chopped off hand

Pastor Hamza Alkali's hand and the sword which cut it off

Pastor Hamza Alkali was minding his own business on his farm when a Muslim walked up to his property and demanded his cell phone. The Pastor asked why, and the man told him because he was a Muslim and he needed to borrow it. When the pastor said "No," the Muslim immediately attacked him, beat him up, and then cut off his hand with a sword:

Pastor Alkali said when he first saw the herdsman coming onto his farm he thought he was just passing through. He continued working when the Fulani came up to him without greeting and asked him to hand over his mobile phone.

“Shocked at the Fulani man’s audacity, I wanted to know from him whether he was asking for my mobile phone because he lost his somewhere, or he was ordering me to hand over my mobile phone to him. The Fulani man insisted that I should give him my mobile phone. I then responded by telling him that I left my mobile phone at home.”

...

“Suddenly, the Fulani man pulled out his sword and attacked me. When I saw the sword he was dangling coming towards my face, I tried to protect my face raising my hands up, and within seconds the sword cut off my left hand into two. I saw part of my cut-off hand on the ground bouncing up and down. I then realized that if in the first attempt to kill me the Fulani man cut off my hand, unless I do something to protect myself, this Fulani man would no doubt in his second attempt to kill me cut off my head.”

The pastor rushed at him, wrestled with him and held him, in spite of his severed, bleeding hand. While held on the ground the herdsman was still gripping the sword, and the pastor managed to snatch it from him. The assailant ran away. (source) (source)

As the article notes later, this man had never met the Muslim who attacked him. He just walked up to him because he knew he was a Christian and tried to rob him just for that reason.

Pastor Hamza Alkali after the attack

If you think this is something, new, it is not. This has been going on for centuries, as the 8th century Pact of Umar demonstrates:

We shall keep our gates wide open for passersby and travelers. We shall give board and lodging to all Muslims who pass our way for three days.

With Islam, you have as much freedom to live as the Muslim "allow" you. If you do not acquiese to their every demand, you can be abused, tortured, and even murdered on a moment's notice.
