In many places, if the police catch you using a cell phone when driving you get a ticket. I fear to ask what the Shariah punishment for this offense would be.
I guess the question for the fuqaha’ (persons who specialize in Islamic jurisprudence) is, would Muhammad have used a cell phone when riding a camel?

Saudi Islamic scholar issued a fatwa banning the use of mobile phones while driving, saying this is a great sin in Islam as it may cause disasters.
Ahmed Al Husseini Al Shahri, Imam (preacher) at a mosque in the Western Saudi Red Sea port of Jeddah, said motorists commit a big sin by speaking, texting or filming through the mobile phone while they are driving.
“This act is a big sin in Islam because it detracts the brain, heart and eye and could cause disasters,” he told worshippers at the mosque.
“Using mobile phones while driving amounts to disobeying God the Almighty who prohibits acts that will cause harm.”

Obama Wanted War: Now 150 Armed Militia Have Seized a Federal Building In Oregon

On Friday, in a post titled, Carol Bundy Issues a Call to Arms For Militia Around the Country to Join The Hammond Family in Burns, Oregon For a Showdown With the Feds, I expressed my grave concerns about the potential for something awful to happen at an armed protest that was scheduled for yesterday at 2pm. The good news is the protest went well.
The not such good news is that a group of around 150 armed militia took over a federal building and say they are willing to die if they don’t get their demands met. Their demands I might add, are that this leviathan of a federal government stop infringing on their rights… the rights granted to them by the Bill of Rights, and the rights Barack Obama continues to trample.
As Americans, we best pray this situation cools down REAL quickly, and IF it does, then before an all out uprising or civil war breaks out, it’s time to have Barack Obama removed from office, and tried for his crimes. Although I have no reason to suspect this will end quickly or quietly, I pray that it does. 
Here’s the problem: Even if it does miraculously end quickly and without bloodshed, it won’t be long before there’s another incident like it. Why?
Presently there are roughly 100 million Americans who own a total of about 300 million guns. They own them legally, they pose no threat to anyone, and they are sick and tired of the un-American, Christian hating, lawless, treasonous thug in the White House who insists on provoking them by violating their inalienable rights as laid out in the Bill of Rights. 
There’s a good reason Over 1 In 4 Americans Now Believe the U.S. Government is the Enemy of the People, and in a recent poll, 1/3 of Americans Said They Would Support a Military Coup to Oust Barack Obama. 
People are SICK of the hypocrisy coming out of Washington D.C. and the White House. It’s nauseating. 
While Obama lectures law abiding Americans about guns, it’s HIM that’s breaking our laws at will. Even his own appointee as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, General Michael Flynn, has come forward and accused Obama of outright TREASON. Flynn, and several other very high ranking members of the military have accused Obama outright of, <a href="http://beforeitsnews.com/politics/2015/11/top-obama-appointee-president-knowingly-and-willingly-armed-isis-2759466.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">“Knowingly and Willingly Arming ISIS.“</a>
More recently, last week the <a href="http://beforeitsnews.com/politics/2015/12/busted-cia-reveals-hillary-and-obama-armed-isis-2766272.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">CIA Revealed its Findings that Both Barack and Hillary Funded and Armed ISIS (Video)</a>. ISIS is our ENEMY! One IS the President, and the other is running for President. That is TREASON, it is unacceptable, and it makes BOTH unfit to hold office. 
The events currently unfolding in Oregon are no more than a mere symptom of a much larger problem. If you don’t understand the problem, than you are part of the problem.
Gun and ammo sales every week confirm what I am saying. Americans are sick and tired of being talked down to by the jackass in the oval office, as well as the rest of the DC cartel. They all need to be reminded, ESPECIALLY Obama, they are servants of the people, not the other way around, something Obama simply is incapable of grasping. Contrary to his beliefs, he is not a God.

There’s something for everyone in Nate Cohn’s new post. If you’re a Trump fan, here’s the smoking gun that he really is a new Reagan, the guy who’s going to broaden the tent and sweep to victory in November by bringing centrist Democrats into the GOP. If you’re a Trump critic, here’s further proof that he’s the RINO of RINOs, a man who’s blended nationalism, center-left economics, and Jacksonian foreign policy into something that tastes better to members of the other party than it does to conservatives. That sounds a lot like Perotism, frankly — except, according to the (Democratic) pollster who provided Cohn with data, Trump’s geographic support is the opposite of Perot’s. Perot did best in the west and in New England. Trump cleans up in the south, up through Appalachia, and into the industrial northeastern states like New York. How do you explain that?
Cohn’s theory, comparing Trump’s map of support to a map of “racially charged Internet searches,” is that prejudice is driving some of his votes. There was nothing comparable in Perot’s campaign to Trump inveighing against rapists from Mexico and calling for a temporary ban on Muslims entering the United States. (There’s no disputing that Trump is the favored candidate of the white nationalists of the “alt-right.”) On the other hand, how many Trump voters in economically distressed industrial areas in the eastern U.S. like Trump’s immigration rhetoric because they “hate” Mexicans and how many simply want less competition from foreign labor in the name of bringing back jobs to America? According to Cohn, Trump’s best state is West Virginia; West Virginia also happens to be the only state in the U.S. where (as of March of this year) less than half of the adult civilian population is employed. Being a protectionist doesn’t make you a racist. Either way, though, this part is certainly true — and important to the future of the GOP:
In many of these areas, a large number of traditionally Democratic voters have long supported Republicans in presidential elections. Even now, Democrats have more registered voters than Republicans do in states like West Virginia and Kentucky, which have been easily carried by Republicans in every presidential contest of this century. As recently as a few years ago, Democrats still had a big advantage in partisan self-identification in the same states.
But during the Obama era, many of these voters have abandoned the Democrats. Many Democrats may now even identify as Republicans, or as independents who lean Republican, when asked by pollsters — a choice that means they’re included in a national Republican primary survey, whether they remain registered as Democrats or not.

I think a big part of what explains Trump is the natural growing pains of the GOP assimilating big govt whites leaving the Dem Party.
Right. The GOP is gradually becoming older and whiter due to white Democrats crossing the aisle for various reasons — contempt for some Democratic welfare programs, disagreement with progressives on cultural flashpoints like gay marriage, righteous disgust for the left’s insistence on open borders, racial anxiety, and so forth. On “values” issues, that influx of culturally conservative Dems will help entrench the GOP (for a while, at least) as a socially right-wing party despite more centrist tendencies among younger Republicans. Economically, though, it seems likely to do the opposite: Trump’s gone a long, long way this year preaching protectionism and zealous defense of entitlements, and as the Democratic constituency within the GOP grows, other Republican pols will feel pressure to follow suit. The Reagan revolution was about convincing centrist Dems to try smaller government and deregulation; the Trump revolution is about convincing them that big government will work for them with Donald Trump in charge. A populist would say that that’s really no different than what we have now, with GOP candidates preaching Reaganism to get elected and then practicing Trumpism once in office — except it’s Trumpism for the donor class, not for blue-collar voters. Reaganism remains the party’s ideological guiding star, though, at least for the moment. If Trump has a long run this year thanks to centrist Democrats coming out to vote for him in Republican primaries, does that change? How do you build a conservative party if a significant chunk of it is Democratic? Or do we no longer care about conservatism so long as we’ve got nationalism?
That’s the long-term problem. The short-term problem is one for Trump: How do you get these Democratic voters re-registered as Republicans and out to the polls in February? And if you’re Ted Cruz, how do you maintain your position as their second choice when you’re running as the staunchest conservative in the field? Maybe continuing to attack the “Washington cartel” without emphasizing too heavily how right-wing you are is enough. I’d be curious to see how Trump fans shake out, though, in a hypothetical match-up between Cruz and, say, Chris Christie after a month or two of Christie selling his own brand of alpha-male centrism on the trail beyond New Hampshire. If you want a guy who knows how to pander to Democratic voters and ostentatiously doesn’t care how boorish people find him, there’s an obvious choice. And it ain’t Ted Cruz.
Exit question: Is Trump’s Democratic support being oversold by Cohn? Look back at the numbers at the top. Even among registered Republicans, he’s just a hair shy of 30 percent support, enough to lead the field. Is that because a bunch of former Democrats have already re-registered as Republicans over the last 10 years and are responding to Trump? Or is Trump appealing in some ways even to longtime righties?

The mainstream media never disappoints. This story is GINORMOUS, but it will be interesting to see how much attention it gets by the mainstream, if any! By defying a judge’s orders, and now COVERING for Hillary, the same Hillary that Obama and Valerie Jarrett made a personal effort to very publicly torpedo with this whole email server scandal in the first place, it’s not even fair to call this recent turn of events a 180 degree turn by Obama. This is more like a 720 degree turn and the man should be falling down dizzy…
I’ve been saying for weeks now that it doesn’t look like Obama was planning to vacate the office. Why? Going all the way back the first leak that started all of Hillary’s problems, and then throughout the very painful drip, drip, drip of leaks that continued for Clinton, it has been widely circulated in DC that Valerie Jarrett was the one providing the leaks. Let that sink in for a moment and process. 
Hillary Clinton is the only viable Democrat running that could win. Obama and Jarrett know that. A GOP win for the Presidency means Obama’s life’s work would almost certainly get completely undone within hours of a GOP president taking office… literally. All of Obama’s bogus Executive Orders could be nullified with the stroke of a pen, and if the House and Senate stay in GOP hands which they are likely to do, there will be a bill to repeal Obamacare almost instantly on the new president’s desk.
QUESTION: When has Obama EVER, and I mean EVER let go of ANYTHING, let alone his life’s work without a fight or a backup plan? MORE to the point, would Obama actually torpedo Hillary and have his whole presidency undone by a conscious decision of HIS OWN making by letting out the server leaks? N-E-V-E-R! Hence my theory why Obama wasn’t leaving. All of that had changed now that Obama is willing to go WAY out on a limb by defying a judge’s orders, and COVERING for the same issue he personally brought raining down on Hillary’s head. The question is…. WHY?

Whatever Clinton has on Obama, or whatever card she played for this complete Obama turnaround MUST be a good one. There is SO MUCH evidence for an indictment it’s unbelievable, and now Obama is covering for her after he was about to go for the jugular? For the record, when I say evidence, let’s begin with the emails that Hillary said didn’t exist, but were found on her server that show SHE was the one responsible for the military standing down the night of Benghazi!?!?!? An email recently obtained by Judicial Watch shows that the Pentagon was demanding Hillary allow them to send help to Benghazi during the 2012 attack. This would completely contradict the claim from Hillary and Leon Panetta that no forces were available and within reach to provide help to the compound that was under siege.

As the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi was unfolding, a high-ranking Pentagon official urgently messaged Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s top deputies to offer military help, according to an email obtained by Judicial Watch.
The revelation appears to contradict testimony Defense Secretary Leon Panetta gave lawmakers in 2013, when he said there was no time to get forces to the scene in Libya, where four Americans were killed, including U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens.
“I just tried you on the phone but you were all in with S [apparent reference to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton],” reads the email, from Panetta’s chief of staff Jeremy Bash. “After consulting with General Dempsey, General Ham and the Joint Staff, we have identified the forces that could move to Benghazi. They are spinning up as we speak.”
Ironically, Hillary Clinton and her minions were concerned with spinning the story instead of gearing up the military forces.
The email was sent out at 7:19 p.m. ET on Sept. 11, 2012, in the early stages of the eight-hour siege that also claimed the lives of Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith and two former Navy SEALs, Ty Woods and Glen Doherty, private CIA contractors who raced to the aid of embattled State Department workers.
Although the email came after the first wave of the attack at the consulate, it occurred before a mortar strike on the CIA annex killed Woods and Doherty.
“This leaves no doubt military assets were offered and ready to go, and awaiting State Department sign-off, which did not come,” Judicial Watch, a nonprofit government watchdog said in a statement.

When we tell you that Iran (biblical Elam) will soon wipe Saudi Arabia off the face of the map, you better believe it, Isaiah 21 confirmed it and it will be done. Today Iran’s Ayatullah  threatens: “I have no doubt that this pure blood will stain the collar of the House of Saud and wipe them from the pages of history,” says Iran’s Ayatollah Ahmad Khatami. The <a href="http://www.reuters.com/article/us-saudi-security-iran-khatami-idUSKBN0UG05C20160102">threat</a> with complete annihilation came as result when King Salman of Saudi Arabia today executed an Ayatullah figure named Nimr Al-Nimr in Saudi Arabia. So like birth pangs, this speeds up the end of Saudi Arabia by the hand of Elam/Iran (Isaiah 21).
There are only 47 Ayatollahs in the world and 17 of them are assigned to 8 Muslim countries outside Iran  and yesterday the King of Saudi Arabia, King Salman, decided to behead one of them; Nimr Al-Nimr who was executed privately among 47 others on terrorism charges in an indoor beheading fest that was carried out in small batches throughout the kingdom.
The event sparked havoc all throughout; Shiites ignited in riots in several countries, Qatif, the Shiite community in Saudi Arabia are revolting while the Saudi Embassy in Mashhad, Iran was set ablaze with calls to destroy Saudi Arabia which echoed throughout the Shiite world while Iran vowed to destroy Al-Saud.
The execution was carried out few days when Erdogan of Turkey, the candidate for Caliph of the Muslim world had visited with King Salman and <a href="http://shoebat.com/2015/12/31/90192/">entered the Gate to Allah</a> (Bab-Illah) in the Kabaa in Mecca. The King perhaps is confident that his back is covered by major Muslim sunni power, the Caliph to be, the neo-Ottoman Erdogan. This, we predict, will backfire on Saudi Arabia.

Several videos surfaced showing the havoc. The first two is setting Saudi embassy ablaze in Mashhad, the other two are the riots in Qatif, the Shiite region of Saudi Arabia.

The title Ayatollah is from Arabic: آية الله‎, āyatu allah “Sign of Allah”, and is the highest ranking title given to Usuli Twelver Shī‘ah clerics after the Grand Ayatollah and are considered experts in Islamic jurisprudence, ethics, and philosophy.
The best way to relate this story to the western mindset is perhaps to compare the feud between the English (as the Sunnis) and the Scottish (as the Shiites) where William Wallace had become the hated enemy of King Edward I, the Longshanks who eventually had Wallace beheaded. Nimr, according to the Saudi Kingdom was a cause of much controversy for leading a Shiite uprising within the Sunni kingdom.
As it was in Wallace’s mock trial, Nimr’s trial was no ordinary criminal trial, since the prosecutor sought to convict al-Nimr of “waging war on Allah” and was ultimately convicted of “disobeying” the king; waging violence against the state; inviting “foreign meddling” in the kingdom; inciting vandalism and sectarian violence; and insulting the Prophet Muhammad’s relatives, a thing that all Shiites are accused by Sunnis because of their theological convictions. The prosecutor requested the court to have the Ayatollah to be publicly executed by “beheading crucifixion” (just as they did to William Wallace), a rare method of execution that entails beheading the individual before publicly displaying his decapitated body on a crucifix.
Since the October 15, 2014 ruling to execute Nimr, Iran was up-in-arms and the international human rights organizations including the U.S have sought to pressure Saudi Arabia into sparing al-Nimr’s life while demonstrations erupted in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Yemen and the United Kingdom, even including Bashar Al-Assad of Syria and Hezbollah.
The King carried out the execution despite requests from U.S. state department showing that Saudi Arabia realizes its ally, the U.S., no longer is the protector. Keep in mind, the executions were carried out after Erdogan of Turkey (the new fledgling protector) of the kingdom entered into the heart of the Kaaba.
The beheading was celebrated by Saudis and scorned by Shiites.

The last mass execution of similar scale in Saudi Arabia was in 1980, when 63 jihadists were put to death after they seized the Grand Mosque in Mecca.
The executions of at least 157 people in 2015, a year that began with the inauguration of a new monarch, King Salman, were a sharp increase from the 90 people put to death in 2014. Saudi officials have argued that the increase reflects not a change in policy but a backlog of death sentences that had built up in the final years of the previous monarch, King Abdullah.
The spark to end Saudi Arabia perhaps has begun. Emirati political scientist, Abdulkhaliq Abdulla,<a href="https://twitter.com/Abdulkhaleq_UAE/status/683216293814792192">wrote on Twitter</a>, adding that the kingdom was better prepared to confront Iran “than at any other time.”
The cyber rattling between Shiite Iran and Sunni Saudi Arabia stems from ancient wounds that will never be resolved, with Saudi Arabia having destroyed Shiite holy places and Iran making countless claims of persecution. Iran has recently <a href="http://shoebat.com/2015/04/14/iran-declares-a-war-on-mecca-by-banning-shiites-to-do-pilgrims-to-the-holiest-sites-in-islam/">forbidden its citizens from traveling to Mecca to practice the Hajj</a>, one of the five pillars of Islam. Iran’s prohibition on  traveling  to Islam’s holiest sites, Mecca and Medina, confirms that Iran will even eventually abandon Mecca altogether. As it seems, the Sunni-Shiite divide reveals a major schism between two Muslim holy cities, Mecca on the one hand and Karbala (holiest site for Shiites in Iraq) on the other. The execution of Ayatullah Nimr will backfire on Al-Saud. Anyone today now can deduce that Iran with Iraq, a majority Shiite nation, soon to become Iranian controlled, this including Iranian controlled Yemen, Oman and later Bahrain will pin Saudi Arabia where they have only the Red Sea behind them and the enemy on its eastern flank leaving no escape. This is definitely a deadly combination and Saudi Arabia sees the writing on the wall: the Persians (Elam) are coming for Arabia (Isaiah 21). This is no longer prophetic theory but is becoming prophetic reality. In the geo-politics of everything Middle East, when Iran eventually controls these nations, even if one takes Jordan (Edom and Moab), prophetically will likely be entered by Turkey (Daniel 11:41) leaving no escape for the harlot except by the Red Sea. Yet the Bible even tells us that her destruction is heard at the Red Sea (Jeremiah 49:21) and is where the shipmasters will weep and wail “Alas Alas that great city …” (Revelation 18).
Saudi Arabia is rummaging to find a solution and sees the writing on the wall. The dual fulfillment of “MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN ()” is on the horizon. And while it is explained to mean that God had “numbered” the kingdom of Babylon and brought it to an end; that the king had been weighed and found wanting; and that his kingdom was divided and given to the Medes and Persians (Dan. v. 1-28), we need not forget the duality of fulfillment here. This also applies to the end time Mystery Babylon which is not in Iraq, New York or Rome (see full detailed explanation here) but Arabia. Within few years, Mecca and its 7 massive structures, the largest building structure on earth, called “The Towers Of The House” that overlooks the Ka’ba, Islam’s holiest place will meet its doom in accordance to prophecy. There is no place on earth today where stands the largest structure in the world, used for a religious purpose, all worshipping in one tongue, regardless of their mother tongue, and is holy to more than 1.5 billion people on earth that is literally called Mount Babel today, except the one in Mecca overlooking the Ka’ba.
This is an un-healable divide and the Scriptures in Isaiah 21 predict that Iran will end up destroying Arabia, so let the symphony begin and let the angels proclaim God’s judgment which right after, the earth will rest and the holy people will rejoice.
