Anonymous Hacktivists Help FBI in Finding The Centcom Hackers

Events suddenly took a strange turn, FBI is now using information obtained by hacktivist group Anonymous to help it find the hackers who compromised the Centcom Twitter account and YouTube channel for about 30 minutes and tarnished them with ISIS messages and threats against US soldiers. On January 13, just as President Barack Obama was speaking on cyber security & outlining the new cyber-security measures, the hackers compromised Centcom accounts. The hackers also claimed to have compromised officials’ mobile devices but the US Army confirmed that the hackers had access only to social media account and nothing else and they haven’t used the accounts to spread any sort of malicious code either.</div>

“CENTCOM’s operational military networks were not compromised and there was no operational impact to U.S. Central Command. CENTCOM will restore service to its Twitter and YouTube accounts as quickly as possible. We are viewing this purely as a case of cyber vandalism,” reads the statement issued by the CENTCOM.</div>

It was first believed that a Twitter account named CyberCaliphate- the hacking wing of ISIS was behind the attack, however Anonymous Hacktivists claimed that the attacks actually came from inside US, from the state of Maryland and not the Middle East. The group commented that it didn’t appear that the hackers were using proxies to hide their original location. The group traced the IP addresses of the hackers and narrowed it down to 11 IP-addresses which were used in the attacks.</div>

The @TheAnonMessage even audaciously tweeted to the official FBI Twitter account to inform them of the information, adding “You’re welcome” in their tweet. Seemingly, FBI took notice of their tweets as on January 16 a memo from the Federal Bureau forwarded the IP addresses to many security experts to verify the credibility of the information with the help of the data which was in possession of those experts. The memo reads:</div>

“On 12 January 2015, at 2:01PM CST, @TheAnonMessage, a Twitter account associated with the Anonymous hacking group, tweeted 11 IP addresses involved with the CENTCOM hack with the message. The FBI is providing a list of IPs obtained from @TheAnonMessage Twitter Account, and encourages recipients to examine their networks for any activity related to these IP addresses.”</div>

In the past the FBI has tracked and arrested multiple members of the Anonymous hacktivists group including the Americans, Barrett Brown for plotting the overthrow of the US government, and Jeremy Hammond for hacking servers of Statfor, a private intelligence company, and leaking its information to anti-secrecy site- WikiLeaks, as well as several members of the LulzSec offshoot in the UK.  Surprisingly the Federal Bureau of Investigation has also worked with the same group in 2012 when they carried out several cyberattacks on corporate and government websites in Brazil to help the FBI carry out their biggest cybercrime investigations. The @TheAnonMessage erringly identified a police officer as the killer of Mike Brown in August, 2014 too. Even so, subsequently the account suggested that they intentionally named the wrong person to force the police to reveal Darren Wilson’s identity.</div>

The good news is:

<li>Midfielder Carli Lloyd scored the quickest goal in a Women’s World Cup final.</li>
<li>Lloyd became the first player to score three goals in the final of this tournament.</li>
<li>With her hat trick, Lloyd brought her total for the tournament to six goals and won the Golden Ball.</li>
<li>The US women team shattered <a href="http://ift.tt/1KLkXq0" target="_blank">TV ratings record for soccer</a> with World Cup win.</li>

The irony is:

<li>After Germany won the men’s World Cup in 2014, the team was awarded $35 million. After US won the women’s World Cup in 2015, the team was awarded $2 million.</li>
<li><a href="http://ift.tt/1IqipeP" target="_blank">FIFA forced women to play this year’s World Cup on artificial turf</a>, which not only increased the risk of injury, but also increased temperatures on the field by 20-30 degrees. No men’s World Cup has ever been played on anything but natural grass.</li>

Police Crush Dying Man’s Head On The Pavement After Shooting Him [VIDEO]

In April of this year, Eric Harris — an African-American man — was shot and killed by a white police officer in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  The police alleged that he attempted to sell an illegal pistol to an undercover police officer.
The officer who fired the shot then claimed he accidentally pulled the trigger, confusing it with his taser.
He was later supported by the Tulsa Sheriffs who released a statement two days after the incident, claiming Harris had struggled when the deputy tried to restrain him.
“During the rapidly evolving altercation, the reserve deputy had what he believed was his taser from his tactical carrier and attempted to render aid in subduing the suspect. Initial reports have determined that the reserve deputy was attempting to use less lethal force, believing he was utilizing a taser, when he inadvertently discharged his service weapon, firing one round which struck Harris,” the statement said.
But raw footage of the incident, first posted by the <a href="http://ift.tt/1KIOl1L" target="_blank">New York Daily News</a> and later republished by <a href="http://ift.tt/1KIOmmo" target="_blank">The Mirror</a>, revealed that the deputy, Robert Bates, deliberately shot and killed Harris, exposing the officer for taking an innocent life.

In the video, Eric was seen trying to get away from the police and posed no threat to them. He was then given a hot chase, caught and shot. After shooting him, the officers then crushed his head on the hard concrete of the pavement, pinning him tight to the ground.
Harris can be heard shouting, “He shot me! He shot me, man. Oh, my god. I’m losing my breath!” One of the officers then replied, “F*ck your breath!”

The last time we published a similar video about how a black guy and a white guy were treated by police in the US for publicly displaying their guns, racism deniers said we were just sparking an unnecessary race debate in the public sphere.
We know that racism-deniers do not use facts or statistics to explain their views, and this is because the facts do not support their views. Therefore, they are simply forced to completely disregard and disbelieve the evidence that demonstrates the reality of racism in all parts of society.
In that video, we saw that whereas the white guy was handled nicely by the police, the black guy was quickly arrested like a criminal.
We are not interested in sparking hatred arguments on racial lines. We are a investigative and independent news organization championing the end of brutalities, injustices, oppressions, and many other vices in society. We put these videos out after conducting a thorough search for supportive evidence.

This new video, published by <a href="http://ift.tt/1M9t2Uk" target="_blank">If You Only News</a>, makes a stunning revelation about how law enforcement agencies in the US treat people based on their race. This is happening all across the US today despite the passage of the Civil Rights Act, and the fact that the person claiming the highest office position within the country is a black man.
The video is of an experiment carried out by a group of people. The aim of the experiment was to tell race deniers that there is enough evidence to prove them wrong. In the experiment, a white guy and a black guy both attempted to break into a car. The researchers then started filming the incident from a secure location the police could not see. The white guy did his attempted break in for over 30 minutes. (However, the researchers could not upload the entire duration of the video. Instead, they uploaded the most important part of the footage, which is under two minutes)

Florida Pizzeria ‘Pies It Forward’ With Free Slices For The Hungry

There’s nothing like positive news to rekindle faith in humanity.
Not long after Phil Solorzano, a self-proclaimed pizza lover, opened up his family’s fourth restaurant in Sarasota, Florida, he created a “Pie It Forward” movement that is making a big difference for those with few resources.
The creative program was invented on April 29 when a customer didn’t want the drink that was included with his order at Solorzano’s Late Night Pizzeria. So what did Phil do? He simply “gave it to the next guy.” 
Inspired by the kindness model <a href="http://ift.tt/1AZNB0P">started by a Philadelphia pizza shop</a>, Phil placed a sticky note on the Coke machine behind the counter so that a future customer could have the drink instead.

“We had our first ‘Pay It Forward Wall’ situation when this kid who lost his wallet needed some food,” Phil said. “He couldn’t believe we did this.”

By the end of the first night, the wall already had 15 stickers on it. From then on, the “Pie It Forward Wall”  was born.
Some customers choose to donate an extra slice of pizza when purchasing their own pizza, and others are donating as much as $100 in the store’s Paypal account so that anyone without cash can enjoy the Italian cuisine.
