A Jimmy Kimmel fan left a voice mail for Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) saying they’d pay to see Jimmy Kimmel violently murder her.
On Thursday Rep. Greene published disturbing voice memos from Jimmy Kimmel fans wishing her harm, proving the ABC/Disney late night talk show host’s recent comments inspired violence against her.

“I would totally give money to watch Jimmy Kimmel bash your fuckin’ head in with a baseball bat. That would be so fucking hysterical, you dumb ignorant cunt,” one man tells Greene in a voice memo.
In another message, a man tells her, “Jimmy Kimmel’s right you should definitely get Will Smith’ed daily, every morning, lunch and dinner.”
The congresswoman on Wednesday <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.infowars.com/posts/rep-marjorie-taylor-greene-reports-jimmy-kimmel-to-capitol-police-over-threat-of-violence/" target="_blank">filed a report with the Capitol Police</a> alleging a “threat of violence” against her by Kimmel stemming from an off-color joke made the night before.
During his show Tuesday, Kimmel joked the female House rep. should be assaulted after she criticized Republicans for vowing to split with the party and vote to confirm Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson, whose record of issuing light sentences to child pornographers was the subject of controversy during Senate confirmation hearings.

“This woman, Klan mom, is especially upset with the three Republican senators who said they’ll vote yes on Ketanji Brown Jackson, who’s nominated for the Supreme Court,” Kimmel said Tuesday. “She tweeted, ‘Murkowski, Collins and Romney are pro-pedophile. They just voted for KBJ.’ Wow, where is Will Smith when you really need him?”
This isn’t the first time Congresswoman Greene has received death threats from psychopathic leftists.

Who Is Behind Friday’s Ukraine Railway Station Attack Killing 50 Civilians?

An attack on a Ukrainian train station on Thursday left at least 50 people dead, including five children, and over 100 injured.

The missile struck as thousands of citizens were attempting to flee the war-torn Donetsk region of Eastern Ukraine.

Mainstream media is simply regurgitating the Ukrainian government’s report on the deadly assault, but Russia’s statement denying responsibility for the attack is compelling.
For example, a headline on the Drudge Report definitively claims “Moscow missile kills at least 50 civilians,” and nearly every major US outlet followed with similar articles.

Joe Biden published a statement on Twitter, writing, “The attack on a Ukrainian train station is yet another horrific atrocity committed by Russia, striking civilians who were trying to evacuate and reach safety.”
Sleepy Joe even admitted there hasn’t been an investigation confirming who’s behind the assault, posting, “we will support efforts to investigate this attack as we document Russia’s actions and hold them accountable.”

Meanwhile, the <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://t.me/mod_russia_en/761" target="_blank">Russian Ministry of Defense released a statement</a> claiming they were not behind the attack and that it is being used to stop the people from the pro-Russian area from leaving the danger zone so the Ukraine military can use them as human shields.
“The aim of Kiev regime’s strike on the railway station in Kramatorsk was to disrupt the mass exit of residents from the city in order to use them as a ‘human shield’ to defend Ukrainian armed forces positions, as in many other Ukrainian population centres,” the Russian MOD declared.
The Russians also noted the photograph of the projectile used in the attack shows a Tochka-U missile, which they say is used only by the Ukrainian military.
The words “for the children” were written on the side of the missile, which is disturbingly ironic considering it killed several.

Russia claims their intel shows “the strike on Kramatorsk railway station was carried out by missile division of the Ukrainian armed forces from area of Dobropol’e, 45 kilometres south-west of the city.”
The Tochka-U was allegedly replaced by the Iskander in 2019 and Russia <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://tass.com/politics/1423317?utm_source=en.wikipedia.org&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=en.wikipedia.org&utm_referrer=en.wikipedia.org" target="_blank">says the missile</a><a href="https://tass.com/politics/1423317?utm_source=en.wikipedia.org&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=en.wikipedia.org&utm_referrer=en.wikipedia.org" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">s</a> <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://tass.com/politics/1423317?utm_source=en.wikipedia.org&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=en.wikipedia.org&utm_referrer=en.wikipedia.org" target="_blank">are not even in service.</a>
However, a video being spread by pro-Ukraine accounts purports to show Russian military units carrying the missiles.

In response to the footage, Russia stated, “Kiev regime has posted on social media pictures of Tochka-U missile launchers that took part in ‘<a href="https://eng.mil.ru/en/mission/practice/all/rehimost-2022.htm">Union Courage 2022</a>‘ Russian-Belarusian exercise in February.”
A keen observer in the Twitter comments of the video also noted that in mid to late March, there was no heavy snow in that area of Belarus.

Former UN weapons inspector Scott Ridder thinks the missile was launched from a Ukraine-controlled area toward the mostly pro-Russian civilians.
The map he posted matches a Russian MOD statement, claiming, “An analysis of the engagement radius of the warhead, as well as the characteristic position of Tochka-U missile’s tail section, clearly confirm that it was launched from a south-western direction away from Kramatorsk.”
One Twitter user accurately explained a similar incident has already been recorded, writing, “Ukraine hit the center of Donetsk w the same Tochka-U rocket on March 14 killing 30 & injuring many more. According to Russia, Kiev’s decision to target civilians is “not random” as they want to “maximize the number of civilian victims.”
“Their murders in Donbas have become standard practice for Ukrainian armed units in the past eight years,” Russia stated. “By cynically killing civilians in cold blood, Kiev is trying to blame Russia for its own crimes in order to discredit Moscow’s special military operation to defend the DPR and the LPR.”
Concluding its statement, the Russian MOD said, “We urge the international community to objectively evaluate the crimes committed by Ukrainian units, to stop supplying them with arms and prompt Kiev to renounce its unacceptable methods of hostility.”
The mainstream media and politicians of the world are once again rushing to accuse Russia of an atrocious war crime before an investigation has even commenced.
The allegation conveniently comes just one day after Russia was suspended from the UN Human Rights Council in connection with the Bucha Massacre, <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.infowars.com/posts/breaking-russia-suspended-from-un-human-rights-council/" target="_blank">which Russia has also denied carrying out.</a>

Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine is Creating a Financial World War

Over a month after Russia invaded Ukraine, the <a href="https://mises.org/wire/after-more-month-fighting-where-do-things-stand-russia-ukraine-war">military conflict has remained a regional conflict</a>.
While Russia has been able to fortify its claim in Eastern Ukraine and made advances in the south, recent counter offenses by the Ukrainians have pushed Putin’s military away from Kyiv. Meanwhile, allegations of war crimes committed by Russian forces during the conflict have given Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky new ammo in his campaign to increase pressure from the international community against the Russian Federation.
The situation on the ground has fueled a narrative popular in America and Europe that Vladimir Putin vastly underestimated the difficulty of conflict with Ukraine and that the Russian regime is suffering from the “authoritarian trap” of government bureaucrats prioritizing placating their president over accurately reporting the state of Russia’s military affairs. While any degree to which Russian military failures push the countries to a ceasefire is a cause of celebration, overestimating Russian weakness could serve to undermine peace negotiations. Hopefully, the US and NATO’s analysis of this conflict is better than it has been in other situations in recent history.
Putin’s aspirations, however, go well beyond territorial conquest in former Soviet nations. At its core, the aim of the Russian regime is to <a href="https://www.reuters.com/article/us-russia-putin/putin-says-russia-threatened-by-unipolar-world-idUSL0449803320071104" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">challenge the post-Cold War order of a unipolar</a> American-dominated global order.
On that front, Russia’s actions – and the West’s response – have now sparked a global conflict.
Since the 1970s, the dollar has been as vital a tool for American global supremacy as any military weapon. America’s War on Terror not only transformed the Middle East into the main theater of US foreign policy but fueled Washington’s desire to militarize the American financial sector. What began as de-banking Al Qaeda conspirators evolved into the primary tool used against rogue nations such as Iran and North Korea. In recent years, these tools have been wielded by Western nations <a href="https://mises.org/power-market/american-right-new-target-washingtons-war-terror?page=2">against domestic political dissidents</a>.
In response to Putin’s aggression against Ukraine, America and the West have responded with some of the most extreme sanctions yet deployed. While these measures have forced severe financial pain against Russian oligarchs who became used to a certain quality of life outside of their homeland, Russia’s own counteroffensive is revealing the limits to Washington’s favorite weapons.
Global demand for Russian energy, food, and other vital resources has allowed Putin’s regime to provide support to the ruble by demanding purchases be made in Russia’s currency – his investments in various <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/world/russia-funding-environmental-groups-europe-united-state" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">European “Green” causes were well made</a>. The result has been the value of the ruble returning to its post-war standing and stabilizing a financial sector bearing the brunt of Western sanctions.

What should concern the Washington regime the most, however, has been the geopolitical response to the West’s actions. The Russian government has created a list of “friendly” and “unfriendly”, leveraging access to its commodities in exchange for neutrality over the Ukrainian conflict. The Kremlin’s response has been supported by the <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-04-06/india-to-face-significant-cost-if-aligned-with-russia-u-s-says" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">West’s own increasingly aggressive</a> positions towards countries willing to prioritize the interests of Ukraine over that of their own people. The result has been an increasing number of significant, non-European countries refusing to submit to the demands of the Biden regime.
Countries like Mexico, Brazil, and India – all led by nationalist political leaders – <a href="https://www.newsweek.com/mexico-brazil-leaders-ignore-their-un-delegates-refuse-sanction-russia-1685001" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">have refused to sanction Russia</a>, providing economic support to Putin beyond his handshake agreement with the Chinese Communist Party. In fact, opposition to Washington’s demand for these nations to sacrifice their economic ties with Russia in order to morally condemn Russia has succeeded at bridging together geopolitical rivals. Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan praised India’s President Narendra Modi for its “independent” foreign policy.
As <a href="https://www.dawn.com/news/1684027" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">a Pakistani news site reported</a>:
“They (India) are saying they will import Russian oil because it is better for their people despite the sanctions [on Russia].”
[Kahn] said he had the “same problem”.
As <a href="https://mises.org/wire/rules-based-international-order-dead-washington-killed-it">Ryan McMaken noted recently on the Wire</a>, Washington’s military adventurism over the past two decades has greatly eroded America’s claims to a moral high ground. The same is true with Washington’s increasingly aggressive abuse of the privilege of having the global reserve currency. In a prominent central banker warned that the US’s continual weaponization of the dollar demonstrated a need for the global community to find something new.
This call came not from the Bank of Russia or the Bank of China, <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/business/2019/aug/23/mark-carney-dollar-dominant-replaced-digital-currency" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">but the Bank of England</a> – one of Washington’s closest allies. In the past month we’ve seen <a href="https://mises.org/wire/world-creeping-toward-de-dollarization">a historical alternative</a>, gold, enjoyed renewed <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-03-13/gold-dealers-swamped-by-demand-as-war-creates-inflation-scare" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">attention as a strategic asset</a>.
The new phase of the West’s financial war is succeeding in bringing together a new coalition of global powers – many of which with <a href="https://www.brookings.edu/opinions/indias-relations-with-china-the-good-the-bad-and-the-potentially-ugly/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">long-standing historical disagreements</a> – who are unified in their opposition to submitting to the edicts of Washington. Additionally, the economic impact of global economic disruption – currently being felt in gas and fertilizer prices and will be felt in the future with food shortages – <a href="https://www.bbc.com/news/world-latin-america-60993768" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">is now causing social unrest</a>. Politically, the nation of Hungary overwhelmingly re-elected nationalist Viktor Orban against the demands of the EU and Biden Administration, while polling shows France’s Emmanuel Macron <a href="https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/emmanuel-macron-could-lose-frances-presidential-election/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">now trailing EU-skeptic Marine Le Pen</a>.
Over a month into the conflict, it remains to be seen whether or not Vladimir Putin will achieve his military goals in Ukraine.
Increasingly, however, it appears he may have achieved his larger aim of overthrowing the unipolar world. Yet another failure of <a href="https://mises.org/power-market/fauci-and-fed-americas-technocratic-frauds">Washington’s technocratic class.</a>

In a system with a 98%+ conviction rate, where grand juries will indict a ham sandwich – as the old saying goes – the federal government failed to secure a single conviction in the case against four men accused of plotting to kidnap Michigan’s Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.
The massive prosecutorial failure (which shouldn’t have been a surprise given <a href="https://www.zerohedge.com/political/fbi-allegedly-told-informant-whitmer-kidnapping-plot-lie-delete-messages">the absurd levels of corruption</a> and criminality exposed among the FBI agents who led the investigation, behavior that ultimately led to the lead investigating agent <a href="https://www.zerohedge.com/political/fbi-fires-lead-agent-whitmer-kidnapping-case">being fired by the bureau</a>) will unquestionably undermine the Biden Administration’s claim that far-right ‘white supremacist’ terror is the biggest internal threat to the US.

Two of the four men were acquitted Friday for their role in the alleged plot (which, in reality, was cooked up by a gang of confidential informants embedded within the group, one of whom rose to second-in-command), while the other two ultimately faced a hung jury, according to <a href="https://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/jury-bomb-evidence-gov-whitmer-kidnap-plot-trial-83958000">the Associated Press</a>.

The jury’s verdicts against Daniel Harris and Brandon Caserta were read in the federal court in Grand Rapids, Michigan, in the case presided over by U.S. District Judge Robert Jonker. Jurors said they couldn’t agree on verdicts again Adam Fox and Barry Croft Jr. Prosecutors described Fox as a ringleader of an anti-government group.

Michigan AG Dana Nessel has gone to great lengths to paint the men as “extremists” and “white supremacists” during interviews with friendly media outlets, like <a href="https://www.npr.org/sections/live-updates-protests-for-racial-justice/2020/10/08/921923955/michigan-ag-says-white-supremacist-groups-behind-plot-to-kidnap-gov-whitmer">NPR.</a>

But in an interview with NPR, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel said multiple white supremacist and anti-government groups acted “in concert based on a shared extreme ideology.”
“The people that we charged are affiliated with this Wolverine Watchmen group,” Nessel said, adding that it is a Michigan-based group. “But there are multiple white supremacy groups and militia groups that have been acting in accordance with one another.”

Prosecutors relied on testimony from undercover agents, an informant and two men who pleaded guilty to the plot during the trial. Jurors also read and heard secretly recorded conversations, violent social media posts and chat messages. However, their defense lawyers effectively argued that the scheme had been dreamed up by government agents and informants who had been embedded within the group specifically to manipulate the men.
Get ready for the mainstream media to lash out at America’s justice system once again (although this time, it won’t be because of alleged police brutality).
As <a href="https://www.zerohedge.com/political/turley-could-arrest-fbi-agent-undermine-whitmer-kidnapping-case">Johnathan Turley explained</a> last year in the wake of the arrest of the led agent in charge of the case (he was arrested for an unrelated issue – assaulting his wife), there were legitimate concerns over the role of the FBI in the planning and preparation for this alleged conspiracy. As a criminal defense attorney, I have long been a critic of the degree to which the FBI often pushes defendants to take actions to trigger criminal charges.
However, it is very difficult to make a case for entrapment and the agents know that.
While Whitmer doesn’t often discuss the case directly, she has blamed former President Trump for allegedly fomenting anger over coronavirus restrictions, which allegedly inspired the plot.

White House Claims Gender Reassignment Surgery ‘Saves Lives’

The Biden administration absurdly came out in favor of child genital mutilation Thursday.
In a statement pushing back on <a href="https://www.infowars.com/posts/pedo-panic-groomer-left-melts-down-as-agenda-to-sexualize-children-exposed/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">accusations of pedophilia and sexual grooming of children against the left</a>, Press Secretary Jen Psaki said the White House supports “gender-reaffirming” surgery for transgender children.
“Across the country, as we’ve talked about a bit in here, Republican elected officials are engaging in a disturbing, cynical trend of attacking vulnerable transgender kids for purely partisan, political reasons,” Psaki said.

“To be clear, every major medical association agrees that gender-affirming healthcare for transgender kids is a best practice and potentially lifesaving,” Psaki claimed.
Contrastingly, a <a href="https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0016885" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">long-term Swedish study in 2011</a> found transsexual people who underwent sex reassignment surgery “had an increased risk for suicide attempts,” as noted by <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.heritage.org/gender/commentary/sex-reassignment-doesnt-work-here-the-evidence" target="_blank">Dr. Ryan T. Anderson</a>.
“The <a href="http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0016885">most thorough follow-up of sex-reassigned people</a>—extending over 30 years and conducted in Sweden, where the culture is strongly supportive of the transgendered—documents their lifelong mental unrest. Ten to 15 years after surgical reassignment, the suicide rate of those who had undergone sex-reassignment surgery rose to 20 times that of comparable peers,” Dr. Anderson explained in 2018.
So much for “livesaving.”
Psaki concluded that the Biden administration would hold states accountable for blocking transgender minors from surgically mutilating their bodies.

Across the country, as we’ve talked about a bit in here, Republican elected officials are engaging in a disturbing, cynical trend of attacking vulnerable transgender kids for purely partisan, political reasons. 
Today in Alabama, instead of focusing on critical kitchen-table issues like the economy, COVID, or addressing the country’s mental health crisis, Republican lawmakers are currently debating legislation that, among many things, would target trans youth with tactics that threatens to put pediatricians in prison if they provide medically necessary, lifesaving healthcare for the kids they serve.
Just like the extreme government overreach we’ve seen in Texas, where politicians have sent state officials into the homes of loving parents to investigate them for abuse — just to harass and intimidate the LGBTQI+ community — today’s vote in Alabama will only serve to harm kids. 
But Alabama’s lawmakers and other legislators who are contemplating these discriminar- — discriminatory bills have been put on notice by the Department of Justice and the Department of Health and Human Services that laws and policies preventing care that healthcare professionals recommend for transgender minors may violate the Constitution and federal law.
To be clear, every major medical association agrees that gender-affirming healthcare for transgender kids is a best practice and potentially lifesaving.
All of this begs an important question: What are these policies actually trying to solve for?  LGBTQI+ people can’t be erased or forced back into any closets, and kids across our nation should be allowed to be who they are without the threat that their parents or their doctor could be imprisoned simply for helping them and loving them.
President Biden has committed in both words and actions to fight for all Americans and will not hesitate to hold these states accountable.

What Congress’s sanctions on Russia would do

After weeks of debate, Congress has finally approved its first sanctions on Russia, spurred on by new reports of war crimes in Ukraine.
Lawmakers passed two bills aimed at levying severe penalties on Russia and providing more support for Ukraine on Thursday. The legislation, the <a href="https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/house-bill/7108/text">Suspending Normal Trade Relations with Russia and Belarus Act</a> and the <a href="https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/house-bill/6968">Suspending Energy Imports From Russia Act</a>, covers much of the same ground as sanctions the White House has already put in place, but underscores the degree of bipartisan support for such punishments.
These bills codify the Biden administration’s ban on Russian oil imports and revoke normal trade relations with Russia and Belarus. They also go further than existing sanctions by reauthorizing the Magnitsky Act, which allows the US government to sanction individuals for human rights violations.
Additionally, the Senate passed legislation on Wednesday which <a href="https://www.politico.com/news/2022/04/06/senate-unanimously-approves-lend-lease-00023668">establishes a lend-lease agreement</a> that enables the US to loan weapons which Ukraine can pay for at a later time. The House has yet to consider this bill, however, and won’t take it up before an upcoming recess.
Until this week, sanctions legislation has been bogged down in the Senate due to Republican concerns.
Ultimately, lawmakers faced pressure to get something done before they left for a two-week recess on Friday, particularly following <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2022/04/04/briefing/russia-ukraine-war-briefing-bucha-warcrimes.html">reports of hundreds of civilian casualties</a> and evidence of torture in Bucha, Ukraine.
“If anybody ever justified the revocation of normal trade relations, it’s Vladimir Putin and the Russians for their conduct … and all this grotesque barbarism over the weekend and into the week,” Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) told reporters on Wednesday.
<h3>What Congress’s sanctions would do</h3>
The Senate had struggled to come together on a sanctions package, despite longstanding bipartisan interest in doing so, largely due to the concerns of two GOP senators, whose buy-in was needed for a vote to move forward quickly.
In recent weeks, Republicans have held up a vote as they demanded specific changes. Two weeks ago, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) took issue with Magnitsky Act provisions which established the human rights violations that could warrant sanctions. He argued the bill was too broad regarding what counted as a violation, and could lead to Democrats sanctioning people for actions like blocking abortion access.
“We’ve just told them they need to put the definition in there of what a human rights abuse is,” <a href="https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/599819-rand-paul-standoff-throws-russia-bills-into-limbo/">Paul said at the time</a>. “But we won’t let them pass it unless they put it in there so they’re either going to put it in there or they’re going to be here for a week doing it.”
Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX), meanwhile, had pushed for a lend-lease agreement to be considered along with existing sanctions bills.
Both lawmakers’ issues were eventually resolved. The language in the Magnitsky Act provision was changed to focus on “gross” human rights violations instead of “serious” human rights violations. And Cornyn also received a vote on his lend-lease legislation.
Both chambers have now passed two sanctions bills, which cover the following provisions:
<ul>
<li>Oil ban: The oil ban bars Russian imports of oil, natural gas, and coal, codifying an action Biden already took last month.</li>
<li>Revocation of normal trade relations with Russia and Belarus: Biden had previously announced his support of repealing normal trade relations with Russia and Belarus, but required congressional authorization to fully implement it. Changing the trade status of these two countries enables the US to impose higher tariffs on imported goods.</li>
<li>Reauthorizing the Magnitsky Act: The proposal would also reauthorize <a href="https://crsreports.congress.gov/product/pdf/IF/IF10576">the Magnitsky Act</a>, which enables the US government to sanction individuals and entities that have committed human rights violations by denying them entry into the country, freezing assets held by US financial institutions, and preventing Americans from engaging in business transactions with them.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Congress’s actions back up what the administration has done</h3>
Many of Congress’s actions bolster moves that Biden has already made.
Because of the broad authority the president was given under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) in 1977, the executive branch is able to implement most sanctions on its own, says Adam Smith, a sanctions attorney who previously worked on the issue in the Obama administration.
“I can’t think of any legislative obligation that was given to any executive that they couldn’t have assumed him or herself,” Smith told Vox.
By passing sanctions, however, Congress is sending a message that the US government is united in its support for Ukraine and its focus on holding Russia accountable. Additionally, it’s using legislation to further empower the president, while giving Congress some jurisdiction over when penalties can be lifted.
In the case of revoking normal trade relations with Russia and Belarus, for example, Congress’s actions strengthen Biden’s ability to impose more tariffs, and show that he has the backing of members of both parties in doing so.
These bills, however, can also make it tougher to roll back sanctions: When it comes to both bills, the president would need to submit certifications to Congress in order to remove the penalties, a safeguard against reversing the punishments before Russia has stopped its invasion.
