St. Louis County Council Votes 5-2 To Rescind Mask Order – County Executive Rejects Vote, Says Mandate Stays In Place!

<p><strong>A mask battle is being waged in St. Louis County, Missouri.</strong></p>
<p>After the St. Louis County Council on Tuesday voted 5–2 during a heated meeting to rescind a recently imposed mask order, County Executive Sam Page on Wednesday declared the vote null and void.</p>
<p>The council argued Page ignored state law when he imposed the latest mandate, which went into effect on Monday.</p>
<p>“Too many American men and women have given the last full measure of devotion for us to be cavalier with the very liberty they fought and died to provide,” said Republican Councilman Ernie Trakas. “I will not abide any measures that seek to compromise or erode our liberty and freedom.”</p>
<p>Missouri Attorney General Eric Shmitt <a href="https://ago.mo.gov/home/news/2021/07/26/missouri-attorney-general-files-suit-to-stop-mask-mandates-in-st.-louis-city-county" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">filed a lawsuit</a> against St. Louis County and St. Louis City last week, saying Page’s public health order effectively violated the US Constitution.</p>
<p>“This continued government overreach is unacceptable and unconstitutional, especially in the face of a widely available vaccine,” a press release from Schmitt’s office stated.</p>
<p>Ahead of the vote, acting county health director Faisal Khan reportedly told the council its decision to rescind the order would lead to “more death.”</p>
<p>“If the council, in its infinite wisdom, negates this order, there will be more misery,” he said. “There will be more infection. There will be more death.”</p>

<p>Even council chair Rita Heard Days asked Khan why the county would continue to follow his orders given they’ve allegedly led to the spread of the virus.</p>
<p>“You asked us to stay home. You asked us to put on masks. You asked us to stay six feet apart. Then those (restrictions) were relaxed. We have done everything you have asked us to do. And we have played by the rules. We have followed your orders. And yet we are still in a predicament. So, something is not working. … I want to know, what did we not do correctly.”</p>
<p>Khan condescendingly replied, “We didn’t talk to the virus about how it should behave.”</p>
<p>According to the <em><a href="https://www.stltoday.com/news/local/govt-and-politics/st-louis-county-council-votes-5-2-to-rescind-mask-mandate-throwing-rule-into-limbo/article_adac2c7d-85b7-5f36-b270-cc861a1e5c52.html">St. Louis Post Dispatch</a></em>, around 40 citizens packed out the council chambers Tuesday night, “nearly all of them opposed the mask mandate.”</p>
<p>Some of the anti-mask attendees carried signs that said, “Stop the Tyranny,” “My Body, My Choice,” and “We Will Not Comply.”</p>
<p>“And after the vote to rescind it, the room erupted in cheers,” the <em>Post</em> reported.</p>

<p>One mother read a letter from her daughter complaining about how she can’t breathe in class and frequently gets headaches from wearing the mask, prompting her mother to come pick her up early. (<a href="https://youtu.be/naLwKEx_OCY?t=8323" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">2:18:44</a>)</p>
<p>After the vote, Councilman Tim Fitch, one of the sponsors of the proposal, celebrated the outcome, saying, “State law gives us the authority to do what we did tonight, and the mask mandate has ended.”</p>
<p>However, no sooner had the vote been passed than Page immediately shot it down, dismissing the “vocal minority” as a pointless spectacle.</p>
<p>“Masks will allow our businesses to remain open,” Page said Wednesday. “Masks will allow us to keep doing what we’re doing while more people get vaccinated.”</p>
<p>“These cases, and this curve is shooting straight up,” Page said, according to the <em><a href="https://www.stltoday.com/lifestyles/health-med-fit/coronavirus/page-says-st-louis-county-mask-mandate-stands-despite-councils-vote-to-overturn/article_d7b7252d-2155-56b3-ac0d-cfdfbaa2f5b7.html">Post-Dispatch</a></em>. “And if we don’t make some decisions fast, we’re going to be in a bad spot.”</p>
<p>In order to solve the impasse, Page <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5l_Xzx1W_-0" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">remarked</a> he’ll wait for the courts to take up the attorney general’s lawsuit, saying that “until then, the law stands.”</p>
<p>It’s unclear where Page draws the authority to reject the will of the voters through an official city council vote.</p>

Shock Video: NHS Nurses Tell Expectant Mother Refusing PCR Test For Baby That State Has Control Over Infant

<p><strong>Shocking video out of the UK shows a National Health Service nurse shutting down a high-risk expectant mother refusing the PCR test for her baby, proclaiming that her child belongs to the state.</strong></p>
<p>The husband begins recording in the middle of the confrontation in a hospital room, with the off-camera mother insisting that her unborn baby belongs to her, but the nurses claim that’s no longer the case when the baby is born.</p>
<p>“So you’re saying once the baby comes out, it’s not my property anymore?” the mother asks. “Yes it is, I gave birth to it, it’s got my blood flowing through its veins.”</p>

<p>“Do you really think I need this bullshit about COVID when I got a risk of losing my baby?”</p>
<p>The husband, furious with the nurses, speaks up: “Let’s get our stuff and get out of here, because this is pissing me off. Are we signing ourselves out now, Stacy? They’re not COVID testing my baby. Enough.”</p>
<p>“They said they’re going to get security if we don’t apply now. This is wicked,” he tells the camera. “Do you know this is going viral? This is disgusting.”</p>
<p>The mother again tells the nurses they have no authority over her child.</p>

<p>“I know you don’t want me here, really. I know you don’t want to have to do what you got to do because of this stupid compliance crap,” the mother says.</p>
<p>“But I’m sorry, when it comes to care for a patient in something, you’ve got to understand and listen to what they’re saying. You can’t tell me that you get to give me the say of what happens once my baby’s born. I don’t think so. I don’t think so.”</p>
<p>The father and mother then tell the nurses that they’ve spoken to a number of experts and understand their rights as parents.</p>
<p>“You can’t do nothing without my permission,” the mother says. “So I’ll stop you there.”</p>
<p>The nurse then warns that her refusal to have her baby submit to a PCR test “will be documented” and that a “safeguarding team” will be notified.</p>
<p>This is just another example of how the state is asserting control over parents’ children, using the COVID hysteria to justify its totalitarian rollout of contact tracing, vaccine passports, and continued mask mandates.</p>

Leaked Docs: Nations Contractually Obligated To “Defend And Hold Harmless” Pfizer Against Any Lawsuits

<p><strong>“Confidential” documents leaked online show Pfizer agreements with multiple countries where the Big Pharma company ensured it is legally protected from any possible liabilities.</strong></p>
<p><a href="https://gogo.al/ekskluzive-kontrata-sekrete-e-qeverise-me-pfizer-per-vaksinat/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">First published by Albanian website GoGo.al</a>, an agreement between Albania’s Ministry of Health and Social Protection and Pfizer reveals the lengths the pharma giant went through to make sure they can’t be sued.</p>
<p><a href="https://twitter.com/eh_den/status/1419656640719212551" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">A Twitter user named Ehden Biber</a> posted a thread on Monday, most of which has been removed by the platform, exposing key parts of the 52-page contract.</p>
<p>Luckily, Ehden’s censored thread was <a href="https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1419653002818990085.html" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">archived at threadreaderapp.com</a>.</p>
<p>Biber joined Infowars’ <em>The American Journal</em> on Wednesday to further detail the Pfizer contracts.</p>
<p>Right off the bat, countries purchasing the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines are told the agreement is “confidential”.</p>

<p>Pfizer states that they are not to be held liable for any vaccines that don’t get delivered in time and that purchasers cannot cancel orders at any time for any reason.</p>

<p>One reason for the confidentiality clause in the agreement could be that other countries may get upset with Albania’s Pfizer deal as the nation paid only $12 USD per dose compared to <a href="https://www.the-sun.com/news/3049901/how-much-does-pfizer-covid-vaccine-cost/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">the $19.50 America paid</a> for example.</p>

<p>Albania has no right “to withhold, offset, recoup or debit any amounts owed to Pfizer, whether under this Agreement or otherwise, against any other amount owed (or to become due and owing) to it by Pfizer or a Pfizer Affiliate.”</p>
<p>So, no matter what happens, Pfizer gets paid.</p>
<p>The Big Pharma company made sure the purchasing country knew about the possibility of adverse reactions, something doctors are failing to warn patients about.</p>
<p>“<strong>Purchaser acknowledges…the long-term effects and efficacy of the Vaccine are not currently known</strong> and that there <strong>may be adverse effects of the Vaccine</strong> that are not currently known,” the document states.</p>

<p>After acknowledging long-term side effects and unknown adverse reactions could occur, Pfizer forces nations to defend them against any legal attacks.</p>
<p>The contract states, “Purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS Pfizer, BioNTech (and) their Affiliates…from and against any and all suits, claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, settlements, penalties, fines, costs and expenses…”</p>

<p>If any legal action is taken against Pfizer, the country purchasing the “vaccines” must pay for defense but Pfizer has control over the case.</p>
<p>“Costs and expenses, including… fees and disbursements of counsel, incurred by the Indemnitee(s) in connection with any Indemnified Claim shall be reimbursed on a quarterly basis by Purchaser,” the agreement declares.</p>

<p>The Big Pharma document continues, “Pfizer shall have the right to assume control of such defense… and Purchaser shall pay all Losses, including, without limitation, the reasonable attorneys’ fees and other expenses incurred.”</p>

<p>Snowden made the comments during an appearance on GB News after a leaked report by the National Food Strategy (NFS) which encouraged people to consume “edible algae and fermented protein alternatives such as microbes and plant biomass.”</p>
<p>“In principle, there could be a justification for government action…Boris Johnson has made some extremely ambitious climate change targets…and to do that, if he’s serious about doing it, at some point he’s going to have to stop advising people to fly less and eat less red meat and find ways of forcing people,” said Snowden, adding that this would be tough to impose democratically.</p>
<p>Snowden noted that when governments in other countries have attempted to impose climate change-based taxes, the end result has been massive riots, such as the ‘Yellow Vest’ unrest in France which was partially motivated by onerous gas tax hikes and other regulations impacting rural workers.</p>
<p>“I think the government is going to really struggle to get the public onside once they see what is required to meet these targets,” he added.</p>

<p>Last month, the British government enshrined climate goals into law that mandate a 78% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2035 compared to 1990 levels.</p>
<p>By 2050, the government wants Britain to be achieving near zero emissions by 2050, although critics have questioned how this is possible without monumental changes to our way of life and economic output.</p>
<p>According to the government’s Climate Change Committee (CCC), people should be “asked” to eat 20% less meat and diary products by 2030 and 35% less by 2050.</p>
<p>While the government isn’t yet forcing people to alter their diets, they have set about banning numerous things deemed to be harmful to the planet, including gas boilers by 2033 and sales of new petrol and diesel cars by 2030.</p>
