Official Government data shows a 5400% increase in number of women who’ve lost their baby as a result of having the Covid-19 Vaccine

<p><strong>Losing a new born is a heart breaking endeavour, as is the pain of losing an unborn child. Which is why we’re both saddened and shocked to bring you the latest update on the number of unborn and newborn children to lose their lives as a result of the mothers receiving one of the Covid-19 vaccines in the United Kingdom.</strong></p>

<p>The Government have released weekly reports on adverse reactions to the experimental Covid-19 vaccines, the first of which covered data inputted to the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme from the 9th December 2020 through to the 24th January 2021. Their latest report (<em><a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-vaccine-adverse-reactions/coronavirus-vaccine-summary-of-yellow-card-reporting#annex-1-vaccine-analysis-print" target="_blank">find it here</a></em>), which is the twenty-third to be released covers data inputted to the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme from the 9th December 2020 though to the 30th June 2021.</p>
<p>Just twenty-two weeks separate the first and twnty-third report, and the shocking increase in the number of women losing their unborn and newborn child in that time due to having either the Pfizer, AstraZeneca Covid vaccine is appalling.</p>
<p>This was the Governments own advice upon emergency approval of the Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine –</p>
<p><strong><em>‘</em></strong><em><strong>Pregnancy’<br /></strong>There are no or limited amount of data from the use of COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2.<br />
Animal reproductive toxicity studies <strong>have not been completed</strong>. COVID-19 mRNA <strong>Vaccine<br />
BNT162b2 is not recommended during pregnancy.</strong><br />
For women of childbearing age, pregnancy should be excluded before vaccination. In addition, women<br />
of childbearing age should be advised to <strong>avoid pregnancy for at least 2 months after</strong> their second dose.</em></p>
<p><a href="https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2020/12/04/uk-government-confirms-they-do-not-know-if-the-pfizer-vaccine-has-an-impact-on-fertility/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">We told you about this back in December</a>, as the Governments own advice also included comments on breast-feeding and fertility which were as follows –</p>
<p><em><strong>Breast-feeding<br /></strong>It is unknown whether COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 is excreted in human milk. A risk to<br />
the newborns/infants cannot be excluded. COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 should not be used<br />
during breast-feeding.<br />
<strong>Fertility</strong></em><br />
<em>It is<strong> unknown</strong> whether COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 has an<strong> impact on fertility.’</strong></em></p>
<p>It is because of this advice released by the UK Government that we were so shocked to see in the first released report of adverse reactions to the Covid vaccines, using data inputted to the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme up to the 24th January 2021 a total of 4 women had suffered a miscarriage as a result of having the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine.</p>

<p>As well as a total of 2 women losing their unborn child as result of having the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine.</p>

<p>We’re still unable to answer why these women were given one of the Covid vaccines against the Governments own advice. But what’s truly shocking is how much this number has increased in the fourteen weeks that have unfolded since.</p>
<p>According to the twnty-third report released by the UK Government on adverse reactions to the Covid vaccines, using data inputted to the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme up to the 30th June 2021, there has been a 4,425% increase since the 24th January in the number of women who have lost their unborn / newborn child after having the Pfizer vaccine. The total number of miscarriages now stands at 171 alongside 1 report of a tragic premature baby death, 1 report of a death due to foetal growth restriction, 4 reports of foetal death and 4 reports of stillbirth.</p>

<p>The AstraZeneca jab has also caused unnecessary pain to expectant mothers. As of the 30th June there has been a 6,850% increase since the 24th January in the number of women who’ve lost their unborn / newborn baby, bringing the total to 139.</p>
<p>Tragically this includes 136 reports of miscarriage, 2 reports of stillbirth and 1 report of foetal death.</p>

<p>The Moderna mRNA jab, which has only been recently given emergency use authorisation has also started to cause unnecessary pain.</p>
<p>As of the 30th June 2021 a total of 10 women have reported the loss of their baby. This includes 9 reports of miscarriage and 1 report of foetal death.</p>

<p>The question is why are we seeing these numbers when the Governments own advice was that pregnant women should not have the vaccine?</p>
<p>Well the reason is that the<a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/955899/Temporary_Authorisation_HCP_Information_BNT162_6_0_UK_editclean.pdf" target="_blank"> Government has since updated</a> it’s original advice to the following –</p>
<p><em>4.6 Fertility, pregnancy and lactation<br />
<strong>Pregnancy<br /></strong>There is limited experience with use of the COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 in pregnant women.<br />
Animal studies do not indicate direct or indirect harmful effects with respect to pregnancy,<br />
embryo/foetal development, parturition or post-natal development. Administration of<br />
the COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 in pregnancy<strong> should only be considered </strong>when the <strong>potential<br />
benefits</strong> outweigh any <strong>potential risks</strong> for the <strong>mother</strong> and<strong> foetus.</strong></em></p>
<p>And the JCVI have announced that all pregnant women should now get the jab when offered it despite the fact there is no safety data to support this policy.</p>
<p>We dread to think what sort of numbers of these events we will see in the weeks to come.</p>
<p>Informed consent is important, we don’t believe these women were informed in the slightest, and now they will have to suffer the eternal pain of losing their unborn or newborn child.</p>

<p><strong>Many members of the British public have been crying into their pillows this week as the prime minister Boris Johnson announced social distancing and mask wearing will end July 19<sup>th</sup> 2021, despite a surge in alleged cases of the Delta Covid variant.</strong></p>
<p><strong>A variant which the very people campaigning for restrictions to continue are fearful of, and they’re right to be… if they are fully vaccinated. Because the latest report from Public Health England has revealed that those who have had two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine have a 990% higher chance of dying of Covid-19 than those who are unvaccinated.</strong></p>

<p>Boris announced “some” restrictions will “probably” end “temporarily” on the 19<sup>th</sup> July which prompted those who have fallen hook, line, and sinker for the propaganda and psychological manipulation to declare their outrage all over social media. It has received over 170,000 signatures.</p>
<p>These are the very same people that we can be certain have taken the opportunity to unwittingly take part in the largest experiment ever conducted on humanity by “getting the jab when they get the call to do so”.</p>
<p>Unfortunately for them by doing so they have just increased there chances of dying due to the alleged Covid-19 disease by an eye-watering 990% according to the 18<sup>th</sup> technical briefing on SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern released by Public Health England.</p>
<p>The PHE report which can be viewed <a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1001009/Variants_of_Concern_VOC_Technical_Briefing_18.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span>here</span></a> shows that between the 1st February 2021 and the 21st June 2021 a total of 123,620 confirmed cases of the Delta variant had been confirmed.</p>
<p>Of these 58.1% were people who had not been vaccinated, totalling 71,932.</p>
<p>A further 8.76% were people who had received both doses of a Covid-19 vaccine, totalling 10,834.</p>
<p>A further 14.5% were people who had received one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine at least three weeks prior to testing positive for the Delta Covid variant, totalling 17,933.</p>
<p>And a further 6.9% were people who had received one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine less than three weeks prior to testing positive for the Delta Covid variant, totalling 8,562.</p>

<p>According to the report the number of positive cases of the Delta variant in the unvaccinated outnumber the number of cases seen in the fully vaccinated by around</p>
<p>As per the above table taken from the <strong>Public Health England report</strong> we can see that the number of positive cases of the Delta variant in people who are unvaccinated outnumber the number of positive cases of the Delta variant in people who are fully vaccinated by around 6.6 to 1 giving the impression the Covid-19 vaccines must be working.</p>
<p>However, when taking the total number of positive cases in people who have received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine we can see they actually outnumber the number of cases in people who are unvaccinated by around 1.9 to 1. –</p>
<p>This difference probably gives you the impression that the Covid-19 jabs are working fantastically? Well don’t get too excited.</p>
<p>Because if we take the number of people who have had at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine – 27,192, we can see that the number of people who are unvaccinated, who have tested positive for the Delta variant only outnumber people who have received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine by around 1.97 to 1, so not as fantastic as Public Health England are attempting to make you believe.</p>
<p>There are, however, still more alleged cases of the Delta variant occurring in the unvaccinated. So, the real question is are the Covid-19 jabs doing what they are allegedly meant to do? By preventing hospitalisations and deaths.</p>

<p>The above table shows that of the 71,932 alleged cases of the Delta variant in people who are unvaccinated, 1,182 people presented to emergency care which resulted in overnight admission to hospital. This translates to 1.6% of cases resulting in an overnight hospital stay in emergency care.</p>
<p>The above table also shows that of the 10,834 alleged cases of the Delta Covid variant in people who are fully vaccinated, 313 people presented to emergency care which resulted in overnight admission to hospital. This translates to 2.9% of cases.</p>
<p>This means that the chances of being hospitalised with Covid-19 increase by 81.24% if you have had two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine, according to the Public Health England data.</p>
<p>This is close to the same percentage of reduction to the risk of hospitalisation the Covid-19 vaccines are <strong>claimed</strong> to give. It looks like that claim is unfounded.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, it gets much worse for the fully vaccinated when it comes to their risk of dying due to Covid-19.</p>
<p>The above table shows that of the 71,932 alleged cases of the Delta variant in people who are unvaccinated, just 92 sadly died. This translates to 0.1% of cases.</p>
<p>The above table also shows that of the 10,834 alleged cases of the Delta Covid variant in people who are fully vaccinated, 118 people sadly died. This translates to 1.09% of cases.</p>
<p>This means that the chances of being death due to Covid-19 increase by 990% if you have had two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine, according to the Public Health England data.</p>
<p>The data published by Public Health England shows us that people who have received two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine have a 990% higher chance of dying due to the Delta Covid variant than people who are unvaccinated.</p>
<p>The authorities claim the Covid vaccines reduce the risk of dying with Covid-19 by around 95 – 99%. It looks like their own data has just caught them in a lie.</p>

Dr Mike Yeadon – “Children are 50 times more likely to die from the Covid Vaccines than from the virus itself”

<p><strong>Dr Michael Yeadon says children are 50 times more likely to die from the Covid-19 vaccines than from the virus itself. His statement came as Pfizer tested its mRNA vaccine on children younger than 12 years old, including 6-month-old babies.</strong></p>

<p><em>Reuters</em> reported last month that up to 4,500 children under the age of 12 would be enrolled in the study at more than 90 clinical sites in the U.S., Finland, Poland and Spain.</p>
<p>Based on safety, tolerability and the immune response generated by 144 children in a phase I study of the two-dose vaccine, Pfizer said it would test a dose of 10 micrograms in children between 5 and 11 years of age and 3 micrograms for the age group of 6 months to 5 years.</p>
<p>Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine has been <a href="https://www.reuters.com/business/healthcare-pharmaceuticals/pfizer-start-large-study-test-covid-19-vaccine-children-below-12-2021-06-08/?taid=60bf77e9c618400001571663&utm_campaign=trueAnthem:+Trending+Content&utm_medium=trueAnthem&utm_source=twitter">authorised for use in children as young as 12</a> in Europe, the U.S. and Canada. They receive the same dose as adults: 30 micrograms.</p>
<p>As of July 1, over 4.04 million children have tested positive for COVID-19 since the onset of the pandemic, according to data from the American Academy of Pediatrics. Available data indicated that hospitalisation and death associated with COVID-19 were uncommon in children.</p>
<p>Dr Mike Yeadon, former vice president and chief scientist for allergy and respiratory at Pfizer, stressed that the vaccines used against COVID-19 have not been sufficiently tested and that they shouldn’t have received emergency use authorisation when there are safe and effective medicines available for COVID-19.</p>
<p>Yeadon explained that the mRNA gene technology used in Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine to trigger the body to create viral spike proteins is a “fundamental problem” that scientists and researchers have known about for years. According to Yeadon, those spike proteins can lead to blood clots and other health problems.</p>
<p>This could help explain the large number of adverse events reported to the MHRA Yellow Card scheme where there have been over 1 million adverse reactions reported including blindness, brain damage, paralysis, seizure, stroke and over 1400 deaths.</p>
<p>Dr Yeadon said that “Normally, there are only about 200 a year for all vaccines combined,”.</p>
<p>Reports of potential <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9720151/FDA-add-warning-Pfizer-Moderna-vaccines.html">link between mRNA vaccines and cases of myocarditis and pericarditis</a> also began to emerge in recent weeks.</p>
<p>The <em>Centers for Disease Control and Prevention</em> (CDC) announced on June 23 that the <em>Food and Drug Administration</em> (FDA) would add a warning to the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines about possible link to myocarditis and pericarditis in teenagers and young adults. The MHRA in the UK have also quietly done the same.</p>
<p>Myocarditis is a condition that involves inflammation of the heart muscle. Symptoms can include fever and fatigue, as well as shortness of breath and a very specific type of chest pain. Patients tend to say their chest hurts more when they lean forward. The pain tends to subside when they lean back. Pericarditis, on the other hand, is the swelling and irritation of the thin, sac-like tissue surrounding the heart.</p>
<p>There have been 484 combined preliminary reports of myocarditis and pericarditis in young people under age 30 as of June 11 in the US, mostly in people between ages of 12 and 24.</p>
<p>Dr. Tom Shimabukuro, deputy director of the CDC’s <em>Immunization Safety Office</em>, said in a presentation that data from the Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD) suggests a rate of 12.6 cases per million in the three weeks after the second shot in people between the ages of 12 and 30.</p>
<p>The higher-than-expected rate of the myocarditis and pericarditis cases among Americans below 30 is consistent with the data from Israel.</p>
<p>Israel’s <em>Ministry of Health</em> identified over 200 cases in men between 16 and 30 years old, a vast majority of those happening at the younger end of that range. That equates to a risk of between 1 in 3,000 and 1 in 6,000 of suffering from heart inflammation.</p>
<p>Pfizer previously said it had not observed a higher rate of heart inflammation than would normally be expected in the general population while Moderna said it could not identify a causal association with the heart inflammation cases and its vaccine.</p>

<p><strong>On Wednesday 7<sup>th</sup> July the England football team made history by reaching their first major tournament final since 1966. We imagine it’s all the nation has been talking about since.</strong></p>
<p><strong>But because you’ve been busy delighting in the England football teams achievement, you’re probably not aware that Public Health England have released a report which showed the majority of alleged Covid-19 deaths are significantly higher in people who have had at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, with the highest number of deaths occurring in people who are supposed to be fully vaccinated.</strong></p>

<p>The report titled <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/996740/Variants_of_Concern_VOC_Technical_Briefing_17.pdf" target="_blank">‘</a><a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1001009/Variants_of_Concern_VOC_Technical_Briefing_18.pdf">SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern and variants under investigation in England</a>’, is the 18<sup>th</sup> technical briefing on alleged variants of concern in the United Kingdom and makes for extremely interesting reading once you realise what the statistics are actually telling us.</p>
<p>PHE have compiled a helpful table which shows the number of alleged confirmed Delta variant cases in the UK alongside the number of alleged deaths due to the variant. The table shows that since the 1<sup>st</sup> February 2021 up to the 21<sup>st</sup> June 2021 there have been 12,404 alleged confirmed cases of the Delta variant in people over the age of 50.</p>
<p>But the data shows that people over the age of 50 who are unvaccinated account for just 10% of the alleged confirm Covid cases, whilst those who are fully vaccinated account for 42% of the alleged confirmed cases. A further 37% of the alleged cases are people who had received one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine at least 21 days prior to their alleged confirmed Covid-19 infection.</p>

<p>As you can see from the above table the number of people over 50 who are fully vaccinated with an alleged confirmed case of the Delta variant outnumber those who are unvaccinated by 4 to 1, whilst the number of people over 50 who have had at least one dose of the Covid jab and have an alleged confirmed case of the Delta variant outnumber those who are unvaccinated by nearly 8 to 1.</p>
<p>When the Covid-19 vaccines were given emergency use authorisation the authorities did not have a clue as to whether they would work. The limited trials carried out only measured whether or not a vaccinated person suffered serious disease if infected with Covid-19, they did not measure whether a vaccinated person could still become infected with Covid-19, and they did not measure whether or not a vaccinated person could still spread the virus in line with the <a href="https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/06/19/germ-theory-the-clues-in-the-title-its-just-a-theory-and-has-never-been-proven/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">mainstream accepted germ theory.</a></p>
<p>It is claimed that the vaccines reduce the chances of suffering serious illness if infected with Covid-19 significantly, so although a significantly higher amount of vaccinated over 50’s have a confirmed case of the Delta variant compared to those who are unvaccinated, you would assume that the opposite would be seen in the number of people who have allegedly died to the Delta variant?  </p>
<p>Unfortunately, it looks like you’ve been sold yet another lie. Instead of the Covid-19 vaccines being the route back to normal they are instead quite the opposite. Because the data published by Public Health England shows us that the number of alleged deaths due to the Delta variant are highest among those who have received two doses of the vaccine.</p>

<p>Of the 231 alleged Covid deaths in the over 50’s to have occurred since the 1<sup>st</sup> February, a huge 68% of them were people who had received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine which is allegedly supposed to protect them from serious illness.</p>
<p>But the majority were not people who had only received one dose, <strong>73.4%</strong> of those who had <strong>died</strong> with Covid-19 after having at least one dose of the Covid-19 jab were in fact <strong>fully vaccinated</strong>.</p>
<p>A further 26% of those who’d had at least one dose had received their first dose at least 21 days prior to their death.</p>
<p>The number of unvaccinated people over the age of 50 to have allegedly died of the Delta variant accounted for just 30% of all alleged Covid deaths according to PHE data.</p>

<p>But does the data show that the Covid-19 jabs increase the risk of death due to Covid-19 when throwing under 50’s into the mix as well?</p>
<p>Well, of the 257 alleged Covid deaths in all age groups to have occurred since the 1<sup>st</sup> February, a huge 63.4% of them were people who had received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine.</p>
<p>But yet again the majority were not people who had only received one dose, <strong>72.3%</strong> of those who had <strong>died</strong> with Covid-19 after having at least one dose of the Covid-19 jab were in fact <strong>fully vaccinated</strong>.</p>
<p>A further 27% of those who’d had at least one dose had received their first dose at least 21 days prior to their death.</p>
<p>The number of unvaccinated people in all age groups to have allegedly died of the Delta variant accounted for just 35% of all alleged Covid deaths according to PHE data.</p>
<p>On the 11<sup>th</sup> July the BBC released an article titled ‘Covid: Unvaccinated most at risk <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-57441677" target="_blank">from Delta variant</a>’. We doubt they’ll be bothering to do a follow up, using the information we’ve just unveiled, which shows the fully vaccinated are most at risk of dying due to the Delta Covid variant. It doesn’t suit their fear-mongering narrative.</p>

Biden’s plan to make stuff cheaper

<p>President Biden issued a <a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/presidential-actions/2021/07/09/executive-order-on-promoting-competition-in-the-american-economy/">sweeping executive order</a> on Friday, making the case to Americans that companies from multiple industries have become too big and too powerful, and federal intervention is needed to bring competition back to the marketplace in order to drive prices down.</p>
<p>The Executive Order on Promoting Competition in the American Economy represents a slight shift for the Biden administration, which has lately focused its antitrust attention on Big Tech. Last month, Biden <a href="https://www.vox.com/recode/2021/6/15/22398320/federal-trade-commission-lina-khan-chair-big-tech-antitrust-competition-law-amazon">appointed</a> tech antitrust expert Lina Khan to be the chair of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), which, along with the Department of Justice, is responsible for enforcing antitrust laws. The order addresses several issues with major tech companies and alleged anti-competitive behavior, calling for more scrutiny of mergers and acquisitions that certain tech companies might pursue in order to remove competitors from the marketplace. The new executive order also asks the FTC to establish rules over the collection of user data, which many Big Tech companies rely on for revenue and which Congress has <a href="https://www.vox.com/recode/22189727/2020-pandemic-ruined-digital-privacy">consistently failed</a> to pass laws to regulate.</p>
<p>But it can be hard to make the case that antitrust enforcement for Facebook and Google will do anything for consumers’ wallets because those services are largely free — you essentially pay for them with your data, which the companies use to do things like sell ads. And Amazon’s dominance over just about everything has come, partially, through its ability to make its prices lower than smaller businesses. People like to pay less for things, and lower prices have historically been interpreted as beneficial to the consumer. That’s basically what antitrust laws are for: to protect consumers.</p>
<p>So now Biden is rolling out a comprehensive executive order that, among other things, makes the case for how antitrust measures will save Americans money by promoting competition and driving down prices for everything from airline fees to hearing aids.</p>
<p>“The heart of American capitalism is a simple idea: open and fair competition,” Biden said shortly before he signed the order. “That means that if your companies want to win your business, they have to go out and they have to up their game; better prices and services; new ideas and products.”</p>
<p>He added: “But what we’ve seen over the past few decades is less competition and more concentration that holds our economy back. We see it in big agriculture, in big tech, in big pharma. The list goes on. Rather than competing for consumers, they are consuming their competitors.”</p>
<p>Here’s how the order, if fully implemented, can make things cheaper for you.</p>
<p>Biden’s executive order directs the Department of Transportation (DOT) to issue rules requiring airlines to refund fees when services aren’t provided or aren’t provided adequately. For example, if you pay a baggage fee and your bags are delayed, that fee would be refunded. Or if a plane’s wifi or in-flight entertainment system doesn’t work, the airline would issue some sort of refund on the ticket price.</p>
<p>The order also directs the DOT to issue rules that airlines must clearly disclose all baggage, change, and cancellation fees to their customers.</p>
<p>Americans have <a href="https://www.vox.com/the-goods/2020/2/18/21126347/antitrust-monopolies-internet-telecommunications-cheerleading">long been forced to pay</a> whatever the few internet service providers charge for those services, typically because they <a href="https://www.vox.com/2017/12/15/16780298/what-are-your-options-internet-providers-net-neutrality">don’t have much of a choice</a>: Most people have one or two high-speed internet options available to them, which gives their carriers little motivation to charge them less. And the prices those providers charge can vary and are often padded with hidden fees.</p>
<p>The order will ask the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to stop internet service providers from <a href="https://www.publicknowledge.org/blog/your-landlord-might-be-making-deals-with-broadband-providers-we-want-them-to-stop/">making deals</a> with landlords that restrict tenants to only one option for an internet carrier. This will, in theory, promote competition and lower prices.</p>
<p>The Biden administration will also push the FCC to revive its “<a href="https://www.vox.com/2016/4/4/11585844/fcc-unveils-nutrition-label-inspired-disclosures-for-broadband-service">Broadband Nutrition Label</a>” plan. This would compel providers to explain all the different plans available to customers, all the fees associated with them, all the services customers are getting, and all the details of their final bill. These Broadband Nutrition Labels were proposed back in 2016, only to be dropped by the Trump administration’s FCC.</p>
<p>Finally, Biden is imploring the FCC to restore net neutrality. Net neutrality, which was <a href="https://www.vox.com/2015/2/26/18073512/network-neutrality">established</a> by the Obama-era FCC and <a href="https://www.vox.com/2017/12/14/16776732/net-neutrality-vote-isp-open-internet-government-repeal-ajit-pai-fcc-att-comcast-fast-lane-traffic">repealed</a> by the Trump FCC, would prohibit carriers from charging more to access certain sites or services. It does this by classifying internet service as a “Title II” common carrier, which would subject it to regulations along the lines of a public utility.</p>
<p>The order is ultimately trying to promote competition and transparency, and end fees designed to lock customers in.</p>
<p>Biden’s new order directs the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to work with states and tribal authorities to import drugs from <a href="https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2019/7/30/20729479/bernie-sanders-canada-medicare-for-all-drug-price-insulin">Canada</a>, where the same drugs are typically <a href="https://www.vox.com/science-and-health/2016/11/30/12945756/prescription-drug-prices-explained">much cheaper</a> than in the United States. This would, ideally, force drug manufacturers to bring down the prices they charge in the US, or at least give Americans the option to pay less for imported drugs.</p>
<p>The order also directs the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to support generic drugs that will give Americans cheaper options to brand-name equivalents, and come up with a plan to combat price gouging within 45 days.</p>
<p>Finally, it asks the FTC to ban “<a href="https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/media-resources/mergers-competition/pay-delay">pay for delay</a>,” which is when drug companies pay off competitors to delay offering cheaper generic versions of their drugs once their exclusive patent ends.</p>
<p>Biden is ordering HHS to issue rules that allow hearing aids to be sold over the counter, rather than forcing consumers to have an expensive (and probably unnecessary) consultation with a medical professional first — one that few health insurers <a href="https://www.healthyhearing.com/report/52484-Why-aren-t-hearing-aids-covered-by-insurance">will even cover</a>.</p>
<p>The order asks the FTC to expand “right to repair” rules. <a href="https://www.wired.com/story/john-deere-farmers-right-to-repair/">Farmers</a> and <a href="https://www.vox.com/the-goods/2019/7/3/18761691/right-to-repair-computers-phones-car-mechanics-apple">iPhone owners</a> alike have complained that their device and equipment manufacturers have made it impossible or excessively difficult for anyone but those manufacturers to do repairs — which allows the manufacturers to set their own repair prices with no competition to drive those prices down.</p>
<p>In what could be one of the more sweeping parts of the order, the Biden administration asks the FTC to make rules that prevent “internet marketplaces” from using their dominant position to gain an advantage over the small businesses that have to sell their wares through them. For example, Amazon can see which of another company’s products are selling well, make its own versions of those products, and then <a href="https://www.vox.com/recode/2020/10/6/21505027/congress-big-tech-antitrust-report-facebook-google-amazon-apple-mark-zuckerberg-jeff-bezos-tim-cook">display them more prominently</a>. This could apply to Apple as well, as its many developers have complained that its App Store <a href="https://www.vox.com/recode/22412725/apple-fortnite-epic-antitrust-court-case">is a monopoly</a> and that Apple will see what its users want (music streaming services, for example), make its own version, and push it onto Apple device owners.</p>
