By BI: On MSNBC’s ‘Morning Joe’ program, Republican frontrunner Donald Trump talked tough about the terrorist threat in America in the wake of last week’s deadly Islamic terrorist attacks in Paris. Trump renewed his call Monday morning to shut down mosques or at the very least, place them under heavy surveillance.

“You’re going to have to watch and study the mosques, because a lot of talk is going on at the mosques,” Trump said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” less than a month after telling Fox Business he would consider shutting down U.S. mosques to defeat Islamic State terrorism. “From what I heard in the days (of Giuliani and Bloomberg), we had great surveillance of mosques and Muslims in New York City, and now the mayor, Bill DeBlasio, totally cut that out.”
