Los Angeles’ Soros DA Charges 26-Year-Old Transgender As “Juvenile” For Raping 10-Year-Old Girl

<p><strong>Los Angeles DA George Gascón is doing the bidding of his Marxist masters by allowing violent convicted criminals back into society.</strong></p>
<p>Previously the DA of San Francisco, Gascón was funneled <a href="https://nypost.com/2021/12/16/how-george-soros-funded-progressive-das-behind-us-crime-surge/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">more than $2.5 million</a> by billionaire globalist political operative George Soros via a California political action committee to run for Los Angeles DA.</p>
<p>As a part of the far-left agenda to destroy the criminal justice system, Gascón <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://nypost.com/2021/12/16/how-george-soros-funded-progressive-das-behind-us-crime-surge/" target="_blank">has deployed tactics allowing</a> hardcore criminals to get off with minimal charges.</p>
<p>In fact, Californians launched a recall campaign against the unpopular Gascón <a href="https://californiaglobe.com/articles/recall-campaign-announced-against-soros-backed-la-county-district-attorney-george-gascon/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">in March of 2021</a> and again in <a href="https://laist.com/news/criminal-justice/effort-to-recall-da-george-gascon-reboots-for-a-second-try" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">December the same year</a>.</p>
<p>The “woke” district attorney is now under fire after a 26-year-old man who identifies as a woman and pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl was recently charged as a juvenile.</p>
<p>The transgender criminal will be sentenced to either a stay at a juvenile hall, or probation during a court hearing later this month.</p>
<p>Speaking on the case, L.A. County Supervisor Kathryn Barger <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/los-angeles-da-gascon-ripped-sentencing-transgender-woman-sexually-assaulted-girl" target="_blank">told <em>the Los Angeles Times</em></a>, “It’s useless to catch criminals like [Hannah Tubbs] if we don’t follow through and seek justice for victims such as the 10-year-old girl [she] sexually assaulted. She bears the burden of a lifetime of trauma. [She] will be offered therapeutic interventions under the auspices of ‘restorative justice’ … and possibly granted only probation or parole. Where is the justice for [her] young victim and her family?”</p>
<p>The disturbing incident took place in 2014 when Tubbs was two weeks away from turning 17-years-old.</p>

<p><a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/los-angeles-da-gascon-ripped-sentencing-transgender-woman-sexually-assaulted-girl" target="_blank">Tubbs pled guilty to</a> entering a Denny’s bathroom, taking the 10-year-old girl into a stall, grabbing her by the throat and putting his hands down her pants before leaving when another person entered the restroom.</p>
<p>According to prosecutor and anti-Gascón critic Jon Hatami, Tubbs was accused of sexually assaulting another minor in Kern County, California, but the case was not prosecuted.</p>
<p>Other charges on Tubbs’ record include battery, drug possession and probation violations in both Idaho and Washington. </p>
<p>“This clearly shows you the dangerous aspect of the blanket policies of George Gascón,” Hatami said. “Here you have a person who has committed at least two separate sexual assaults of young girls who is now 26 years old and has a history of violent conduct in the past. This is not somebody who should appear in the juvenile system.”</p>
<p>In addition to the Hannah Tubbs debacle, Gascón was hit with two other scandals this week.</p>
<p>Union Pacific Railroad is threatening to leave LA County due to mass looting of trains taking place after the DA’s far-left policies went into effect.</p>

<p>Also happening this week, LA County Sheriff Alex Villanueva <a href="https://abc7.com/la-sheriff-bypass-county-da-fernando-arroyos/11469253/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">bypassed Gascón</a> by asking federal prosecutors to charge four suspects allegedly involved in the robbery and murder of off-duty LAPD officer Fernando Arroyos.</p>

WTF: USA Today Column Calls For California to “Abolish Parenthood”

<p><strong>A recent column in <em>USA Today</em> calls for the state of California to “abolish parenthood”, putting the government in charge of childrearing statewide in the name of “equity.”</strong></p>
<p>In the op-ed titled, “<a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.usatoday.com/story/opinion/columnists/2022/01/13/column-california-should-abolish-parenthood-name-equity/6513756001/" target="_blank">California should abolish parenthood in the name of equity</a>“, Zócalo Public Square editor Joe Mathews argued that for the state to enshrine “equity” as its “highest value”, parents should be stripped of their “power” over their children.</p>
<p>“Fathers and mothers with greater wealth and education are more likely to transfer these advantages to their children, compounding privilege over generations,” Mathews wrote in the column published Thursday.</p>
<p>“As a result, children of less advantaged parents face an uphill struggle, social mobility has stalled, and democracy has been corrupted. More Californians are abandoning the dream; a recent Public Policy Institute of California poll found declining belief in the notion that you can get ahead through hard work.”</p>

<p>Mathews’ communist “solution”: make raising your own children “illegal”, and have the government force rich families to raise poor children and poor families raise rich children.</p>
<p>“My solution — making raising your own children illegal — is simple, and while we wait for the legislation to pass, we can act now: the rich and poor should trade kids, and homeowners might swap children with their homeless neighbors.”</p>
<p>Mathews even admitted that his radical proposal is “totalitarian”, but as with all leftist doctrine, the ends justify the means.</p>
<p>“Now, I recognize that some naysayers will dismiss such a policy as ghastly, even totalitarian. But my proposal is quite modest, a fusion of traditional philosophy and today’s most common political obsessions,” he wrote.</p>

<p>Mathews goes on to claim that the political left and the right could unite behind this crazy proposal: without parents, the left would be able to indoctrinate children with critical race theory, and conservatives would get to pursue their “great passion”, which he claims is to “take immigrant children from their parents.”</p>

<p><em>The left’s introduction of anti-racism and gender identity in schools faces a bitter backlash from parents. Ending parenthood would end the backlash, helping dismantle white supremacy and outdated gender norms. Democrats also would have the opportunity to build a new pillar of the safety net — a child-raising system called “Foster Care for All.”  </em></p>
<p><em>Over on the right, Republicans are happy to jettison parents’ rights in pursuit of their greatest passions, like violating migrant rights. Once you’ve gone so far as to take immigrant children from their parents and put them in border concentration camps, it’s a short walk to separating all Americans from their progeny.</em></p>

<p>Talk about unhinged.</p>
<p>Notably, <em>USA Today</em> faced backlash last week for <a href="https://www.infowars.com/posts/usa-today-hastily-deletes-tweets-about-science-proving-pedophilia-is-determined-in-the-womb/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">attempting to normalize pedophilia</a>.</p>
<p>This is the left’s endgame: take away parental rights and imbue the state with the full authority to control our children.</p>

UFC President Dana White Slams Doctors Calling For Joe Rogan Censorship: “It’s Disgusting”

<p><strong>UFC president Dana White slammed doctors trying to get Joe Rogan banned from Spotify regarding his statements about using ivermectin and monoclonal antibodies to treat COVID-19.</strong></p>
<p>During the UFC Vegas 46 post-fight presser on Saturday, White got into a debate with the media after he was asked about calls for Rogan to be censored for promoting alternative COVID treatments to the experimental injection.</p>
<p>“I made one phone call and was able to get it done,” White said about obtaining monoclonal antibodies when he contracted COVID in December.</p>
<p>“Ever since I came out and said what I did, it’s almost impossible now to get monoclonal antibodies. They’re making it so you can’t get them. Medicine that absolutely works, they’re keeping from us.”</p>

<p>“Ivermectin and monoclonal antibodies have been around for a long time,” White continued. “[Joe Rogan]’s been talking about it, I’ve been talking about it. You can’t get monoclonal antibodies to save your life now.”</p>
<p>“It’s one of the craziest things I’ve ever witnessed in my life. These aren’t experimental drugs, a guy won a Nobel peace prize for it,” he added, calling efforts to get Rogan censored “disgusting.”</p>
<p>Yahoo Sports reporter Kevin Iole then interrupted to ask in bad faith if White was a doctor.</p>
<p>“No, but I took them and they worked for me, so why shouldn’t I be able to take them again?” White asked him.</p>
