Vice President Kamala Harris baffled Internet users Monday with a speech where she rambled nonsensically about the “significance of the passage of time.”
In a viral clip from Harris’ comments Monday addressing internet access from a community library in Sunset, La., the vice president appeared to be at a loss for words as she droned on about the “significance of the passage of time,” repeating the same phrase several times.

In related news, Joe Biden will reportedly head to Europe later this week in the vice president’s stead to meet with NATO, G7 and EU leaders on the Russia-Ukraine crisis following Harris’ failed trips last month.
Harris was unsuccessfully dispatched to Poland and Romania last month to take part in diplomatic talks surrounding the conflict.
