Twitter Suspends GOP Congressman’s Account, Says Calling Trans Admiral A Man is ‘Hateful,’ ‘Violent’

Twitter has suspended the official account of Indiana Rep. Jim Banks (R) on Saturday for acknowledging the biological reality of newly appointed radical transgender rear admiral Rachel Levine.
The Department of Health and Human Services had announced Tuesday that former Assistant Secretary of Health Levine would be sworn in as the department’s “<a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2021/10/19/transgender-hhs-official-rachel-levine-named-first-ever-female-four-star-admiral-public-health-corps/" target="_blank">first-ever female four-star admiral.</a>“
Shortly after, Banks pushed back on Twitter with a biological fact: “The title of first female four-star officer gets taken by a man.”

Twitter’s ban notification to Banks claimed that calling a man a man “violate[s] our rules against hateful conduct,” adding that his biologically accurate tweet “promotes violence.”
Banks released a statement following his suspension, warning that Big Tech can easily “silence” the American people if it can silence a sitting U.S. congressman.
“My tweet was a statement of fact. Big Tech doesn’t have to agree with me, but they shouldn’t be able to cancel me,” Banks said from his personal account.

“If they silence me, they will silence you. We can’t allow Big Tech to prevent us from telling the truth. When Republicans take back the House next year, we must restore honesty to our public forums and hold Big Tech accountable,” he added.
Levine said in a <a href="https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2021/10/19/transgender-hhs-official-rachel-levine-named-first-ever-female-four-star-admiral-public-health-corps/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">statement</a> following his swearing-in that hopefully more trans individuals will be appointed to high-level government positions.
“This is a momentous occasion and I am pleased to take this role for the impact I can make, and for the historic nature of what it symbolizes,” Levine said. “May this appointment be the first of many like it as we create a more inclusive future.”
Levin first came into the public eye during the Covid outbreak in 2020 as Pennsylvania’s health secretary when it was revealed he <a href="https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/05/13/pennsylvania-health-secretary-moved-mother-out-of-nursing-home-during-pandemic/">moved</a> his 95-year-old mother from a nursing home despite official guidance from his own department urging nursing homes to admit “stable” coronavirus patients.

Congress is Investigating CIA Plans to Kidnap & Kill Julian Assange – But Don’t hold Your Breath For the Truth Coming Out

The US Congressional Intelligence Committee is probing the Central Intelligence Agency’s plot to kidnap and potentially assassinate WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange when he was confined in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London.
The disclosure<a href="https://news.yahoo.com/adam-schiff-asks-intelligence-agencies-for-information-about-ci-as-targeting-of-wiki-leaks-210324848.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> was made</a> by the committee chair, Representative Adam Schiff (D-California), to Yahoo News, the same outlet that<a href="https://news.yahoo.com/kidnapping-assassination-and-a-london-shoot-out-inside-the-ci-as-secret-war-plans-against-wiki-leaks-090057786.html?fr=sycsrp_catchall" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> exposed</a> the agency’s lethal connivance. He said the congressional body was “seeking information about it,” having reached out “to the agencies” — an apparent reference to the CIA and Office of the Director of National Intelligence. When asked if the committee had received any response as yet, he said he couldn’t comment “on what we’ve heard back yet.”
Schiff’s announcement came a mere day after a consortium of leading rights groups<a href="https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2021/10/eff-joins-press-freedom-groups-asking-us-drop-assange-extradition-efforts" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> wrote to</a> Attorney General Merrick Garland, demanding the criminal prosecution against Assange be dropped as a result of the government’s “shocking” and “alarming” conduct. The dimensions of the plot, hatched by Langley in response to WikiLeaks’<a href="https://www.rt.com/shows/crosstalk/380116-us-surveillance-cia-leaks/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> ‘Vault 7’ releases</a>, which revealed the extraordinary scale of the CIA’s global hacking and digital surveillance capabilities, were indeed shocking, but Yahoo’s reporting was met by<a href="https://fair.org/home/deathly-silence-journalists-who-mocked-assange-have-nothing-to-say-about-cia-plans-to-kill-him/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> deathly silence</a> by the mainstream media.  
However, a striking aspect of the article that even its advocates and promoters have largely overlooked is the revelation that Langley possessed no evidence Assange or WikiLeaks had any ties whatsoever with Russia.
Yahoo recorded how the “difficulty” in proving he or his organization had operated “at the direct behest of the Kremlin” was a “major factor” behind the agency’s then-director, Mike Pompeo, designating WikiLeaks a “non-state hostile intelligence service” in April 2017, which let the CIA off its leash, and allowed for intensive surveillance, harassment, and persecution of WikiLeaks collaborators. Yet in announcing the designation, the CIA chief falsely claimed WikiLeaks was “often abetted by state actors, like Russia.”
That there is no evidence whatsoever Assange acted wittingly or unwittingly as a Russian agent has long been abundantly obvious, but official confirmation is nonetheless significant. Of all the baseless slanders leveled at the WikiLeaks founder, that<a href="https://caityjohnstone.medium.com/debunking-the-assange-is-a-russian-agent-smears-28a1b3b9761f" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> particular accusation</a> has been perhaps the most enduring and damaging.
Western journalists, pundits, and politicians have<a href="https://www.vox.com/world/2017/1/6/14179240/wikileaks-russia-ties" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> aggressively promoted</a> this falsehood for many years. When he was dragged handcuffed from the Ecuadorian Embassy in April 2019,<a href="https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2019/04/julian-assange-got-what-he-deserved/587008/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> many cited</a> collaboration with Moscow as justification for his imprisonment in Belmarsh high-security prison.
While official scrutiny of what can only be considered egregious, criminal intrigue on the agency’s part is to be welcomed in theory, it would be wise to retain some skepticism about whether the Congressional Intelligence Committee will get to the bottom of matters. After all, Schiff himself has for many years been a prominent advocate of the ‘Assange as Kremlin operative’ lie.

Indeed, his book,<a href="https://www.amazon.com/Midnight-Washington-Almost-Democracy-Still/dp/059323152X" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> ‘Midnight in Washington</a>’, published earlier this month, refers to Assange as “the Russians’ preferred cutout,” and offers an extensive retelling of the entirely bogus fable that he served as a link between Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and Moscow, and WikiLeaks’ release of damaging Democratic National Committee (DNC) emails was conducted in concert with Russian intelligence and the campaign.
To name just one example of quite how misleading Schiff’s narrative is, in one passage, he states that Trump confidante Roger Stone “[lied] to our Committee” about his contacts with WikiLeaks, and was resultantly “indicted for his false statements and for trying to intimidate another witness into lying to cover up his contacts.” The reality is that Stone publicly claimed to have had “back-channel communication” with WikiLeaks, then reiterated this claim to the committee,<a href="https://www.thenation.com/article/archive/mueller-roger-stone-russiagate/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> when he actually hadn’t</a> had any.
Still, that Schiff continues to deceive the public about these matters is hardly surprising considering he spent three years lying on a borderline daily basis about how he possessed proof of collusion between Trump and the Kremlin.
The Intelligence Committee began probing that allegation in January 2017 – two months in,<a href="https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/adam-schiff-transcripts-russia-trump-collusion-wsj" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> Schiff appeared</a> on MSNBC and declared that while he couldn’t “go into particulars,” lawmakers had already unearthed “more than circumstantial evidence.” That December, he told CNN that collusion was an established fact – “the Russians offered help, the campaign accepted help, the Russians gave help and the President made full use of that help.”
When the committee released its report on the matter the next March, which concluded there had been no conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Moscow, Schiff doubled down, claiming the findings were “unsupported by the facts and the investigative record.”
<a href="https://intelligence.house.gov/news/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=1004" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">In May 2020</a>, the committee released 57 transcripts of interviews it conducted in its investigation into alleged Russian meddling in the 2016 election. Most of the transcripts had been certified for release long before then, but Schiff mysteriously refused to release them after becoming committee chair, and they were only eventually divulged when the White House threatened to do so if he didn’t.
The records exposed how throughout the investigation, high-ranking witness after high-ranking witness poured extremely cold water on the notion of contact, let alone collusion, between Trump and the dreaded Russians. While Schiff was<a href="https://www.bostonherald.com/2020/05/17/disinformation-from-schiff-media-damaged-america/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> harshly criticized</a> in some quarters for his deceit, the most significant disclosure was entirely ignored by the Western media.
Universal mainstream wisdom that the DNC emails were hacked by Russian intelligence, which is the public position of all US intelligence agencies, and reflected in the findings of the Mueller report, is based solely on the analysis of CrowdStrike, a DNC contractor – no other individual or organization has ever inspected the DNC’s servers. Yet,<a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.realclearinvestigations.com/articles/2020/05/13/hidden_over_2_years_dem_cyber-firms_sworn_testimony_it_had_no_proof_of_russian_hack_of_dnc_123596.html" target="_blank"> the transcript</a> of the Intelligence Committee’s grilling of CrowdStrike chief executive Shawn Henry in December 2017 reveals that the company in fact possessed no “concrete evidence” the files were “actually exfiltrated” by anyone.
UN Special Rapporteur on Torture Nils Melzer has<a href="https://medium.com/@njmelzer/demasking-the-torture-of-julian-assange-b252ffdcb768" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> written powerfully</a> on how Assange was “systematically slandered to divert attention from the crimes he exposed,” and once he’d been “dehumanized through isolation, ridicule and shame, just like the witches we used to burn at the stake, it was easy to deprive him of his most fundamental rights without provoking public outrage worldwide.”
Smearing him as a Russian operative was absolutely fundamental to that process, of course. Given the prominent role played by Schiff therein, he can hardly be trusted to now seriously investigate the same bodies which perpetuated that destructive deceit.

INVASION: Massive Migrant Caravan Breaks Through Mexican Forces On Way To U.S. Southern Border

Another enormous migrant caravan thousands-strong has mobilized and is making its way up through Mexico to the U.S. southern border.
The migrants, who are mostly from Central America, departed Tapachula, Mexico, which sits on the border of Guatemala, on Saturday en route to Mexico City.

Irineo Mujica, the so-called leader of the caravan, explained to Fox News correspondent Griff Jenkins that the migrants actually prefer to stay in Mexico to work, but Mexico’s harsh immigration policy coupled with Joe Biden’s open-border policy has compelled them to settle for America instead.
Mexico “should give them papers here,” Mujica said. “They should give them an opportunity to work here because a lot of them don’t want to be in the U.S., but the Biden administration…it’s like calling them like cattle.”

Senator Rand Paul, who was again proven right after the National Institutes of Health admitted it did fund gain of function experiments on bat coronaviruses in Wuhan, has blasted Anthony Fauci for lying for a year and a half about research that “could destroy civilization.”
Appearing on Fox News Thursday, Paul urged that Fauci has intentionally “been parsing words” as a way of never admitting that gain of function took place in NIH funded Chinese labs.
“They still to this day are trying to get around the truth,” Paul said, adding “They say ‘well it was unexpected that it gained function’.”
The Senator continued, noting that Fauci’s “declination is this: it’s inadvertent, we didn’t know they were going to gain function. That is what a gain of function experiment is,'” Paul explained.
“You don’t know when you combine two viruses that they will be more deadly, but it might be if you have half a brain you know if you combine two viruses it might be more deadly,” Paul proclaimed.
The Senator also noted that while he has referred Fauci to the Justice Department for investigation, Attorney General Merrick B. Garland is more concerned with targeting “moms complaining about what they are teaching in school.”

Earlier Paul had tweeted “I told you so doesn’t even begin to cover it here,” after NIH Principal Deputy Director Lawrence A. Tabak <a href="https://www.infowars.com/posts/nih-admits-funding-gain-of-function-covid-experiments-gives-ecohealth-five-days-to-report-data-2/">admitted in a letter</a> to Rep. James Comer (R-KY) that a “limited experiment” was conducted to determine whether “spike proteins from naturally occurring bat coronaviruses circulating in China were capable of binding to the human ACE2 receptor in a mouse model.”

In a <a href="https://www.wbko.com/video/2021/10/22/full-interview-with-rand-paul-nih/">further interview with ABC News</a>, Paul urged “I’ve been asking my counterparts, Democrats across the aisle, to investigate this. Not for partisan reasons, but because both sides should want to prevent another pandemic from occurring.”
“Right now we have a virus where the whole world has been turned on its head, it has a 1% mortality. Can you imagine if they create something in a lab that has a 15% mortality or 50% mortality?” Paul warned, adding “Some of the viruses they have been experimenting with in Wuhan have 50% mortality.”
The Senator added “This isn’t just about Dr. Fauci lying, this is about trying to make sure that we don’t get an even worse plague or pandemic that comes out of a lab. We do this research in our country, it needs to be looked at.”
Paul further emphasised that Fauci “is the world’s biggest supporter of gain-of-function,” and that “he should accept responsibility and immediately resign and step down from government.”
During a Department of Justice oversight hearing Thursday, Representative Andy Biggs questioned Merrick Garland about Fauci’s lies, noting that they constitute perjury, asking whether Garland would be opening an investigation.
Garland responded “Again, I’ll refer to the long standing departmental norm that we don’t comment about investigations pending or unpending, the general point that you’re making normally  would come with a referral from the relevant committee.”
