Vice President Kamala Harris, who is half Jamaican-half Indian and not African American as many people think, announced Friday the CDC will not be allowing flights from India to land in America.
“On the issue of India, we have announced that there will be a travel restriction starting on Tuesday at the advice of the Centers for Disease Control, our COVID-19 experts, medical experts, our national security advisors,” Harris told reporters.
“On the advice of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the administration will restrict travel from India starting immediately,” White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki confirmed in a statement. “The policy will be implemented in light of extraordinarily high COVID-19 caseloads and multiple variants circulating in India. The policy will take effect on Tuesday, May 4.”
The travel ban reeks of hypocrisy considering Democrats shrieked for months after President Trump announced travel restrictions on people coming into the country from China at the onset of the COVID-19 outbreak.
In fact, at the time Joe Biden said Trump had a “record of hysteria, xenophobia, and fear-mongering.”

As COVID-19 cases in India allegedly spiral out of control, the Biden administration is engaging in a practice it once disparaged with the backing of a media machine that will obeyingly stay silent regarding the two-faced Democrat Party.
