Texas Restaurants Back Down After Government Informs Them Vaccine Requirements Are Illegal

<p><strong>The state of Texas put businesses on notice Thursday, reminding them that asking for proof of a Covid vaccination is illegal in the state.</strong></p>
<p>After multiple Austin, Texas restaurants and other businesses announced they’d be requiring customers to prove they’ve been vaccinated, the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) contacted the companies.</p>
<p>Two Austin restaurants, Launderette and Fresa’s, went to social media earlier this week in now-deleted posts to inform followers of the vaccine requirement.</p>
<p>“Austin is at Stage 5 and it just feels right for the safety of our employees and guests to do this,” <a href="https://www.austin360.com/story/entertainment/dining/restaurant-reviews/2021/08/10/launderette-fresas-vaccines/5555249001/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">owners told the Austin American-Statesman on Tuesday.</a></p>
<p>The restaurants were making indoor diners show a vaccination card and a photo ID.</p>
<p>So, the left doesn’t think people need to show identification to vote in our elections but they must provide ID in order to be able to eat at a restaurant?</p>
<p>Outdoor diners were not forced to show proof of vaccination and had to wear a mask when going inside to use the restrooms.</p>
<p>The policies also discriminated against children ages 11 and younger, making them eat outside since they aren’t eligible for a vaccine.</p>

<p>The hypocritical restaurant owners were not requiring their staff to be fully vaccinated but did require non-vaccinated staffers to test negative weekly and wear masks.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.kxan.com/news/local/austin/austin-restaurants-backtrack-on-covid-19-vaccine-requirement-after-contact-with-tabc/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">According to the TABC</a>, managers at the restaurants “weren’t aware of the full requirements of the law and immediately took steps to comply.”</p>
<p>After the agency threatened to strip the businesses of their liquor licenses, they agreed to comply and released new social media posts announcing the change of policy.</p>
<p>Launderette posted to Instagram on Thursday, writing, “Effective immediately we will no longer be requiring proof of vaccination for indoor dining. Yesterday we received word from TABC that we are not allowed by law (Section 14 of the new Senate Bill 968 introduced in June) to ask for proof of vaccination when dining.”</p>
<p>“We will still require guests to wear a mask indoors when not seated at a table,” the post continued. “Masks will not be required for outdoor dining.”</p>

<p>The bill referred to in the post clearly states, “A business in this state may not require a customer to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the business.”</p>

<p><a href="https://www.tabc.texas.gov/news/announcements/reminder-businesses-prohibited-from-requiring-customers-to-show-proof-of-covid-19-vaccination-2021/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">In a statement posted by the TABC on Thursday</a>, the agency informed Texans, “TABC wants to remind businesses in Texas that state law now prohibits businesses from requiring customers to show proof of a COVID-19 vaccination. TABC may require compliance with this law as a condition of holding a license, permit, certificate, or other authorization.”</p>
<p>“While the agency has not taken formal action against any businesses to date, TABC has requested to meet with representatives of businesses where potential noncompliance could be taking place,” the statement continued. “Our goal is to educate and inform, rather than penalize, these businesses.”</p>

Washington Post’s Jennifer Rubin Celebrates Demographic Decline of White Americans as “Fabulous News”

<p><strong>Washington Post journalist Jennifer Rubin celebrated the fact that the white population in America has fallen for the first time since 1790 as “fabulous news.”</strong></p>
<p>“New U.S. census data released on Thursday show the white population declined for the first time in history last decade, with significant increases among people who identify as multi-racial, Hispanic and Asian driving much of the population growth between 2010 and 2020,” reports <a href="https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us-release-census-data-used-legislative-redistricting-2021-08-12/">Reuters</a>.</p>
<p>Non-Hispanic whites in America have shrunk by 8.6% over the last decade alone and now account for 57.8% of the U.S. population – the lowest share ever.</p>
<p>According to Rubin, this is marvelous.</p>

<p>As Chris Menahan <a href="http://www.informationliberation.com/?id=62458">notes</a>, Rubin had previously enthusiastically shared a tweet by fellow WaPo columnist Max Boot which asserted that the Trump era “will be seen as a sad last gasp of white resistance” and that “hard-working Latin American” illegal immigrants should replace “contemptible Republican cowards” in order to “enhance America’s greatness.”</p>
<p>“A few decades from now, when the entire country is majority-minority, the Trump era will be seen as a sad last gasp of white resistance — a reprehensible episode that will be recounted alongside the McCarthy era, the internment of citizens and noncitizens of Japanese descent during World War II, and the Palmer Raids,” Boot said.</p>

<p>The media routinely claims that expressing concern over the demographic decline of white people is a “dangerous conspiracy theory,” although it’s apparently not dangerous nor a conspiracy and is in fact a great thing when the likes of Rubin and Boot are celebrating it.</p>
<p>Democrats routinely hail the decline of the white demographic and are its biggest cheerleaders because it’s far easier to brainwash dependent non-whites into voting for them.</p>
<p>Back in 2015, Joe Biden also welcomed the demographic thinning of white people.</p>
<p>“By 2017, those of us of European stock will be an absolute minority in the United States of America,” Biden said at a State Department luncheon, adding, that that’s “not a bad thing, that’s a good thing” because it means the country is becoming more diverse.</p>

<p><strong>Data out of Israel shows a large Covid outbreak despite more than half the country being fully vaccinated.</strong></p>
<p>At the same time cases and deaths are declining in the neighboring Palestinian territory, which has an extremely low vaccination rate.</p>

<p>“Palestine: 8.2% of the population is fully vaccinated. Israel: 62% of the population is fully vaccinated. Guess which one is doing better?” Jain asked his followers.</p>
<p>Jain pointed to numerous graphs from <em>OurWorldInData.org</em> comparing recent vaccination rates and Covid cases in the two nations, with a consistent theme being Palestine’s lower Covid rates in spite of very few being fully vaccinated.</p>

<p>While the vaccine continues to be pushed worldwide, data suggests the vaccines could not only be ineffective, but that they could be driving new Covid surges.</p>

<p><strong>Covid-19 deaths fell to zero in Scotland at the start of July 2020, and they remained at this low rate except for the odd couple until October, at which point they began to steadily rise again. But the difference between July 2020 and now is that in July 2020 an experimental Covid-19 vaccine had not been rolled out to the vast majority of the country to allegedly protect them against the disease.</strong></p>
<p>Which suggests what actually occurred during 2020 is what has naturally occurred every year in respect of respiratory viruses – <a href="https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32196426/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">seasonality</a>.</p>
<p>The seasonal cycle of respiratory viral diseases has been widely recognised for thousands of years, as annual epidemics of the common cold and influenza disease hit the human population like clockwork in the winter season.</p>
<p>The two major contributing factors are the changes in environmental parameters and human behaviour. Studies have revealed the effect of temperature and humidity on respiratory virus stability and transmission rates. More recent research highlights the importance of the environmental factors, especially temperature and humidity, in modulating host intrinsic, innate, and adaptive immune responses to viral infections in the respiratory tract. </p>
<p>You would have thought that with both seasonality and the Covid-19 vaccines in use this time around that Covid-19 would currently be a thing of the past. Except it isn’t, as you can see from the graph below which shows Covid-19 deaths are actually rising in Scotland in the middle of Summer despite 80% of all people eligible to have the jab in Scotland having had at least one dose and 75% being fully vaccinated.</p>

<p>If the Covid-19 vaccines were working then surely you would expect the majority of those deaths to be the unvaccinated? Especially with it being the middle of Summer and seasonality being at play. But it isn’t.</p>
<p>Data taken from <a href="https://publichealthscotland.scot/media/8631/21-08-04-covid19-publication_report.pdf">Public Health Scotland’s Covid-19 Statistical report</a> shows that between the 29th December 2020 through to the 22nd July 2021 there had been 3,052 alleged Covid-19 deaths in which people were not vaccinated, 270 alleged Covid-19 deaths where people had had a single dose of the jab, and 140 deaths where people were fully vaccinated.</p>

<p>The data presented by Public Health Scotland obviously looks like the majority of deaths are people who were unvaccinated. But as we’ve exposed before, PHS have been very clever in the way they’ve presented the data in an attempt to hide the fact the majority of people allegedly dying of Covid were vaccinated, and this is because of the date range they have used for deaths.</p>
<p>PHS claim they use the date of 29th December 2020 because it accounts for “protection to develop after the first dose” due to this date being 21 days after the start of the vaccination programme. The deception here being how many doses of Covid-19 vaccines were actually administered by the 29th December.</p>
<p>By the 29th December 2020 Scotland had administered just 104,766 first doses of a Covid-19 vaccine, alongside 50 second doses, accounting for 1.9% of the total population.</p>

<p>As of the same date they were in the midst of an alleged second wave of Covid-19 and seeing significant numbers of deaths every day, with that wave of deaths just about to coincidentally increase alongside the number of vaccines administered.</p>

<p>The alleged wave of Covid-19 deaths peaked on the 27th January, a day which saw 92 alleged Covid-19 deaths. However there was an unusual spike in deaths. However there was an unusual spike in deaths on the 3rd Match in which 207 Covid-19 deaths were added to the statistics, in what we can assume was a backlog of data being added.</p>

<p>By the 27th January 2021, Scotland had only vaccinated 9% of the population, with 491,658 having had the first dose, and 6,783 people having had both doses. Yet as of this date the number of alleged Covid-19 deaths per day began to decline, except for the unusual spike on the 3rd March, but even by this date just 31% of the population had been vaccinated.</p>

<p>So as you can see Public Health Scotland have been able to manipulate the data on deaths in terms of vaccination status in favour of showing the vaccines are working by using these dates, because the majority of Covid-19 deaths occurred prior to just 9% of Scotland’s population receiving the vaccine.</p>
<p>Now that we’ve cleared that up we can work out how many people have died in recent weeks by subtracting the numbers from previous reports, from the numbers given in the most recent report and it shows that 75% of alleged Covid-19 deaths were people who were vaccinated, with just 1 of those deaths being a person who was partly vaccinated.</p>

<p>The <a href="https://publichealthscotland.scot/media/8696/21-08-11-covid19-publication_report.pdf">most recent data which covers deaths up to the 29th July 2021</a> shows that 3,063 people have allegedly died of Covid-19 since the 29th December who were unvaccinated. This is an increase of 9 people on the previous week.</p>
<p>271 people have allegedly died of Covid-19 who had received 1 dose of a Covid-19 vaccine up to the 29th July, this is an increase of 1 on the previous week.</p>
<p>And 172 people have allegedly died of Covid-19 who were fully vaccinated. This is an increase of 32 on the previous week.</p>
<p>Therefore 33 out of the 44 deaths seen between the 22nd July and 29th July 2021 were people who were vaccinated, yet during the same time frame in 2020 not a single Covid-19 death was recorded in Scotland despite there not being a vaccine.</p>
<p>Take from that what you will, but to have a surge in respiratory virus deaths in the middle of Summer is extremely unusual. Therefore, it looks as if we are seeing the early signs of antibody-dependent enhancement, and what is going to be a painful winter for many.</p>
