Author Arnold Toynbee wrote that “Great nations die by suicide, not murder.” I was reminded of the quote in a recently published article from the UK Telegraph which summarized the year 2015 as a watershed year defining those to come entitled <a href="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/asia/china/12078365/Our-spoiled-emasculated-despiritualised-societies-in-the-Westare-in-terminal-decline.html?utm_campaign=Echobox&utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Facebook">Our spoiled, emasculated, de-spiritualized societies in the West are in terminal decline</a>:
What we were seeing in 2015, more than ever before, were the signs of one of history’s great geopolitical shifts, as the centuries-old hegemony of the West gives way to the new powerhouses of the outside world.
In the face of every kind of new external challenge, the leaders of the EU and the USA have never looked weaker or more bemused – as over how to deal with the flood of refugees and the terrorist threat unleashed from a Middle East reduced to chaos by our vainglorious interventions in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya. Never have our politicians and political institutions been held in less respect.
Everywhere we see Western illusions colliding with reality, as when the reckless bid to suck Ukraine into the EU and Nato inevitably provoked a response from President Putin and a Russian sense of national interest that has left us looking pathetically impotent. Likewise, in his support for Syria’s President Assad, Putin has run rings round the West, just as the murderous regime in Iran ran rings round us in that recent “nuclear deal”, so meaningless that Iran’s “moderate” President Rouhani never even bothered to sign it, almost immediately authorising two illegal tests of nuclear-capable missiles, knowing that no action from the West would follow.
We then saw that even more meaningless “non-binding” deal in Paris, supposed to save the world from global warming. The very fact that it was the West that had dreamed up this scare in the first place was yet another symptom of how easily we fall for illusions; and again it was the outside world, led by China and India, that refused to buy such nonsense.
We might well be haunted by the brilliant title of that otherwise not very good book written by Otto Spengler in the Twenties, Der Untergang des Abendlandes (The Decline of the West). All civilisations, as we know, eventually decline, and Spengler’s title was just 90 years ahead of its time.
The reason why we do not see just how far our spoiled, emasculated, de‑spiritualised societies in the West have lost the plot is that they are the bubble we live in. But these days there is a great big world out there, much less sentimental and much tougher than what we have become used to. Over the coming years, our world is going to change more than we can imagine.

Oswald Spengler’s <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Decline-West-Oxford-Paperbacks/dp/0195066340">The Decline of the West</a>, which was first published in 1918, basically said the argument that the Western world was in the final stage of its development and was headed over the next century for decline and eventually, its fall, and that nothing save the power of a bloody revolution could save it.
I respectfully disagree, as the problems which have plagued the West are for the most part self-created and have entrenched themselves into our society. However, there are two major ones which I am thinking of around which all the others are based:
–<a href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2088840/Abortion-statistics-Nearly-pregnancies-Europe-end-termination.html">Europe and America abort approximately 1/3 of all pregnancies.</a> This is outright suicide/autogenocide. If you cannot propagate, you cannot have heirs to your civilization. Not only that, but <a href="http://www.centerformedicalprogress.org/cmp/investigative-footage/">we outright defend murdering our progeny even when it is brought to our attention</a>. For the Europeans who have children, the rate is average for <a href="http://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/statistics-explained/index.php/Fertility_statistics">the whole EU is somewhere around 1.47. which is still below the bare minimum replacement rate</a> of 2.1.
-Religious faith is practically a joke. Between 25% to 50% of Europeans on average <a href="http://www.wsj.com/news/markets">have no religion.</a> Church attendance rates are sometimes difficult to calculate, but <a href="http://articles.latimes.com/2013/mar/10/world/la-fg-catholic-church-europe-20130311">the estimate for Catholics is that on average across Europe 20% or less</a> attend weekly, while <a href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/6520463.stm">Protestants are even worse off</a>.

This about sums up all that is wrong with America and Europe- we choose to worship false gods and then we murder our own offspring.
If you will not reproduce, you cannot have heirs to your civilization. If you do not believe in anything greater than yourself that is worth killing and dying for (and for Europe, it would be the Faith which brought it into existence), you have nothing to live for.
That is, in short, the reason why America and Europe are dying- because the people who make up these societies are repeatedly making self-destructive choices and doing nothing to make amends for them. We are choosing suicide.
But don’t worry- there are people ready to claim the remnants of our civilization that we don’t want:

Cultists in Mexico, all members of the Knights Templar drug cult, <a href="http://www.sinembargo.mx/03-01-2016/1582587" target="_blank">kidnapped a Christian man’s daughter and demanded from him 14 million pesos</a> (around $81,000). The father, an avocado farmer in Michoacan, was able to accumulate 7 million pesos and told the cultists that this was all the pesos he could obtain, but that he would compensate the rest with his gardens, the homes of his family, and even the very clothes on their backs. The Templar heretics agreed to receiving the 7 million and told the poor farmer to meet them at a certain location where they could take the money and return the girl. The father arrived, gave them the money, and they in return, gave him his the dismembered corpse of his daughter.
This is not an example of a few killings here and there, this is an example of what has happened countless times in Mexico, and what is happening in this nation. We are talking about Syria and Iraq, but what is occurring in the Middle East is taking place right next door. I did a video on this:

Ramses II (aka Ramesses II, Rameses II or Sese) was the third pharaoh of the 19th dynasty. He was one of the most powerful and influential pharaohs of ancient Egypt.

King Ramses the Second took the throne of Egypt in his early twenties (around 1279 BC) and ruled for 66 years until his death (1213 BC). He was the third ruler of the 19th Dynasty and ruled for an amazing 67 years, the second longest reign of the ancient Egyptian pharaohs.
A variety of health problems (such as arthritis and arterial issues) may have contributed to the end of the life of Ramses II, but he had accomplished much in his time.
<h2>Ramses II Biography: Architectural Accomplishments</h2>

Perhaps the best-known achievements of Ramses the Great are his architecturalendeavors, most notable the Ramesseum and the temples of Abu Simbel. Ramses II’s interest in architecture resulted in the erection of more monuments than any of the other ancient Egyptian pharaohs. A significant number of architectural tributes attributed to Ramses 2 still dominate the landscape of Egypt today.
The Ramesseum is a memorial temple complex situated close to Luxor (even closer to Qurna). Although it is in ruins now, it is still recognizable for the large Pylon of Ramesses inside which is useful as a historical document.

Pylon is the Greek word for the entrance of an Egyptian temple. The pylon is inscribed with images showing Ramesses victories over the Hittites in war, and the subsequent peace treaty which ensued. This pylon, along with other inscriptions and temples created during Ramses II’s reign, shows that this pharaoh wanted to be remembered for his influence on military, political, and religious life.
Also at the Ramesseum are the remains of a gigantic Ramses II statue. It used to be 56ft (17m) high, but now only parts of the torso and base remain. Other remains found are those of 2 large statues of a seated Ramesses 2 (the bust is on display in the British Museum).
The Abu Simbel temples, 2 massive twin rock temples, were also built by Ramses II. They are situated in Nubia (South Egypt), close to Lake Nasser, and were meant to commemorate his reign, and that of his queen, Nefertari.

Pi-Ramesses, an ancient city in the <a href="http://www.ancient-egypt-online.com/map-of-nile-delta.html">Nile delta</a>, was established by Ramesses 2 and used for his campaigns in Syria. This city is mentioned in the Bible, as a place where Israelites were forced to work for the Pharaoh.
Another ancient city, Abydos (known for its mythological inscriptions) was used by Ramses II to record the history of his reign and that of his ancestors, providing a wealth of knowledge for future generations on the accomplishments of these pharaohs.

The well known Ramses II statue unearthed atMemphis was thought to have been commissioned by Ramses II himself. It has shown people today how large of an impact Ramses the Great had on the artwork of his day. Other sites have yielded similar large Ramses II statues.
<h2>Ramses II: Military Impact</h2>
The reign of Ramses 2 was marked by numerous military battles and he became one of the famous Egyptian pharaohs known for hismilitary strength. Much of his reign was occupied with taking back territories that were lost to Egypt during the rule of other ancient Egyptian pharaohs (most notably <a href="http://www.ancient-egypt-online.com/akhenaten.html">Akhenaten</a>) was preoccupied with establishing a monotheistic religion. Ramses II’s army was 100,000 men strong, enormous for that period in time.
Ramses 2’s most famous battle is the Battle of Kadesh, which took place at the city of Kadesh (situated in present day Syria). Fought in 1274 BC against the Hittites, it was the largest chariot battle ever. Ramesses made a tactical error in that fight by dividing his forces, causing one of his divisions to be swept away. Eventually none of the parties gained victory and Ramesses had to retreat because of logistic difficulties.
The military genius of Ramses II helped to secure Egypt’s borders from foreign invaders and pirates along the Mediterranean and in Libya. He managed to fend off invasions from the Hittites and Nubians.
In addition, his campaigns restored land to Egypt that had been previously lost to these empires. By forming peace treaties with these empires after warring with them, Ramses II helped to solidify Egypt’s borders on all sides, allowing for increased internal stability. Many of these campaigns were completed in the first twenty years of Ramses II’s reign.

I guess the question for the fuqaha’ (persons who specialize in Islamic jurisprudence) is, would Muhammad have used a cell phone when riding a camel?

Saudi Islamic scholar issued a fatwa banning the use of mobile phones while driving, saying this is a great sin in Islam as it may cause disasters.
Ahmed Al Husseini Al Shahri, Imam (preacher) at a mosque in the Western Saudi Red Sea port of Jeddah, said motorists commit a big sin by speaking, texting or filming through the mobile phone while they are driving.
“This act is a big sin in Islam because it detracts the brain, heart and eye and could cause disasters,” he told worshippers at the mosque.
“Using mobile phones while driving amounts to disobeying God the Almighty who prohibits acts that will cause harm.”

Obama Wanted War: Now 150 Armed Militia Have Seized a Federal Building In Oregon

On Friday, in a post titled, Carol Bundy Issues a Call to Arms For Militia Around the Country to Join The Hammond Family in Burns, Oregon For a Showdown With the Feds, I expressed my grave concerns about the potential for something awful to happen at an armed protest that was scheduled for yesterday at 2pm. The good news is the protest went well.
The not such good news is that a group of around 150 armed militia took over a federal building and say they are willing to die if they don’t get their demands met. Their demands I might add, are that this leviathan of a federal government stop infringing on their rights… the rights granted to them by the Bill of Rights, and the rights Barack Obama continues to trample.
As Americans, we best pray this situation cools down REAL quickly, and IF it does, then before an all out uprising or civil war breaks out, it’s time to have Barack Obama removed from office, and tried for his crimes. Although I have no reason to suspect this will end quickly or quietly, I pray that it does. 
Here’s the problem: Even if it does miraculously end quickly and without bloodshed, it won’t be long before there’s another incident like it. Why?
Presently there are roughly 100 million Americans who own a total of about 300 million guns. They own them legally, they pose no threat to anyone, and they are sick and tired of the un-American, Christian hating, lawless, treasonous thug in the White House who insists on provoking them by violating their inalienable rights as laid out in the Bill of Rights. 
There’s a good reason Over 1 In 4 Americans Now Believe the U.S. Government is the Enemy of the People, and in a recent poll, 1/3 of Americans Said They Would Support a Military Coup to Oust Barack Obama. 
People are SICK of the hypocrisy coming out of Washington D.C. and the White House. It’s nauseating. 
While Obama lectures law abiding Americans about guns, it’s HIM that’s breaking our laws at will. Even his own appointee as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, General Michael Flynn, has come forward and accused Obama of outright TREASON. Flynn, and several other very high ranking members of the military have accused Obama outright of, <a href="http://beforeitsnews.com/politics/2015/11/top-obama-appointee-president-knowingly-and-willingly-armed-isis-2759466.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">“Knowingly and Willingly Arming ISIS.“</a>
More recently, last week the <a href="http://beforeitsnews.com/politics/2015/12/busted-cia-reveals-hillary-and-obama-armed-isis-2766272.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">CIA Revealed its Findings that Both Barack and Hillary Funded and Armed ISIS (Video)</a>. ISIS is our ENEMY! One IS the President, and the other is running for President. That is TREASON, it is unacceptable, and it makes BOTH unfit to hold office. 
The events currently unfolding in Oregon are no more than a mere symptom of a much larger problem. If you don’t understand the problem, than you are part of the problem.
Gun and ammo sales every week confirm what I am saying. Americans are sick and tired of being talked down to by the jackass in the oval office, as well as the rest of the DC cartel. They all need to be reminded, ESPECIALLY Obama, they are servants of the people, not the other way around, something Obama simply is incapable of grasping. Contrary to his beliefs, he is not a God.
For anyone not paying attention, <a href="http://beforeitsnews.com/politics/2016/01/delusional-obama-and-un-declare-themselves-above-the-u-s-constitution-2767848.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Obama and the UN Have Recently “Declared” Themselves Above the U.S. Constitution</a>, are and are proceeding ahead accordingly with plans that are not in the best interests of the Americans people.

Recently, while most of us were busy celebrating the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, and spending time with our families during the Christmas holidays, guess what Obama’s band of clapping seals were doing? Barack Obama has done irreparable damage to this country, and it’s time for him to answer for his crimes. Thomas Jefferson once said, “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.” well, right now, there are 150 patriots holed up in a federal building, and there is one tyrant in the White House. Hey Barry, “No justice, no peace.” Americans want justice. Resign.

There’s something for everyone in Nate Cohn’s new post. If you’re a Trump fan, here’s the smoking gun that he really is a new Reagan, the guy who’s going to broaden the tent and sweep to victory in November by bringing centrist Democrats into the GOP. If you’re a Trump critic, here’s further proof that he’s the RINO of RINOs, a man who’s blended nationalism, center-left economics, and Jacksonian foreign policy into something that tastes better to members of the other party than it does to conservatives. That sounds a lot like Perotism, frankly — except, according to the (Democratic) pollster who provided Cohn with data, Trump’s geographic support is the opposite of Perot’s. Perot did best in the west and in New England. Trump cleans up in the south, up through Appalachia, and into the industrial northeastern states like New York. How do you explain that?
Cohn’s theory, comparing Trump’s map of support to a map of “racially charged Internet searches,” is that prejudice is driving some of his votes. There was nothing comparable in Perot’s campaign to Trump inveighing against rapists from Mexico and calling for a temporary ban on Muslims entering the United States. (There’s no disputing that Trump is the favored candidate of the white nationalists of the “alt-right.”) On the other hand, how many Trump voters in economically distressed industrial areas in the eastern U.S. like Trump’s immigration rhetoric because they “hate” Mexicans and how many simply want less competition from foreign labor in the name of bringing back jobs to America? According to Cohn, Trump’s best state is West Virginia; West Virginia also happens to be the only state in the U.S. where (as of March of this year) less than half of the adult civilian population is employed. Being a protectionist doesn’t make you a racist. Either way, though, this part is certainly true — and important to the future of the GOP:
In many of these areas, a large number of traditionally Democratic voters have long supported Republicans in presidential elections. Even now, Democrats have more registered voters than Republicans do in states like West Virginia and Kentucky, which have been easily carried by Republicans in every presidential contest of this century. As recently as a few years ago, Democrats still had a big advantage in partisan self-identification in the same states.
But during the Obama era, many of these voters have abandoned the Democrats. Many Democrats may now even identify as Republicans, or as independents who lean Republican, when asked by pollsters — a choice that means they’re included in a national Republican primary survey, whether they remain registered as Democrats or not.

Right. The GOP is gradually becoming older and whiter due to white Democrats crossing the aisle for various reasons — contempt for some Democratic welfare programs, disagreement with progressives on cultural flashpoints like gay marriage, righteous disgust for the left’s insistence on open borders, racial anxiety, and so forth. On “values” issues, that influx of culturally conservative Dems will help entrench the GOP (for a while, at least) as a socially right-wing party despite more centrist tendencies among younger Republicans. Economically, though, it seems likely to do the opposite: Trump’s gone a long, long way this year preaching protectionism and zealous defense of entitlements, and as the Democratic constituency within the GOP grows, other Republican pols will feel pressure to follow suit. The Reagan revolution was about convincing centrist Dems to try smaller government and deregulation; the Trump revolution is about convincing them that big government will work for them with Donald Trump in charge. A populist would say that that’s really no different than what we have now, with GOP candidates preaching Reaganism to get elected and then practicing Trumpism once in office — except it’s Trumpism for the donor class, not for blue-collar voters. Reaganism remains the party’s ideological guiding star, though, at least for the moment. If Trump has a long run this year thanks to centrist Democrats coming out to vote for him in Republican primaries, does that change? How do you build a conservative party if a significant chunk of it is Democratic? Or do we no longer care about conservatism so long as we’ve got nationalism?
That’s the long-term problem. The short-term problem is one for Trump: How do you get these Democratic voters re-registered as Republicans and out to the polls in February? And if you’re Ted Cruz, how do you maintain your position as their second choice when you’re running as the staunchest conservative in the field? Maybe continuing to attack the “Washington cartel” without emphasizing too heavily how right-wing you are is enough. I’d be curious to see how Trump fans shake out, though, in a hypothetical match-up between Cruz and, say, Chris Christie after a month or two of Christie selling his own brand of alpha-male centrism on the trail beyond New Hampshire. If you want a guy who knows how to pander to Democratic voters and ostentatiously doesn’t care how boorish people find him, there’s an obvious choice. And it ain’t Ted Cruz.
Exit question: Is Trump’s Democratic support being oversold by Cohn? Look back at the numbers at the top. Even among registered Republicans, he’s just a hair shy of 30 percent support, enough to lead the field. Is that because a bunch of former Democrats have already re-registered as Republicans over the last 10 years and are responding to Trump? Or is Trump appealing in some ways even to longtime righties?
