'Convert To Islam Or Die, Infidels' Muslim Cleric Gives Ultimatum To Iraqi Christians

Now a Muslim cleric has given an ultimatum to Iraq's Christians- 'convert to Islam or die':<blockquote>Dozens of Iraqi Christian families filed a lawsuit against the head of the Iraq’s Shia Waqf (Iraqi Shia Endowment Fund), Sheikh Alaa al-Moussawi, on charges of incitement against Christians.Al-Moussawi, who is in charge of the body which maintains all of the Shia holy sites, including mosques, Huseiniyas and schools, sparked anger as he declared Christians to be “infidels” during a speech in southern Iraq, according to local media. Al-Moussawi, described the Christians as "infidels and polytheists" and stressed the need for "jihad" against them.Many have accused him of imitating the rhetoric of Islamic State (IS) militants by stating Iraqi Christians must either convert to Shia Islam, pay a religious tax known as a jizya tax, or be killed.An Iraqi judicial source told The New Arab that 180 Christian families filed a lawsuit under grounds that he is “instigating incitement against Christians and disturbing the religious plurality of Iraq”.Al-Moussawi has responded by sending a delegation from the Waqf to the Babylonian Christian Movement to mediate the lawsuit and the allegations that his comments have mirrored IS rhetoric. However, there is something that gives me concern for this story- the source.This story seems to have first come out of <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="https://www.alaraby.co.uk/">Alaraby</a>, which is a Middle Eastern News Network based in London and founded in 2014 as a "counter" to Al-Jazeera. Its founder is <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Azmi_Bishara">Azmi Bishara</a>, a "Christian" from Israel with strong connections to the communist party and a host of other groups. What is of particular interest is that he is a direct supporter of the opposition to Syrian President Asad and helped to form the "<a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Coalition_for_Syrian_Revolutionary_and_Opposition_Forces">National Coalition For Syrian Revolutionary And Opposition Forces</a>.""Syrian opposition?" Does this sound familiar (Hint: ISIS)?Now I tried to look up this "Sheikh Alaa Al-Moussawi," but I do not find a terribly large amount of information about him. Indeed, I could not find anything about his life prior to this story, which is the first  time that I heard of him. It is as though he just "appeared" out of nowhere and made these statements and has since vanished just like smoke rising into the atmosphere.Strange.What about this "Iraqi Shia Endowment Fund?" I looked around for it online but I could not find it. However, I did find an <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://sunniaffairs.gov.iq/en/endowment-rules">Iraqi Sunni Endowment Fund</a>.How interesting. Now as you look at this story, remember a few other points.First, Christians in Iraq are being viciously persecuted by ISIS- these are Sunni terrorists, NOT Shias- who are backed by the USA, EU, Turkey, and the Gulf Arab states.Second, the Shias are allies of not only President Asad and the Christians, but also of the Iranians and the Russians, two countries which America has been attempting to provoke into a military conflict for years.Third, as we have been pointing out with many other stories, particularly with the "migration crisis" in Europe, the very people who are opposed to the migrants are the same people who are helping them to enter, and the reason for this is that just as the communist uses economic pressure to force social revolution, the national socialist uses race and cultural conflict as his pressure point to force social revolution. All have the same intentions and same end with only their particular method of forcing change to be different.Fourth, as we have also noted, the persecution of Christians- real or perceived- is being used as a justification to rile people to support particular sides or political parties. The national socialists have been very effective at doing this among Christians in Europe and America. By mentioning and talking about these real events and facts, they present themselves as opposition to the "left," which tells egregious lies in the face of obvious truth. But what the National Socialist will then do is to say that Nazism is the "solution" to the problems. It is a perfect "bait and switch" technique, where the facts are used as a vehicle to deliver people a conclusion that is a lies.In light of all these facts, I call this story to be a real-life example of fake news. Make no mistake, I could be wrong, but there are too many questions with this story that one cannot get an answer to and given the context of current world affairs, it is very possible this story is a fake. But why fake it?Easy. The Shias right now are essentially allies of the Russians in Syria and Iran. I suspect this story is attempting to manipulate the genuine sentiments of Christians seeing fellow brethren being persecuted by Muslims into directing their anger at these and other "Shiite Islamic Terrorists." This could then be used to drum up support for an invasion/aggressive strike against Iran, a Shiite majority nation, and with that also pull the Russians into a military conflict.I emphasize that I do not know any of this for sure. However, truth is often times stranger than fiction, and in a world of propaganda, deceit, and and misdirection where facts are used as weapons to draw false conclusions for the benefit of evil, powerful men at the expense of the good and by manipulating the good will of others, one must be exceedingly cautious.Christian persecution is real, and Islam is truly an anti-Christ religion. However, the fact is that even the good sentiments of people can be manipulated to support evil causes without their knowing. It is all the more reason to be cautious.

The American police intervened and tried to prevent the event from growing. Over a dozen Muslims, five of whom were later convicted and now serving life in prison for their crimes, came to the three Christians pretending to want to learn about the Bible. Once the Bible study began, they tied up the men and spent the next three hours slowly dissecting them part-by-part while they were still alive before finally stabbing them and slicing their throats. Tilmann was stabbed 156 times, one of the other converts 99 times, and the other was stabbed so many times his body was unrecognizable. When the Muslims were arrested, they showed no remorse and bragged they did their crimes to please Allah and support "the Motherland."Tillmann's wife, Susanne, came out recently and recounted how after the horrible even she forgave the Muslims who murdered her husband, and how while she has had to struggle since, she has more faith than ever that God can bring good out of evil and even said how she forgives them because they did not know what they did:<blockquote>In an interview with The Christian Post last week, Susanne Geske recalled the emptiness she felt in the moments and days following the death of her husband. Tilmann Geske, a German missionary, was killed along with two Turkish converts from Islam in a massacre at a Bible publishing house in Malatya, Turkey, on April 18, 2007.According to reports, the three men were heinously tortured and mutilated and Geske was stabbed a total of 156 times. The massacre made international headlines and five Muslim men were convicted and sentenced to life in prison for the crimes last year."It was just like empty," the mother of three said, describing the feeling in her heart in the days after her husband's death.Speaking with CP while attending the first-ever World Summit in Defense of Persecuted Christians hosted by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Geske detailed what happened in the hours and days after learning of her husband's passing."Actually, I couldn't go home. My kids were taken back from France to home. My eldest daughter came by bus and they sent me to the police office," she explained. "So, I sat there for two hours not knowing what I am doing there and have this television on. I asked if they could [shut it down] because they all were just telling lies about us and what horrible people we are. I didn't want to watch that conversation."As Geske and her children returned home, she noticed that many of their friends, neighbors and co-workers, most of whom are Muslim, were at the family's residence to show their support."My house was crowded, filled to the top. ... We have a kitchen, a long hall, a living room for my kids, a big living room and another room, they were all filled with people," she said. "Actually, they were all Muslim, all my neighbors, and some people from the church, of course. The Turkish church people, they were so scared, they wouldn't come but other people from other cities would come."It was on the next day that Geske said many pastors had came to her home to visit with her."In the end, we are sitting all there in my living room with people I have never seen before. I just had nothing in my mind. Then, someone came and said that the media is in front of the door and they want to talk to you. I was like, 'No way. What on earth do I say to them?' Then one of the pastors said, 'You know, we always want the Gospel to go out,'" Geske explained. "That was like, a switch flipped inside to make me move. I was like, 'Okay! But what do I say?' I did a quick prayer and said, 'You always promised that when we don't know what to say, you would tell us what to say.' It was really like, Jesus said, 'Father forgive them because they don't know what they are doing.'"And that is exactly what she told Turkish television channel ATV: "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do."A number of media outlets across the globe reported on Geske's act of forgiveness. However, she tells CP that it really wasn't her decision to forgive the attackers. To her, it was more of an act of "obedience.""I was like, '[Jesus] said this to me, I will do it.' I wasn't even thinking about it," she said. "I had no clue what I was doing. I really didn't. I just thought it was a really good thing to do. I was just obedient.""There was nothing in my heart, not love, not hate, nothing. Actually, my daughter asked me once, 'Mom, are you crazy? You forgive these guys but you still have trouble with your landlord?'" Geske continued. "I can't explain this. I can't. I think it is just the Lord's doing. He wanted this to happen and then He made it happen. That is the only explanation I have."Being a decade removed from the tragedy, Geske says that through the experience, she and her children have really learned that "the Lord's Word is so true.""He said, 'If you give up everything, you gain everything,'" Geske said. "We gave up family in Germany. My daughters sometimes say, 'We don't have family and I don't have cousins.' I say, 'But, you have so many friends and we have such a big family. We got all these letters, all these people, all these presents.' Sometimes my kids say that they would like dad more than all these presents, but it helps. My daughter said, 'Mom, are people praying for us?' I said, 'Yes, why?' She said, 'I can feel it.' We were really covered through all these prayers."Although her husband's death means that she's had to raise three children as a widowed mother, Geske says she leans on the Lord for help."I just [call on the Lord] and say, 'You let this happen, so please help me with my kids. This is Your turn. I can't do anything any more.'" She said. "I can say all three kids are really with the Lord and this is a miracle for me. This is just because of all these people praying and we have such a big family and everyone watches after the other. This is what we really gained." Likewise, forgiveness is not license, and justice must be made. That said, God is Love and is the standard of both Mercy and Justice. If we do not forgive others of their offenses, then neither will God forgive us.

The number of families who came continued to increase,” the statement read.“As time passed, 28 families remained in the camps and aid buildings. Three months passed without any attention from the government or officials in Port Said. The governor then declared that there was a lack of residential houses to transfer the families to, in addition to a lack to jobs, which forced the martyr Nabil Saber to return to Arish, where he was killed — a message to every Copt thinking about returning,” it added.The families then addressed the prime minister wondering: “Where are the promises and the concern directed to us at the beginning of the crisis? Where is the confirmation on caring for the families? Are we going to remain in these small rooms in the youth camps?
