Businesses Are Refusing to Enforce France’s Vaccine Passport

Anecdotal evidence detailed by former Google software engineer Mike Hearn strongly suggests that most restaurants, cafes and other businesses in France are not enforcing the country’s controversial vaccine passport system.
As we <a href="https://summit.news/2021/08/10/video-french-police-patrol-cafes-asking-to-see-citizens-vaccine-papers/">highlighted</a> last week, on the first day the new program was in place, police were visibly patrolling bars and cafes demanding customers show proof they’ve had the jab.
However, this seems to have largely been a bluff as just days later, businesses and venues have become very lax at checking people’s papers despite the threat of large fines.
“I decided to do a simple experiment to find out: always present an expired test even though I had a valid negative one, and see what happens,” <a href="https://dailysceptic.org/2021/08/16/postcard-from-france/">writes</a> Hearn.
“Over a four day stay I was required to show a valid pass exactly zero times; that includes at the airports in both directions. Compliance is absolutely min viable and often lower.”
“At small businesses enforcement was non-existent: sometimes the pass requirement was ignored entirely, other times we were asked “do you have a pass” and our answer wasn’t checked. One restaurant had come up with a clever way to detect police stings without requiring customers to actually present a pass. As expected, enforcement was stricter by larger firms, however even there we saw the following:
– Test certificates being checked once and then swapped for a token that doesn’t expire. 
– Expired tests being accepted. 
– People accepting paper test certificates without scanning them. 
– Scanning tests and then not looking at the screen to see the results. 
– Accepting QR codes that failed to scan.”
Hearn also reveals how mask mandates in theme parks and other venues are also not being followed, despite signs everywhere ordering people to cover their faces, while social distancing is also a “forgotten memory.”

Images showing empty cafes and bars on the first day the system was introduced may have spooked venues into taking a hands off approach.
In passing the law but failing to ensure that it is enforced, France is following the same model as Israel, where the point of introducing the system wasn’t really to enforce it, but merely as a means of bullying young people into getting the vaccine.
As we <a href="https://summit.news/2021/08/11/macron-says-showing-police-your-papers-to-visit-a-cafe-is-about-freedom/">highlighted</a> last week, despite the odious and draconian nature of the vaccine passport system, President Macron asserted that the it was actually introduced to protect people’s “freedom,” which is like saying putting you in prison is for your own safety.

EXCLUSIVE: Medical Doctor Illegally Imprisoned in Florida Hospital Dungeon

Dr. Stephen Guffanti of <a href="https://rocketphonics.com/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">rocketphonics.com</a> joins The Alex Jones Show to share his harrowing story of how advocating for a patient to receive proper COVID care got him locked up in dungeon-like conditions for his troubles.
Dr. Guffanti explains how as he recovered in the hospital, a man twenty years younger than him with Covid who was only getting worse.
A day later, as Dr. Guffanti was preparing to leave the hospital, he asked the young man if he could be his patient advocate to see why he wasn’t recovering.
The patient agreed and Dr. Guffanti was handed his lab results where he found the hospital missed an infection.
“You have pneumonia,” Dr. Guffanti said. “You need to let your doctor know you have pneumonia so he can put you on antibiotics.”
Six hours later, no doctor arrived for the pneumonia-stricken patient.
When Dr. Guffanti asked hospital staff if he could speak to the patient’s doctor, they removed the doctor’s name from the board and called security to remove him.
“I said to them, ‘You don’t have to do that. I’ll leave AMA,'” he told Jones.

Instead of removing him from the building, hospital security put Dr. Guffanti in four-point restraints and put him in solitary confinement for four hours.
“Two guards take my arms and two nurses take my legs and they tie me down to the bed,” he described the situation. “I’m 70 years old, right. All I wanna do is go home. So, then they leave me without any water, any food, I have to pee on the floor and they’re watching by camera and laughing. eventually, some doctor decides maybe I could go home. And so, four or five hours later I got to go home.”
Dr. Guffanti said the man at the hospital was given antibiotics and his status should be known in a few days.

The Times They Are a-Changin’: Lawsuit Accuses Bob Dylan Of Raping 12-Year-Old Girl In 1965

A lawsuit filed in the New York Supreme Court last week accuses legendary musician Bob Dylan of threatening, drugging and raping a 12-year-old girl in 1965.
The woman, known in the lawsuit as J.C., claims Dylan got her intoxicated on drugs and alcohol before molesting her at his apartment in New York’s Chelsea Hotel.
J.C. also says the famous singer and songwriter used threats of violence “leaving her emotionally scarred and psychologically damaged to this day.”
According to the suit, <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2021/08/16/bob-dylan-sued-sexual-abuse-assault-groomed-sex-12-year-old-girl-1965/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">obtained by TMZ</a>, Dylan “established an emotional connection” with J.C. in order to “lower her inhibitions with the object of sexually abusing her, which he did.”
The lawsuit also claims Dylan used his star power to lure the young lady, saying he “exploited his status as a musician by grooming J.C. to gain her trust and to obtain control over her as part of his plan to sexually molest and abuse J.C.”
Besides sexual assault, the suit accuses Dylan of false imprisonment and assault, claiming the encounter “amounted to willful detention of Plaintiff without authority of law, all of which were done intentionally by him to her without her consent.”
The accuser is asking for a trial and unknown unspecified damages.
Regarding the statute of limitations, <a href="https://www.newsweek.com/bob-dylan-accused-decades-old-sexual-abuse-drugging-12-year-old-girl-new-york-1619888" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">Newsweek explained</a>, “The lawsuit was filed on Friday, which was just one day prior to the New York’s Child Victims Act filing deadline. In 2019, New York created a one-year period allowing victims of sexual assault to file claims against their alleged abusers. The act allowed for the claims to be filed in the state regardless of how old the claims were.”

CNN Reporter Ridiculed After Saying Taliban Militants Chanting “Death to America” Seemed “Friendly”

CNN reporter Clarissa Ward faced ridicule after she said that armed Taliban militants who were filmed chanting “death to America” also “seemed friendly at the same time.”
Yes, really.
Ward made the bizarre statement to camera while dressed in full black Islamic clothing after the U.S. Embassy in Kabul was abandoned.
The militants are seen chanting “Allahu Akbar” (God is great), before they begin a familiar rendition of “death to America.”

“They’re just chanting ‘death to America’ but they seem friendly at the same time. It’s utterly bizarre,” said Ward, who is CNN’s Chief International Correspondent.
Ward thought the Taliban militants were “friendly” despite the fact that they subsequently ordered her to stand out of the way “because I’m a woman.”
“Is there an enemy of America for whom @CNN WON’T cheerlead?” asked Senator Ted Cruz.

An Australian politician has declared that all citizens must keep their masks on even while drinking beer outdoors.
Victoria Labor Party premier Daniel Andrews made the remark in Melbourne on Monday during a press conference announcing that COVID lockdowns would be extended for two weeks and curfews imposed.
“There will be no removal of masks to consume alcohol outdoors,” Andrews asserted.
“So you will no longer be able to remove your mask to drink a cocktail at a pop-up beer garden on a footpath as part of a pub crawl.”
