<p><strong>New evidence, including sworn affidavits from leading experts such as Professor Luc A. Montagnier, has been submitted to the International Criminal Court by lawyers in several countries alleging Government’s across the world and their advisors are complicit in genocide, crimes against humanity and breaches of the Nuremberg Code.</strong></p>
<p>Attorney Melinda C. Mayne, and Kaira S. McCallum submitted a 27-page ‘Request for Investigation’ to the International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague back in April 2021 alleging the UK Government and its advisors were complicit in crimes against humanity in the name of Covid-19.</p>
<p>On the 28th of April 2021, the pair received a formal acknowledgement from the ICC and were assigned a case number – ‘141/21’. Since then the pair have been gathering new evidence to use in their ICC claim and have established connections with lawyers and research scientists from around the world.</p>
<p>A new press release released on the 17th August, which can be viewed <a href="https://dailyexpose.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Press-release-17th-of-August-2021-Copy.pdf">here</a>, confirms that the pair have received sworn affidavits from leading experts including research scientist and nuclear cardiologist Dr Richard M. Fleming, the Nobel Laureate virologist Professor Luc  A. Montagnier, and Dr Kevin W. McCairn, a neuroscientist and expert on neurological disease.</p>
<p>Professor Luc A Montagnier, who won a Nobel prize for his work on the HIV virus, claimed in April 2020 that he believed the novel coronavirus was created in a laboratory. Then in May 2021 <a href="https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/05/24/nobel-prize-winner-says-covid-vaccines-are-an-unacceptable-mistake/">the expert virologist stated</a> that “Mass vaccinations are a scientific error as well as a medical error. It is an unacceptable mistake. The history books will show that, because it is the vaccination that is creating the variants”.</p>

<p>A new claim has also been submitted to the ICC due to the vast amount of new evidence and information that has come to light in the past few months, and the lawyers say they now have compelling evidence that “the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the Covid-19 ‘vaccines’ are deliberately engineered bioweapons that have been released in two phashes on unsuspecting peoples of the world”.</p>
<p>Attorney Melinda C. Mayne, and Kaira S. McCallum have also confirmed that they have now be joined by lawyers who have filed similar Requests for Investigation to the International Criminal Court, in France, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.</p>
<p>Because of this a letter was sent to the ICC on the 12th August 2021 requesting they all be allowed to submit a joint claim, whilst also submitting preliminary evidence for the allegations common to everyone across the world, and requesting the right to have claims specific to individual countries also investigated by the ICC.</p>

<p>One request specific to the United Kingdom is an examination of genocide of the elderly and vulnerable that took place in care homes and hospitals through the <a href="https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/08/13/elderly-were-murdered-covid19-wasnt-to-blame/">inappropriate use of midazolam</a> and morphine. Another <a href="https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/08/17/lawyers-send-open-letter-to-uk-gov-hancock-whitty-vallance-demanding-answers-on-alleged-mass-murder-in-care-homes-through-the-use-of-midazolam/">investigation specific to this issue</a> has also now concluded and a private criminal prosecution will proceed against the UK Government, Matt Hancock, Chris Whitty and others if the team of lawyers and experts who have carried out the investigation do not receive satisfactory answers to the <a href="https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/08/17/lawyers-send-open-letter-to-uk-gov-hancock-whitty-vallance-demanding-answers-on-alleged-mass-murder-in-care-homes-through-the-use-of-midazolam/">extensive questions that have been forwarded to the aforementioned in an open letter</a> sent on the 17th August 2021.</p>
<p>Whilst in the joint claim between lawyers from several countries they have requested that there be an immediate suspension on the entire Covid-19 injection programme and an end to the testing of asymptomatic people.</p>
<p>The lawyers say that they now eagerly await the decision of the International Criminal Court as to whether they will allow a joint claim by several countries to be made and accept the Request for Investigation.</p>
<p>They have made it clear to the ICC that due to the escalating medical apartheid, the loss of basic freedoms and rights, and the ever-increasing, very high number of deaths and serious adverse events suffered by recipients of Covid-19 injections, that there is an urgent need for the Court to act swiftly and without further delay.</p>
<p>To that end the lawyers have requested a meeting at the Hague as soon as is practicable.</p>
<p>Whilst awaiting the response Attorney Melinda C. Mayne, and Kaira S. McCallum have confirmed they are in discussions with lawyers in other countries who have not yet filed their individual Requests to the ICC, but have indicated they wish to join them, and will issue an update as and when there is further news.</p>

Official data shows at least 32,000 people have died after having the Covid-19 Vaccine in Brazil, and these are just the deaths that have been labelle...

<p><strong>Data collated and analysed by the Ministry of Health in Brazil has found that at least 32,000 people have died after having a Covid-19 vaccine, but these are only the deaths that have been due to Covid-19, therefore providing even more evidence that the Covid-19 injections are deadly and do not work.</strong></p>
<p>At least 9,878 Brazilians who have alleged died from Covid-19 in Brazil had already taken two doses of either the AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Coronavac, or Butanvac Covid-19 vaccine or the single dose Johnson & Johnson injection according to <a href="https://www.spcovid.net.br/"><span>research carried out by Info Tracker</span></a>, a pandemic monitoring platform of the University of São Paulo (USP) and the United States State University (UNESP).</p>
<p>The <a href="https://www.spcovid.net.br/">research</a> used data from the Ministry of Health and analysed cases that occurred between the 28th February 2021; when the first people in Brazil were considered fully vaccinated against Covid-19, and the 27th July 2021. According to the Info Tracker survey, another 28,660 vaccinated people were also hospitalised.</p>
<p>Those aged over 70 make up the mass majority of the alleged Covid-19 deaths with 8,734 being registered; keeping in trend with what has been seen since the pandemic began. A further 1,062 deaths occurred in the 50 – 69 age group. All of them had been fully vaccinated.</p>

<p>Over 70’s also made up the majority of hospitalisations with 23,350 being hospitalised with Covid-19 even though they were fully vaccinated. A further 4,192 hospitalisations occurred din the 50 – 69 age group, and 940 hospitalisations in the 30-49 age group.</p>

<p>Wallace Casaca a coordinator of the Info Tracker Platform said that “To respect the time the body needs to develop antibodies after two doses or a single dose, our calculation counted the hospitalisations and deaths that occurred 18 days after the second dose: 15 days after the application and another three for the onset of symptoms”.</p>
<p>A further 65,000 people were also hospitalised with Covid-19 and a further 22,000 allegedly died from Covid-19 who had received the first dose of either the AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Coronavac, or Butanvac Covid-19 injection.</p>
<p>Meaning a total of 93,660 people have been hospitalised and 31,878 people have still died from Covid-19 despite having received an experimental injection that is supposed to reduce the risk of hospitalisation and death due to Covid-19 by at least 95%.</p>

<p><strong>Several rescue dogs being kept in a pound while waiting to be saved by a shelter have been shot dead by a New South Wales council in Australia, as part of their strategy to prevent COVID-19 spread.</strong></p>
<p>The Sydney Morning Herald <a href="https://www.smh.com.au/national/nsw/rescue-dogs-shot-dead-by-nsw-council-due-to-covid-19-restrictions-20210821-p58ksh.html">reported</a> that Bourke Shire Council (in north west NSW) killed the rescue dogs to stop volunteers from an animal shelter in Cobar from travelling into the area. According to the Office of Local Government, the council did so as part of a strategy to prevent the <strong>potential</strong> spread of COVID-19 through people travelling to rescue them.</p>

<p>“OLG (Office of Local Government) has been informed that the council decided to take this course of action to protect its employees and community, including vulnerable Aboriginal populations, from the risk of COVID-19 transmission,” a spokesman from the government agency said.</p>
<p>Cobar <strong>hasn’t reported any positive COVID-19 cases yet</strong>, though traces of the virus have allegedly been <a href="https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/news/Pages/20210820_01.aspx">found</a> in the area’s sewage system.</p>
<p>The OLG spokesman said the agency was probing the incident to ensure that no animal cruelty laws had been broken.</p>
<p>A source told <em>SMH</em> that the shelter volunteers are distressed by what happened and had Covid-safe measures in place for the pick up. The source also reported that one of the dogs was a new mum.</p>
<p>The Office of Local Government issued advice to <em>all</em> councils about operating pounds during the pandemic, saying that pounds should update their procedures to make sure these services continue, while still keeping staff and volunteers safe.</p>
<p>“Councils are also encouraged to continue to work with re-homing organisations and volunteers to care for animals, where that can be undertaken consistent with NSW Health advice,” the spokesman said.</p>
<p>In July, the agency said pounds and shelters could remain open to the public during the pandemic since people involved in animal welfare are authorised workers in locked-down areas, which begs the question as to why the council felt it fit to shoot the dogs.</p>

Medicine Regulators knew in October 2020 that the Covid-19 Vaccines would cause blood clots, heart damage, harm to children, and death

<p><strong>Every serious adverse reaction to the Covid-19 vaccines that medicine regulators in both the USA and United Kingdom have been forced to admit is occurring was predicted by the very same medicine regulators to occur before the Covid-19 vaccines were even rolled out.</strong></p>

<p>All of the clotting and coagulation.  All of the heart damage.  All of the female reproductive issues. All of the people suffering heart attacks and strokes and people sadly dying. All of it was predicted by the medicine regulators before the jabs were even rolled out.</p>
<p>Even the multi-symptom inflammatory syndrome in children was predicted and it is a brand new disease where children have symptoms resembling <a href="https://www.childrenshospital.org/conditions-and-treatments/conditions/t/toxic-shock-syndrome">toxic shock syndrome</a> or <a href="https://www.childrenshospital.org/conditions-and-treatments/conditions/k/kawasaki-disease">Kawasaki disease</a>, in which the coronary arteries enlarge or form aneurysms. Also common are heart inflammation with impaired heart function and low blood pressure, rash or red eyes, and gastrointestinal symptoms.</p>
<p>Which is why we can be certain that vaccine enhanced disease also known as antibody-dependent enhancement is occurring and will occur, because the health regulators have predicted it will do so. This is precisely why Public Health England data shows that the double vaccinated have at least a 338% higher chance of death if infected with Covid-19.</p>
<p>The <a href="https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/08/20/latest-public-health-england-report-reveals-the-covid-jabs-dont-work-as-the-fully-vaccinated-account-for-21-percent-of-covid-infections-but-58-percent-of-all-deaths/"><span>latest PHE report</span></a> shows that up to the 15th August 2021 the fully vaccinated population had suffered a total of 679 deaths. This equates to 0.9% of all confirmed infections among the fully vaccinated population. Whereas the unvaccinated population had suffered just 390 deaths equating to just 0.2% of all confirmed infections.</p>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-vaccine-adverse-reactions/coronavirus-vaccine-summary-of-yellow-card-reporting#analysis-of-data">medicine regulators knew precisely what would happen</a> to people once the Covid-19 injections were rolled out yet they allowed it to happen anyway. <p>Ahmad Massoud, leader of Afghanistan's last major outpost of anti-Taliban resistance, said on Sunday he hoped to hold peaceful talks with the terror group that seized power in Kabul a week ago but that his forces were ready to fight.</p>
<p>"We want to make the Taliban realise that the only way forward is through negotiation," he told Reuters by telephone from his stronghold in the mountainous Panjshir valley northwest of Kabul, where he has gathered remnants of regular army units and special forces as well as local militia units.</p>
<p>"We do not want a war to break out."</p>
<p>However he said his supporters were ready to fight if Taliban forces, which have so far stayed out of Panjshir, tried to invade.</p>
<p>"They want to defend, they want to fight, they want to resist against any totalitarian regime."</p>
<p>Massoud, son of Ahmad Shah Massoud, one of the main leaders of Afghanistan's anti-Soviet resistance in the 1980s, said the forces did not just come from Panjshir, which also held out against the Taliban prior to 2001.</p>
<p>"We are defending the whole country in one province."</p>
<p>He called for an inclusive, broad-based government in Kabul representing all of Afghanistan's different ethnic groups and said a "totalitarian regime" should not be recognised by the international community.</p>

<p>An Afghan woman gave birth to a baby girl on a US military plane shortly after arriving on an evacuation flight to Germany, the US Air Force tweeted on Sunday.</p>
<p>During the flight from a staging base in the Middle East, the woman went into labour and began to experience complications, it said.</p>
<p>"The aircraft commander decided to descend in altitude to increase air pressure in the aircraft, which helped stabilise and save the mother's life," the US Air Mobility Command said later on Twitter.</p>
<p>Immediately on landing at the Ramstein base, US military medics helped the woman deliver her baby in the cargo hold of the plane.</p>
<p>Mother and child were then transferred to a nearby medical facility "and are in good condition", it said.</p>
<p>Footage released by the US military showed the mother lying on a stretcher being carried off the plane by US soldiers at the base in southwest Germany.</p>
<p>A week after the Taliban seized power in Afghanistan, evacuation operations from foreign countries continue under extreme conditions marked by scenes of panic and desperation at Kabul airport.</p>
<p>Since 14 August, about 17,000 people have been evacuated by the US, including 2,500 Americans, the US government said earlier.</p>
<p>The US got the green light from Berlin for some of the evacuees to be directed to Germany, where it has a number of bases.</p>
<p>About 1,150 people landed at the Ramstein base on Saturday, from where they are expected to depart for the United States within days, a base spokesman said.</p>
