Slovakia is one of the “westernmost” of the eastern European nations. A small country with a population of 5 million and neighbor to Austria, Slovakia sits on the front lines of the “migrant” crisis. Yet this tiny Catholic (70%) country has been one of the most steadfast in refusing to accept hordes of Muslim immigrants. Her prime minister, Robert Fico, as we have documented, has been fighting aggressively against the European Union’s attempts to turn it into a miniature version of the chaos which Germany has brought upon herself.
This documentary from French TV gives an interesting look at the “situation on the ground” in that nation. While I could care less for the reporter and some of the “pro-refugee” messages she tries to present, it is easy to see through. Overall, the documentary’s message is clear: in spite of pressure from the EU and an unknown future yet ahead, the nation is not giving herself up to the Muslims and is going to fight alongside her other neighbors against Merkel’s suicidal ideas.
