Centers For Medicare And Medicaid Services Will NOT Enforce Biden’s Vaccine Mandate

<h4>Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the federal agency responsible for administering the government healthcare programs, has issued a memo suspending their enforcement of Joe Biden’s costly and controversial vaccine mandate.</h4>
The memorandum, posted to social media by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt explains that CMS “will not enforce the new rule regarding vaccination of health care workers or requirements for policies and proecudes” due to “court-ordered injunctions in place prohibiting enforcement of this provision.”
The memo cites <a href="https://nationalfile.com/breaking-federal-judge-blocks-biden-vaccine-mandate-for-health-workers-in-10-states/">separate decisions</a> from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, which have both issued injunctions against Joe Biden’s mandate, effectively stopping it before it can begin.
“CMS has appealed both of these decisions, and has filed motions for stays of these orders,” the federal agency added. The stays will also prevent CMS from surveying healthcare providers to determine whether they have been vaccinated.
“CMS recently issued a memo suspending enforcement of their vaccine mandate on health care workers,” wrote Schmitt, who said the victory came “following our win in court halting the mandate on Monday.”

Regarding the victory achieved by Schmitt in Missouri, <a href="https://nationalfile.com/breaking-federal-judge-blocks-biden-vaccine-mandate-for-health-workers-in-10-states/">National File reported on November 29:</a>

The judge’s order states, “IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants are preliminarily enjoined from the implementation and enforcement of 86 Fed. Reg. 61,555 (Nov. 5, 2021), the Interim Final Rule with Comment Period entitled “Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Omnibus COVID–19 Health Care Staff Vaccination,” against any and all Medicare– and Medicaid–certified providers and suppliers within the States of Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming pending a trial on the merits of this action or until further order of this Court.“
“Defendants shall immediately cease all implementation or enforcement of the Interim Final Rule with Comment Period as to any Medicare– and Medicaid–certified providers and suppliers within the States of Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming,’ the court added.

A video is going around showing French citizens pushing past security and police to enter a shopping mall in protest of vaccine passports.
While it’s not high-quality footage, the video shows dozens of demonstrators outnumbering the security guards and forcing their way into the building.

The protesters peacefully marched through the mall, honking horns and raising their hands in the air.
Despite the calm demeanor of the majority of the crowd, the police and security members had their batons drawn and appeared scared.
The epic scene took place as the French government cracks down on unvaccinated citizens, even <a href="https://www.infowars.com/posts/video-paris-police-check-proof-of-vaccination-while-diners-eat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">sending armed police to bars and cafes</a> to check patrons for vaccine passports.

Chicago Public Schools will begin implementing new bathroom policies the district says will better accommodate gender confused students.
In a bizarre public service announcement dedicated to laying out the new agenda, Chicago Public Schools (CPS) “Chief <a href="https://www.cps.edu/about/departments/office-of-student-protections-and-title-ix/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Title IX</a> Officer” Camy Pratt explains the radical restroom changes are part of a districtwide effort to make schools more “inclusive.”

“In compliance with new federal guidelines, all CPS students and staff will have fair and equitable access to bathroom facilities that align with their gender identity,” Pratt announces.
Footage accompanying the announcement shows elementary-age schoolchildren walking by a restroom that has “gender neutral” signage shoddily placed over what used to be a “women” sign.

Pratt goes on to say CPS will soon be sending out permanent “gender neutral” signage to all its schools so “students and staff will have fair and equitable access to bathroom facilities that align with their gender identity.”
The PSA goes on to show different gender neutral signage that will be used throughout the district.

Bathrooms for normal boys and girls will be altered to additionally include a statement reading, “All who feel comfortable are welcome to use this restroom.”

Joe Biden appeared in front of the press pool on Friday morning for a press conference to discuss the recent disappointing jobs report for November.
As he took the podium, it was rather noticeable that the former Vice President was rather sick, speaking to the crowd with a husky, unusual-sounding voice, and coughing multiple times while <a href="https://nationalfile.com/biden-to-cause-catastrophic-supply-chain-disaster-as-millions-of-truckers-quit-over-vaccine-mandate-union-president-says/">discussing stacking shelves.</a>

One of the reporters pointed out to Biden that his voice was sounding “a little different,” and asked him if he was okay, to which Biden replied in the affirmative, adding that he takes a COVID test to check he is negative for “all the strains” every day.
“What I have is a 1 and a half-year-old grandson who had a cold who likes to kiss his pop, and he’d been kissing my…” Biden said, trailing off at a rather strange moment. “Anyway, so uh, it’s just a cold,” he added.

One Twitter <a href="https://twitter.com/RamblingAK/status/1466462227137921025?s=20">user</a>, however, noted that an “<a href="https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/CIR.0000000000001051">expression of concern</a>” was filed over the AHA study, noting that there are “several typographical errors” and “no data in the abstract regarding myocardial T-cell infiltration” or “statistical analyses for significance provided.”
That said, Twitter’s warning says that the link was identified as being “potentially spammy or unsafe,” and could contain:

<li>violent or misleading content that could lead to real-world harm</li>

</ul>
It’s unclear as to which of these warrants the label.
