The US should give away its extra vaccine doses. Now.

<p>The contrast is growing more galling by the day.</p>
<p>In the US, <a href="https://www.vox.com/2021/4/19/22392234/fauci-biden-covid-vaccines-herd-immunity">more than half</a> of adults have received at least one vaccine dose, Covid-19 transmission is the lowest it’s been in <a href="https://www.ft.com/content/50477ce9-943b-4f0a-9630-5f2502f21be8">11 months</a>, and many Americans are partying and traveling and reveling in their new vaccinated status.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, thousands of unvaccinated people in less wealthy countries — from India to Brazil — are dying every day amid overwhelming surges of Covid-19. <a href="https://www.newsweek.com/india-crematorium-hangs-house-full-sign-outside-after-running-out-space-bodies-covid-deaths-1588222">Delhi</a>’s crematoriums have run out of room. <a href="https://www.reuters.com/business/healthcare-pharmaceuticals/sao-paulo-exhumes-old-graves-make-space-surging-covid-19-burials-2021-04-01/">Sao Paolo</a> has resorted to exhuming old graves to make space for new bodies.</p>
<p>“We have a split screen. The US is looking great — everyone can get a vaccine! At the same time, in India, Southeast Asia, everywhere, I have health care worker friends who may not see a vaccine until 2022 or 2023,” said Craig Spencer, a professor of emergency medicine at Columbia University. Nearly a dozen countries are “<a href="https://apnews.com/article/africa-coronavirus-vaccine-coronavirus-pandemic-business-government-and-politics-2d5eab50c1ef8bd63b1a48331f4c3025">vaccine deserts</a>” where nobody, not even doctors treating Covid-19 patients, has gotten a single shot.</p>

<p>Against this backdrop comes the US decision to start offering vaccines to children ages 12 to 15. For some experts, many of whom have been calling on the Biden administration to send doses abroad for weeks, this latest development is almost unbearable to watch. It’s not that they think teenagers shouldn’t get the shot. It’s just that they think it shouldn’t be the priority right now.</p>
<p>Instead, they say, the US should donate doses to countries where the need is greater — immediately.</p>
<p>“Compared with children ages 5 to 17, people ages 75 to 84 are <a href="https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/covid-data/investigations-discovery/hospitalization-death-by-age.html">3,200 times more at risk</a> of dying from COVID-19,” three experts <a href="https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2021/05/vaccinate-adults-in-india-before-american-children/618849/">wrote</a> in an article in the Atlantic. “For children, the risk of disease is not zero, but the mortality risk is comparable to that from seasonal influenza, and hospitalizations occur in about only <a href="https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/69/wr/mm6932e3.htm">0.008 percent</a> of diagnosed infections.”</p>
<p>Vinay Prasad, one of the authors of the article, told me that given these probabilities, it doesn’t make sense to vaccinate American children before vaccinating adults in India, where only 1 in 10 adults has received a dose. (The exception is American children with medical conditions that put them at risk.) “You will certainly save <em>many</em> more lives by diverting supply to older people globally.”</p>

<p>It’s also in America’s best interest to vaccinate the world quickly, because the longer Covid-19 runs rampant, the greater the risk that new variants will emerge — some of which <a href="https://www.statnews.com/2021/05/13/vaccines-work-variants-complicated/">may partially evade vaccine protection</a>.</p>
<p>As pediatricians argued in <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2021/05/12/pediatricians-we-say-please-dont-use-precious-coronavirus-vaccines-healthy-children/">a Washington Post op-ed</a>, “Ethical arguments aside, the fact remains that the greatest threat to children in countries with well-advanced vaccine programs comes from areas where Covid remains highly prevalent.”</p>
<p>Although there’s still important work to be done vaccinating Americans, we’ve now reached a point where <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2021/04/30/covid-vaccinations-in-us-are-slowing-as-supply-outstrips-demand.html">vaccination is slowing as supply outstrips demand</a>. The surplus in doses, combined with the fact that the remaining unvaccinated population is less at risk, means that the US sending doses abroad makes all the sense in the world.</p>
<p>The Biden administration has already sent <a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2021/04/28/fact-sheet-biden-harris-administration-delivers-emergency-covid-19-assistance-for-india/">some relief</a> abroad, including shipments of oxygen cylinders, rapid tests, treatments, and personal protective equipment to India.</p>
<p>It also made headlines recently for agreeing to <a href="https://www.vox.com/future-perfect/22419842/vaccine-patents-biden-pfizer-moderna-johnson-astrazeneca">waive vaccine patents</a>. But even with the recipe freely available, Covid-19 vaccines are incredibly complicated to make, requiring deep technical know-how and scarce raw materials. So, while waiving patents may be helpful in the long term, it doesn’t help people who are getting sick and dying right now.</p>
<p>What’s more helpful in the short term is simply donating doses.</p>
<p>Biden has promised to do that. In April, he pledged to send 60 million AstraZeneca doses to virus-ravaged countries. But it’s now mid-May, and doses are still sitting in a stockpile. Although they have to pass a federal safety review before being exported, and it’s obviously crucial to ensure safety, experts still say Biden’s plan to donate these doses <a href="https://www.politico.com/news/2021/04/26/biden-astrazeneca-covid-vaccine-484629">over the next several months</a> will be too little, too late.</p>
<p>The US can afford to give much more, much faster. After all, roughly 73 million doses are already sitting in the US stockpile, <a href="https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#vaccinations">according to CDC data</a>. By July, <a href="https://healthpolicy.duke.edu/sites/default/files/2021-04/US%20Leadership%20for%20Global%20Vaccines_1.pdf">Duke University researchers estimate</a>, the US will likely have at least 300 million excess doses — and that estimate is assuming that the US will retain enough doses to vaccinate the vast majority of children. In other words, every eligible or soon-to-be-eligible American could get vaccinated, and there would still be 300 million doses left over — practically enough to give an extra dose to every person in the country.</p>
<p>A surplus of that magnitude is so staggering that not sharing it with the world starts to look morally unjustifiable.</p>

<p>William Moss, a professor at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, said it would be “a very obvious decision” for the US to donate all its doses of AstraZeneca since that vaccine is not even authorized for use in the US. Another promising option would be to donate Johnson & Johnson’s doses in spades. “The advantage of getting that to countries like India is that it’s a single dose, and the cold-chain requirement is less stringent,” he said.</p>
<p>Moss, Prasad, and Spencer all argued that the US should also send Pfizer and Moderna doses to countries like India — even if contractual language says doses manufactured in the US have to be given to Americans. They want the Biden administration to ignore that language, given the scale of humanitarian crisis we’re witnessing.</p>
<p>“Sometimes you don’t ask for permission; you ask for forgiveness,” Prasad said, adding that the optics of Pfizer or Moderna suing the US government over such a move would be so horrible as to be unthinkable. “No one will ever dare question this. I don’t think the companies will fight it in court, and I don’t think anyone will seek retribution after the fact.”</p>
<p>Arguably, the bigger challenge for Biden would be justifying dose donations to the American people. A recent poll found that <a href="https://voxcom.cmail20.com/t/d-i-qikllld-l-q/">48 percent</a> of Americans surveyed believe the government shouldn’t donate vaccines at all. It’s worth noting that more middle-age and older Americans opposed donations, compared to members of Gen Z and millennials. And more Republicans than Democrats believed the US should keep a stockpile instead of donating — even though half the Republicans polled said they’re hesitant to get the shot or don’t plan on getting it.</p>
<p>All the experts I talked to said that the US is clearly engaged in “<a href="https://www.vox.com/21327487/covid-19-vaccine-coronavirus-trump-us-china-competition">vaccine nationalism</a>,” where every nation just looks out for itself, prioritizing its citizens without regard to what happens to the citizens of other countries, especially lower-income countries that can’t afford to buy doses.</p>
<p>“We are focusing on America First,” Spencer said. When it comes to Covid-19, <a href="https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/22408089/biden-trump-america-first-policy-immigration-vaccines">Biden still hasn’t quite broken with that Trumpian approach</a>.</p>
<p>Of course, Biden was elected to be president of the US, not of the world. It’s his responsibility to take care of US citizens first. And he is doing that. But we’ve now reached a point where the US has secured millions more doses than it needs to vaccinate Americans.</p>
<p>Experts acknowledge that it’s a totally natural impulse for American parents to want to protect their own kids and ease the emotional toll that pandemic restrictions have taken on them. “Some people say, ‘I want my 12-year-old to get back to life.’ And I think, ‘Of course, who wouldn’t! I think that’s right too!’” Prasad said.</p>
<p>But he wants parents to remember that many of the restrictions we put on kids were less about protecting them — they’re at low risk — and more about protecting older adults. With <a href="https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#vaccinations">72 percent of Americans over age 65 now fully vaccinated</a> and case rates falling, he believes we can let kids resume most normal activities, unvaccinated. (Different experts, however, express differing levels of caution about various activities.)</p>
<p>In moral philosophy, there’s a classic dilemma known as the trolley problem: Should I make the active choice to divert a runaway trolley so that it kills one person if, by doing so, I can save five people along a different track from getting killed?</p>

Parents have a chance to weigh in on that, and in Prasad’s mind, the question they should ask themselves is this: Are we really willing to sit on millions of doses and prioritize Americans at much lower risk rather than stem the wave of devastation and death we’re seeing in other countries?</p>

Trump: ‘We’d Have Republican President’ if Pence & ‘Weak’ McConnell Stood Up To ‘Greatest Election Fraud’ in U.S. History

<p><strong>President Trump tore into the Republican leadership, namely Mike Pence and Mitch McConnell, for refusing to stand up against the “greatest election fraud in the history of our country.”</strong></p>
<p>In a statement released Saturday, Trump began by blasting the mainstream media’s “suppression polls” that predicted he would badly lose states he won.</p>
<p>“Wall Street Journal has reported (they finally got something right), that 2020 was the ‘Worst Presidential Poll Miss in 40 Years.’ The public opinion surveys ahead of the 2020 Presidential Election were the most inaccurate ever, according to a major polling panel. This was done purposely,” Trump wrote.</p>

<p>“The polls were a joke. I won states in a landslide that I was predicted to lose days before the election. Other states had me purposely so far down that it would force people, even fans, to say ‘Let’s stay home, Darling. We love our president, but he can’t win.’ And then I would win those states are at least come very close.”</p>
<p>“In one state that I actually won, but the results were rigged, ABC and the Washington Post had be down by 17 points. Even the rigged final result was extremely close,” Trump continued. “It’s called SUPPRESSION POLLING and it should be illegal. These are crooked, disgusting, and very dishonest media outlets and they know exactly what they are doing.”</p>
<p>Trump then directed his ire at former Vice President Mike Pence and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s failure to stand up to the Democrats’ 2020 election fraud.</p>
<p>“The 2020 presidential election was, by far, the greatest Election Fraud in the history of our Country,” Trump stated. “The good news is, the American people get it and the truth is rapidly coming out!”</p>

<p>AP CEO Gary Pruitt previously said <a href="https://blog.ap.org/announcements/ap-statement-on-destruction-of-gaza-bureau?utm_medium=AP_CorpComm&utm_campaign=SocialFlow&utm_source=Twitter">in a statement</a>: “We are shocked and horrified that the Israeli military would target and destroy the building housing AP’s bureau and other news organizations in Gaza. They have long known the location of our bureau and knew journalists were there. We received a warning that the building would be hit.”</p>

<p>Israel has targeted yet another large office and residential tower in the Gaza Strip, but this time its warplanes have <strong>destroyed the 12-story building housing the media offices of the U.S.-based <em>Associated Press</em> and Qatar-based broadcaster <em>Al Jazeera</em></strong>, the AP itself as well as Reuters eyewitnesses confirm.</p>
<p>The outlets have said that Israel issued advanced warning of the airstrikes of up to one hour before the attack on Al-Jalaa tower. Representatives with the AP and the building owner had reportedly pleaded with IDF officials to give more time to enable a safe evacuation and also to take out crucial media equipment. </p>

<p>However, eyewitnesses say they were not given extra time, but merely made it out with whatever they had in hand and with their own lives.</p>
<p>The building can be seen essentially <strong>collapsing in its own footprint</strong>, the same way that three prior residential apartment buildings did during days past. “The building was hit <strong>approximately six times before collapsing in plumes of black smoke</strong>, which engulfed the entire neighborhood,” international press reports <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/may/15/israeli-strikes-destroy-gaza-jalaa-tower-media-al-jazeera-associated-press">noted</a>.</p>

Tucker Carlson: New CDC Mask Rules ‘a Troubling Development’ for Power-Hungry Democrats

<p><strong>Fox News host Tucker Carlson broke down how the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) new recommendations to lift mask mandates for vaccinated individuals spells trouble for Democrats vying for power.</strong></p>
<p>In his opening monologue of “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on Friday, Carlson explained that the CDC’s easing of mask restrictions also means easing the newfound political powers the Democrats have gained during the COVID pandemic.</p>
<p>“So for the 151 million Americans who’ve already received the COVID vaccine, this would be good news,” Carlson said. “They can breathe freely for the first time in a year. They don’t need to be ashamed any longer to show their faces in public. They can be human. They can be Americans, and people like that are celebrating.”</p>

<p>This is bad news for pro-lockdown Democrats who have enjoyed the ability to visibly identify Republicans, who tend not to heed to government recommendations as often as the left.</p>
<p>“But for others, people whose main interest is not public health, but whose main interest is power, this new guidance is, as we often say in the news business, a ‘troubling development,'” Carlson continued.</p>
<p>“For people like that, letting the vaccinated live without wearing masks raises all kinds of distressing questions beginning with: if people are permitted to dress any way they want to dress, how are we going to control them? And more to the point, if nobody has to wear a mask, how are we going to know who the Republicans are? How can we be certain who to scoff at? Who to feel morally superior to?”</p>
<p>Carlson then cited a British study revealing that not only were masks not effective against COVID-19 spread, but they actually became vectors for disease.</p>
<p>“Oh, so it turns out according to the study, people who wore the kinds of masks that MSNBC anchors plan to wear in airplanes when they fly commercial, those people were more likely to get the flu, to get infected than people who weren’t wearing the masks. That’s amazing. Why haven’t we heard about that study before?” Carlson asked.</p>

<p>Carlson then summed the messaging Democrats are sending by flouting the new CDC guidance that they’ve spent the last year obsessively adhering to.</p>
<p>“And then — and this is the key, so listen carefully — once you have all been thoroughly vaccinated, you must live as though you haven’t been vaccinated, because, although the vaccine is a hundred percent effective and therefore essential, actually it doesn’t work at all. It’s pretty much just saline solution, but with potentially fatal side effects,” Carlson said.</p>
<p>“So take the vaccine, but don’t trust the vaccine. Damn the CDC guidance,” he added, mocking Democrats like Nancy Pelosi, who asserted that masks will still be required in the House chamber despite the CDC’s new recommendations.</p>

Persecuted Anti-Lockdown Pastor Warns ‘Medical Tyranny’ Is Already Here

<p><strong>Canadian anti-lockdown pastor Artur Pawlowski spoke with Fox News on Friday to warn of fascism creeping into the free world under the guise of COVID public safety.</strong></p>
<p>In an interview on “The Ingraham Angle”, Pawlowski, who was recently <a href="https://www.infowars.com/posts/shock-video-canadian-church-attacked-by-police-pastor-arrested-under-covid-tyranny/">arrested</a> and put in solitary confinement for holding a church service in defiance of Canadian lockdown rules, explained that the current COVID measures are producing a “hybrid” of fascism and communism.</p>
<p>“We have no rights whatsoever. What we have right now is some kind of a hybrid between fascism and communism: medical tyranny,” Pawlowski told host Laura Ingraham.</p>

<p>“It looks like we have absolutely no rights whatsoever,” he continued. “The premier of Alberta right now declared that protesting is illegal. So when I opened my church in protest against the government overreach, I was taken into custody, I was manhandled – they really wanted me to be hurt – they threw me into a cell, they deprived me of sleep for two days.”</p>
<p>“I spent three days in jail for my crime of opening the church in a free and democratic society,” he added.</p>
<p>Pawlowski, a Polish immigrant to fled the Soviet bloc of communism, described the parallels between the Soviet authoritarianism and the oppression unfolding in Canada.</p>
<p>“I escaped tyranny. I escaped communist socialism,” he said. “I came to Canada only because Canada was offering me freedom. Here we are again in a repetition of history, and I decided I’m going to stand up and fight to the death.”</p>
<p>Pawlowski then insisted that the COVID-19 lockdown measures were a “sham” and a “big fat lie.”</p>

UK Gov. document reveals disgusting tactics used to coerce Brits into having experimental COVID-19 Vaccine

<p class="has-text-align-justify"><strong>For well over a year and counting the British people have been part of a psychological war, in which authorities have manipulated them into giving up their rights and freedoms at the drop of a hat in the name of Covid-19. The Government and its circle of Scientific advisors have unleashed a tsunami of propaganda and lies via the mainstream media, enabling them to emotionally hijack millions of Brits. In doing so they have managed to activate the most powerful and primitive human emotion which causes one to be incapable of rational thought… fear.</strong></p>
<p>Fear weakens the immune system and can cause cardiovascular damage, gastrointestinal problems such as ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, and decreased fertility.  It can also lead to accelerated ageing and even premature death.</p>
<p>Fear impairs formation of long-term memories and causes damage to certain parts of the brain, such as the hippocampus. This can make it even more difficult to regulate fear and can leave a person anxious most of the time. To someone in chronic fear, the world looks scary and their memories confirm that.</p>
<p>Fear also interrupts processes in the brain that allow a person to regulate emotions, reflect before acting, and act ethically. This impacts thinking and decision-making in negative ways, leaving a person susceptible to intense emotions and impulsive reactions. All of these effects can leave a person unable to act appropriately.</p>
<p>Toying with this emotion is what has allowed authorities to decimate the economy, destroy small business, ruin peoples livelihoods, and collectively waste approximately 67 million years of life and counting in the UK alone.</p>
<p>Which is why we felt it was of the upmost importance to reveal to you the psychological tactics authorities are now using to coerce millions of Brits into having an experimental “vaccine” to allegedly protect them against a disease which kills just 0.2% of those it infects, with the majority of those being over the age of 85 and having other serious underlying conditions. A disease which has been used to enforce medical fascism – COVID-19.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.bsphn.org.uk/_data/site/54/pg/675/COVID-19-Vaccination-Reducing-Vaccine-Hesitancy.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">The document</span></a> was produced by a UK council’s ‘Behaviour Change Unit’ and was published on ‘The Behavioural Science and Public Health Network’. It is titled – ‘COVID-19 Vaccination: Reducing vaccine hesitancy – Review & Recommendations’.</p>
<p>People are quite right to be hesitant of an experimental vaccine, that’s been authorised for emergency use less than twelve months after the emergence of a new disease it is supposed to protect against. There’s also nothing wrong with attempting to reduce that hesitancy, as long as people are given the actual facts and are able to then give properly informed consent.</p>
<p>But that isn’t what this document is about at all, instead it describes the best methods to manipulate and coerce the public into having one of the experimental Covid “vaccines” via psychological warfare.</p>
<p>The document describes how Brits can be easily manipulated into taking the COVID-19 vaccine if the physical and social environment around them supports them to do so, for example making sure “receiving the vaccination is seen as the right thing to do by the majority of people in their peer group” and making sure they are made aware of this.</p>
<p>This is a classic tactic known as peer pressure. Peer pressure is the direct influence on people by peers, or the effect on an individual who is encouraged and wants to follow their peers by changing their attitudes, values or behaviors to conform to those of the influencing group or individual. Peer pressure is not informed consent.</p>

<p>The document also describes how people will be more likely to have the Covid jab if they perceive that there are potentially significant implications to their health from contracting Covid-19. Perceive being the key word here of course as if the person is under the age of 85 the risk is relatively low, as long as they have no underlying health conditions. However if the person is under the age of 60 then the risk is so low that it is negligible.</p>
<p>The ‘Behaviour Change Unit’ recommends that knowledge of the severity of Covid-19 is increased for the general population. But does it recommend to tell the truth? No, it recommends that the general population are told that “getting Covid-19 can affect your heart health, breathing and cause long term fatigue”, and it recommends the young people are told they are “twice as likely to suffer from long-Covid”. <a href="https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/02/20/long-covid-what-a-load-of-bolls/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span>Long covid? What a load of boll***s</span></a>. How can somebody give properly informed consent to have an experimental “vaccine” if they are being fed lies like this?</p>

<p>Another manipulating and coercive tactic described in the document touches on how important it is that the general public perceive that the vaccine is important for ending the pandemic and returning to a sense of normality. The ‘Behaviour Change Unit’ recommend emotional blackmail messaging such as “Get vaccinated to show your loved ones you care”. How exactly does being injected with an experimental gene therapy show your loved ones that you care about them?</p>
<p>They also recommend another message such as “Get vaccinated and let’s get back to normal”. You’ve probably heard the health secretary Matt Hancock constantly spouting that “vaccination is our route back to normal”?. This is called bribery, and we can tell you it is not your route back to normal as Matt Hancock is now telling the British people that “twice weekly testing is our route back to normal”. Bribery does not amount to properly informed consent.</p>

<p>One of the final recommendations given in the document is on how to increase trust and confidence in the safety and effectiveness of the Covid-19 vaccine, describing if if people believe it is safe and effective they will be more likely to have it. But do they recommend to tell the truth? Of course they don’t. They recommend that the public are told the Covid jabs have been through the same rigorous development and testing process as other vaccines. This is an outright lie.</p>
<p>In October the government made changes to the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 to allow the MHRA to grant temporary authorisation of a Covid-19 vaccine without needing to wait for the EMA. The Covid jabs have not been approved and are only <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/975356/Conditions_of_Authorisation_for_Pfizer_BioNTech_vaccine.pdf" target="_blank">temporarily authorised</a> for emergency use</p>
<p>A temporary use authorisation is valid for one year only and requires the pharmaceutical companies to complete specific obligations, such as ongoing or new studies. Once comprehensive data on the product have been obtained, standard marketing authorisation can be granted. This means that the manufacturer of the vaccine cannot be held liable for any injury or death that occurs due to their vaccine, unless it was due to a quality control issue.</p>
<p>None of the Covid jabs have concluded phase three trials. The <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04368728" target="_blank">Pfizer phase three trial</a> is not due to complete until April 6th 2023. Whilst the <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04516746" target="_blank">AstraZeneca phase three trial</a> is due to complete slightly earlier on February 14th 2023. This means that the current worldwide Covid vaccine roll-out can be described as the largest human experiment ever conducted in history. Anybody who takes this vaccine, which is only temporarily authorised for emergency use is essentially a guinea pig, or a lab rat taking part in a trial.</p>

<p>The final recommendation within the document describes how it is important to be transparent regarding vaccine effectiveness and the potential side effects. That sounds like quite an important thing to do in order for a person to give properly informed consent. But the ‘Behaviour Change Unit’ provides a caveat – they urge authorities to “take care to avoid drawing attention to side effects that are classified as rare”. In plain English this means “make sure people are only told about the generally harmless immediate side effects because if you tell them the truth they will never give their consent to take this experimental gene therapy”.</p>

Attempt to sabotage prosecution of ‘UK Government’ and their ‘Scientific Advisors’ for ‘Crimes against Humanity’ fails

<p><strong>An attempt to sabotage a prosecution brought to the courts against the UK Parliament and their corrupt scientific advisors for fraud, treason and genocide has failed.</strong></p>
<p>On the 19th March 2021 papers were laid electronically by Michael O’Bernicia at a South London Magistrates Court in a momentous Criminal Prosecution against Matt Hancock, Chris Whitty, Patrick Vallance and Neil Ferguson for Covid fraud.</p>
<p>However given the ultimate seriousness of laying charges of pandemic fraud against Hancock, Whitty, Vallance and Ferguson and their mistakenly perceived unaccountablity as officers of the UK’s criminally rogue government, it was certainly no surprise that Michael and the former CID detective he is working with detected the first sign of sabotage, within two weeks of the case being filed.</p>
<p>When the Statement of Case was filed electronically at Westminster Magistrates Court on the 19th March 2021, a covering letter also informed the court that a substantive evidence bundle would be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery the following week, including hard copies of the Statement of Case and the covering letter.</p>
<p>On the 26th March 2021, the three <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.thebernician.net/pub-v-hancock-others-service-receipt-of-evidence-bundle/" target="_blank"><span>case files were received</span></a> and signed for by the court. Michael and his team were then informed by Westminster Magistrates that the papers were being checked by the court’s legal department and that they would be notified of the case’s progression in due course.</p>
<p>After not hearing anything for a couple of weeks, they made further inquiries and were told that the papers had been sent by Westminster to Bromley Magistrates Court’s listing department for processing and that they were undergoing final check’s by the Kent court’s legal department.</p>
<p>They were also told the files had been sent to Bromley because that is the judicial venue to which all Private Criminal Prosecutions filed at Westminster are sent for processing and listing, once the latter court’s legal team have completed their initial assessment of the papers laid.</p>
<p>However, a few days later the team received an email from the Westminster court, letting them know that the case had been passed to the Deputy Chief Magistrate [DCM] for consideration and his decision was enclosed as an attachment.</p>
<p>Despite what Michael and his team had been told about the three evidence files being processed by the Bromley court’s legal team and listings department, the judge purported to dismiss the case on the emphatically unsustainable ground that they had not cited enough prima facie evidence for the case to proceed.</p>
<p>Nevertheless, the DCM stated in his judgment that he had given very careful consideration to “126 pages” of evidence, even though the final page count in the three case files was in excess of 800 pages, which included 11 expert witness statements from two professors, three doctors, a dental surgeon, a probate solicitor, a mathematician, a retired nuclear submarine data analyst, an independent data analyst and a former CID fraud detective, in support of the allegations made.</p>
<p>It was then that they realised that the judge’s decision was based entirely on the 126 page Statement of Case and that he clearly hadn’t had sight of the copious prima facie evidence contained in the three evidence files.</p>
<p>Whilst the judge clearly believed that, in the absence of the corroborating expert witness statements, there was not enough evidence for the case to proceed, his decision to dismiss it was as void as the Dodo, albeit seemingly through no fault of his own.</p>
<p>So Michael and his team called Bromley Magistrates to check whether they knew anything about the decision having been made and were somewhat surprised to discover that the court’s legal team had sent the case (including the three evidence files) to the DCM for consideration and that they should receive his decision in due course.</p>
<p>So Michael and his team gave those concerned the benefit of the doubt and provisionally assumed that the legal teams of both courts realised that an obvious error had been made and that the initial decision would be disregarded.</p>
<p>However, a few days later they received an email from Bromley letting them know that the judge had already decided the matter and dismissed the case in the order they had already received from Westminster.</p>
<p>Michael and his team therefore logically concluded that there had been a very subtle attempt to sabotage the case by separating the electronic filing of the Statement of Case from the hard copy evidence files which arrived by Special Delivery the following week.</p>
<p>Without delay, upon Michael’s polite request, Westminster Magistrates was informed by his liaison at Bromley Magistrates that, through what appeared to be no fault of his own, the DCM’s decision was void, on the ground that it was merely based upon the Statement of Case and did not take into account the prima facie evidence adduced.</p>
<p>But rather than appealing the decision to the High Court on that ground, Michael suggested that it would be better for all concerned if the judge was willing to set aside his initial decision, despite the fact that they have never known any judge in either the criminal and civil domains to even countenance such an action once a decision has been made.</p>
<p>Nevertheless, within a little more than 24 hours, Michael and his team were informed that the Deputy Chief Magistrate had decided to grant their request for reconsideration, as if the order dismissing the case had not been made.</p>
<p>Furthermore, the judge indicated that he will be reconsidering the case upon all the evidence adduced at the end of next week, with his final decision to follow shortly afterwards.</p>
<p>In other words, the DCM appears to have shown that he possesses that increasingly rare quality among the judiciary – integrity – given that he could so easily have passed the buck to a dodgy High Court judge by forcing Michael and his team to appeal his void decision in a rigged proceeding, instead of admitting the error and reconsidering the case on its merits.</p>
<p>Moreover, even if he committed the error of judgment because of foul play by a government stooge working at Westminster Magistrates Court, the judge’s integrous reconsideration of the case emphatically trumps the duplicitous attempt to sabotage it.</p>
<p>Michael and his team said that no matter what the outcome of the judge’s second decision, they have no intention of backing down until the UK Parliament, their Scientific Advisors and their accomplices are held to account for their crimes.</p>
