Joe Biden’s bizarre demeanor was once again on display during an economic speech on Wednesday as he whispered creepily to the audience before eventually letting them know he’s been ordered to leave the room.
Biden had difficulty modulating the volume of his voice during a speech about labor unions at the White House.

That was before Biden wrapped up his speech by signaling he’s following someone’s orders.
“I’m supposed to stop and walk out of the room here,” Biden said as the audience laughed. “I’m gonna stop. But with your permission, I’m going walk into the room because I want to say hello to all of you.”

Biden frequently lets people know he’s not in control of his schedule.
On numerous occasions, Biden has said that he’s “not supposed to” take many questions from the press.
In fact, his handlers carefully outline friendly press figures Biden is allowed to call on during his rare briefings.
