<p>California firefighters scrambled overnight Wednesday to battle a fast-moving blaze that has scorched more than 13,400 acres and prompted evacuation orders since it started Monday, according to local authorities.</p>
<p>Burning in a dry, scrub-filled canyon about 20 miles (32 kilometers) northwest of Santa Barbara, the Alisal Fire is just five percent contained, according to the US Forest Service.</p>
<p>More than 765 firefighters have been assigned to the blaze, the latest in what has already been a devastating wildfire season.</p>
<p>"The main constraint has been heavy winds that have limited safe access to suppress the fire and limited the use of aircraft to engage and support fire suppression," an incident report said.</p>
<p>The cause of the fire, which began near the Alisal Reservoir on Monday afternoon, remains under investigation, the state's fire agency Cal Fire said.</p>
<p>The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department issued evacuation orders for a 10-mile stretch between El Capitan Beach State Park and Arroyo Hondo Canyon, while a portion of the iconic Highway 101 was shut down and local railway lines suspended.</p>
<p>Alisal is the latest fire to burn California, which has been plagued by increasingly large-scale and record-breaking infernos.</p>
<p>By late July, the number of acres burned in California was up more than 250 percent from 2020 -- itself the worst year of wildfires in the state's modern history.</p>
<p>Scientists say human activity, including the unchecked burning of fossil fuels, is warming the planet and changing weather patterns, making wildfires hotter, more intense and more destructive.</p>
<p>Along with other parts of the western United States, California has struggled under a years-long drought that has left swathes of the region's tinder dry.</p>

<p>The Port of Los Angeles and its longshoreman union will provide 24-hour service to alleviate backlogs that have exacerbated global supply chain problems, senior Biden administration officials said Wednesday.</p>
<p>US President Joe Biden plans to announce the commitments at a meeting Wednesday with the leaders of the giant West Coast port and the International Longshore and Warehouse Union.</p>
<p>The White House has also won commitments from companies including Walmart, FedEx and UPS to work extended hours and move towards 24 hours a day in some operations, officials said.</p>
<p>While more costly in terms of providing overtime pay, there are benefits to companies providing round-the-clock service. For example, truckers working overnight will encounter less traffic, an administration official said.</p>
<p>The announcements come as myriad supply chain and logistics problems pose fresh challenges to the global economic recovery from the worst months of the COVID-19 pandemic.</p>
<p>On Tuesday, the International Monetary Fund warned that supply chain disruptions are driving price increases as it trimmed its growth outlook in an increasingly uneven global recovery.</p>
<p>And US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen urged Americans not to panic despite the rising prices and shortages of some goods, adding that price increases are not likely to last.</p>
<p>There are several factors behind the shortages of key raw materials and finished goods now plaguing retailers, including factory outages in countries that have imposed lockdowns due to COVID-19; unexpected demand spikes for some goods as behavior changed during the pandemic; and a nationwide labor crunch.</p>
<p>But the backlog at US ports has been a major contributing factor to the problem, with the neighboring ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach at times having 60 or more vessels offshore unable to anchor. The California ports are a key gateway for goods made in Asia.</p>
<p>Officials said that Long Beach had already shifted to 24-hour service and that Los Angeles was now committing to the same.</p>
<p>Administration officials said they understood that almost all of the supply chain is controlled by the private sector, adding that the hope is that 24-hour commitments or aspirational pledges would encourage more private-sector players to step up.</p>

Teen deaths up to 125% higher than the 5-year-average since they started to be given the Covid-19 Vaccine according to official ONS data

<p><strong>An investigation of official ONS data has revealed that since the Covid-19 vaccine was offered and administered to teenagers in England and Wales there has been a significant rise in deaths among teens against the five-year-average with some weeks seeing an increase as high as 125%.</strong></p>
<p>For children 12 to 15 years of age, the extremely short and small Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine clinical trial <a href="https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/acip/meetings/downloads/slides-2021-05-12/03-COVID-Wallace-508.pdf">found the overall incidence of severe adverse events</a> which left the children unable to perform daily activities, during the two-month observation period to be 10.7%, or 1 in 9, in the vaccinated group and 1.9% in the unvaccinated group.</p>
<p>Consequently, children who received the vaccine had nearly six times the risk of a severe adverse event occurring in the two-month observation period compared to children who did not receive the vaccine. In addition, the incidence of Covid-19 in the unvaccinated group was 1.6%, therefore, there were almost seven times more severe adverse events observed in the vaccinated group than there were Covid-19 cases in the unvaccinated group.</p>
<p>The above data is partly why the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI), the independent committee that advises the UK Government on Vaccinations, were unable to recommend that all children over the age of 12 should be offered a Covid-19 vaccine. Citing that “the margin of benefit is considered too small to support universal vaccination of healthy 12 to 15 year olds at this time.”</p>
<p>In their statement to the Government released on September 3rd the JCVI stated that “for the vast majority of children, SARS-CoV-2 infection is asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic and will resolve without treatment. Of the very few children aged 12 to 15 years who require hospitalisation, the majority have underlying health conditions.”</p>
<p>However, the UK Government were not happy with this decision, despite the ‘Health Protection (Vaccination) Regulations 2009’ placing a duty on the Secretary of State for Health in England to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that the recommendations of JCVI are implemented (<em>See <a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/224864/JCVI_Code_of_Practice_revision_2013_-_final.pdf">here</a> – page 6</em>).</p>
<p>So they called upon the four Chief Medical Officer’s for the United Kingdom, which includes Professor Chris Whitty the CMO for England, to reassess the data on vaccinating children and offer their own advise to the Government. As expected Chris Whitty and his colleagues overruled the JCVI citing on September 13th that the ““the most important [decision on recommending vaccination] in this age group was impact on education”.</p>
<p>This raised some serious questions –</p>
<ol>
<li>Did Covid-19 close the schools? <em>The answer is of course no. Schools were closed because of Government policy.</em></li>
<li>Should a person take a medical treatment so that they are able to partake in society or education? The answer is <em>course no. A person should only ever take a medical treatment for a medical reason, in the case of the Covid-19 vaccine that reason should be to prevent infection and transmission; which it does not do (see <span><a href="https://theexpose.uk/2021/10/08/latest-ukhsa-report-shows-covid-vaccines-negative-efficacy-minus-86-percent/">here</a></span>), or prevent illness; which it will not do as children are at such low risk of suffering serious illness due to Covid-19.</em></li>
</ol>
<p>The decision by Chris Whitty and his fellow Chief Medical Officers to advise the Government that the Covid-19 vaccines should be offered to children was not a decision based on science, it was instead a decision based on politics.</p>
<p>But have there been any consequences of the decision to overrule the JCVI, whose decisions should be obeyed by law as far as is reasonably practicable?</p>
<p>Well, the latest data from the new UK Health Security Agency, which recently replaced Public Health England shows that up to the day of Chris Whitty’s decision to offer the Covid-19 injection to all children, approximately 6% of children aged between 12 and 15 had received the vaccine. This is because the JCVI had previously recommended that all children over 12 deemed to be “vulnerable” should be offered the jab.</p>
<p>However, since Whitty’s decision on September 13th the UKHSA data shows that only a further 3% of children have received a Covid-19 injection, suggesting most parents have finally said “enough is enough”, and are not going to allow the state to experiment on their children.</p>

<p>There are approximately 3 million children aged between 12 and 15 in the UK, which means approximately 180,000 children deemed vulnerable had received the jab up to September 13th, whilst a further 90,000 children have received the jab since September 13th.</p>
<p>Which is all the more reason to be concerned by the latest data available from the Office for National Statistics (ONS), considering there has been such low uptake of the jab among this age group so far.</p>
<p>The ONS responded to a Freedom Of Information request asking for statistics the five-year-average (2015 – 2019) of ‘Deaths registered weekly in England and Wales’ by age-group. The document can be downloaded <a href="https://www.ons.gov.uk/file?uri=%2Fpeoplepopulationandcommunity%2Fbirthsdeathsandmarriages%2Fdeaths%2Fdatasets%2Fweeklyprovisionalfiguresondeathsregisteredinenglandandwales%2F2020/publishedweek532020.xlsx">here</a>, and accessed on the ONS website <a href="https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/birthsdeathsandmarriages/deaths/datasets/weeklyprovisionalfiguresondeathsregisteredinenglandandwales">here</a>.</p>
<p>The data shows that the five-year-average number of deaths among 10-14 year-olds in week 38 was 6, and was 6 deaths again for week 39.</p>
<p>However, the 2021 edition of ‘Deaths registered weekly in England and Wales’, which can be downloaded <a href="https://www.ons.gov.uk/file?uri=%2Fpeoplepopulationandcommunity%2Fbirthsdeathsandmarriages%2Fdeaths%2Fdatasets%2Fweeklyprovisionalfiguresondeathsregisteredinenglandandwales%2F2021/publishedweek3920211.xlsx">here</a>, and accessed on the ONS website <a href="https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/birthsdeathsandmarriages/deaths/datasets/weeklyprovisionalfiguresondeathsregisteredinenglandandwales">here</a>, shows that in the week ending 24th September 2021 (Week 38), a total of 8 children aged between 10 and 14 lost their lives, whilst in the week ending 1st October 2021 (Week 39), a total of 7 children lost their lives.</p>

<p>This means that since healthy children over the age 12 started being given the Covid-19 injection, deaths have increased by 25% against the five-year-average, but this is of course a very small amount of data so it is too early to come to a solid conclusion, but it’s important to publicise this data as it happens, not retrospectively once the damage is done.</p>
<p>However, data available from the ONS on deaths among teenagers aged between 15 and 19 shows does show real cause for concern and there is a substantial amount of it.</p>

<p>The above data is taken from the week ending 25th June 2021 and the week ending 1st October 2021. The week ending 25th June was chosen due to an obvious uptick in vaccination of the 15-19 year0old age group from this date.</p>
<p>As you can see from the above, the highest increase in deaths came in the week 35 which saw a 67% increase on the number of deaths in teens against the five-year-average, this represented a 60% increase in male teen deaths, and a 75% increase in female teen deaths.</p>
<p>The largest increase in male teen deaths came in the week 26 which saw a 90% increase in male teen deaths, but a decrease in female teen deaths, equating to -45% against the five-year-average.</p>
<p>We were also able to discover from the table above that deaths in male teens have seen a significant increase against the five-year-average in 11 of the 15 weeks since a sizeable amount of teens started getting the Covid-19 vaccine.</p>
<p>Whereas deaths among female teens only saw an increase against the five-year-average in 6 of the 15 weeks since this age group began receiving the Covid-19 vaccine. A further 3 of the 15 weeks saw a 0% increase in deaths against the five-year-average, whilst 6 of the 20 weeks actually saw a percentage decrease in the number of deaths registered compared to the previous year. It is however concerning to note that week 34 saw a 125% increase in female teen deaths compared to the five-year-average.</p>
<p>There is also concerning evidence that could explain why there is such a large increase in deaths of male teens against the five-year-average since they started to be given the Covid-19 vaccine.</p>
<p>The Medicine and Healthcare product Regulatory Agency (MHRA) have openly admitted that they suspect myocarditis and pericarditis are potential side effects of the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 vaccines, especially among young males. A suspicion that has been strong enough for the UK Medicine Regulator to <a href="https://www.gov.uk/drug-safety-update/covid-19-vaccines-updates-for-july-2021#further-information-on-reports-of-myocarditis-and-pericarditis">officially add warnings about myocarditis and pericarditis to the safety labels of the Covid-19 vaccines</a>.</p>
<p>Myocarditis is inflammation of the heart muscle, whereas pericarditis is inflammation of the protective sacs surrounding the heart. Both are extremely serious conditions due to the vital role the heart plays in keeping a person alive, and the fact that the heart muscle cannot regenerate. Serious myocarditis can lead to cardiac arrest and knock years off a persons life.</p>

<p>As you can see above, the MHRA revised the safety lavels for bother the Moderna and Pfizer mRNA Covid-19 injections on the 25th June, the end of the first week in which a sudden uptick in vaccinations of teens began, and the end of the first week that an increase in teen deaths against the five-year-average was recorded. But it was also around the same date daily calls requesting an ambulance due to cardiac arrest also started to rise significantly against the expected levels.</p>
<p>The above graph is taken from the ‘Ambulance Syndromic Surveillance System Bulletin (England) 2021 Week 39’ published by the UK Health Security Agency on the 7th October, and it shows that daily calls made due to cardiac arrest have been significantly higher than the baseline since June 2021.</p>
<p>This is the first time the UK Health Security Agency has published this data, as it was previously published by Public Health England, and as we have found with other data they have conveniently left out important markers that allow us to make more sense of the data, so we’ve included a previous graph on calls requesting an ambulance due to cardiac arrest up to the 26th September 2021, which was <span><a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1021620/NASS_Bulletin_2021_38.pdf">published by PHE</a></span>.</p>
<p>PHE included the data on expected pre-Covid-19 levels as represented by the orange dotted line, and as you can see they have calls due to cardiac arrest have been miles above the expected levels since June 2021. The fact that the UK Health Security Agency have chosen to ommit this data proves that they have something to hide and suggests they are not going to be very open and honest with the public in the future.</p>
<p>The fact that 999 calls requesting an ambulance due to cardiac arrest, and the number of deaths among teenage boys have both seen a significant increase against the expected level, alongside the fact that myocarditis is a confirmed side effect of the Covid-19 vaccines; especially among younger males, is extremely concerning when it can be clearly seen that the increases correlate with the start of a significant amount of teens receiving the Covid-19 vaccine.</p>

Airline pilot warns President Biden about what’s to come in response to mandatory Covid-19 Vaccination policy

<p><strong>An airline pilot and activist for Individual Liberty has said that situations such as mass flight cancellations will become more common if the Biden administration refuses to backdown from its hardline stance against coercing Americans to get vaccinated against Covid-19.</strong></p>
<p>Speaking on “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Joshua Yoder, a commercial airline pilot and the co-founder of a group called U.S. Freedom Flyers, cautioned that events such as this past weekend’s Southwest Arlines flight cancellations could soon be unavoidable.</p>
<p>The reason: Yoder said the people who do skilled jobs, such as flying planes and driving trucks, will stand against President Joe Biden and their own employers.</p>
<p>“My motive for resisting [the COVID vaccine] is primarily religious for myself,” Yoder told Fox News host Tucker Carlson.</p>
<p>“Among my friends I saw a need. Many of us don’t want to take this. People were being coerced. I believe in freedom, and I’m here to support the freedom of my fellow employees and all people across this country.”</p>
<p>“I’m not going to take a mandate. I’m not going to be forced to do something that I don’t believe in,” he added.</p>
<p>“If you have flights reduced by 30 percent because 30 percent of pilots are fired because they won’t take the vaccine, this is going to affect how your goods get here from overseas, how they are distributed to the store,” he said when asked to describe the effect on the national transportation infrastructure.</p>
<p>“The same thing is happening with the truckers; it’s happening in the shipping industry. Those Amazon boxes that typically show up in two days, you might be looking at three weeks,” he continued, making note of a reported shortage of truckers and dock workers as ports — such as the one at Long Beach in Los Angeles Country — experience a backlog of ships waiting to be unloaded.</p>

<p>While the supply chain has for months been showing signs of bending, this past weekend Southwest canceled thousands of flights, reportedly because of a “sick-out” from pilots and other employees over the company’s vaccine mandate.</p>
<p>Southwest blamed the flight cancellations on weather and staffing issues with air traffic controllers.</p>
<p>“ATC issues and disruptive weather have resulted in a high volume of cancellations throughout the weekend while we work to recover our operation. We appreciate your patience as we accommodate affected Customers, and Customer Service wait times are longer than usual,” the airliner said.</p>

<p>No other airline was affected by any staffing shortage or widespread weather issues.</p>
<p>Yoder, when speaking of staffing shortages and logistics, asserted that more shortages of employees, such as the one which that hit Southwest, could come. He blamed Biden for the issues and challenged any notion that the federal government is in control of what American citizens and workers choose with regard to vaccines.</p>
<p>“It’s squarely his [Biden’s] fault,” he said.</p>
<p>“First of all, we have all the control, and the control comes from a simple word, and that’s ‘no,’” he said. “We just don’t need to comply. As far as I’m concerned, I will never promote a sick-out or a work action that is illegal. With U.S. Freedom Flyers, the organization I’m with, we will never promote such a thing. With that being said, we also cannot control the actions of individuals.”</p>
<p>“And I think that you will see massive disruptions in supply chain and in your travel if we just stand up and say no,” he said. “If these companies fire us and they fire 30% of the workforce, aircraft are going to stop moving, and it’s going to affect you. It’s going to affect your air travel, and it’s going to affect the economy.”</p>
<p>U.S. Freedom Flyers calls itself a “group of transportation industry employees who have come together to fight federal and state mandates which aim to strip Citizens of their right to medical freedom.”</p>
<p>The collective of transportation professionals also attacked the nationwide vaccine mandate, which threatens companies that do not comply with fines.</p>
<p>“The Biden Administration vaccine mandate [for companies with more than 100 employees] announcement on September 9, 2021 made it abundantly clear that its focus is not on maintaining our rights and freedoms as outlined in our Constitution, but on its totalitarian rule,” the group said. “Our freedoms and lives have been upended because of a virus with a 99.8% recovery rate. We will not allow this fear mongering campaign to continue on the American people.”</p>

<p>Two US Postal Service employees were shot dead Tuesday in a gun attack at a Tennessee post office, authorities said.</p>
<p>The suspected shooter opened fire at the East Lamar Carrier Annex in Memphis and then died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.</p>
<p>US Postal Inspector Susan Link told reporters that both victims, as well as the shooter, were postal service employees. "There is no ongoing threat," she said.</p>
<p>"The FBI is working the scene and can confirm that the shooter is one of the three employees deceased by an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound," said Lisa-Anne Culp, a spokeswoman for the FBI's Memphis field office, at the same press conference.</p>
<p>An investigation has been launched, she said.</p>
<p>Both Link and Culp declined to give further details about the shooting.</p>
<p>"The Postal Service is saddened at the events that took place today in Memphis," the USPS said in a statement. "Our thoughts are with the family members, friends and coworkers of the individuals involved."</p>
<p>Mass shootings and other gun violence are huge problems in the United States, issues that gun control advocates say are fueled by the prevalence of firearms and relatively lax gun laws.</p>

G20 Trade Ministers Vow To Work Towards Fairer Covid Vaccine Distribution

<p>G20 trade ministers on Tuesday promised to work towards a fair distribution of Covid-19 vaccines by lifting export restrictions and making the trade system more transparent.</p>
<p>Their final statement, adopted after a meeting in Sorrento, southern Italy, was a sign of the return of multilateralism, said Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio.</p>
<p>"We have to ensure that there is greater circulation of vaccines and that there are production factories in the developing countries," French trade minister Franck Riester said.</p>
<p>While more than six billion vaccine doses have been produced and administered worldwide, only 1.4 percent of people in poor countries have been fully vaccinated, compared to 58 percent in rich countries, World Trade Organization chief Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala said earlier this month.</p>
<p>Ahead of the WTO's ministerial conference set for November 30 to December 3 in Geneva, she called on members to agree on a strong response to the pandemic based on a fairer sharing of the vaccines.</p>
<p>Riester said another issue was getting vaccine-makers to wave intellectual property rights to allow for production anywhere in the world.</p>
<p>The G20 members also agreed on the need to reform the WTO, something the European Commission has been insisting on for some time.</p>
<p>It backed the current talks on renegotiating fishing subsidies to ensure the sustainability of stocks.</p>
<p>And they agreed the need for stronger international regulation of industrial subsidies to ensure a level playing field and better trade rules on agriculture.</p>
<p>"Many of us highlighted agricultural subsidies and agricultural market access," the statement said.</p>
<p>While many countries have issued subsidies to industries hit during the pandemic, not all of them have notified the WTO of all the sums paid out.</p>
<p>Di Maio said that the question of subsidies was still creating tensions.</p>
<p>"We are all agreed in saying that the rules of the game have to be same for everyone," he added.</p>
