2,000 had yet to be reunited with their families.</p>

<p>Iran's supreme court has upheld death sentences for adultery against a 27-year-old and his 33-year-old lover after the man's father-in-law denied them clemency, a reformist newspaper reported Saturday.</p>
<p>The man's wife, who presented police with video evidence of her husband's infidelity early this year, had asked the courts to spare the pair the death penalty, the 'Shargh' daily said.</p>
<p>But her father demanded that the death sentence be imposed and the court found in his favour, the paper added.</p>
<p>Iranian law provides that if a victim's family forgives the accused in a capital crime, the convict can be either pardoned or given a jail sentence.</p>
<p>Under the interpretation of Islamic sharia law in force since Iran's 1979 revolution, adultery is punishable by stoning.</p>
<p>But Tehran changed the law in 2013 to allow judges to order an alternative method of execution, usually hanging.</p>
<p>It was unclear what form of execution the court ordered in the latest case.</p>
<p>According to human rights group Amnesty International, Iran carried out 246 executions last year, just one in public.</p>
<p>It gave no breakdown of the number carried out for adultery.</p>

India, France Agree To Expand Defence, Security Partnership At Strategic Meet

<p>In a significant move, India and France agreed to strengthen defence and security partnership by enhancing intelligence and information sharing, bolstering mutual capabilities, expanding military drills and pursuing new initiatives in maritime, space and cyber domains.</p>
<p>The two countries resolved to expand the defence ties at a meeting of India-France strategic dialogue in Paris on Friday that was co-chaired by NSA Ajit Doval and Emmanuel Bonne, the Diplomatic Advisor to French President Emmanuel Macron.</p>
<p>The Indian embassy in Paris said France reiterated its commitment to fully support Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of "Atmanirbhar Bharat" and defence industrialisation, joint research and technology development in India across a wide range of advanced capabilities.</p>
<p>France's resolve to expand strategic cooperation with India came nearly two months after the unveiling of a new security alliance (AUKUS) by Australia, the UK and the US that had infuriated the French government.</p>
<p>The Indian delegation at the dialogue was led by Mr Doval while the French side was headed by Bonne.</p>
<p>The French delegation included Admiral Jean-Philippe Rolland, the Chief Military Advisor to the French President.</p>
<p>Mr Doval also met Jean-Yves Le Drian, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Florence Parly, Minister of Armed Forces, the embassy said in a statement.</p>
<p>It said the two sides discussed the global security environment, including current developments and long term challenges in the Indo-Pacific, the situation in Afghanistan, Africa, Southeast Asia and West Asia, the continuing challenge of terrorism and emerging threats in maritime, cyber and space domains.</p>
<p>The embassy said it was agreed that the emerging trends in global affairs reinforce the need for closer partnership between India and France, including in the UN Security Council and other UN forums.</p>
<p>It said the two sides will pursue these objectives through enhanced bilateral cooperation, deepening engagement in regional institutions and forums and jointly working with and assisting other countries in the Indo Pacific region.</p>
<p>"They agreed to strengthen bilateral defence and security partnership through enhanced intelligence and information sharing, operational cooperation, bolstering mutual capabilities, expanding bilateral exercises and pursuing new initiatives in maritime, space and cyber domains," the embassy said.</p>
<p>"France reiterated its commitment to fully support Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat and defence industrialisation, joint research and technology development in India across a wide range of advanced capabilities, based on long-standing cooperation and mutual trust," it said.</p>
<p>In Strategic Dialogue and other meetings, France stressed its continuing commitment to the Indo-Pacific region as a "resident power", and partnership with India as a "major pillar" of its strategy for the region.</p>
<p>"(Mr) Doval reiterated that France is one of India's premier global and Indo-Pacific partners," the embassy said.</p>
<p>It said the two sides reaffirmed the vision articulated by PM Modi and Macron, most recently during their meeting on the margins of the G20 Summit in Rome, that their strategic partnership has a vital role to play in advancing peace, stability and security in the Indo-Pacific region based on democratic values and a common belief in strategic autonomy and rule of law.</p>
<p>"India welcomed EU's Indo Pacific strategy and looked forward to French presidency of the European Union in the first half of 2022 as an opportunity to give further shape to EU's engagement in the Indo Pacific region, including in security, connectivity, sustainability and economic development," the embassy said.</p>
<p>Building on the successful India-France initiative on International Solar Alliance, the two sides stressed the need to accelerate cooperation in clean energy, including civil nuclear energy and green hydrogen, it said.</p>
<p>The assertion by France to deepen cooperation with India in the Indo-Pacific came nearly two months after the AUKUS deal.</p>
<p>Under the deal, Australia will get technology from the US and UK to build nuclear-powered submarines.</p>
<p>The alliance is seen as an effort to counter China's growing assertiveness in the South China Sea.</p>
<p>France reacted angrily to the formation of the new alliance as it resulted in Paris effectively losing a multi-billion dollar deal to build 12 conventional submarines for Australia. France was also upset over its exclusion from the alliance.</p>

<p>China has engaged in biological activities with potential dual-use applications, which raise concerns regarding its compliance with the Biological and Toxins Weapons Convention (BWC) and the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), the Pentagon said in its recent report.</p>
<p>Studies conducted at PRC military medical institutions discussed identifying, testing, and characterizing diverse families of potent toxins with dual-use applications, said The Pentagon's report titled Military and Security Development Involving the People's Republic of China, 2021.</p>
<p>Based on available information, the US cannot certify that Beijing has met its obligations under the CWC due to concerns regarding China's research of pharmaceutical-based agents (PBAs) and toxins with potential dual-use applications, the 192-page report stated.</p>
<p>It also said that China is investing in, and expanding, the number of its land-, sea-, and air-based nuclear delivery platforms and constructing the infrastructure necessary to support this major expansion of its nuclear forces.</p>
<p>Beijing is also supporting this expansion by increasing its capacity to produce and separate plutonium by constructing fast breeder reactors and reprocessing facilities.</p>
<p>The US Department of Defense (DoD) annual report to Congress on military and security developments involving China was released on Wednesday. China has long viewed the US as a competitor and has characterised its view of strategic competition in terms of a rivalry among powerful nation-states, as well as a clash of opposing systems, according to the report.</p>

Austria Moves Closer to Imposing Lockdown on the Unvaccinated

<p><strong>A doctor who was banned by the General Medical Council from discussing COVID-19 on social media after claiming “masks do nothing” has taken his case to the High Court in London.</strong></p>
<p>The social media ban was a condition imposed on Dr Samuel White’s registration with the GMC after he posted a video to Instagram and Twitter in June.</p>
<p>In the video, White said why he could no longer tolerate working in his previous roles because of the “lies” around the NHS and the government’s response to the pandemic, which were “so vast” he could no longer “stomach” them, the court was told.</p>
<p>The doctor also raised concerns about the safety of the COVID-19 vaccine and the reliability of COVID tests while also asserting, “masks do nothing.”</p>

<p>“Dr White, a partner at Denmead Practice in Hampshire until his resignation in February, has brought his High Court challenge against the GMC in a bid to quash restrictions imposed on him, which include barring him from sharing his views relating to the pandemic on social media,” reports <a href="https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2021/11/04/doctor-banned-social-media-masks-do-nothing-row-takes-case-high/?li_source=LI&li_medium=liftigniter-rhr">the Telegraph</a>.</p>
<p>“This is a claim about freedom of expression of a doctor, in particular his freedom to engage in medical, scientific and political debate and discussion,” White’s barrister, Francis Hoar, told a hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice.</p>
<p>Hoar added that White’s opinions were “supported by large bodies of scientific and medical opinion” and had been “statements of fact and opinions about pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical interventions in response to the pandemic.”</p>
<p>The original tribunal that slapped an 18 month ban on White using social media to air his views argued that the doctor was amplifying “conspiracy theories” about the pandemic.</p>

<p>White faced censure despite other experts agreeing with his take on the futility of face masks.</p>
<p>As we previously highlighted, Dr Colin Axon dismissed face masks as “comfort blankets” that do virtually nothing, noting that the COVID-19 virus particle is up to 5,000 times smaller than the holes in the mask.</p>
<p>“The small sizes are not easily understood but an imperfect analogy would be to imagine marbles fired at builders’ scaffolding, some might hit a pole and rebound, but obviously most will fly through,” Axon said.</p>
<p>Even Dr. Anthony Fauci admitted that masks were pointless at the start of the pandemic, when he wrote that a typical store-bought face mask “is not really effective in keeping out virus, which is small enough to pass through material.”</p>

Treasury Secretary Yellen Admits “Net Zero” Grand Reset Climate Price Tag Will Be $150 TRILLION

<p><strong>For years, the climate change lobby was laser-focused on just one aspect of the “climate change” crusade: the end – which supposedly is some world where the temperatures no longer rise due to fossil fuel emissions (because we now live in a world of global warming as scientists agree, not to be confused with the global cooling hypothesis that <a href="https://www.insidescience.org/news/my-1975-cooling-world-story-doesnt-make-todays-climate-scientists-wrong">emerged in the 1970s</a>, when many were even warning of a new ice age) justifying the means.</strong></p>
<p>Meanwhile the “means”, or the final cost to taxpayers of all that endless, tedious virtual signaling, was almost never touched upon for a reason – as we first explained three weeks ago, the bill for getting the world from point A to that mythical, utopic point B, was so high, it would be double global GDP.</p>
<p>For those who missed it, here is an excerpt of what <a href="https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/here-hidden-150-trillion-agenda-behind-crusade-against-climate-change">we wrote back on October 14</a>, shortly after Bank of America published the definitive compendium on climate change and the coming Net Zero (i.e., <em><strong>great reset</strong></em>) world, and which we discussed in depth:</p>

<p>“while it is handy to have a centralized compendium of the data, a 5 minute google search can provide all the answers that are “accepted” dogma by the green lobby. But while we don’t care about the charts, that cheat sheets, or the propaganda, what we were interested in was the bottom line – how much would this green utopia cost, because if the “net zero”, “ESG”, “green” narrative is pushed so hard 24/7, you know it will cost a lot.</p>
<p>Turns out it does. A lot, lot.</p>
<p>Responding rhetorically to the key question, “how much will it cost<strong>?”, BofA cuts to the chase and writes $150 trillion over 30 years – some $5 trillion in annual investments – amounting to twice current global GDP!</strong></p>

<p>Cutting to the chase, we said that “if it sounds like “the crusade against climate change” is one giant con game meant to enrich a handful of kleptocrats here and now, while the nebulous benefits – and the all too certain debt and hyperinflation – of this revolutionary overhaul of the global economy are inherited by future generations, it’s because that’s precisely what it is.” This was BofA’s startling admission of the above, as excerpted from the report’s Q&A on the Climate Change Conference (COP 26):</p>
<blockquote class="wp-block-quote" readability="12">
<p><strong>Q: What is the economic impact of net zero?  </strong></p>
<p><strong>A: The inflation impact of elevated net zero funding will not be insignificant but the impact looks manageable at 1% to 3% per annum depending on central bank monetization rates, </strong>particularly if government spending is targeted and contributes to accelerate the rate of global GDP growth. The IEA also has a productive outlook for their net zero scenario, where the change in the annual growth rate of GDP accelerates by somewhere between 0.3% and 0.5% on a sustained basis over the next 10 years as a result of a shift to a green economy.</p>
</blockquote>
<p>So, much more QE for the next 30 years, check. What about inflation? Oh, there will be plenty of that too. As BofA admits, “<strong>green bond purchases <u>could result in a 1% to 3% inflation p.a. shock</u>“</strong></p>
<p>BofA looked at three separate cases. In the first case, <strong>the Fed, ECB and other central banks would subsidize all of the required infrastructure spending to decarbonize </strong>(translation: <strong>print the money</strong>)<strong>. </strong>In a second scenario, they would absorb only half of the new bond issuance. And in a third case, central banks take up only a fifth of all decarbonization spending onto their balance sheet. What is the key finding? <strong>If central banks only have to foot 20% of the bill or less, the impact of decarbonization looks “fairly manageable” with respect to inflation (Exhibit 108).</strong></p>
<p>And just so readers know what to BofA looks “manageable” here it is: this is inflation on top of whatever inflation is already in the economy. Of course, if central banks have to “foot” 50%, 80%, or more, well… it gets much worse.</p>

<p>To be sure, while having a realistic estimate of just how much this unprecedented global “grand reset” will cost is imperative, establishment politicians can simply say that the numbers are ridiculous, and the cost will never be as high as the staggering BofA estimate of between $100 and $150 trillion.</p>
<p>Unless, of course, one of the most important politicians and officials of the current globalist regime confirms it. Which is <em>precisely </em>what happened this week during the <a href="https://home.treasury.gov/news/press-releases/jy0457">Keynote Remarks from US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen</a>, who was speaking at the COP26 “net zero” climate change conference in Glasgow (or <a href="https://www.zerohedge.com/political/who-going-tell-him-cnns-wolf-blitzer-reports-edinburgh-not-glasgow">Edinburgh if you are CNN</a>). Here are the key excerpts:</p>

<p>For now, we are nowhere near: in fact, as Yellen admitted what has been pledged so far is a drop in the provberbial bucket.</p>

<p>Many of the conversations here in Glasgow will rightfully focus on the way we use our public resources to fund climate mitigation and adaptation activities domestically and – for those in a position to do so – to assist other countries in responding to climate change.  I agree we all must do more, and the United States is stepping up.  President Biden has already announced that we are quadrupling our international climate finance for developing countries by 2024 to more than $11 billion.</p>

<p>It is what is coming next that is terrifying:</p>

<p>These programs are exciting. <strong>But as big as the public sector effort is across all our countries, the $100-trillion plus price tag to address climate change globally is far bigger</strong>.</p>

<p>These numbers are simply staggering, and as Yellen concedes, “The gap between what governments have and what the world needs is large, and the private sector needs to play a bigger role.”</p>
<p>Of course, it is easy to make some arbitrary, non-binding pledge meant purely for optical purposes to reach the funding threshold. It is far more difficult to actually obtain the funds. Case in point: an alliance championed by former central banker and current eco-fanatic, Mark Carney as well as private jet-setting “eco friendly” billionaire Mike Bloomberg, and representing 40% of the world’s financial assets has now pledged to meet the goals set out in the Paris climate agreement</p>
<p>More than 450 firms representing $130 trillion of assets now belong to the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ), almost double the roughly $70 trillion when GFANZ was launched in April, according to a progress report published by the coalition on Wednesday. Signatories must commit to use science-based guidelines to reach net zero carbon emissions by mid-century, and to provide 2030 interim goals. Investment managers accounted for $57tn of the assets, with $63tn coming from banks and $10tn from asset owners such as pension funds. Among the finance groups signed up to Gfanz are HSBC, Bank of America and Santander.</p>
<p>“We now have the essential plumbing in place to move climate change from the fringes to the forefront of finance so that every financial decision takes climate change into account,” said Carney, the former governor of the Bank of England who has been chair of Gfanz since its launch in April.</p>
<p>Alas, as with most things having to do with climate change, this is just another giant, virtue signaling circle-jerk. As even Bloomberg’s own propaganda outlet, <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2021-11-02/carney-s-climate-alliance-crests-130-trillion-as-pledges-soar?sref=6uww027M">Bloomberg Green</a>, admits despite the huge headline number, “skeptics question the underlying terms of the commitments.” According to French nonprofit Reclaim Finance, <strong>none of the sub-alliances that make up GFANZ require signatories to stop financing fossil-fuel expansion. </strong>And since the 2015 Paris accord was struck, global banks have funneled $4 trillion into oil, gas and coal, with almost half a trillion of that allocated this year alone, according to Bloomberg data.</p>
<p>In short, this is one big joke, and one doesn’t even need to read the FT’s “explainer” asking “<a href="https://www.ft.com/content/036f6253-ea40-4cde-868a-db8c5f3b245a">Do the maths on Mark Carney’s $130tn net zero pledge stack up</a>?” Instead, we refer readers to what we wrote previously, that – as even BofA admits, the funding need for the global “net zero” grand reset is all about greenlighting the biggest QE episode in history, one which will spark an inflationary inferno, debase the dollar, unleash digital central bank currencies, saddle the world with hundreds of trillions more in unrepayable debt, all the while making the rich far richer than they are now.</p>
<p>We just see a peak of <1% additional inflation a year over a three decade horizon. Under more aggressive scenarios where central banks opt to absorb either half or the full decarbonization bills through quantitative easing, the risks of an inflation shock grow. Still, we think our third case is the most likely scenario, as it would be politically difficult to justify a much more expansive monetary impulse. True, while central bankers have expressed a desire to help green the economy, their corporate bond purchases have historically been restricted to crisis time policies through quantitative easing and remain well below purchases of sovereign debt. As such, any purchases of corporate green bonds would likely be limited both by the size of future purchase programs and their proportion relative to the overall corporate bond market, with slightly higher allocations under more progressive purchase policies that highlight environmental concerns</p>

<p>And there you have it: just as covid was one giant smokescreen to “allow” central banks and Treasuries to merge and lead us to Helicopter Money and MMT, creating some $30 trillion in liquidity in the process, the “Net Zero” myth is what will perpetuate this endless printing for the next 30 years, a period during which the only benefits will be bestowed upon those who benefit from QE and money printing. That would be the richest. As for everyone else, well you great grandchildren or their grandchildren may (or may not) live in a cleaner world. We really don’t know, but if we don’t start printing money now it will be too late.</p>

<p>If that sounds scarier, more manipulative and far more destructive than any cargo cult in human history, it’s because it is. As for global warming, 30 years from now absolutely nothing about the world’s present course will have changed (after all the bulk of the money will simply be embezzled as always happens when funds enter the public sector, never to be heard from again), but at least central banks will be around to backstop all assets for the next 30 years… You know, for the climate.</p>

<p>The infrastructure bill <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://sputniknews.com/20211106/us-house-appears-to-gain-backing-for-infrastructure-bbb-rule-after-progressives-teeter-1090510269.html" target="_blank">passed</a> on Friday night 228 to 206, with six Democrats from the party’s progressive wing who sought more spending for the Build Back Better spending package, including Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, voting no.</p>
<p>The infrastructure bill now advances to Biden’s desk for final approval. The Senate approved it back in August, voting 69-30, with 19 Republicans voting in favour of the new spending.</p>
<p>The House passed a key procedural vote Saturday morning to line up the passage of the $1.75 trillion Build Back Better Act climate and social spending package, with hopes for its final passage falling apart Friday morning after House moderates announced they would not vote on the spending package until the Congressional Budget Office completes an analysis of its projected long-term impact on the budget deficit. The report is expected to take several days to complete, with the Congress in recess next week.</p>
<p>The BBB agenda includes universal preschool, childcare assistance, four weeks of paid parental, sick and caregiver leave, an expansion of the child tax credit programme, new Medicare assistance, and a whopping $500 billion for climate programmes – chiefly through clean energy tax credits.</p>
<p>The new proposed spending has been praised for its ambitious expansion of the social safety net for tens of millions of Americans, and its plans to accelerate the US’s transition to carbon neutrality. It has also taken heavy flak from fiscal conservatives, however, given its potential to add to America’s <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://sputniknews.com/20211008/build-back-bankrupt-dems-wrangle-over-35-trln-spending-bill-despite-debt-limit-close-call-1089774888.html" target="_blank">already gargantuan national debt</a>, and increase inflation. Democrats have promised that new taxes on the wealthy and corporations would largely cover the spending, with these proposals <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://sputniknews.com/20211024/biden-administration-reportedly-set-to-roll-out-tax-targeting-00002-wealthiest-americans-1090178497.html" target="_blank">viewed with skepticism in some corners</a> given billionaires’ notorious ability to evade paying taxes.</p>

8 Dead in Stampede at Astroworld Music Festival in Houston

<p><strong>Eight people were killed and several more injured in a stampede during a sold-out hip-hop music festival in Houston, Texas, the fire department said.</strong></p>
<p>Ambulances and firefighters were called in after multiple injuries were reported on the opening night of the Astroworld Music Festival.</p>
<p><em>“We have eight confirmed fatalities at this point,”</em> Houston Fire Chief Samuel Pena told reporters, adding that overall, 23 people were transported from the scene.</p>
<p><em>“The crowd began to compress toward the front of the stage, and people began to panic,”</em> Pena said.</p>
<p>A video on social media shows paramedics performing CPR on several people who are lying on the ground outside the stage, as loud music continues to play in the background.</p>

<p class="has-text-align-justify">The policy of airlines has been, for many years, that people with an increased risk of blood clots could only fly under strict supervision.  Even the <a href="https://www.cdc.gov/ncbddd/dvt/travel.html">CDC warns</a>: “anyone traveling more than four hours, whether by air, car, bus, or train, can be at risk for blood clots.”  And the <a href="https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-body/prevent-dvt-when-you-travel/">NHS warns</a>: “DVT (deep vein thrombosis) is when a blood clot forms in a deep vein, usually in the leg, and blocks blood flow. It can happen after sitting still during long journeys by bus, train, or air.” </p>
<p class="has-text-align-justify">The first indication that there may be a problem for pilots post-Covid injection was in June 2021 when <a href="https://hugotalks.com/2021/06/17/did-4-british-airways-pilots-die-of-vaccine-this-week-hugo-talks-lockdown/">an audio recording went viral on social media</a> claiming three British Airways pilots died post-injection within one week.  A week or so previously, Spain and Russia had recommended those who have had a Covid injection <a href="https://www.thelibertybeacon.com/4-british-airways-pilots-dead-following-covid-19-injections-while-spain-russia-concerned-about-clots-during-air-travel/">should not fly due to the risk of blood clotting</a>.</p>
<p class="has-text-align-justify"><a href="https://rumble.com/vnpo0l-dr.-northrup-explains-why-pilots-are-dying-in-flight.-defeat-covid-with-gra.html">During an interview</a> last month <a href="https://www.drnorthrup.com/about/">Dr. Christiane Northrup</a> explained that the risk of blood clotting increases post-Covid injection.  This is because the spike proteins in the Covid injections interact with the ACE receptors lining the blood vessels. The lining of the blood vessels is no longer smooth and this causes clotting. D-Dimer tests show that 60-70% of people who have had a Covid injection have micro blood clots, hence the moniker “clotshot.” </p>
<p class="has-text-align-justify">According to a 2014 study published in the Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis, <a href="https://thecoloradoherald.com/2021/thousands-of-flights-cancelled-as-vaccinated-pilots-fall-ill-or-die/">pilots suffer an increased risk of clotting issues</a> due to frequent and prolonged air travel.</p>
<p class="has-text-align-justify">“If you are a pilot, you’re sitting for long periods of time at high altitude and so any tendency to clot will be vastly increased,” Dr. Northrup said, add to this the “clotshot” and it’s a recipe for disaster.</p>

<p><em>1. UK statistics watchdog scolds PHE’s replacement body for publishing ‘misleading’ figures which anti-vaxxers have seized as proof that Covid jabs don’t work<br />
2. Over the past few weeks, the agency’s data shows infection rates are higher in fully-vaccinated adults compared to the unjabbed. <br />
3. Anti-vaxx commentators and campaigners have seized the data as proof that Covid vaccines don’t work.</em></p>
<p>The UK’s Statistics Watchdog is The Office of Statistics Regulation (TOSR for short). Yes Offstats has told the UKHSA that their Stats are off. And now they are nicely back on message.</p>
<p>TOSR director general Ed Humpherson wrote to the UKHSA’s boss Dr Jenny Harries on November1 thanking her for the changes she had made and is quoted in the Daily Mail as saying</p>
<p><strong>‘It remains the case that the surveillance report includes rates per 100,000 which can be used to argue that vaccines are not effective,’<br />
‘I know that this is not the intention of the surveillance report, but the potential for misuse remains.</strong></p>
<p>There is the tacit admission by the Government that the purpose of their stats is not to enable the public to decide for themselves whether the vaccines are effective or not. No their stats should not even be able to support an argument that the vaccines are ineffective. Indeed any such construction of UKHSA statistics would be a misuse of government data according to the Director General.</p>
<p>This is his candid admission that the use of all UKHSA data is exclusively to prove the vaccines are effective, and any government statistics agency which departs from that line shall be re-adjusted by TOSR. He is defining the UKHSA as a pro vaccine propaganda outfit, whose mandate is only to supply information for one side of the debate. No person in the UK can be expected to make an informed choice of whether to take Pfizer’s experimental gene therapy when it is presented to them by the government as an unquestionably effective Covid vaccination.<br />

<p>1. Withdraw his instruction to the UKHSA to only present data that supports vaccination and to suppress data that has the capability of being used to support vaccine refusal. Because the law requires that the public are given the opportunity to give an informed consent for all medical interventions.<br />
2. To publish forthwith under a Freedom of Information Request, Any and All instructions to other government agencies to the same purpose, namely of influencing the public with one sided propaganda, rather than informing it in a balanced manner with both sides of the argument.<br />
3. To publicly withdraw all such instructions and start presenting the truth to the British people and trust them to make the best decision for themselves, their families and their children.</p>

<p>And now, as if by magic, the consistent pattern of the 7 weeks from week35 – week41, has miraculously slowed down and stopped altogether. Well Hallelujah – we are delivered from vaccine induced AIDS coincident with a scolding by the government of its statistics agency. </p>

<p><strong>The 8 UK PHE Vaccine Surveillance Report figures on Covid cases from Week35-42 showed that doubly vaccinated 40-79 year olds had lost lost 50% of their immune system capability by October 24 and are consistently losing a further 4-5% every week (between 3.7% and 7.9%). Not withstanding what we understand to be the corrupted figures for Week43, we continue to project that 30-49 year olds will have zero Covid/viral defence at best, or a form of vaccine mediated AIDS at worst, by the first week in January and all doubly vaccinated people over 30 will have completely lost that part of their immune system which deals with Covid in the next 17 weeks.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Abstract</strong><br />
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS–CoV–2) has led to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID–19) pandemic, severely affecting public health and the global economy. Adaptive immunity plays a crucial role in fighting against SARS–CoV–2 infection and directly influences the clinical outcomes of patients. Clinical studies have indicated that patients with severe COVID–19 exhibit delayed and weak adaptive immune responses; however, the mechanism by which SARS–CoV–2 impedes adaptive immunity remains unclear. Here, by using an in vitro cell line, we report that the SARS–CoV–2 spike protein significantly inhibits DNA damage repair, which is required for effective V(D)J recombination in adaptive immunity. Mechanistically, we found that the spike protein localizes in the nucleus and inhibits DNA damage repair by impeding key DNA repair protein BRCA1 and 53BP1 recruitment to the damage site. Our findings reveal a potential molecular mechanism by which the spike protein might impede adaptive immunity and underscore the potential side effects of full-length spike-based vaccines. </p>
<p><strong>The significance of this study is not merely that mRNA vaccines prevent your DNA from repairing itself which will cause immunological disorders, cancer and premature ageing. The problem is that the mRNA is going into your cell nuclei. That is straight up gene therapy – not vaccination. mRNA should go directly to the protein assembly plants in your cells called ribosomes, which it should instruct to manufacture the protein spikes. It should not be going anywhere near the cell nucleus. Entering the cell nucleus means it is performing or effectively performing reverse transcription and making itself a part of or an addition to your genetic code. </strong></p>

There are 3 nucleotides (genome RNA bases) per Amino Acid. So Covid-19 has around 9953 Amino Acids in total. The virus is therefore around 8x larger than its spike protein. Vaccine immunity results from antibodies to the spike protein. Natural immunity results from antibodies to the entire virus. The immune system chops up virus proteins into small sections and produces a different antibody for each section. So natural immunity will produce 8x as many antibody types as virus immunity. This is one reason why it is so much better. In one analysis that compared more than 32,000 people, they found that the risk of developing symptomatic COVID-19 was 27 times higher among the vaccinated, and the risk of hospitalisation 8 times higher – <a href="https://thepulse.one/2021/08/29/covid-infection-provides-greater-protection-than-being-fully-vaccinated-new-study/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">https://thepulse.one/2021/08/29/covid-infection-provides-greater-protection-than-being-fully-vaccinated-new-study/</a> and <a href="https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.08.24.21262415v1" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.08.24.21262415v1</a>.</p>
<p>Simply put natural immunity is 8x as broad based as vaccine immunity for Covid19 spike protein vaccines. </p>
<p>Vaccines do two things for the immune system. They show it the enemy and they agitate the immune system to simulate a systemic infection, to persuade it that the enemy it is being shown is really dangerous. This persuades the immune system to rush off and make loads of antibodies which can take out the offending cut up sections of the enemy protein, the spike protein, for Covid vaccines. </p>
<p>The purpose of the above mini course in basic immunology is to educate the reader to the point where they understand that vaccines cannot lose effectiveness. Vaccines are DIGITAL. They are not ANALOGUE. They offer a 2-3 week training course to the immune system which either works or does not work. After that they have nothing whatsoever to do. They carry out no further process which can lose efficiency. Either they show the immune system part of the virus and alert it to the danger it poses or they do not. We know that the covid19 vaccines work initially, from the initial case number results. So they succeed in training the immune system. At the point their job is done. They have nothing more to do. There is no immunological mechanism by which vaccines can lose their efficiency because they have finished the purpose of their existence within 2-3 weeks, the normal period of a viral infection. The concept that they lose efficiency after 2-3 weeks is just immunological nonsense.  </p>
<p>So the rapid deterioration in immune response to Covid19 post vaccination can only be due to the vaccines damaging the immune system. It cannot be due to them ‘losing efficiency’. The fact that the boosters do improve covid response (by alerting the immune system even more and telling it that covid19 – which has already been identified twice by the first two shots, is really really really dangerous and it had better go to defcon3) shows categorically that vaccines have not lost their efficacy. Their training program is still effective. So the deterioration in immune response is an unwanted side effect of the vaccination. It is the gene therapy part of the vaccines. It is the continual over production of spike proteins that appears to wear out the poor old immune system. And boosters will make that worse.</p>
<h4><strong>Further Government Covid Data Manipulation</strong></h4>
<p>The ONS published deaths from all causes by vaccination status in excel format <a href="https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/birthsdeathsandmarriages/deaths/datasets/deathsbyvaccinationstatusengland" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/birthsdeathsandmarriages/deaths/datasets/deathsbyvaccinationstatusengland</a></p>
<p>We combine their tables 4 and 5 as below. Their data covers the period from Janaury8 to September24. It includes 10-17 year olds in the unvaxxed group. these could not be vaccinated prior to August23. So one needs to remove them and further one needs to find a way to adjust the data for their dependency upon age because vaccinated people are generally older that unvaccinated people. <p>They use this to provide ‘Age Adjusted’ figures. they do this because the fact is that every single week from late January to September24 the rate of death among the vaccinated has far exceeded that rate among the unvaxxed. Even when we remove the 10-17 year olds as we have done in the table below (we calculated below that there are 4,434,375 of them in the ONS invaxxed group), it is still the case that for most of May you were 5x more likely to die if you were in the vaccinated group than if you were in the unvaccinated group.</p>
<p>Admittedly, even with the 10-17 year olds removed the vaccinated group was still considerably older than the unvaxxed group in May. But this is not the sort of thing the government want to be publishing. So they try to shift your focus to their ‘Age adjusted’ figures, which they call their ‘Age standardised’ figures because that sounds less manipulative. But here is the raw data with the teenagers removed…</p>

<p>The ONS in their Table 4 and Table 5 calculated the death rates per 100k using the complicated age standardised mortality rate formula explained in their report. This is supposed to remove age as a confounding factor in the table above. The main confounding component is the inclusion of death rates for 10-17 year olds in the unvaccinated group during a period when nobody under 18 could become vaccinated. The obvious method of fixing that disparity would be for the ONS to simply remove people whose age was less than 18 from the group. But they chose instead to leave them in and then take them back out again with a complicated formula as bureaucrats love to do.</p>
<p>However we can see how many 10-17 year olds there were in the ONS unvaxxed group on 20-Aug-21 (16-17 year olds were called to be vaccinated on 23-August-21) as follows.</p>

83.587% of 5,305,102 = 4,434,375</p>
<p>So we should have 4,434,375 10-17s to remove. We took that number from the 10+ unvaxxed population column above to calculate the 18+ column.</p>
<p>Having removed the teenagers we can see where the death rate will be when age has worked its way out of the data (by October22 when everyone over 18 who wanted a second shot has had 10 weeks in which to get one given their call for the 1st shot was June18 and there should be an 8 week gap between shots. So their call for the 2nd shot was August13). </p>

<p><strong>The Death Factor is simply the ratio of the Vaccinated all cause death rate per 100k to the Unvaccinated</strong></p>
<p>All death rates per 100k are calculated by multiplying the number of deaths by 100,000 and dividing them by the population of the group</p>
<p>If we go forward by 5 weeks from September24 to October29 we reach the time when everybody 18 and over has had the opportunity to get vaccinated if they want it. So the age disparity between the vaccinated and the unvaccinated will have settled down.  The graph above shows that the final position will be that the death rate in the vaccinated people will be TWICE the death rate in unvaccinated people TODAY.</p>
<p>Even that 2:1 ratio is affected by age because younger fitter more athletic and sporty people and people with faith in God or in nature, do not feel the need to take the vaccine because they trust their own bodies and nature or God more than they trust massive profit driven government lobbying Pharmaceutical companies.</p>
<p>However the ONS does not mention this 2:1 final ratio of all cause mortality rates in the vaxxed compared to the unvaxxed in their monolateral pro gene therapy Bulletins. Instead they tell us the following in their latest bureaucratic extravaganza of age standardisation…</p>

<p>This does not plot true death rates by vaccination stauts against time. It plots Age Standardised Mortality Rate by vaccination status against time.</p>
<p>So the UKHSA says that unvaxxed people are dying of Covid at 5x the rate of the doubly vaxxed due to their age standardisation mortality rate formula. Whereas the raw figures for the week to September24 show that the unvaxxed are only dying at twice the rate of the doubly vaxxed (<strong>2.97:1.5</strong>) from Covid. Furthermore the doubly vaxxed are dying of all causes at twice the rate of the unvaxxed ! So we must look at the UKHSA Age Standardised Mortality Rates for all causes for the last 10 weeks. Here they are from Table2.</p>

<p>These are saying the the doubly vaxxed have had on average a true non age biased death rate which is 58% of the unvaxxed death rate from all causes. If that analysis had any bearing on reality at all, then since the doubly vaxxed (who make up the vast majority of the population) would be dying at 58% of the rate of the unvaxxed, all cause mortality for the entire population would be close to 58% of the 5 year average. Because unvaxxed people at present are not dying in significant numbers from Covid and have had no medical intervention. So they would represent the 5 year all cause mortality rate. <p>All Cause Mortality has not dropped to 58% of the 5 year average. No. It has risen to be around 15% greater than that average. The Age Standardised Mortality Rate produces a work of bureaucratic fiction by a factor of around 2 – so desperate are the government to cover up the true picture for Covid, which is that the vaccinated are presently raising all cause mortality in the UK by 15%. And since they make up 80% of the population, their true age independent death rate will need to be 19% above that of the unvaxxed in order to achieve that.</p>
<p><strong>What this means is that for every person the vaccines are saving from covid, they are killing 1.19 people from side effects.</strong></p>
<p>Last year at this time all cause mortality was also elevated above the 5 year average due to significant numbers of covid deaths from Wuhan alhpa. This year we have just as many cases, but many fewer deaths, thank God. Because delta, although more infectious, is less lethal. So the elevation is not due to delta. It must be due to the vaccines.</p>
<p>In conclusion: The ASMR formula is biased in favour of the doubly vaxxed and against the unvaxxed by a factor of 2.</p>
<p>What this means is that the true Covid death rate among the vaccinated is no better than among the unvaccinated, which is the inescapable immunological conclusion from the fact that case rates are higher in the vaccinated. For death rates should follow case rates.</p>
