Confidential Documents reveal Moderna sent mRNA Coronavirus Vaccine Candidate to University Researchers weeks before emergence of Covid-19

<p>U.S. Gov’t Sent “mRNA Coronavirus Vaccine Candidates” to University Researchers WEEKS BEFORE “COVID” Outbreak in China!</p>
<p><strong>A confidentiality agreement shows potential coronavirus vaccine candidates were transferred from Moderna to the University of North Carolina in 2019, nineteen days prior to the emergence of the alleged Covid-19 causing virus in Wuhan, China.</strong></p>
<p>The confidentially agreement which can be viewed <strong><a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://s3.documentcloud.org/documents/6935295/NIH-Moderna-Confidential-Agreements.pdf" target="_blank">here</a></strong> states that providers ‘Moderna’ alongside the ‘National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases’ (NIAID) agreed to tranfer ‘mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates’ developed and jointly-owned by NIAID and Moderna to recipients ‘The Universisty of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’ on the 12th December 2019.</p>

<p>The material transfer agreement was signed the December 12th 2019 by Ralph Baric, PhD, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and then signed by Jacqueline Quay, Director of Licensing and Innovation Support at the University of North Carolina on December 16th 2019.</p>

<p>The agreement was also signed by two representatives of the NIAID, one of whom was Amy F. Petrik PhD, a technology transfer specialist who signed the agreement on December 12th 2019 at 8:05 am. The other signatory was Barney Graham MD PhD, an investigator for the NIAID, however this signature was not dated.</p>

<p>The final signatories on the agreement were Sunny Himansu, Moderna’s Investigator, and Shaun Ryan, Moderna’s Deputy General Councel. Both signautres were made on December 17th 2019.</p>

<p>All of these signatures were made prior to any knowledge of the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus. It wasn’t until December 31st 2019 that the World Health Organisation (WHO) became aware of an alleged cluster of viral pneumonia cases in Wuhan, China. But even at this point they had not determined that an alleged new coronavirus was to blame, instead stating the pneumonia was of “unknown cause”.</p>

<p>It was not until January 9th 2020 that the <a href="https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019/interactive-timeline#event-7" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span>WHO reported</span></a> Chinese authorities had determined the outbreak was due to a novel coronavirus which later became known as SARS-CoV-2 with the alleged resultant disease dubbed COVID-19. So why was an mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidate developed by Moderna being transferred to the University of North Carolina on December 12th 2019?</p>
<p>The same Moderna that have had an mRNA coronavirus vaccine authorised for emergency use only in both the United Kingdom and United States to allegedly combat Covid-19.</p>
<p>What did Moderna know that we didn’t? In 2019 there was not any singular coronavirus posing a threat to humanity which would warrant a vaccine, and evidence suggests there hasn’t been a singular coronavirus posing a threat to humanity throughout 2020 and 2021 either.</p>
<p>Considering the fact a faulty PCR test has been used at a high cycle rate, hospitals have been empty in comparison to previous years, statistics show just 0.2% of those allegedly infected have died within 28 days of an alleged positive test result, the majority of those deaths by a mile have been people over the age of 85, and <span><a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/06/13/stay-at-home-protect-the-nhs-give-midazolam-to-the-elderly-and-tell-you-they-are-covid-deaths/" target="_blank">a mass of those deaths were caused by a drug called midazolam, which causes respiratory depression, and respiratory arrest</a></span>.</p>
<p>Perhaps Moderna and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases would like to explain themselves in a court of law?</p>

“Smartest Man in America” Breaks Down Global Elite’s Vaccine Sterilization Agenda

<p><strong>One of the smartest people in the world is speaking out against the Covid-19 injection, asserting the global elite behind the “vaccine” push likely do not have humanity’s best interests in mind.</strong></p>
<p>Most people wouldn’t assume much of Missouri horse rancher Christopher Langan, 69, who used to work as a construction worker and a bouncer at a bar for nearly 20 years.</p>
<p>However, a 1999 <em>Esquire</em> <a href="https://www.esquire.com/news-politics/a206/smartest-man-1199/">article</a> put Langan on the map, describing him at the time as the “Smartest Man in America,” with an IQ right around 200.</p>

<p>Since then, Langan’s been profiled by <em>ABC</em> news show, “20/20,” and his brilliance has been widely catalogued given his unusual past.</p>
<p>Currently he’s taken on a project dubbed the “Cognitive-Theoretic Model of the Universe (CTMU)” which attempts to pinpoint the “connection between mind and reality” and help explain the existence of God through mathematics.</p>
<p>It was in a Facebook group dedicated to the CTMU where Langan last week destroyed the global push for Covid-19 vaccination as only a genius could.</p>
<p>According to Langan, the vaccine plan of the global elite is likely not to cull (immediately), but to gradually sterilize the population in order to maintain superiority as a ruling class over the dumbed-down masses.</p>

<p><em><strong>Response:</strong> First, according to the usual definition of “vaccine”, the current injections are not “vaccines.” They are just another strain of dangerous technology that the parasitic overclass is funding and using for the purpose of global domination and control.</em></p>

Unfortunately, it’s right about that – whereas the Earth and its resources are finite, population growth is exponential. But there are at least three major problems with their approach.</em></p>
<p><em>(1) Instead of addressing population control the right way, by upgrading the population through education and genetic hygiene, appealing to what is best in the human species, and convincing it to control its own reproductive behavior for its own good and that of the Earth, they prefer to lie and sneak around behind everyone else’s back, conning and threatening us into “vaccination” on false pretenses. Hence, their conspicuous neglect of Logos. Instead of upgrading humankind, they are degrading it, relying on a combination of public ignorance, misplaced trust, and dead-end ideas and ideologies like atheism, materialism, communism, multiculturalism and forced ethnic “diversification”, tyrannical “global governance” to snooker humanity into compliance.</em></p>
<p><em>(2) While the global elite desperately want total control of the planet including its human population, they are neither intelligent nor morally good enough to deserve it, and have no idea how to properly use it to the advantage of the human species and the planet as a whole.</em></p>
<p><em>(3) This is reflected in the fact that their control agenda is limited to quantity control and totally excludes quality control. They assume that all the true genetic wealth of mankind resides in themselves despite their conspicuous lack of merit (genius, moral rectitude). Subscribing to an outworn idea called “Social Darwinism”, they simply assume that everyone else, no matter how much better and how much smarter one may be, is inferior and expendable and should be either culled or sterilized, or downbred, deracinated, and melted into a vast mocha-colored slave race for elite convenience.</em></p>
<p><em>In short, by virtue of stuffing their pockets and pushing everyone else around, the elite consider themselves a “Master Race”, a kind of global livestock breeding association to which the rest of the species is nothing but a herd of docile cattle to be bred for servility and barely enough intelligence to follow orders. This has been clearly and irrefutably documented by, e.g., the “White genocide” agenda described a century ago by R.N. Coudenhove-Kalergi, originally funded by the Rothschilds, Warburgs, and other international banksters and now pursued as international policy throughout the Western World.</em></p>
<p><em>It’s easy to see where this leads, and it’s nowhere good. Personally, I’m willing if necessary to do severe physical harm to anyone attempting to force one of these injections on me, and the same should be true of any other decent self-respecting person.</em></p>

<p><strong>NFL players are pushing back against the league’s latest training camp COVID protocols, which allow vaccinated players to operate normally and places strict regulations on those who are not vaccinated.</strong></p>
<p>For those who opt-out of the vaccine, COVID-19 testing is required every day and masks are mandatory when at the team facilities or during travel.</p>
<p>Unvaccinated players may not use the steam room, eat with fellow players, or leave the team hotel, and no social/media/marketing/sponsorship activities will be permitted. </p>

<p>Issuing what he called a “Public Service Announcement” on Friday, the star wideout went as far as to say he may not play in the upcoming season if things get any worse.</p>
<p>“Hi, I’m Cole Beasley, and I’m not vaccinated!” he wrote on Twitter. “I will be outside doing what I do. I’ll be out in the public. If (you’re) scared of me, then steer clear, or get vaccinated. Point. Blank. Period. I may die of COVID, but I’d rather die actually living … I don’t play for the money anymore. Fine me if you want. My way of living and my values are more important to me than a dollar.”</p>
<p>He continued, “I love my teammates and enjoy playing ball because all the outside BS goes out the window in these moments. I just want to win the <a href="https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/superbowl/">Super Bowl</a> and enjoy these relationships that will be created along the way.”</p>
<p>“I’d rather take my chances with COVID and build up my immunity that way,” Beasley added. “That is my choice based on my experiences and what I think is best. I’ll play for free this year to live life the way I’ve lived it from Day 1. If I’m forced into retirement, so be it. I’ve enjoyed the times I’ve had … So either way, it’s a win-win.”</p>
<p>He also noted that many other NFL players agree with him, but are not at points in their careers where they feel comfortable being outspoken.</p>

<p><strong>Dr. Byram Bridle, a Canadian virologist, explains how the COVID vaccines work and how he has been attacked for speaking out against vaccinating children.</strong></p>
<p>Bridle also explained why bleeding, blood clots and heart problems are occurring in some individuals who took the experimental jabs.</p>
<p>“The protein can also pass the blood-brain barrier and cause neurological damage. That’s why also in fatal cases of blood clots, many times it’s seen in the brain,” he said.</p>
<p>Dr. Bridle was brought onstage by a Canadian MP named Derek Sloan, who held a news conference on Parliament Hill to raise concerns about the censorship of doctors and scientists as well as medical information related to vaccines.</p>
<p>The Ontario MP has been critical of lockdowns that have been in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic and also sponsored a petition questioning the safety of COVID-19 vaccines.</p>

<p><strong>The increasingly unhinged political mob in America is now focusing its sights on NBA legend John Stockton after he appeared in a trailer for a documentary exposing COVID-19 vaccines.</strong></p>
<p>The nine-part documentary series, titled, “<a href="https://vrevealed.com/eg/covid/trailer" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Vaccines Revealed: COVID</a>,” stars several prominent doctors, analysts and researchers.</p>
<p>Stockton, who played his entire professional basketball 19-year career with the Utah Jazz and holds the NBA record for career assists, is now focusing on waking people up to the dangers of mRNA therapy.</p>

<p>“This isn’t a virus cheating us of this opportunity, it’s the guys making decisions saying, ‘No, no we’re too scared. We’re going to shut everything down. Sit in your house and be careful,’” he explained.</p>
<p>The NBA Hall of Famer continued, “My kids and my grandkids hearing these things and accepting them as truth when I know by my significant amount of research that it isn’t, it’s very frustrating.”</p>
<p>In another Stockton quote from the film, found on the documentary’s website, John said, “One of the things that sticks in my head is losing someone like Steph Curry to basketball would be a crime. I just think what a disappointment to this world it would be if that guy didn’t become who he is. So I wonder who we are missing out on right now<strong>.”</strong></p>

<p>In 2019, Oregon passed <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://olis.leg.state.or.us/liz/2019R1/Measures/Overview/HB2001" target="_blank">House Bill 2001</a>, making it the first statewide law to abolish single-family zoning in many areas.</p>
<p>By expanding the state government’s jurisdiction to include zoning decisions previously handled by local agencies, the law entails an alarming centralization of state power.</p>
<p>This was quickly followed by the introduction of similar bills in <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://ggwash.org/view/75267/a-virginia-delegate-just-proposed-a-bill-that-would-ban-single-family-zoning" target="_blank">Virginia</a>, <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://mynorthwest.com/1722765/single-family-zoning-ban-washington-state/?" target="_blank">Washington</a>, <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.startribune.com/lawmakers-want-limits-on-cities-power-to-shape-development/568637322/?refresh=true" target="_blank">Minnesota</a>, and <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.wataugademocrat.com/blowingrocket/controversial-legislation-proposed-impacts-single-family-residential-neighborhoods/article_a4698e8e-d885-54b7-872b-2a5670a91080.html" target="_blank">North Carolina</a>. Now President Biden is attempting to increase federal influence over local zoning.</p>
<p>Included in Biden’s <a href="https://mises.org/wire/fundamental-economic-problem-bidens-rescue-plan">American Jobs Plan</a> is a <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2021/06/01/fact-sheet-biden-harris-administration-announces-new-actions-to-build-black-wealth-and-narrow-the-racial-wealth-gap/" target="_blank">proposal</a> that would award grants to jurisdictions that move to eliminate single-family zoning and other land-use policies the administration deems harmful.</p>
<p>Biden’s plan has been widely opposed by conservatives and libertarians alike, but some libertarians view this zoning proposal as the plan’s silver lining.</p>
<p>These libertarians hope federal incentives will remove government obstacles to affordable housing.</p>
<p>To be sure, government regulations at every level increase costs and violate property rights. However, political centralization will not reduce government.</p>

<p>To the contrary, centralization must be understood as an expansion and concentration of state power.</p>
<p>Instead of furthering property rights, centralization will promote a one-size-fits-all approach regardless of homeowner preferences.</p>
<p>At this point, some may object that unlike the laws introduced at the state level, Biden’s proposal could be resisted by simply refusing the grants.</p>
<p>Indeed, a White House Official <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-biden-infrastructure-zoning/biden-seeks-to-ease-housing-shortage-with-5-billion-carrot-no-stick-approach-idUSKBN2BV1CX" target="_blank">describes</a> Biden’s approach to zoning as “purely carrot, no stick.” However, this offers little reassurance.</p>
<p>Experience has shown that governments cannot be relied upon to refuse funding, and as Murray Rothbard <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.rothbard.it/articles/big-gover-libertarians.pdf" target="_blank">points out</a>, “[G]overnment subsidy inevitably brings government control.”</p>
<p>Once the public becomes accustomed to the federal standards and local governments become dependent on the federal money, there’s little to stop them from accepting those same standards as laws.</p>
<p>We need only look at education to see where federal subsidies can lead.</p>
<p>The zoning issue is instructive, because it demonstrates both how the federal government can seize control of local functions through the back door, and how a move from the local to state level can lead to further centralization.</p>
<p>Given that centralization moves decisions further from individual property owners and ultimately in the direction of supranational government, federal control of zoning is the logical next step. Decentralization, by contrast, would be <a href="https://mises.org/wire/decentralization-step-toward-self-determination">a step toward self-determination</a>.</p>
<p>One of the more common arguments against local control holds that zoning cannot be left to localities because local zoning is often exclusionary. But this position is completely untenable.</p>
<p>If a property owner finds his control over his own property limited by zoning ordinances, then his opposition is justified, because the ordinances violate his property rights.</p>
<p>However, opposition to zoning cannot be justified simply because it’s exclusionary.</p>
<p>After all, private property is inherently exclusionary. Hence, if zoning is opposed on the grounds that it’s exclusionary, then the concept of private property can be opposed on the same grounds.</p>
<p>Moreover, if all neighborhoods were completely private, we could expect some neighborhoods to be more exclusive than is presently the case. <a href="https://mises.org/library/nations-consent">Rothbard explains</a>,</p>

<p>With every locale and neighborhood owned by private firms, corporations, or contractual communities, true diversity would reign, in accordance with the preferences of each community. Some neighborhoods would be ethnically or economically diverse, while others would be ethnically or economically homogeneous. Some localities would permit pornography or prostitution or drugs or abortions, others would prohibit any or all of them. The prohibitions would not be state imposed, but would simply be requirements for residence or use of some person’s or community’s land area. While statists who have the itch to impose their values on everyone else would be disappointed, every group or interest would at least have the satisfaction of living in neighborhoods of people who share its values and preferences. While neighborhood ownership would not provide Utopia or a panacea for all conflict, it would at least provide a “second-best” solution that most people might be willing to live with.</p>

<p>As we have seen, neighborhoods would be as exclusive or inclusive as property owners wish them to be if all neighborhoods were privately owned.</p>
<p>Some would only allow single-family homes while others would permit duplexes and multifamily homes.</p>
<p>It should therefore be clear that a uniform zoning code cannot represent the wishes of property owners in different locales.</p>
<p>In distinct contrast, one of the benefits of localism is that the wishes of property owners tend to be better represented at the local level.</p>
<p>Astonishingly, the ostensibly libertarian <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://reason.com/2018/12/18/oregon-proposes-ditching-single-family-h/" target="_blank"><em>Reason</em> magazine</a> uses this same point to argue in favor of moving zoning decisions to the state level.</p>
<p>They approvingly quote Emily Hamilton of the Mercatus Center arguing that local policymakers are <em>too</em> beholden to local property owners.</p>
<p>Yet, localism is the better strategy here, because local regulations are more easily avoided than state regulations.</p>
<p>If a local government’s regulations prove too onerous, it risks the loss of its most productive citizens to the next city or town.</p>
<p>However, as a state expands the territory under its control, it becomes more difficult for citizens to escape its jurisdiction.</p>
<p>Thus, there’s less reason for a large, centralized state to refrain from imposing such regulations.</p>
<p>Opposition to any and all centralization is particularly important when the centralizing measure sounds superficially appealing.</p>
<p>This could be a supposed deregulation measure, or to use <a href="https://mises.org/library/introduction-ethics-liberty">Hans-Hermann Hoppe’s examples</a>,</p>

<p>It would be anti-libertarian, for instance, to appeal to the United Nations to order the breakup of a taxi-monopoly in Houston, or to the US government to order Utah to abolish its state-certification requirement for teachers, because in doing so one would have illegitimately granted these state agencies jurisdiction over property that they plainly do not own (but others do): not only Houston or Utah, but every city in the world and every state in the United States.</p>
</blockquote>
<p>In our case, it is certainly true that government regulations have increased costs and limited the supply of housing.</p>
<p>That’s not the issue. The issue is that faraway governments will predictably be even less responsive to local demands in different neighborhoods.</p>
<p>Incidentally, it would be remiss not to mention that most who would involve the state and federal governments in local zoning are conspicuously silent on monetary policy.</p>
<p>Yet, an inflationary monetary policy is one of the major obstacles to affordable housing.</p>
<p>Make no mistake: the power <a href="https://mises.org/wire/libertarian-centralists">libertarian centralists</a> would grant the federal government in the name of deregulation would be used in service of the broader egalitarian project.</p>
<p>Indeed, under Biden, HUD (the Department of Housing and Urban Development) has already moved to <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/us-policy/2021/06/09/hud-biden-fair-housing-rule/" target="_blank">restore an Obama-era rule</a> which previous housing secretary Ben Carson <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://twitter.com/SecretaryCarson/status/1286313826879787009" target="_blank">warned</a> would essentially turn HUD into a national zoning board.</p>
<p>Not surprisingly, this is being sold as an attempt to reduce “racial segregation.”</p>
<p>Empowering state legislatures—or worse, the federal government—to abolish local regulations would be a grave mistake.</p>
<p>Rather than limiting government, centralization under any pretext will only add new layers of government.</p>
<p>We must therefore resist all assaults on local self-government by more distant governments and combat government regulations at the location they occur.</p>
<p>Otherwise, distant administrators will continue to seize power and local control will become increasingly trivial.</p>
