However, there is almost no resistance to them from fellow Muslims not because these people are incapable of standing up, but because there exists so much support for what ISIS is doing, with the only difference these people are not actually carrying out the deeds themselves.This is something that you will find in every group. As I have pointed out, there are varying degrees of commitment to any cause, no matter what it is, including Islam.
