Here is my video explaining as to why Donald Trump will win the Republican nomination:
Here is my theory of election predictions, alongside phrases that I have coined myself. It consists of three factors: Celebrity status, the Walmart factor, and crowds.
Celebrity status : One of the factors behind Obama’s victories over both McCain and Romney was his celebrity status. He was the MTV president, he was around celebrities, and had a celebrity air that consisted of the media pumped hysteria of having the “first black president.” However nonsensical the whole thing was, it made him win. When people see Trump, they are reminded of the Apprentice. All of the millions of dollars that these candidates are spending are worth nothing in comparison to all of the hours people (all of whom are potential voters) have spent watching the Apprentice. Trump has become a part of people’s families. None of these candidates can beat that. I am expecting Donald Trump to tell the Democrat nominee, in the debates, “Hillary (or Sanders), you’re fired!” That will seal the deal.
The Walmart factor: The Walmart factor consists of the most common of people. Most people don’t shop at Costco or Target, but most do shop at Walmart. These are the people who will give you a victory. Its a huge section of the population. Go to Walmart, see the people, thats whose going to vote and determine — to a great extent — the election. Not just Walmart, but look at people in public and get a general feel for what you see: you will notice that a lot of them are the types that will watch realty TV, not the ones who want to hear a politician go on about economics and percentages. The Walmart factor ties in with celebrity status. The common people will vote for a celebrity. They love reality TV, and having Trump as president is like a reality show. Also, another good way to tell who is going to win is to look at who is being treated like they are the president before they even win. Trump is already being treated as though he is the president. He won a debate without even being there; he has a speech, all of the media is there, he says anything, it becomes a headline.
Crowds: The size of crowds is an indication by which to gauge the fate of an election. When Obama first ran in his election against McCain, I knew he was going to win as soon as I saw him attract a crowd of around 100,000 people. Look at Donald Trump; he does get the type of crowds that are seen with politicians who speak at the local diner. He gets stadiums. He gets crowds, not of hundreds, but of tens of thousands. This is another sign of his coming victory in the primaries.
This is the basic explanation of my theory of campaign predictions.
