(File)</p> </div> <b class="place_cont">Islamabad:</b> <p>Bearing the cost of failure of the ruling governments in Pakistan, the country has had to pay over Rs 26 billion in interest cost to China to repay a maturing debt in the fiscal year 2020-21, reported local media.</p> <p>China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has left scores of lower-and middle-income countries (LMIC) saddled with "hidden debts" totalling $385 billion, according to new research.</p> <p>The findings are part of a report published by AidData, an international development research lab based at the College of William and Mary in Virginia. According to this report, China has used debt rather than aid to establish a dominant position in the international development finance market.</p> <p>The annual financial statement was released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) on Friday that revealed that the bank tapped the $4.5 billion or 30 billion yuan trade finance under the China-Pakistan swap arrangement, reported The Express Tribune.</p> <p>"During the year, the overall limit of 20 billion yuan has been further extended to 30 billion yuan for a period of three years against the rupee with the maturity buckets of three months to one year. These purchases have been fully utilised as of June 30, 2021," the newspaper reported citing the financial statement.</p> <p>The statement further said that the interest charged on the outstanding balance was Rs 26.1 billion.</p> <p>The central bank stated that there was an increase of Rs 272 billion in a single year till June, the currency swap value increasing from Rs 476.6 billion to Rs 748.5 billion.</p> <p>The newspaper further reported that Pakistan has been repaying foreign debts using the Chinese trade finance facility.</p> <p>Notably, Pakistan had received $6.2 billion financial package from Saudi Arabia for three years in 2018 which Saudi claimed back "ahead" of its schedule, reported the newspaper citing the Ministry of Finance information.</p> <p>Interestingly, Pakistan had repaid the loan to Saudi after taking a loan of the same amount from China.</p> <p><i>(Except for the headline, this story has not been edited by NDTV staff and is published from a syndicated feed.)</i></p> <br /> <br /> source <a href="https://www.ndtv.com/world-news/pakistan-pays-over-rs-26-billion-interest-cost-to-china-to-repay-debt-report-2593431">https://www.ndtv.com/world-news/pakistan-pays-over-rs-26-billion-interest-cost-to-china-to-repay-debt-report-2593431</a>

<div class="ins_instory_dv"> <div class="ins_instory_dv_cont"><img alt="Britain Sending Millions More COVID-19 Doses To Developing Nations" src="https://c.ndtvimg.com/2021-10/ig8me1do_india-vaccine_625x300_21_October_21.jpg" title="Britain Sending Millions More COVID-19 Doses To Developing Nations" /></div> </div> <b class="place_cont">Rome:</b> <p>Britain will send 20 million COVID-19 vaccine doses to developing countries by the end of this year, in what Prime Minister Boris Johnson will tell other world leaders is a much needed step to speed up the post-pandemic economic recovery.</p> <p>Leaders of the world's 20 richest countries are gathering in Rome at a meeting which Johnson hopes will make progress on producing firm commitments to cut emissions before climate talks in Glasgow at the United Nations COP26 summit.</p> <p>But he also needs to get the backing from developing countries, some of which are already experiencing the devastating impact of global warming and have struggled to vaccinate their populations against COVID-19 as Western countries race ahead.</p> <p>At a meeting of the leaders of the seven largest advanced economies earlier this year, Britain pledged at least 100 million shots as part of a G7 aim to offer 1 billion doses, a scheme critics said was too slow and unambitious.</p> <p>Britain said in a statement it had delivered 10 million doses of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine to the COVAX vaccine-sharing facility, with 10 million more to be delivered in the coming weeks, taking the total to 30.6 million in 2021.</p> <p>In 2022, Britain will donate at least 20 million more Oxford-AstraZeneca doses and also donate all the 20 million Janssen doses ordered by the government to the COVAX facility, backed by the World Health Organization and the GAVI vaccine alliance.</p> <p>"Like a waking giant, the world economy is stirring back to life. The migrants also would have had to report to government shelters and consent to be moved to other states, Mujica said.</p> <p>He added that many were distrustful of the migration officials due to what he described as broken promises in the past, as well as some arrests and deportations.</p> <p>The humanitarian visas would have temporarily regularized the migrants' legal status in Mexico while granting them access to public services like healthcare, as well as the ability to work.</p> <p>A press officer with the national migration institute said he could not provide any information on negotiations over the visas.</p> <p>It remains unclear if the Mexican authorities will seek to break up the caravan. Previous caravans have faced off with migration agents and soldiers who have increasingly used tough tactics to stem the tide of fleeing migrants, many of whom want to escape violent gangs and grinding joblessness back home. The father had complained that he was facing difficulties in meeting his son at the high-security prison in Sahiwal.</p> <p>Earlier in January, the case was heard by the Islamabad High Court which directed holding the treason trial in camera.</p> <p>During the trial, the question was put whether a civilian can be tried by the military court. FDA Issues Pfizer COVID Vaccine Emergency Use Authorization For Kids Ages 5-11

<div><img class="ff-og-image-inserted" src="https://api-assets.infowars.com/2021/10/GettyImages-1278800247.jpg" /></div> <p><strong>The Food and Drug Administration on Friday granted emergency use authorization for Pfizer-BioNTech’s experimental Covid-19 jab to be given to children 5 to 11.</strong></p> <p>“This is the first Covid-19 vaccine authorized in the United States for younger children,” <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.cnn.com/2021/10/29/health/pfizer-vaccine-fda-eua-young-kids-bn/index.html" target="_blank">reports</a> <em>CNN</em>.</p> <p><em>Alex Jones breaks down the FDA’s swift approval of the Pfizer injection for children 5 to 11 and what it means for your children’s future</em>.</p> <p>In a <a href="https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-authorizes-pfizer-biontech-covid-19-vaccine-emergency-use-children-5-through-11-years-age" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">press release</a>, the FDA declared the vaccine was safe for the age group because it had been “studied in approximately 3,100 children age 5 through 11 who received the vaccine and no serious side effects have been detected in the ongoing study,” — despite studies still ongoing.</p> <blockquote class="wp-block-quote" readability="17"> <p>“Commonly reported side effects in the clinical trial included injection site pain (sore arm), redness and swelling, fatigue, headache, muscle and/or joint pain, chills, fever, swollen lymph nodes, nausea and decreased appetite. More children reported side effects after the second dose than after the first dose. Side effects were generally mild to moderate in severity and occurred within two days after vaccination, and most went away within one to two days.”</p> </blockquote> <p>The press release explains that, since there have been numerous cases of myocarditis, or heart inflammation, in vaccinated males aged 12-17, a risk-benefit analysis was used where they weighed possible Covid cases, hospitalizations, and deaths against those that may be caused by the vaccine.</p> <blockquote class="wp-block-quote" readability="16"> <p><em>The FDA and CDC safety surveillance systems have previously identified increased risks of myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) and pericarditis (inflammation of tissue surrounding the heart) following vaccination with Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, particularly following the second dose, and with the observed risk highest in males 12 through 17 years of age. Therefore, the FDA conducted its own benefit-risk assessment using modelling to predict how many symptomatic COVID-19 cases, hospitalizations, intensive care unit (ICU) admissions and deaths from COVID-19 the vaccine in children 5 through 11 years of age would prevent versus the number of potential myocarditis cases, hospitalizations, ICU admissions and deaths that the vaccine might cause. The FDA’s model predicts that overall, the benefits of the vaccine would outweigh its risks in children 5 through 11 years of age.</em></p> </blockquote> <p>The approval comes after an FDA vaccine advisory panel on Tuesday recommended the injection for children 5 to 11 despite admitting not knowing the long-term risks.</p> <p>In fact, one FDA voting member actually <a href="https://www.infowars.com/posts/fda-panel-rubber-stamps-covid-injection-for-kids-5-11-never-gonna-learn-how-safe-the-vaccine-is-until-we-start-giving-it/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">stated</a>, “We’re never gonna learn about how safe the vaccine is until we start giving it.”</p> <figure class="wp-block-embed-twitter wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter"></figure> <p>The <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.fda.gov/media/153447/download" target="_blank">FDA briefing document</a> the panel used to come to its conclusion outright admitted it has no available data for myocarditis cases in children 5 to 11, so it assumes it would be at about the <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.infowars.com/posts/heart-inflammation-in-teens-explodes-across-us-after-fda-approves-injections/" target="_blank">same notable myocarditis rate as children 12-15</a>.</p> <p>“For this analysis the estimate for ages 12-15 years is applied to ages 5-11 years because vaccine associated myocarditis/pericarditis data is not available for this age group,” the document admits.</p> <p>NIH director of clinical innovation, <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://ncats.nih.gov/staff/mkurilla" target="_blank">Dr. Michael Kurilla</a>, who was the only abstention in the 17-0 vote, objected to the EUA during Tuesday’s panel citing concerns the vaccine could be given to healthy children who don’t need it.</p> <p>“I think the idea of doing under an emergency use authorization, two doses for everybody without any flexibility around this, I think is just not going to go over very well and I don’t think it’s going to give the health care community the options and parents the options to choose what’s best for their children,” he said.</p> <p>Kurilla also provided a list of other reasons for his abstention, including the fact trials only looked at 3 months worth of data.</p> <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" readability="6.6422976501305"> <p lang="en" dir="ltr" xml:lang="en">NIH’s Dr Michael Kurilla was the 1 abstention in FDA advisory panel vote on Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine for kids 5-11. But they also show children are beginning to suffer immune system degradation which is despicable news. Their figures went up due to more and more 12-15 year olds being included in the cohort since Chris Whitty overruled the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation. They have now just about finished being included. So the slow degradation can now begin to be seen.</p> <p>At the other end of the age scale, the 80+ group saw a major improvement, due to the boosters which will buy them a couple of months of improved Covid immunity which will hide the continuing gradual immune system degradation. These boosters are the same as the original vaccinations (because no other shot has yet been approved).</p> <p>So the worry is that whilst Covid-19 immunity may be improved for a couple of months, their general immunity will begin to degrade even faster than it would have done had the booster not been taken. We shall see if that turns out to be the case from future data.</p> <p>The 70-79 year olds are also seeing a slow down in apparent degradation due to the boosters improving their Covid response. It may also be the case that other age group are already taking boosters. There is no shortage of places who will vaccinate people on demand without offering the necessary information for giving an informed consent. The latest clinical information from Dr Richard Fleming detailed below is terminal for vaccines and boosters.</p> <p>The risk benefit analysis for these vaccines has now become a risk detriment analysis for everyone over 30.</p> <h3><strong>Latest Projections<br /></strong></h3> <p>Everybody over 30 will have lost 100% of their entire immune capability (certainly for Covid and most likely for viruses and certain cancers – following the evidence from Cole Diagnostics in Idaho and Dr Nathan Thompson and Dr Ralph Baric) within 18 weeks. </p> <p>Fully vaccinated 30-49 year olds will have lost it by the 1st week in January. These people will then have no immune defence against Covid-19 at all. The question then becomes how much of the immune system is involved in defending against Covid-19? The worst case scenario is that they effectively develop full blown acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and destroy the NHS.</p> <p><em>“In individuals aged greater than 30, the rate of positive COVID-19 test is higher in vaccinated individuals compared to unvaccinated”</em>. – <a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1025358/Vaccine-surveillance-report-week-41.pdf" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">PHE Vaccine Surveillance Report for week 41.</a></p> <p><em>“There is the potential for ADE, but the bigger problem is probably Th2 immunopathology,” says Ralph Baric, an epidemiologist and expert in coronaviruses—named for the crown-shaped spike they use to enter human cells—at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.</em></p> <p><em>In previous studies of SARS, aged mice were found to have particularly high risks of <u>life-threatening Th2 immunopathology in which a faulty T cell response triggers allergic inflammation, and poorly functional antibodies that form immune complexes, activating the complement system and potentially damaging the airways.</u></em></p> <p><em>Baric expresses his concern about what that might mean for use of a COVID-19 vaccine in elderly people. “Of course, the elderly are our most vulnerable population,” he adds. – <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.pnas.org/content/117/15/8218" target="_blank">https://www.pnas.org/content/117/15/8218</a>  (the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the USA)</em></p> <p>The underlined passage (which has been redacted from the online PNAS report – but is in many other online copies – <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://principia-scientific.com/study-covid-19-vaccine-can-destroy-your-immune-system/" target="_blank">https://principia-scientific.com/study-covid-19-vaccine-can-destroy-your-immune-system/</a>) is critical as it relates to an immune deficiency in killer T cells.</p> <p>This was seen by Dr Ryan Cole who has done over 100,000 pathology lab examinations from Covid patients. He identified it as a form of AIDS (reverse HIV he called it – where you lose CD8 killer T cells rather than CD4 Helper T cells). Ralph Baric should know. In 2002 on April 19, the University of North Carolina filed <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://patents.google.com/patent/US7279327B2/en?oq=US+patent+7279327" target="_blank">US patent 7279327</a> for an infectious replication defective coronavirus (to be used as a virus vector for an HIV vaccine), claiming priority from US28531801P. Inventors were: Kristopher M. Curtis, Boyd Yount, Ralph S. Baric</p> <p>These immune system degradations could be caused by ADE (Antibody Dependent Enhancement – where the vaccine induced antibodies start working in reverse) and be specific to Covid, or could be more general and result in a form of vaccine mediated AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome). Baric suspects the latter above.</p> <p>The fact that the 3rd Jabs worked in Israel (for a short period of time before the 4th jabs were proposed) means that vaccine antibodies do still have a protective effect immediately after vaccination. So that may rule out ADE. The latest figures suggest that boosters are working, in the short term for 70-79-year-olds and 8the 80+.</p> <p>The falling efficacy of the vaccines does not asymptotically approach zero (which would mean that vaccines merely lose effectiveness over time). It goes straight through zero and then goes dangerously negative (which means the vaccines become toxic to the immune system). Then it goes more negative in a linear manner week on week. Vaccine Effectiveness % for double vaccinated column shows how much more or less resistant to Covid the double vaccinated are than the unvaccinated – <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://theexpose.uk/2021/10/22/covid-19-vaccines-have-negative-effectiveness-as-low-as-minus-124-percent/" target="_blank">see report<br /></a><br /> So if you are 40 years old and double vaxxed then your immune response is now degraded by 56.9%.  This means that unvaccinated 40 year olds are 56.9% less likely to catch covid than the fully vaccinated, and the fully vaccinated 40 year olds are 131.9% more likely to catch covid than the unvaccinated.</p> <p>You can look at it either way. It just depends whether your chosen parameter is the double vaccinated or the unvaccinated. But whichever one you choose, the outlook this winter for those who have been fully vaccinated with the experimental Covid-19 injections looks terrible.</p> <h4><strong>PHE death rates verses ONS death rates</strong></h4> <p>There is a massive immunological contradiction between the PHE case rates which crudely speaking now show that the vaccinated are twice as likely to be infected as unvaccinated whereas the PHE death rates show that the unvaccinated are 3 to 6 times more likely to die than the vaccinated.</p> <p>The contradiction arises because the immunological functionality of the vaccines is merely to increase or decrease the viral load, but we now know that the viral loads are the same in the vaccinated as in the unvaccinated (<em><a href="https://theexpose.uk/2021/09/12/three-studies-find-the-covid-19-vaccines-do-not-work/">see here</a></em>).</p> <p>This was also confirmed by Dr Fauci earlier this year –</p> <p><em>“What we learned that’s new … is that when you look at the level of virus in the nasopharynx of people who are vaccinated who get breakthrough infections, it’s really quite high and equivalent to the level of virus in the nasopharynx of unvaccinated people who get infected,”</em> Fauci said in an interview with CBS News’ “Face the Nation” on Sunday. The nasopharynx is part of the nasal cavity near the back of the throat <a href="https://www.theepochtimes.com/fauci-amount-of-covid-19-in-breakthrough-delta-cases-almost-identical-to-unvaccinated_3929532.html" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">https://www.theepochtimes.com/fauci-amount-of-covid-19-in-breakthrough-delta-cases-almost-identical-to-unvaccinated_3929532.html</a></p> <p>Furthermore it is known that the vaccines have been becoming progressively less effective/more damaging since then. So what is happening with case numbers should also be occurring with deaths unless the vaccines only kick in at near lethal viral loads. But that is nonsense because they merely train the immune system to recognise a new antigen. They should be altering the manner in which it responds upon recognition. Vaccines do not do that.</p> <p>Although of course these gene therapies are a lot more than vaccines. So from Fauci’s own mouth the death should be following the case numbers not going in the other direction. The PHE death rates <strong>are not credible</strong>. So the ONS death rates show the same linear increase as the PHE case numbers are showing. That makes a lot more sense immunologically.</p> <h3><strong>The effect of the Pfizer Vaccine on the blood</strong></h3> <p>Dr Richard Fleming teamed up with Prof Luc Montagnier, who won the Nobel prize for discovering HIV, and filed a case in the Hague along with Holocaust survivors on breaches of the Nuremberg Code by Government worldwide forcing vaccines on their citizens <em><a href="https://theexpose.uk/2021/08/22/new-evidence-submitted-icc-alleging-world-governments-committed-gonocide/">(see here)</a></em>.</p> <p>Then he had the simple idea (which no one else appears to have thought of) to look at blood samples under the microscope and then add the Pfizer Vaccine.</p> <p>The vaccine destroys all the Haemoglobin in the blood and makes the red cells stick together and form clots. It is amazing – the blood just stops being red. That is why people cannot breathe. Watch minute 9 to minute 20 of this video and you will see precisely what the vaccines do to human blood. </p> <p>When you are jabbed, the vaccine goes into your deltoid muscle hopefully (they are supposed to withdraw the plunger slightly to make sure they have not hit a blood vessel – but they are not generally doing that now). You can see that the red colour is missing from the red cells in the vaccine droplet areas. This is the destruction of your haemoglobin by the vaccine. It occurs within seconds according to the video.</p> <p>If you have no haemoglobin, then your blood cannot carry any oxygen to your tissues and your breathing fails. The video also show that the haemoglobin depleted red blood cells start to stick together. Governor Inslee to Mandate Covid-19 Vaccines For All Private Businesses in Washington

Jay Inslee has <a href="https://thepostmillennial.com/inslee-to-mandate-covid-vaccination-for-private-businesses" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">been granted</a> an emergency extension of his Covid-19 emergency powers, which he plans to use to expand his vaccine mandate to the private sector.</strong></p> <p>According to reports, the Washington Department of Labour and Industries (L&I) filed the emergency rulemaking package last week, which allows Inslee to maintain dictatorial power over the citizens of Washington.</p> <p>Elected officials say that the package extends and expands the state’s Covid vaccine mandates, which will soon apply to all private businesses throughout the state in addition to the public sector.</p> <p>State representatives Jim Walsh (R-Aberdeen) and Jesse Young (R-Gig Harbor) released a statement condemning the L&I for re-upping Inslee’s tyrant powers, which are already being used to further enslave Washingtonians under extreme covid fascism.</p> <p>“This mandate from L&I demonstrates a complete lack of transparency, which dilutes public trust in our government and fails to show the agency’s good faith in promulgating the rule,” that statement reads.</p> <p>“The reality is this move by L&I is a blank check for the agency to enforce any of the Governor’s mandates or edicts on private employers.”</p> <p>What L&I should have done, the letter goes on to state, is allow the public to review and comment on the extension before decreeing it. This would have facilitated openness and transparency.</p> <p><strong>“Even if an opportunity for review and comment is not afforded the public, L&I’s website should host the proposed rulemaking to grant easy access to the public,” they further wrote. “Furthermore, adopting such a broad, vague rule without clear direction will lead to arbitrary enforcement.”</strong></p> <div
