Unedited Video of Eric Garner’s Last Moments Released

<aside class="mashsb-container"> </aside>On July 17, 2014, Eric Garner was choked to death by Officer Daniel Pantaleo in Staten Island, New York City. Now nearly a full year later the unedited video of the callous murder has been obtained and released by the <a href="http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/video-shows-fatally-choking-eric-garner-graphic-content-article-1.2289271" target="_blank">New York Daily News</a>.<br />
NYPD officers approached Garner on suspicion of selling “loosies” (single cigarettes). Garner told the police that he was tired of being harassed and that he was not selling cigarettes. Garner was unarmed and not posing a threat to the officers.<br />

When the officers went to arrest Garner he put his hands in the air the moment before Pantaleo jumped on Mr. Garners back and choked him to the ground. While being choked with several officers on top of him Eric Garner repeated “I can’t breathe” eleven times.<br />
On December 3, 2014, a grand jury decided not to indict Mr. Garner’s murderer Daniel Pantaleo sparking 100’s of demonstrations calling for justice and against the continued cycle of police brutality on people of color nationwide.<br />
Garner, who was married to Esaw Garner, had been described by his friends as a “neighborhood peacemaker” and as a generous, congenial person. Garner was the father of six children and three grandchildren; and at the time of his death had a 3-month-old child.<br />

She was charged under <a href="http://www.boe.es/buscar/act.php?id=BOE-A-2015-3442" target="_blank">Article 37, paragraph 4</a> of the Public Safety Act which states:<br />

Around 20 people have been camped in Puerta del Sol Madrid, in defiance of the #LeyMordaza for the past 5 days. They are directly breaking the new laws by camping in the plaza as protesting without a permit and carrying out assemblies in public spaces are now outlawed. Police can also prohibit any protest at will if they feel “order will be disrupted.”</ins><br />

Video Shows High Ranking Israeli Officer Fatally Shot Fleeing Palestinian Teen

<strong>West Bank</strong> – An Israeli human rights group released a video Sunday that shows a high-ranking Israeli officer fatally shooting a fleeing Palestinian teenager who had thrown a rock at his vehicle, smashing its windshield.<br />

The surveillance camera footage appears to undercut earlier claims by the military that the officer, Col. Israel Shomer, a brigade commander, opened fire on July 3 because his life was in danger.<br />
The video released by the B’Tselem rights group shows a Palestinian rushing at the vehicle, throwing an object at the windshield and running away. The vehicle then stops, a soldier jumps out, aims his gun and charges. The soldier’s face cannot be seen clearly and the video has no sound.<br />
The military earlier said that Shomer had exhausted “all measures” before firing at 17-year-old Mohammed al-Kusbah and released pictures of the vehicle’s smashed windshield. On Sunday, the Israeli military said it was still investigating the shooting and declined to comment further.<br />
Palestinian Hospital physician Samer Saliba said at the time that al-Kusbah was shot in the face and back.<br />
B’Tselem said the footage makes the military’s earlier explanation “unreasonable” and called the killing “unlawful.”<br />
Thaer al-Kusbah, the brother of the teen killed, said the officer could have apprehended him rather than shooting him dead.<br />
“It’s clear that Mohammed threw a stone, and the officer came out of the car. He could have arrested him, he could have shot him in the leg, but he wanted to kill him,” al-Kusbah said.<br />
As Mohammed lay dying, say witnesses, Shomer approached him and kicked or pushed him with his foot before leaving and driving away.<br />
None of the officers in the car suffered any injuries.<br />

The killing of Mohammed near the Qalandia checkpoint last Friday received widespread coverage in the Israeli media, both because of the seniority of the officer involved – a brigade commander, Col Yisrael Shomer, and because of the support he received immediately after the shooting from <a class=" u-underline" data-component="in-body-link" data-link-name="in body link" href="http://www.timesofisrael.com/idf-politicians-back-officer-who-killed-stone-thrower/">senior members of Israel’s government, including education minister Naftali Bennett</a>.</ins><br />
Sarit Michaeli of B’Tselem added: “The central issue for us is that this action by the highest-ranking officer in the region – backed up by military commanders – suggests that the disproportionate use of force won’t be sanctioned but will condoned. And that s is very dangerous.

10 Very Strange Things That Have Happened In Just The Past Few Weeks

<p>Have you noticed that events have begun to accelerate?  Over the past few weeks, things have officially started to get very weird.  Chinese stocks are crashing, the Greek debt crisis is spiraling out of control, the New York Stock Exchange was down for about four hours on Wednesday thanks to a “technical glitch”, and global politicians have been acting very strangely.</p>
<p>After several years of relative calm, could it be possible that the second half of 2015 will usher in a time of chaos and confusion on a worldwide scale?  Personally, I have never been more concerned about a period of time as I am about the last six months of 2015.  And if I am right, what we have seen so far is just the tip of the iceberg.  The following are 10 very strange things that have happened in just the past few weeks…</p>
<p><strong>#1</strong> On Wednesday, the New York Stock Exchange, United Airlines and the Wall Street Journal were all taken down by unexpected “<a href="http://ift.tt/1O5hp1T" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">technical glitches</a>“.  Authorities are assuring us that hackers were not responsible for any of this.</p>
<p><strong>#2</strong> In China, a full-blown stock market crash is unfolding.  The Shanghai Composite Index has plummeted more than 30 percent in less than a month, and the Chinese version of the NASDAQ has dropped by more than 40 percent.  The amount of “paper wealth” that has been lost in China is 15 times greater than the GDP of Greece.</p>
<p><strong>#3</strong> Just the other day, hackers were able to hack into a German surface-to-air missile battery…</p>
<p><em>Well, this is absolutely terrifying. According to The Local, hackers attacked a GermanPatriot surface-to-air missile battery, like the one shown above, stationed along the Turkish-Syria border. The cyber attack caused the battery to carryout “unexplained” orders.</em></p>
<p><em>It’s believed that cyber attackers managed to exploit the Patriot battery in two different ways. The first exploit was through the Sensor-Shooter-Interoperability, which controls interactions between the actual, physical missile launcher and its control system, while the other was on the guidance chip. These weaknesses could have allowed the hackers to steal data or, more worryingly, actually take control of the battery.</em></p>
<p><strong>#4</strong> Earlier this week, Barack Obama told reports that “we’re speeding up training of ISIL forces“…</p>

<p><strong>#5</strong> Just a few days ago,</p>
<p>silver coins on the exact same day that the price of silver hit a new low for 2015.  How does that make any sense?</p>
<p><strong>#6</strong> On June 30th, an unexpected blood moon was seen over a significant portion of the United States.  This also happens to be the exact day when the Supreme Court gay marriage decision came out.  The following is an excerpt from a recent article by Caiden Cowger…</p>
<p><em>On June 30, 2015, a surprise blood moon appeared in the sky, that was only seen in the United States.</em></p>
<p><em>According to the National Weather Service, large wildfires in Canada have been burning. Due to extremely high winds, smoke from these fires have traveled into the United States.</em></p>
<p><em>According to NBC-Chattanooga, “the smoke should remain in the higher atmosphere and not affect air quality, it gives the moon and sun a rosy glow.</em></p>
<p><em>Here’s what causes the effect:</em></p>
<p><em>As light from the moon or sun enters the atmosphere it gets scattered by particles like water, aerosols, and in this case smoke. Green, blue, and purple colors are sent in all directions but colors with longer wavelengths like red, orange and yellow continue through the atmosphere and remain visible to the human eye.”</em></p>
<p><strong>#7</strong> Even though NASA recently stated that they know of “no asteroid or comet currently on a collision course with Earth” and that “no large object is likely to strike the Earth any time in the next several hundred years“,  NASA has teamed up with the National Nuclear Security Administration to try to figure out a way to use nuclear weapons to destroy asteroids that are threatening our planet.  If there is no threat, why spend so much time and energy on this?</p>
<p><strong>#8</strong> A couple of weeks ago, we learned that Barack Obama has issued 19 “secret directives“.  What is Obama planning, and why won’t he let the general public know about it?</p>
<p><strong>#9</strong> This week, Pope Francis called for the creation of “a new economic and ecological world order where the goods of the Earth are shared by everyone, not just exploited by the rich.”  So exactly what would such a “world order” look like?</p>
<p><strong>#10</strong> The Greek people just overwhelmingly voted to reject austerity, so EU officials have responded by giving the Greek government a one week deadline to come to an agreement that will include even more austerity for the Greek people.  If the Greek government does not submit, EU officials are threatening them with bankruptcy, the collapse of their banking system and expulsion from the euro.</p>
<p>Things promise to only get stranger from here.  One week from today, on July 15th, a massive military exercise known as “Jade Helm” begins.  More than 1,000 members of the U.S. military will be taking part in drills that will be conducted in the states of Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, California, Mississippi and Florida.</p>
<p>Then in September comes the end of the Shemitah year, the fourth blood moon of this tetrad, the launch of a radical new sustainable development agenda at the United Nations that is being endorsed by the Pope, and a vote on a UN Security Council resolution that would formally establish a Palestinian state.</p>
<p>And that is just the stuff that we know about.</p>

<p>Michael Jackson apparently knew about this plan, and hours before his death told his former manager that a group of people wanted to get rid of him, saying “<em>It’s not the Government, it’s more than the Government</em>“.</p>
<p>According to a report from <strong><a href="http://ift.tt/1HWw2Wr" target="_blank">Neonnettle.com</a></strong>:</p>
<p>In a bid to prove this claim, a telephone recording is played of the alleged last conversation Michael had with former manager, Dieter Weisner.</p>
<p>In it he says, “I don’t know if I should tell you this. There may be a group of people, they want to get rid of me, they don’t want me here anymore.”</p>
<p>“I can’t talk about it over the phone, I don’t know what’s going to happen but I just feel . . . in my soul. Only God knows. They could shoot me, they could stab me, they could frame me and say I overdosed on DRUGS; they can do a lot of things.”</p>
<p>“It’s not the Government, it’s more than the Government. I don’t know Dieter, I don’t care . . . they can take me. I don’t even care about my life anymore; I just want my children to be OK, my angels. I want them to be safe.”</p>
<p>He disappears after rumblings of an unrecognized voice. The next day he is found dead and his doctor, Conrad Murray, is arrested for administering lethal doses of profanol.</p>
<p>LaToya Jackson, has repeatedly lobbied the claim that there were other forces at bay. Murray, she says, was the fall guy, and there were people controlling him and everything he did. Ultimately she believed ‘they’ killed him.</p>
<p>But we don’t know who “they” are. The well-formed theory is that ‘they’ whenever ‘they’ are referred to are the illuminati. The illuminati are believed to be a society that have roots in the 18th century but are still believed to exist, infiltrating powerful institutions to control the population at large in preparation for the New World Order.</p>
<p>They are popularly believed to be controlling all major musicians and in some cases Hollywood. In the video, actor Randy Quaid believed that they were out to get him, discredit him and even kill him. “Star whackers” he says, are responsible for killing Heath Ledger, Chris Penn and David Caradine.</p>
<p>For every sign that is believed to prove the Illuminati ‘s existence, there is a debunking theory – facts that can offer an explanation. The Roc sign for instance, the hand formed pyramid, held over an eye that’s supposed to represent a few ruling over many over the all-seeing eye. All the celebrities do it – Lady Gaga, Jay Z, Beyonce . . . everyone.</p>
<p>That’s the thing everyone does it, just as everyone does the peace sign. Not exactly proof of the illuminati. And when they were originally formed as a group to fight prejudice, how did they become the evil controlling and mafia type entity they are now believed to be, whacking off stars left, right and centre that has led one Quaid brother to flee to Canada.</p>
<p>Many still believe there was more to Michael Jackson’s death, and let’s face it miscarriages of justice are not exactly uncommon in the US of A, but we’re still waiting out on exactly who ‘they’ are.</p>

Disposable tableware is a major burden on the environment. Just <em>one</em> plastic fork made from polypropylene and/or polystyrene is estimated to take between <a em="" href="http://ift.tt/1HAq3jJ%20to%20100%20years%20to%20decompose%3C/strong%3E%3C/a%3E,%20and%20that%E2%80%99s%20only%20one%20piece%20of%20a%20set%20used%20to%20enjoy%20a%20picnic%20lunch.%20The%20problem%20with%20using%20cheap,%20disposable%20plastic%20plates%20and%20cutlery%20is%20that%20they%20are%20rarely%20%E2%80%93%20if%20ever%20%E2%80%93%20reused,%20and%20more%20often-than-not%20end%20up%20in%20landfills%20rather%20than%20recycling%20bins.%20This%20burden%20is%20a%20dilemma%20designers%20have%20been%20working%20tirelessly%20to%20remedy%20for%20a%20while%20now,%20and%20%3Ca%20href=" http:="" ift.tt="" options="" sxflc="">do</a><br />

But until now, the idea of using table scraps to produce tableware has never been presented, and it’s a concept worth learning more about.<br />
To utilize leftover table scraps <em>and</em> provide consumers with a sustainable tableware options, the Italian company <a a="" href="http://ift.tt/1HAq1bB;%20and%20designer%20%3Ca%20href=" http:="" ift.tt="" milani="" sxhcg=""> partnered together to create Foodscapes.</a><br />

The biodegradable tableware is made from food scraps and includes no additives, preservatives, colorants, thickeners, correctors, <em>or</em> artificial agents.<br />
In addition, the prototypes developed to showcase the concept were made primarily out of either carrot peels or peanut shells.<br />

The <em>coolest thing</em> about the biodegradable tableware? After use, the bowls can be dissolved in water and then added to soil to enrich it, similar to compost.<br />

Such a clever idea no doubt makes the idea of food waste a bit more palatable. At least leftovers have a second life, even if it is serving up another meal.<br />
