In a wonderful story shared by a former Muslim turned Christian who is living in Germany, he testified how his uncle became a Christian after he cried out to God to heal his bedridden wife, at which he heard a voice from above tell him to pray in the name of Jesus for healing, after which she was healed. The couple has since given their lives to Christ and are now winning Muslims with their testimony:
Just the mention of Jesus' name led to the miraculous healing of a Muslim woman who had been bedridden for a year.
The testimony was shared by a young newly baptised Christian convert named Nizar to an American missionary couple in Berlin, Germany, according to God Reports.
Nizar said the woman who was miraculously healed was the wife of his uncle who had little money and could not afford to send his wife to a hospital.
The wife was afflicted with a painful back problem which prevented her from getting up from her bed for about a year. Her weight had also ballooned to 220 pounds, making it even more difficult for her to move her body.
"My uncle was really lost, he didn't know what to do," Nizar said.
One day, with his wife screaming in pain, Nizar's uncle cried out to God in desperation. "What do you want from me? Why am I suffering like this? Why do you let life hit me like this, break me like this?" he asked.
Suddenly, the man heard a voice from above that said: "Go to your wife and pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Put your hand on her back and she will be healed."
Nizar's uncle was stunned. He jumped up and rushed into the room of his ailing wife.
"Come woman, don't speak, turn," he said.
"What are you doing?" she asked.
"Turn around!"
He then placed his hand on her back and prayed: "In the name of Jesus Christ..."
The effect was immediate. His wife thought he had stabbed her as she felt like a piece of hot metal pierced her back. But it was not a knife that penetrated her back; it was the healing power of Jesus!
Suddenly, after her husband prayer, she stood up and walked—feeling no pain to everyone's surprise.
She then went to see a doctor who checked her back and had it X-rayed. The doctor said something happened, but could not explain it.
"After this my uncle's faith is so strong he can't speak of anything except Jesus," Nizar said. (source)
This is why it is absolutely imperative that Christians in the West pray for the Muslim invaders. No matter how evil many of these people are, no matter what is taking place, even in the midst of open conflict, God's law remains constant. Christians are obligated to pray for all people- enemies and friends- because God desires the salvation of all men.
As I have said before, this does not mean that Christians have to "just pray" and cannot stand up against Islam as in the past. Likewise, it is equally wrong to take the "kill them all" approach that is being pushed today. The Christian way is the perfect balance of the two, in which mercy and justice are equally and proportionately executed because both are mutually dependent attributes of love, and God is love and it is because God so loved the world that He gave His only son so that He who believes in Him might not perish, but have eternal life.
I refer back to the promises of Divine Mercy. God places before us two doors- one of mercy, and one of justice, and we are to choose which door to go through. If we refuse His mercy, we will be forced to pass through the door of His justice, and as Scripture states, "If you were to judge us, O Lord, who would survive"?
Seek mercy for yourself and for Muslims, for as much as Islam hates Christ, there are many Muslims who by your prayers and sacrifices would have the mercy of God bestowed upon them and be converted by no other means. Who knows? Maybe at the end of your life, when it is your turn (as it will be for each of us) to stand in judgment, it will be the mercy that you offered through your prayers and sacrifices for these people that, while entirely invisible in life, will carry you into eternal life.
