<a href="http://www.foxnews.com/world/2015/08/17/yazidi-refugees-flee-isis-but-find-door-to-us-asylum-closed/">FOX News</a>  Despite the ongoing threat of execution in Iraq, nearly all Yazidis, a Kurdish monotheistic community that lives throughout Iraq, Syria, Turkey and even Armenia and Georgia, who have applied for asylum in the U.S. have been rejected, FoxNews.com has learned. The reason why is not clear, but advocates say Washington is turning a blind eye on the situation.
“What we are seeing, in real time, is genocide,” said Frank Wolf, a former congressman from Virginia and senior fellow at 21st Century Wilberforce, a nonprofit that seeks to protect Christians and other religious minorities in the Middle East. “To declare it genocide, that would expedite relief. You can’t allow it to go on.”

The Yazidi religion includes elements of ancient nature-worship, as well as influences from Christianity, Gnosticism, Zoroastrianism, Islam and Judaism.
Of the tens of thousands of Yazidis uprooted from their homes, only 10 families have been granted asylum in the U.S., according to Yazda, an American-based Yazidi advocacy group. None of the visas were issued due to religious persecution faced at the hands of ISIS.

“None of these families [in U.S.] are related to the crisis,” Abid Shamden, who works with Yadza, told FoxNews.com, adding that the visas were given as part of a special program for translators who worked with the U.S. military during the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. “But many are still there. They are not given any special status. They are all treated as the same. My family has been waiting since 2012 for visas.”
Shamden’s colleague added that several families who sought help under the translator program have even been denied. Officials for the State Department declined to comment, saying specific cases involving visas are confidential.
Many members of the religious minorities in Iraq and Syria — Yazidi or otherwise — have been seeking asylum in the U.S. since ISIS launched its violent offensive, carving out a caliphate the size of Indiana in northern Syria and Iraq. But the process is arduous, and often fruitless, say experts.

For  the past six months, 27 Iraqi Christian asylum seekers fleeing the Islamic State (ISIS) have been locked up in an ICE detention center in Otay Mesa, CA, despite the fact that 20 of the 27 Chaldean Christians have American family members living in Southern California who are willing to sponsor them.
At the outset of the Iraq War in 2003, there were nearly 1.4 million Christians in the country. Estimates today say the total is likely fewer than 250,000.

Burning Man May Be Moving To Utah After State Of Nevada Forces Them Out With New Taxes

The biggest danger facing Burning Man right now is that the State of Nevada has levied an entertainment tax,” Goodell said, adding that “We still believe that we don’t fit under a form of entertainment. Frankly, we’re not a Las Vegas show. We’re not a car race or a concert in a stadium. We’re not able to absorb that. That’s the thing right now that makes us look longingly towards Utah or any other state that might not have levied that.”
The new tax could force many events to move out of the state, but for Burning Man, it will be more difficult because the event has been held in the Black Rock Desert in northern Nevada since it moved from San Francisco’s Baker Beach in 1986.
The new tax will not be limited to just Burning Man, either. It will extend to other large festivals like the Electric Daisy Carnival, which moved to Las Vegas after the event was forced out of the Los Angeles Coliseum by the city government a few years ago. Jennifer Forkish, a spokesperson for Insomniac (the company that hosts Electric Daisy Carnival), said that the tax could cause the event to operate at a loss if it were to stay in the state of Nevada.
The new tax is estimated to cost the organizers <a href="http://www.bbc.com/news/business-33001485" target="_blank">$2.8 million dollars</a>, and raise the ticket price of the event by 9%.
Jim Graham, a spokesman for the festival, pointed out that Burning Man attendees already bring millions of dollars into the state’s economy and pay a significant amount of taxes purchasing gas, airplane tickets, food, and hotels while traveling to the event.
“Burning Man is a non-profit organization that spends more than $11m in Nevada, has vendor contracts with local businesses and is a strong supporter of arts around the state… Burning Man participants contribute more than $40m annually to the Nevada economy – they pay their fair share of sales and gas taxes, and they are tremendously supportive of local businesses.” <a href="http://www.bbc.com/news/business-33001485" target="_blank">Graham Said.</a>
“We certainly understand the Nevada Legislature’s need to identify revenue sources, but we believe this change to the Live Entertainment Tax is misguided,”he added.

Banksy’s Theme Park “Dismaland” Shows Darker Side Of History And Pop Culture

The mysterious and world famous activist and artist <a href="http://www.trueactivist.com/?s=banksy" target="_blank">Banksy</a> recently unveiled one of his largest projects to date, a mock theme park that shows the darker side of history and pop culture. The park is called “Dismaland”, which seems to be a play on words with Disneyland, the Disney theme parks. <a href="http://www.abc.net.au/news/2015-08-21/dismaland-bemusement-park-not-suitable-for-kid-opens/6713540" target="_blank">However, Banksy denied this connection in a recent statement.</a>
“It’s not a swipe at Disney,” he said, adding that, “I banned any imagery of Mickey Mouse from the site. It’s a showcase for the best line-up of artists I could imagine, apart from the two who turned me down.”
As the name implies, much of the art in the park is dismal, and many of the attractions are as well. They also contain <a href="http://www.trueactivist.com/brilliant-comic-of-banksys-call-to-arms-against-advertisers/" target="_blank">Banky’s</a> signature activist touch, calling attention to real global issues that are often avoided by mainstream culture.
The park is located at Weston-super-Mare, an abandoned swimming resort in south-west England.
Banksy described the park as “a festival of art, amusements and entry-level anarchism” and mentioned that it was not suitable for children.
“I guess you’d say it’s a theme park whose big theme is ‘theme parks should have bigger themes’,” he said.
The park’s brochure reads:

Oil Companies Spent Over $38 Million On Lobbying Last Year

It was reported this week that the oil industry has spent $6.2 million on lobbying in the past 6 months. These figures came to light in a report that was recently released by the California Secretary of State’s Office. However, these numbers seem incredibly low in comparison to independent numbers that were recorded last year.
According to the report, one of the largest lobby groups in California, the Western States Petroleum Association (WSPA), spent <a href="http://cal-access.sos.ca.gov/Lobbying/Employers/Detail.aspx?id=1147195&view=activity&session=2015">$2,529,240 in just six months</a>, and that is just one firm! In 2013, they spent 4.67 million throughout the entire year, but last year they ended up setting a record by spending <a href="http://www.eastbayexpress.com/SevenDays/archives/2015/02/06/big-oil-group-spent-89-million-last-year-lobbing-jerry-brown-and-california-officials">nearly $9 million on lobbying efforts.</a>
The WSPA lobbies on behalf of the entire industry, and accepts grants and donations from various corporations. However, the corporations themselves also invest large sums of money into their own lobbyists. Chevron, for example, spent $1.5 million lobbying in the state of California alone, during the first 6 months of the 2015 fiscal year.
The national trend of <a href="http://www.trueactivist.com/?s=oil">big oil</a> lobbying is prevalent all throughout the country, although California just happens to be where much of the activity occurs. Nationally the numbers are even higher, though, with the <a href="https://www.opensecrets.org/lobby/indusclient.php?id=E01">oil industry spending $64,252,393 for lobbying last year</a>, and that’s just what is on record.
Many of the specific causes that these corporations are lobbying for are secret and the negotiations are made behind closed doors. However, for years it has been apparent that oil companies have been pushing to keep <a href="http://www.trueactivist.com/does-elon-musks-tesla-model-s-signal-the-beginning-of-the-end-for-oil/">alternative energy and fuel systems</a> off the market. Additionally, these companies <a href="http://www.trueactivist.com/shock-report-your-taxes-subsidize-dirty-oil-corporations-by-5-3-trillion/">lobby for subsidies and corporate welfare</a> which ends up returning their investment tenfold.
In many cases, political influence for these corporations doesn’t just come in the form of lobbying. Instead many companies just buy their own politician through campaign donations, and thus will be able to control that politician once they get into office.

Muslims Believe That All Those Who Aren’t Muslim, Are Their Property

Recently, a friend has asked me a question regarding what does the Qu’ran teach regarding the taking of property of non-Muslims. The simple answer to begin with is that the verses in the Qu’ran regarding punishment of theft and opposing theft is only for Muslims in relation to other Muslims, and hence will not be the subject of this discussion. The other part of this answer is that according to both Qu’ran and Hadiths, Muslims are entitled to the property and even the women of non-Muslims. The worse part about this is that forcible taking of property of non-Muslims by banditry and foul means are acceptable in Islam and are seen clearly in the example of the founder of Islam, Muhammad the so-called “Prophet”.
To begin with, it is best to start with the Surahs in the Qu’ran that teach such an abominable teaching:
“And all married women (are forbidden unto you) save those (captives) whom your right hands possess. It is a decree of Allah for you. Lawful unto you are all beyond those mentioned, so that ye seek them with your wealth in honest wedlock, not debauchery. And those of whom ye seek content (by marrying them) give unto them their portions as a duty. And there is no sin for you in what ye do by mutual agreement after the duty (hath been done). Lo! Allah is ever Knower, Wise.” (Surah 4:24) So married women are off limits unless you have captured them in war! Mr. Muhammad and Mr. Allah, how can you call this pursuit “honest” in the first place? There is no honour in such behaviour! Where is there such a thing as an “honest wedlock” in such a situation that is clearly been forced upon?
“And He made you heirs to their land and their dwellings and their property, and to a land which you have not yet trodden, and Allah has power over all things.” (Surah 33:27) Clearly Allah gives the property of non-Muslims to Muslims. This is banditry at worse and open thievery at best.
“Allah promised you many acquisitions which you will take, then He hastened on this one for you and held back the hands of men from you, and that it may be a sign for the believers and that He may guide you on a right path. And others, which you have not yet been able to achieve Allah, have surely encompassed them, and Allah has power over all things. …Such has been the course of Allah that has indeed run before, and you shall not find a change in Allah’s course.” (Surah 48:20, 21, 23) Clearly Allah has decreed that Muslims are entitled to the possessions of non-Muslims and worse yet, it is termed irreversible decree.
To make matters even worse, we see this banditry being exemplified in the person of Muhammad himself, as outlined in the following Hadiths: o ignored
Commanding of Muslims to force themselves on non-Muslim women in war. Earlier we cited Surah 4:24 giving the clear command of this. In this authorised biography by Ibn Kathir, we note that the men of Muhammad initially had reservations about forcing themselves onto the captive non-Muslim women until Muhammad came up with that Surah from Allah:
“Abu Sa’id Al-Kdri said, we captured some women of the captivity of Awtas, and they had their husbands. So we thought it was an iniquity to have intercourse with them. However, the Prophet commanded us to do it, but we refused. Consequently, a verse [Surah 4:24] came down making their vaginas lawful to us.” The Beginning and the End, Ibn Kathir, Vol. IV, p339] Clearly, even the men of Muhammad had more dignity than Muhammad himself initially. This highlights what a vile warlord and rapist Muhammad was and what a vile deity Allah really is.
The forcing of Muhammad onto the wife of Kinana, a Jewish chieftain of the Jewish tribe of Khaybar, after first torturing him to get his treasure and next forcing himself onto his wife, Safiya bint Huyay, after killing a number of her relatives in battle. Be prepared to be disgusted and sickened to the stomach:
“Kinanah b. al-Rabi b. al-Huqyaq who had the treasure of B. Nadir was brought to the Messenger of God, who questioned him; but he denied knowing where it was. Then the messenger of God was brought a Jew who said to him, “I have seen Kinanah walk around this ruin every morning.” The Messenger of God said to Kinanah: “What do you say? If we find it in your possession, I will kill you.” “All right,” he answered. The Messenger of God commanded that the ruin should be dug up, and some of the treasure was extracted from it. Then he asked him for the rest of it. Kinanah refused to surrender it; so the Messenger of God gave orders concerning him to al-Zubayr b. al-‘Awwam, saying, “torture him until you root out what he has.” Al-Zubayr kept twirling his firestick in his breast until Kinanah almost expired; then the Messenger of God gave him to Muhammad b. Maslamah, who beheaded him to avenge his brother Mahmud b. Maslamah.” (Sahih Bukhari Vol.2, Book 14, No. 68)
“Narrated Anas bin Malik:
We arrived at Khaibar, and when Allah helped His Apostle to open the fort, the beauty of Safiya bint Huyai bin Akhtaq whose husband had been killed while she was a bride, was mentioned to Allah’s Apostle. The Prophet selected her for himself, and set out with her, and when we reached a place called Sidd-as-Sahba, Safiya became clean from her menses then Allah’s Apostle married her. Hais (i.e. an ‘Arabian dish) was prepared on a small leather mat. Then the Prophet said to me, “I invite the people around you.” So that was the marriage banquet of the Prophet and Safiya. Then we proceeded towards Medina, and I saw the Prophet, making for her a kind of cushion with his cloak behind him (on his camel). He then sat beside his camel and put his knee for Safiya to put her foot on, in order to ride on the camel. (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 5, Book 59,Number 522)
This is further confirmed in the Hadith of Ibn Ishaq 764, which mention not only the torture of Kinana, but also Kinana being beheaded after the treasure was discovered, and also the obliteration of the Jewish Khaybar tribe along with the forcible taking of the traumatised Safiya. All these Hadiths prove clearly that Muhammad not only saw himself as entitled to women and spoils, but also had no scruples in doing so, thus revealing that Muhammad was truly a beast in the flesh.
Authorisation of Muhammad’s behaviour of banditry and spoils is highlighted in this Hadith:
“It is mentioned from Ibn ‘Umar from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, “I have been raised between the hands of the Hour with the sword, until Allah the Exalted is worshipped alone with no associates. He has provided sustenance from beneath the shadow of spears and has decreed humiliation and belittlement for those who oppose my order.” –(Ahmad 4869 (also found in the original Hadith of Bukhari and Sahih al Jaami’ As Sagheer 2828). Clearly, Muhammad is authorised by his demonic deity, Allah, to rule by tyranny and humiliation of others, which includes “sustenance from beneath the shadow of spears” along with “humiliation and belittlement for those who oppose my order”. What sort of person can this be other than a heartless, self-centred tyrant with a beastly heart? If that is not enough, should we not know the words of Muhammad himself regarding how he got possessions from the world? This is clear in his own words as stated in the following Hadith:
“Narrated Abu Huraira:
I have been made victorious with terror (cast in the hearts of the enemy), and while I was sleeping, the keys of the treasures of the world were brought to me and put in my hand.” (Sahih Bukhari Vol. 4, Book 52, No. 220) [Here is the foundation of Islamic terrorism: Muhammad himself!]
The following Hadiths also reveal Muhammad’s behaviour and worse, his commandments to others to rob caravans of non-Muslims as a means of livelihood and provision from his demonic deity, Allah:
“Narrated ‘Abaya bin Rafa’a bin Raft’ bin Khadij:
My grandfather said, “We were in the company of the Prophet at Dhul-Hulaifa. The people felt hungry and captured some camels and sheep (as booty). The Prophet was behind the people. They hurried and slaughtered the animals and put their meat in pots and started cooking it. (When the Prophet came) he ordered the pots to be upset and then he distributed the animals (of the booty), regarding ten sheep as equal to one camel. One of the camels fled and the people ran after it till they were exhausted. At that time there were few horses. A man threw an arrow at the camel, and Allah stopped the camel with it. The Prophet said, “Some of these animals are like wild animals, so if you lose control over one of these animals, treat it in this way (i.e. shoot it with an arrow).” Before distributing them among the soldiers my grandfather said, “We may meet the enemies in the future and have no knives; can we slaughter the animals with reeds?” The Prophet said, “Use whatever causes blood to flow, and eat the animals if the name of Allah has been mentioned on slaughtering them. Do not slaughter with teeth or fingernails and I will tell you why: It is because teeth are bones (i.e. cannot cut properly) and fingernails are the tools used by the Ethiopians (whom we should not imitate for they are infidels).” (Sahih Bukhari, Volume 3, Book 44, No.668) Bad enough that loot was commanded, but to make matters worse, Muhammad commands bloodthirsty slaughter of animals just to be eaten. This is the foundation of halal slaughter and also shows what a heartless bandit Muhammad really was!
“When the Apostle heard about Abu Sufyan coming from Syria, he summoned the Muslims and said, “This is the Quraish caravan containing their property. Go out to attack it, perhaps Allah will give it as a prey.” (Ibn Ishaq/Hisham 428) So Allah authorises looting of caravans. This shows what kind of deity Allah is and what an evil hearted bandit Muhammad was.
Last but not least, is Muhammad’s own decree on taking of spoils:
“He who kills someone, has the right to all his belongings.” (Sahih Bukhari, Vol 4, Book 53, #370; Sahih Muslim, Book 19, Chapter 13. These are also verified in other authorized biographers of Muhammad). No wonder there is so much looting behaviour in Islamic countries on non-Muslims and other unfortunates!
Conclusion: Taking of the property of non-Muslims and the women of non-Muslims is clearly decreed in the Qu’ran and in the behaviour and sayings of Muhammad as outlined in the Hadiths. Since this is the case, Muhammad and Allah are unworthy of reverence or worship and therefore Islam has shown itself to be once again a religion of Satan. What is worse is that this behaviour is continuous throughout all Islamic countries or anywhere where Muslims have an upper hand. Worse yet, is the fact that banditry and thuggery in Western nations has been on the rise due to Muslims being allowed to have enclaves and ghettoes in Western nations. Since Islam has authorized banditry and thuggish behaviour, it thus deserves to be treated with the treatment that is meant for thugs and bandits in its fullest measure.
