Bayer Pharmaceuticals President Admits mRNA “Vaccines” Are Cell and Gene Therapy and The Public Would Not Have Agreed to Take Them If It Were Not for ...

<p class="has-text-align-justify"><strong>At this year’s World Health Summit</strong> <a href="https://www.worldhealthsummit.org/speaker-view.html?tx_glossary2_glossary%5Bglossary%5D=377&tx_glossary2_glossary%5Baction%5D=show&tx_glossary2_glossary%5Bcontroller%5D=Glossary&cHash=adee1b07a5e082b03fd0849ab12279cd"><strong>Stefan Oelrich</strong></a><strong>, President of Bayer’s Pharmaceuticals Division, gave a truly eye-opening speech revealing how the so-called “experts” think and quite frankly, taking his speech in the round, it’s chilling.</strong></p>
<p class="has-text-align-justify">Every October, the <a href="https://www.worldhealthsummit.org/about.html">World Health Summit</a> draws international “experts” from academia, politics, the private sector, and civil society to Berlin.  The 13<sup>th</sup> World Health Summit was held in Berlin over the 3 days 24 – 26 October 2021.  There were 67 sessions with 377 speakers involving 6,000 participants from 120 nations.  The <a href="https://www.worldhealthsummit.org/partner/sponsoring-partners.html">Summit’s partners include</a>: Sanofi, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Roche, Wellcome, Biogen, Novartis, Bayer and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.</p>
<p class="has-text-align-justify">Not many will be surprised that another speaker at the Summit was Rick Bright, Senior Vice President Pandemic Prevention and Response at The Rockefeller Foundation and, of course, Bill Gates was glaringly in attendance.</p>
<p class="has-text-align-justify">Ignoring the unprecedented injury, illness and death Covid injections are causing worldwide and gaslighting its victims, Oelrich begins: “This past year the life sciences have really emerged as the light in the darkness of the Covid-19 pandemic. Its value to society recognised to a degree rarely seen before, certainly not during my lifetime or at least working in this industry. We have many reasons to be proud of it … I think unprecedented collaboration, transparency but also taking accountability for health across all different sectors and stakeholders.”</p>
<p class="has-text-align-justify">Oelrich continues: “Our successes over these 18 months should embolden us to fully focus much more closely on access, innovation and collaboration to unleash health for all, especially as we enter, on top of everything else that is happening, a new era of science – a lot of people talk about the Bio Revolution in this context”</p>
<p class="has-text-align-justify">What is this Bio Revolution “a lot of people talk about”?</p>
<p class="has-text-align-justify">The <a href="https://www.mckinsey.com/industries/life-sciences/our-insights/the-bio-revolution-innovations-transforming-economies-societies-and-our-lives">McKinsey Global Institute states</a>: “a confluence of advances in biological science and accelerating development of computing, automation, and artificial intelligence is fuelling a new wave of innovation. This Bio Revolution could have significant impact on economies and our lives, from health and agriculture to consumer goods, and energy and materials.”</p>
<p class="has-text-align-justify">Oelrich then focuses on family planning: “We also need to focus on what is socially responsible outside of Europe and ensure sustainable action there.  We pledged, this past year, to give an additional hundred million women access to contraception in the world.  We’ve invested 400 million this year into new plants that are dedicated to produce long-acting contraceptives for women in low-and-middle income countries … Together with Bill and Melinda Gates we’re working very closely on family planning initiatives.”</p>
<p class="has-text-align-justify">He reveals some truths: “Innovation is also sustainability at a totally different level because those that take the leap to drive innovation in a really meaningful way and take the risk to invest in R&D will also attain sustainability by creating job security and prosperity for those that take the investment.”</p>
<p class="has-text-align-justify">It is important to understand what globalists mean when they use specific words.  One such word is “sustainability.”  When you understand that the meaning of “sustainability” within the UN’s Agenda 21/2030 framework includes reducing and maintaining the world’s population at a level the globalists deem “sustainable” and easily controllable by them; then you will better understand how “family planning” and “innovation” fits into their “sustainability” plan. </p>
<p class="has-text-align-justify">And, only when we understand the globalists’ concept of “sustainability” are we able to understand Oelrich’s remark: “attain sustainability by creating job security and prosperity,” not for everyone but, only “for those that take the investment.”</p>

<p class="has-text-align-justify">Finally, for anyone who still believes the Covid injections are vaccines to artificially induce immunity to a virus Oelrich leaves us in no doubt as to what it is. “We are really taking that leap [to drive innovation] – us as a company, Bayer – in cell and gene therapies … ultimately the mRNA vaccines are an example for that cell and gene therapy. I always like to say: if we had surveyed two years ago in the public – ‘would you be willing to take a gene or cell therapy and inject it into your body?’ – we probably would have had a 95% refusal rate,” Oelrich said.</p>

FAILURE – Highest risk of Covid-19 hospitalisation and death is in the most vaccinated nations worldwide according to official data

<p><strong>Since the beginning of the health crisis, governments around the world claimed that early treatment was ineffective. They have  imposed major restrictions on our freedoms, in particular on doctors’ prescriptions</strong>.</p>
<p>It has also promised that vaccination would achieve collective immunity, the end of the crisis and a return to normal life.</p>
<p>But the failure for 18 months of this so-called “health strategy” based on false simulations, innumerable lies, promises never kept, as well as the propaganda and fear campaign has become unbearable.</p>
<p>In turn this has been followed by the extortion of consent to be vaccinated, by outright blackmail, while curtailing our freedoms to move and socialise, our right to work and engage in leisure activities. </p>
<p>Are the current vaccines that they want to impose on us effective?</p>
<p>Can they lead to a collective immunity or is it only a myth?</p>
<p>To answer this question, we must assess the Covid-19 situation in the most vaccinated countries according to the figures provided by the World Health Organisation and the curves of <a href="https://ourworldindata.org/covid-vaccinations">OurWorldinData</a>. <h4><strong>Record mortality in Gibraltar, champion of AstraZeneca injections</strong></h4>
<p>Gibraltar (34,000 inhabitants) started vaccination in December 2020 when the health agency counted only 1040 confirmed cases and 5 deaths attributed to covid19 in this country. After a very comprehensive vaccination blitz, achieving 115% coverage (vaccination was extended to many Spanish visitors), the number of new infections increased fivefold (to 5314) and the number of deaths increased 19fold. The number of deaths increased 19-fold, reaching 97, i.e. <strong>2853 deaths per million inhabitants, which is one of the European mortality records</strong>. But those responsible for the vaccination deny any causal link without proposing any other plausible etiology. And after a few months of calm, the epidemic resumed, confirming that <strong>115% vaccination coverage does not protect against the disease</strong>.</p>

<h4><strong>Malta: 84% vaccine coverage, but just as ineffective</strong></h4>
<p>Malta is one of the European champions of pseudo-vaccines: on this island of 500,000 inhabitants, nearly 800,000 doses have been administered, ensuring a vaccine coverage of nearly 84% with a delay of about 6 months.</p>
<p>But since the beginning of July 2021, the epidemic has started again and the serious (fatal) forms are increasing, forcing the authorities to recognize that vaccination does not protect the population and to impose restrictions.</p>

Here again, <strong>the recurrence of the epidemic in terms of cases and mortality proves that a high rate of vaccination does not protect the population</strong>.</p>
<h4><strong>In Iceland, people no longer believe in herd immunity</strong></h4>
<p>In this small country of 360,000 inhabitants, more than 80% are primo-vaccinated and 75% have a complete vaccination cycle. But by mid-July 2021, new daily infections had risen from about 10 to about 120, before stabilizing at a rate higher than the pre-vaccination period. This sudden recurrence convinced the chief epidemiologist of the <strong>impossibility of obtaining collective immunity through vaccination. “It’s a myth,</strong>” he publicly declared.</p>

<strong>Belgium: recurrence of the disease despite vaccination</strong><a href="https://www.globalresearch.ca/covid-19-vaccines-lead-to-new-infections-and-mortality-the-evidence/5746393">Covid-19 Vaccines Lead to New Infections and Mortality: The Evidence is Overwhelming</a></h4>
<p><a href="https://www.lexpress.fr/actualite/monde/europe/c-est-une-course-de-fond-comment-la-belgique-est-devenue-un-champion-de-la-vaccination_2155158.html">In Belgium</a>, nearly 75% of the population is primo-vaccinated. And 65% of the population has a complete vaccination cycle. However, since the end of June 2021, the number of new daily infections has risen from less than 500 to nearly 2000. As RTBF acknowledges, in the face of the Delta variant, current vaccination is far from sufficient to protect the population.</p>
<h4><strong>Singapore abandons the hope of “Zero Covid” through vaccines</strong></h4>
<p>This small country is also highly vaccinated and nearly 80% of the population has received at least one dose. But since August 20, 2021, it has had to face an exponential resumption of the epidemic with an increase in cases from about ten in June to more than 150 at the end of July and 1246 cases on September 24.</p>

<p>This uncontrolled recurrence of the disease despite vaccination has led to the <strong>abandonment of the strategy of eradicating the virus for a model of “living with the virus” by trying to treat the disease “like the flu</strong>“.</p>
<h4><strong>In the UK: a worrying rise in infections</strong></h4>
<p>The United Kingdom is the European champion of Astra Zeneca vaccination, with more than 70% of the population vaccinated for the first time, and 59% with a complete vaccination schedule. This high “vaccination” rate did not prevent an explosion of cases at the beginning of the summer, with up to 60,000 new cases per day by mid-July.</p>
<p>Faced with this significant resumption of the epidemic despite vaccination, Andrew Pollard, representative of the Oxford Vaccine Group, acknowledged before Parliament: “<strong>collective immunity through vaccination is a myth</strong>“.</p>

<p>This resumption of infections has been accompanied by a resumption of hospitalizations, severe cases and deaths. According to the official report of August,[2] <strong>deaths were more frequent among fully vaccinated patients (679) than among non-vaccinated patients (390), thus cruelly denying the hopes of a protective effect of the vaccine on mortality.</strong></p>
<p><strong>After the last sanitary restrictions were lifted</strong>, the epidemic decreased to a level of less than 30,000 cases per day, <a href="https://www.lexpress.fr/actualite/monde/infographies-au-royaume-uni-l-etrange-evolution-de-l-epidemie-interroge-les-specialistes_2155896.html">whereas at the beginning of July, simulations by covid specialists were predicting</a> up to 100,000 new cases per day if the sanitary measures were removed.</p>
<h4><strong>Israel: obvious post-vaccination disaster denied by officials</strong></h4>
<p>Israel, champion of the Pfizer injection, once everywhere cited as an example of effectiveness, is now being harshly reminded of reality and is now the model of vaccine failure.</p>
<p>70% of the population is primo-vaccinated, and nearly 90% of those at risk have a complete vaccination cycle. <strong>But the epidemic has rebounded stronger than ever</strong> <strong>since the end of June</strong>, and more than 11,000 new cases were recorded in 1 day (September 14, 2021) surpassing the peaks seen in January 2021 during the outbreak following the first Pfizer injections by nearly 50%.</p>

<p>This resumption of the epidemic, despite the Pfizer injections, is accompanied by an <strong>increase in hospitalizations where the vaccinated represent the majority of those hospitalized</strong>.</p>

<strong>End of July: 71% of the 118 seriously ill Israelis (serious, critical) were fully vaccinated!</strong></h4>
<p>This proportion of seriously ill people vaccinated is much higher than the proportion of fully vaccinated people: 61%. <strong>To claim that the vaccine protects against serious forms of the disease, as the Israeli Minister of Health imprudently declared, is a mistake (or disinformation?).</strong></p>
<p>In order not to acknowledge its mistakes, the Israeli government remains in denial of this obvious failure and continues to propose only vaccination as a solution. How many more deaths will it take before it follows the example of India or Japan and finally adopts early treatment?</p>
<h4><strong>Conclusions</strong></h4>
<p><strong>The current pseudo vaccines are not effective enough</strong>. They do not prevent the recurrence of the epidemic, nor hospitalizations, nor severe forms, nor death. In Israel and Great Britain, which specify the vaccination status of the victims, <strong>the vaccinated suffer from an increased risk of mortality compared to the non-vaccinated</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>The pursuit of a vaccine-only policy leads to a deadly impasse</strong>, whereas countries that officially advise early treatment (India) or allow their doctors to prescribe it (Japan, Korea) fare much better.</p>

<p>What are our health authorities waiting for to <strong>stop believing in false simulations</strong> carried out by epidemiologists who are too closely linked to vaccine companies, to <strong>look at the proven facts</strong> and to interrupt their deceptive and deleterious pro-vaccination campaign and <strong>recommend early treatment</strong>?</p>
<p>The continuation of the ban on early treatment by treating physicians leads to a loss of chances for many patients and directly engages the responsibility of the government and particularly the Minister of Health.</p>

<p>US President Joe Biden said Saturday he supported compensation for families of immigrants separated from their children at the Mexican border under the "zero tolerance" policy of Donald Trump.</p>
<p>"If, in fact, because of the outrageous behavior of the last administration you, coming across the border, whether it was legal or illegal, and you lost your child -- you lost your child, it's gone! -- you deserve some kind of compensation, no matter what the circumstance," he said.</p>
<p>"What that will be, I have no idea," he said.</p>
<p>Biden was speaking at the White House while taking questions after remarks about the passage Friday of his big infrastructure plan.</p>
<p>The US departments of Justice and Homeland Security have been negotiating with affected families who have sued the government, the Wall Street Journal reported in late October. It said payments could run as high as $450,000.</p>
<p>Asked about that report on Wednesday, Biden said it was "garbage" -- adding, of the $450,000 figure, "That's not going to happen."</p>
<p>A White House spokesperson, Karine Jean-Pierre, later clarified that while Biden was "perfectly comfortable" with the idea of compensation, "the reported figures are higher than anywhere that a settlement can land."</p>
<p>During his run for president, Biden promised more "humane" immigration policies following Trump's repeated efforts to crack down on undocumented migrants.</p>
<p>Under a "zero tolerance" policy announced in 2018, the Trump administration vowed to step up criminal prosecution of people caught entering the country illegally.</p>
<p>But reports soon emerged that immigrant parents were being prosecuted and separated from their children.</p>
<p>In all, close to 4,000 migrant children were separated from their families. As of June 2021, more than 2,000 had yet to be reunited with their families.</p>

<p>Iran's supreme court has upheld death sentences for adultery against a 27-year-old and his 33-year-old lover after the man's father-in-law denied them clemency, a reformist newspaper reported Saturday.</p>
<p>The man's wife, who presented police with video evidence of her husband's infidelity early this year, had asked the courts to spare the pair the death penalty, the 'Shargh' daily said.</p>
<p>But her father demanded that the death sentence be imposed and the court found in his favour, the paper added.</p>
<p>Iranian law provides that if a victim's family forgives the accused in a capital crime, the convict can be either pardoned or given a jail sentence.</p>
<p>Under the interpretation of Islamic sharia law in force since Iran's 1979 revolution, adultery is punishable by stoning.</p>
<p>But Tehran changed the law in 2013 to allow judges to order an alternative method of execution, usually hanging.</p>
<p>It was unclear what form of execution the court ordered in the latest case.</p>
<p>According to human rights group Amnesty International, Iran carried out 246 executions last year, just one in public.</p>
<p>It gave no breakdown of the number carried out for adultery.</p>

India, France Agree To Expand Defence, Security Partnership At Strategic Meet

<p>In a significant move, India and France agreed to strengthen defence and security partnership by enhancing intelligence and information sharing, bolstering mutual capabilities, expanding military drills and pursuing new initiatives in maritime, space and cyber domains.</p>
<p>The two countries resolved to expand the defence ties at a meeting of India-France strategic dialogue in Paris on Friday that was co-chaired by NSA Ajit Doval and Emmanuel Bonne, the Diplomatic Advisor to French President Emmanuel Macron.</p>
<p>The Indian embassy in Paris said France reiterated its commitment to fully support Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of "Atmanirbhar Bharat" and defence industrialisation, joint research and technology development in India across a wide range of advanced capabilities.</p>
<p>France's resolve to expand strategic cooperation with India came nearly two months after the unveiling of a new security alliance (AUKUS) by Australia, the UK and the US that had infuriated the French government.</p>
<p>The Indian delegation at the dialogue was led by Mr Doval while the French side was headed by Bonne.</p>
<p>The French delegation included Admiral Jean-Philippe Rolland, the Chief Military Advisor to the French President.</p>
<p>Mr Doval also met Jean-Yves Le Drian, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Florence Parly, Minister of Armed Forces, the embassy said in a statement.</p>
<p>It said the two sides discussed the global security environment, including current developments and long term challenges in the Indo-Pacific, the situation in Afghanistan, Africa, Southeast Asia and West Asia, the continuing challenge of terrorism and emerging threats in maritime, cyber and space domains.</p>
<p>The embassy said it was agreed that the emerging trends in global affairs reinforce the need for closer partnership between India and France, including in the UN Security Council and other UN forums.</p>
<p>It said the two sides will pursue these objectives through enhanced bilateral cooperation, deepening engagement in regional institutions and forums and jointly working with and assisting other countries in the Indo Pacific region.</p>
<p>"They agreed to strengthen bilateral defence and security partnership through enhanced intelligence and information sharing, operational cooperation, bolstering mutual capabilities, expanding bilateral exercises and pursuing new initiatives in maritime, space and cyber domains," the embassy said.</p>
<p>"France reiterated its commitment to fully support Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat and defence industrialisation, joint research and technology development in India across a wide range of advanced capabilities, based on long-standing cooperation and mutual trust," it said.</p>
<p>In Strategic Dialogue and other meetings, France stressed its continuing commitment to the Indo-Pacific region as a "resident power", and partnership with India as a "major pillar" of its strategy for the region.</p>
<p>"(Mr) Doval reiterated that France is one of India's premier global and Indo-Pacific partners," the embassy said.</p>
<p>It said the two sides reaffirmed the vision articulated by PM Modi and Macron, most recently during their meeting on the margins of the G20 Summit in Rome, that their strategic partnership has a vital role to play in advancing peace, stability and security in the Indo-Pacific region based on democratic values and a common belief in strategic autonomy and rule of law.</p>
<p>"India welcomed EU's Indo Pacific strategy and looked forward to French presidency of the European Union in the first half of 2022 as an opportunity to give further shape to EU's engagement in the Indo Pacific region, including in security, connectivity, sustainability and economic development," the embassy said.</p>
<p>Building on the successful India-France initiative on International Solar Alliance, the two sides stressed the need to accelerate cooperation in clean energy, including civil nuclear energy and green hydrogen, it said.</p>
<p>The assertion by France to deepen cooperation with India in the Indo-Pacific came nearly two months after the AUKUS deal.</p>
<p>Under the deal, Australia will get technology from the US and UK to build nuclear-powered submarines.</p>
<p>The alliance is seen as an effort to counter China's growing assertiveness in the South China Sea.</p>
<p>France reacted angrily to the formation of the new alliance as it resulted in Paris effectively losing a multi-billion dollar deal to build 12 conventional submarines for Australia. France was also upset over its exclusion from the alliance.</p>

<p>China has engaged in biological activities with potential dual-use applications, which raise concerns regarding its compliance with the Biological and Toxins Weapons Convention (BWC) and the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), the Pentagon said in its recent report.</p>
<p>Studies conducted at PRC military medical institutions discussed identifying, testing, and characterizing diverse families of potent toxins with dual-use applications, said The Pentagon's report titled Military and Security Development Involving the People's Republic of China, 2021.</p>
<p>Based on available information, the US cannot certify that Beijing has met its obligations under the CWC due to concerns regarding China's research of pharmaceutical-based agents (PBAs) and toxins with potential dual-use applications, the 192-page report stated.</p>
<p>It also said that China is investing in, and expanding, the number of its land-, sea-, and air-based nuclear delivery platforms and constructing the infrastructure necessary to support this major expansion of its nuclear forces.</p>
<p>Beijing is also supporting this expansion by increasing its capacity to produce and separate plutonium by constructing fast breeder reactors and reprocessing facilities.</p>
<p>The US Department of Defense (DoD) annual report to Congress on military and security developments involving China was released on Wednesday. China has long viewed the US as a competitor and has characterised its view of strategic competition in terms of a rivalry among powerful nation-states, as well as a clash of opposing systems, according to the report.</p>
