We reported in early 2016 how Germany gave out pamphlets with pictures showing Musilms "proper" behavior in society. Now according to a recent report Italy is doing the same thing:
The Friuli Venezia Giulia presented the handbook for the migrants .
Distributed in 20,000 copies and written in five languages (Italian, English, French, Farsi and Arabic) the handwheel communicates three messages: the respect for women, no to violence and trust in law enforcement .
"This is a preventive measure that takes away an alibi - explained the Regional Minister for Solidarity, John Brooks , presenting the initiative -. We want to be nice to people who arrive in Friuli Venezia Giulia, but we would like the rules of our civil life were respected. "
With simple phrases and images flyer explains that "women decide for their lives and are not to be molested." The second vignette explains that "women and men in Italy have the same rights."
The third indication censorship "all forms of violence, also in the family" and the latest indication emphasizes that "denounce violence is a duty of all."
Torrents for is a "sign that we launch to migrants newly arrived in our country. They are required to act according to our customs because they have so many rights, but there are rules to follow, not only criminal ones.
It is an individual behavior is the country's culture. We hope that this brochure could represent a starting point for a broader discussion. " (source)
The new Italian pamphlet
Compare this with the German pamphlet (February 2016)
Notice the difference is that the Italian pamphlet different from the German pamphlet in terms of detail and length. The essence of both are the same.
As I explained earlier this year, if you have to give people a "pamphlet" to explain to them basic rules of human decency, such as not raping or assaulting people, there is a big problem.
