<p>[…] Fellow panelist Malcolm Nance said during the show that former President Trump mobilized 40,000 “to lay siege to the Capitol,” but only a fraction of that figure breached the building, Mr. Shapiro noted.</p>
<p>“Forty-thousand people did not assault the Capitol,” said Mr. Shapiro. “There were maybe 1,000 people. <strong>That is not making light of the evil of those people, who all will end up rotting in prison, as they should.”</strong></p>

<p>Rather than raise awareness for how Capitol protesters are being <a href="https://www.informationliberation.com/?id=62174">tortured, beaten, racially abused and locked in solitary confinement</a> Ben Shapiro chose to denounce them as “evil” and declare they should “all” rot in prison for as little as trespassing.</p>

<p><strong>Dozens of celebrities, politicians and other ‘close friends’ have reportedly flocked to former US president Barack Obama’s mansion for a ‘maskless’ birthday party, triggering a tsunami of criticism from conservatives.</strong></p>
<p>The original guest list for the weekend getaway allegedly included some 475 people, but a number of celebrities and former Obama administration officials were disinvited after the feast was <a href="https://www.rt.com/usa/531103-obama-walks-back-party/">slammed</a> as hypocritical and dangerous amid the ongoing surge of the Covid-19 Delta variant.</p>

<p>The downsized event was supposedly limited to only the closest friends and family, ‘most’ of whom were expected to be vaccinated, while a special Covid-coordinator had been hired to ensure the party doesn’t turn into a super-spreader event.</p>

<p>However, aerial photos showing a huge tent on the lawn of Obama’s $12 million Martha’s Vineyard estate raised many questions about the party’s actual size, even though the organizers claimed those preparations were made for the original, larger celebration.</p>

<p>VIP guests also faced accusations of hypocrisy for seemingly not wearing masks, according to blurry shots taken by paparazzi. The organizers fended off this criticism, arguing that most of the party was held outside or inside the tent, and thus was technically an outdoor event.</p>

The Daily Mail <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9869959/John-Legend-Chrissy-Teigen-Dwyane-Wade-arrive-Marthas-Vineyard-Obamas-birthday-bash.html" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">claimed</a> that Grammy Award-winning singer and composer Alicia Keys was set to perform Happy Birthday for the former president, who turned 60 on August 4.</p>

<p>Some of these celebrities may have arrived on the island spontaneously, despite having been crossed off the list, the New York Times <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2021/08/06/style/obama-birthday-party.html" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">argued</a>. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said she was there for a completely separate event on Sunday.</p>

<p>Former secretary of state John Kerry, who is now serving as Joe Biden’s climate czar, faced criticism for allegedly arriving at the party on his private jet. A State Department official, however, denied these reports, explaining that Kerry just happens to live on the secluded island, traveled there by ferry, and was not attending Obama’s party at all.</p>

<p>Martha’s Vineyard is an island south of Cape Cod in Massachusetts. It’s not directly in what the CDC recognizes as a high-risk area (it’s classed as ‘moderate’ risk), but nearby Provincetown has seen an uptick in cases and became the center of a study that was reportedly behind the CDC’s recent reversal on masks.</p>

Did The CDC Director Just Accidentally Admit That Vaccination Passports Are Futile?

<p><em><strong>They are just making up narratives now, and the media are not calling them out on it….</strong></em></p>
<p>The Director of the CDC made an important admission during an interview today on CNN.   CDC Director Rochelle Walensky stated the vaccine does not prevent COVID-19 infection, nor does it stop the vaccinated person from <em><strong>transmitting the infection</strong></em> or the delta variant. </p>
<p><strong>According to Director Walensky, the only benefit from the vaccine now is presumably that it reduces the severity of symptoms.</strong></p>
<p>If a vaccinated and non-vaccinated person have the same capacity to carry, shed and transmit the virus – with or without symptoms – then what difference does a vaccination passport or vaccination ID make?</p>
<p><em><strong>According to the CDC TODAY, both the vaxxed and non-vaxxed person walking into a restaurant, store, group, venue or workplace present the exact same risk to other people there, so how does the presentation of proof of vaccine make any difference?  </strong></em></p>

<p>There is <strong>no evidence</strong> that vaccinated asymptomatic carriers are asymptomatic because of the vaccine.  There are likely just as many asymptomatic non-vaccinated carriers.  The data shows an equally distributed infection rate regardless of vaccination rate, which is simultaneously admitted by Direcor Walensky, which, as an outcome, is an admission that undercuts the entire argument for compulsory vaccines.</p>
<p>The reverse is also evident in the data.  <strong>There are just as many vaxxed carriers who are symptomatic (ie. sick), as there are un-vaxxed carriers who are symptomatic (ie. sick). </strong>The percentage of vaxxed and non-vaxxed people hospitalized it identical to the vaxxed/non-vaxxed population around the hospital.</p>
<p>In regional populations with extremely high vaccination rates, the COVID infection rate continues unabated. </p>
<p><strong>The percentage of vaccinated people hospitalized is identical to the percentage of people vaccinated in the community.</strong></p>
<p>In Gibraltar, 99% of the population vaccinated; COVID infection rate climbs.  In Iceland over 75% of population vaccinated; infection rate climbs.  Singapore and Israel show the same thing [<a href="https://nworeport.me/2021/07/30/gibraltar-iceland-see-massive-covid-spike-despite-over-90-of-population-vaccinated/">Data Sets Here</a>].  <strong>So what value is the vaccination passport?</strong></p>

Last surviving prosecutor of Nuremberg Trials tells those fighting back against medical tyranny now to “Never give up”

<p><strong>The allied powers – Great Britain, France, the Soviet Union and the United States – opened a series of trials, post-war trials aimed at achieving a measure of justice for the <a href="https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/nazi-war-crimes-trials">crimes committed in the course of the Second World War including those of the Holocaust</a>.</strong></p>
<p><strong>It was the first time in history that an international tribunal would punish the leaders of a regime, its military and its enablers in civil society and industry. In November 2020, 75 years after they began, <a href="https://benferencz.org/articles/1990-1999/the-nuremberg-precedent-and-the-prosecution-of-state-sponsored-mass-murder/">Benjamin Ferencz</a> recalled <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WF6V6gq2ovE">his personal experience of the Nuremberg Trials</a>.</strong></p>

<p>Ferencz, born in 1920, is the last living prosecutor of the Nuremberg Trials and he has a message to those who feel discouraged, “I give three pieces of advice. One, never give up. Two, never give up. Three, never give up.”  He is a real inspiration and to hear him give a brief account his World War II experience, watch <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_FLMRa9WOh4">HERE</a>.</p>
<p>After fighting in the final Battle of the Bulge, Ferencz was tapped on the shoulder one day, “you, report to General Patton’s headquarters. We got some orders for you to report”.  When he got there Patton said, “We have a message here from Washington.  We are required to set up a war crimes branch.”  So, the first branch of the US army to deal with war crimes was formed. <a href="https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/nuremberg-trial-defendants-hermann-wilhelm-goering">Hermann Göring</a> was the first lead defendant that was captured and the highest-ranking Nazi official to be tried at Nuremberg.  He was sentenced to death but committed suicide the night before his execution was scheduled.</p>
<p>After completing his mission, Ferencz was given an honourable discharge and returned to the United States. Sometime later he received a telegram from the Pentagon to go to Washington.  When he got there, he was asked to return to Germany. “I’m not going back in the army,” Ferencz replied.  That’s when he found out they were setting up further trials and Ferencz agreed to return.</p>
<p>On his return, he was given some German army correspondence – reports made by special squads called “<a href="https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/the-einsatzgruppen">Einsatzgruppen</a>” whose assignment was to kill, without pity or remorse, every Jewish man woman or child they could find.  The Einsatzgruppen reported what they did every day – how many they killed and <a href="https://warontherocks.com/2014/08/vengeance-is-not-our-goal-a-conversation-with-nuremberg-prosecutor-benjamin-ferencz/">the name of the officer, the unit, the time, and the place</a>.  He began adding up how many people they had killed and when he got to a million, he stopped counting. He caught the next plane from Berlin to Nuremburg and he said, “General, we’ve got to put on a new trial.”  And that’s how he became the chief prosecutor of the largest murder trial in human history, the “<a href="https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/the-einsatzgruppen-2">Einsatzgruppen case</a>”.</p>
<p>There were 3,000 members of the Einsatzgruppen that Ferencz had identified as mass murderers but he was limited to selecting 24 for trial. But only 22 made it through to the end of the trials, so, Ferencz prosecuted 22 defendants of “the calculating murder of over a million innocent men, women and children.” This was his first court case.  He had never been in a court room before.  His opening paragraph at the open trial was, “I ask the court to affirm my international law the right of all people to live in peace and human dignity regardless of their racial creed,” and the judge did that. “[Now] we have the more important thing, [which] is to prevent it from happening again, and I’ve been working on that for the rest of my life,” Ferencz said.</p>
<p>The post-war trials not only prosecuted the regime and military leaders, but also members of civil society and industry. One such trial is <a href="https://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/the-doctors-war-crimes-trial">the “Doctors Trial</a>”.  Nazi physicians planned and enacted the “Euthanasia Program” – the systematic killing of those they deemed “unworthy of life.”  In addition, physicians conducted pseudoscientific medical experiments on thousands of concentration camp prisoners without their consent – most died or were permanently crippled as a result.  The tribunal’s verdict outlined ten assertions in a section entitled “Permissible Medical Experiments” also known as “The Nuremberg Code”.</p>
<p>The Nuremberg Code (“Code”) contains the standards to which medical practitioners must conform when carrying out medical experiments on humans.  It is accepted worldwide and the principles it established have been extended into general codes of medical ethics. </p>
<p>The first basic principle of the Code is fully informed and voluntary consent, and states, “the duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.”</p>
<p>The experimental Covid-19 injections are in clear <a href="https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/05/07/covid-fraud-lawyers-medical-experts-start-legal-proceedings-against-w-h-o-and-world-leaders-for-crimes-against-humanity/">violation of all ten principles of the Code</a> and a growing list of medical practitioners, scientists and lawyers worldwide are calling out these violations, below is a mere few of such individuals:</p>
<ul>
<li>The Corona Investigative Committee <a href="https://delingpole.podbean.com/e/dr-reiner-fuellmich/">has been calling out the “Covid-19 Scandal” since September 2020</a>;</li>
<li>a complaint was filed with the International Criminal Court at the Hague (“ICC”) concerning <a href="https://unitynewsnetwork.co.uk/international-criminal-court-accepts-claim-of-violating-nuremberg-code-by-israeli-govt/">violations of the Code by the Israeli government</a> and others;</li>
<li><a href="https://breggin.com/nuremberg-code-against-nazi-experiments-should-stop-further-covid-19-vaccinations/">Dr. Peter Breggin wrote a report</a> which concluded: “Under the principles of the Nuremberg Code, as well as general medical ethics which it reflects, the government should be prohibited from experimenting on its citizens with Covid-19 vaccines;”</li>

The Arizona “audit” finally seems to be wrapping up. Prepare for a blizzard of disinformation.

<p>Cyber Ninjas — the company running the GOP’s so-called “audit” of the 2020 election results in Maricopa County, Arizona — is expected to <a href="https://nymag.com/intelligencer/article/arizona-election-audit-explainer.html">finally</a> release a report summarizing its findings sometime in the next few weeks. But if past is precedent, the document will likely leave people in a fog of confusion.</p>
<p>That’s because the “audit,” which began in April at the behest of the state’s GOP-controlled Senate and is <a href="https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2021/08/09/the-big-money-behind-the-big-lie">being paid for by a variety of far-right, pro-Trump sources</a>, was never intended to be a good-faith investigation of election practices. On the contrary, it’s always been about bolstering Donald Trump’s lies about the election with false and misleading claims, then using them as a pretext to impose new voting restrictions aimed at giving Republicans an edge in future elections, including a possible Trump 2024 presidential run.</p>
<p>Inevitably, that means Cyber Ninjas will make claims just plausible enough to get credulous coverage from pro-Trump media, even if the claims can’t withstand scrutiny from impartial fact-checkers. Those claims can then be amplified by elected Republicans who won’t let facts get in the way of their narrative. Consider the dynamic at work in Tucker Carlson’s recent attempts to blame the FBI for the January 6 insurrection — a claim that was <a href="https://www.vox.com/2021/6/23/22544084/tucker-carlson-january-6-insurrection-fbi">quickly debunked</a> but was nonetheless touted by members of Congress like Marjorie Taylor Green and Matt Gaetz.</p>
<p>Comments made last month by Doug Logan, CEO of Cyber Ninjas, gave up the game. During a briefing that took place after most “audit” operations were completed, Logan, who is running the Maricopa County operation even though last winter he <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/doug-logan-cyber-ninjas-arizona-audit-election-conspiracy-theory-film-2021-6">posted conspiracy theories</a> about the election being stolen from Trump, claimed, “We have 74,243 mail-in ballots where there is no clear record of them being sent.” That’s a big-if-true allegation that would constitute significant evidence of malfeasance of the sort Trump claimed enabled Joe Biden to beat him in Arizona and other states.</p>
<p>But within days of Logan making those comments, CNN published <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2021/07/18/politics/fact-check-maricopa-audit-arizona-cyber-ninjas-74000/index.html">a lengthy fact-check</a> with a straightforward explanation for the 74,000-plus ballots Logan mentioned. It turns out Logan either didn’t understand or was intentionally trying to mislead people about the fact that the “submitted-ballots list” he cited included ballots cast via in-person early voting as well as by mail. In short, when you understand what the number is actually supposed to represent, it’s not the case that there was a significant number of unexplainable votes.</p>
<p>On Twitter, Arizona elections analyst Garrett Archer broke down what Logan missed and <a href="https://twitter.com/Garrett_Archer/status/1416155212247486465?s=20">described</a> the CEO’s conspiracy-mongering about the ballots as either “grossly negligent” or “deliberately misleading.” But as the old saying goes, a lie travels halfway around the world while the truth is lacing up its boots.</p>
<p>As CNN detailed, even though the claim that tens of thousands of mail-in ballots appeared out of nowhere is false, prominent Republicans ranging from Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) to Trump himself made hay out of it, with Trump claiming it’s evidence of “magically appearing ballots.”</p>
<p>And that wasn’t even the only false claim Logan made during that briefing. He also <a href="https://twitter.com/RecordersOffice/status/1415749790437019649">lied</a> about Maricopa County’s signature verification processes. But for Logan and company, the truth or falsity of claims is unimportant compared to their usefulness in advancing a narrative about Democratic cheating.</p>
<p>As my colleague Ian Millhiser <a href="https://www.vox.com/22417310/arizona-audit-ballots-cyber-ninjas-uv-lights-qanon-conspiracy-theory-vote-suppression-fraud">detailed</a> in May, Trump supporters haven’t been shy about framing the proceedings in Arizona as the first step in discrediting the 2020 election as part of a <a href="https://www.forbes.com/sites/andrewsolender/2021/06/03/trump-reportedly-thinks-audits-will-lead-to-reinstatement-of-defeated-gop-senators/?sh=1bf8af62661f">half-baked effort to reinstate</a> Trump and other Republicans who lost in 2020.</p>

<p>Pro-Trump outlets like <a href="https://www.oann.com/ariz-audit-chief-says-probe-of-2020-fraud-is-gaining-momentum/"><strong>One America News Network</strong></a> (OAN) and <a href="https://www.newsmax.com/politics/arizona-republicans-audit-kelli-ward/2021/05/01/id/1019774/"><strong>Newsmax</strong></a> feature breathless coverage of how, in Arizona GOP chair Kelli Ward’s words, this audit will be “the first domino that will fall and then other states will look into irregularities, abnormalities, mistakes and potentially outright fraud that happened.” Trump himself touts the audit, claiming that Democrats are trying to stop it because “<a href="https://www.newsmax.com/politics/arizona-election-integrity-audit/2021/04/27/id/1019218/"><strong>it won’t be good for the Dems</strong></a>.”</p>
<p>The real purpose of the audit, in other words, appears to be feeding <a href="https://www.vox.com/2021/3/23/22346333/sidney-powell-dominion-defamation-lawsuit-trump"><strong>Trump’s big lie</strong></a> — the false idea that the 2020 election results are fraudulent.</p>

<p>Let’s take a moment to consider what we already know about the 2020 presidential election in Arizona, which Biden won by 10,457 votes over Trump, and in Maricopa County, the most populous county in the state, which Biden won by just over 45,000 votes.</p>
<p>The Maricopa County result has already been <a href="https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2021/08/09/the-big-money-behind-the-big-lie">audited</a> four times, with each of them confirming Biden’s margin there. Republicans ranging from <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2020/12/01/politics/doug-ducey-donald-trump-arizona-voter-fraud-claims/index.html">Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey</a> to the four on the <a href="https://news.yahoo.com/maricopa-county-board-supervisors-condemns-043012516.html">Maricopa County Board of Supervisors</a> (only one Democrat sits on it) to federal <a href="https://apnews.com/article/barr-no-widespread-election-fraud-b1f1488796c9a98c4b1a9061a6c7f49d">officials from Trump’s own administration</a> have affirmed that no funny business took place. A study published by the Associated Press last month <a href="https://apnews.com/article/business-government-and-politics-only-on-ap-election-2020-8260008a320b6c96a15e6884af3fa474">found</a> that “Arizona county election officials have identified fewer than 200 cases of potential voter fraud out of more than 3 million ballots cast in last year’s presidential election, further discrediting former President Donald Trump’s claims of a stolen election as his allies continue a disputed ballot review in the state’s most populous county.”</p>
<p>Simply put, not only is there no evidence of widespread election fraud, everything we know points overwhelmingly to the conclusion that Biden’s victory was the result of a free and fair process.</p>
<p>Nonetheless, the Maricopa County “audit” includes a full hand recount of ballots. Cyber Ninjas has been criticized for its sloppy recount procedures — at one point, counters were <a href="https://www.forbes.com/sites/nicholasreimann/2021/07/14/house-committee-launches-probe-into-arizona-election-audit/?sh=72570db24fa5">spotted marking ballots with blue pens</a> even though that sort of ink can affect how they’re read by machines — and the results haven’t been released yet. But there are indications Cyber Ninjas is spending just as much time trying to chase down wild conspiracies as it is taking yet another look at ballot tabulations that have already been confirmed time and time again.</p>
<p>For instance, Cyber Ninjas used UV lights to examine ballots for reasons that remain unclear but may have something to do with their efforts to substantiate a conspiracy theory that bamboo fibers in ballots could serve as proof some were smuggled from Asia.</p>

<p>Then Republicans in the Arizona state senate subpoenaed the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and Dominion Voting Systems, demanding they turn over routers used in the election. (They <a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/news/arizona-audit-election-subpoenas-maricopa-county-dominion-voting-systems-refuse/">refused</a>.) This interest in routers appears to be connected to a conspiracy theory pushed by My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell that Trump alluded to during a speech in Arizona on July 24.</p>

<p>In a statement explaining why the board won’t comply with the subpoenas, Jack Sellers, the Republican chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, said it’s already been established that voting machines weren’t tampered with.</p>
<p>“For months, the Senate’s audit team has had access to the items they need to confirm Maricopa County’s tabulators were not connected to the internet and thus were not hacked during the November General Election,” Sellers <a href="https://www.ny1.com/nyc/all-boroughs/news/2021/08/03/maricopa-county-board--dominion-defy-subpoenas-in-arizona-election-audit">said</a>. “The certified auditors hired by the County needed just two weeks with the machines and logs that we turned over to the Senate to make such a determination. They have what they need.”</p>
<p>As clownish and rife with conflicts of interest as it has been — one of the “auditors” was a <a href="https://twitter.com/utilityreporter/status/1388179799198162945?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1388179799198162945%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.vox.com%2F22417310%2Farizona-audit-ballots-cyber-ninjas-uv-lights-qanon-conspiracy-theory-vote-suppression-fraud">former Republican state representative</a> who lost his seat in 2020 — the proceedings in Arizona illustrate how Republicans are sowing doubt about America’s elections to advance their political interests.</p>
<p>As <a href="https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2021/08/09/the-big-money-behind-the-big-lie">Jane Mayer explained for the New Yorker</a>, the “audit” can’t be understood on its own — it’s part of a national effort “fed by sophisticated, well-funded national organizations whose boards of directors include some of the country’s wealthiest and highest-profile conservatives”:</p>

<p>One of the movement’s leaders is the <a href="https://www.newyorker.com/tag/heritage-foundation">Heritage Foundation</a>, the prominent conservative think tank in Washington, D.C. It has been working with the American Legislative Exchange Council (alec)—a corporate-funded nonprofit that generates model laws for state legislators—on ways to impose new voting restrictions. Among those deep in the fight is <a href="https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2017/04/17/the-conservative-pipeline-to-the-supreme-court">Leonard Leo</a>, a chairman of the Federalist Society, the legal organization known for its decades-long campaign to fill the courts with conservative judges. In February, 2020, the Judicial Education Project, a group tied to Leo, quietly rebranded itself as the Honest Elections Project, which subsequently filed briefs at the Supreme Court, and in numerous states, opposing mail-in ballots and other reforms that have made it easier for people to vote.</p>

<p>Republican lawmakers in Pennsylvania — another state Biden won — recently <a href="https://www.forbes.com/sites/alisondurkee/2021/07/02/after-arizona-audit-is-pennsylvania-next-state-sen-reportedly-begins-push-for-privately-funded-election-probe/?sh=5412b1cc6e6c">expressed</a> interest in a similarly partisan, privately funded “audit” of the 2020 results. Republicans in Texas and Georgia have <a href="https://www.vox.com/22607616/georgia-republicans-fulton-county-atlanta-voter-suppression-sb202-jim-crow">gone a step further</a> and adopted new legislation aimed at curtailing mail voting and enabling Republicans to take control of elections boards in blue cities, respectively. Arizona Republicans, meanwhile, didn’t wait for the “audit” to conclude to pass a new law <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2021/05/11/us/politics/arizona-voting-bill.html">restricting mail voting</a>.</p>
<p>These measures are potential solutions to the problem of losing elections, not to the problem of fraud. And since fraud is so exceedingly rare not only in Arizona but nationally — the Washington Post <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2021/05/04/despite-gop-rhetoric-there-have-been-fewer-than-two-dozen-charged-cases-voter-fraud-since-election/">reported</a> in May that there was one case of fraud prosecuted for every 10 million votes last year — Republicans invested in convincing people it’s actually a real problem are increasingly resorting to conspiracy theories about bamboo fibers and hacked routers.</p>
<p>So when the Arizona “audit” report finally drops, know in advance it’ll almost certainly contain flimsy claims of fraud and nods to wild conspiracy theories. Fact-checkers will just as surely get busy debunking it, but in the increasingly shameless environment of Trump’s Republican Party, their findings will either be ignored or summarily dismissed as the product of media outlets that were in on the plot.</p>
