‘OK Boomer’ Bernie E-Girl Brags About $2 Million Apartment Paid For by Simps

<p><strong>The BBC is continuing to insist its employees wear electronic social distancing tags that emit a loud beep whenever they get within two meters of another person despite numerous safety, privacy and noise complaints.</strong></p>
<p>The proximity sensors were introduced in January to “help maintain safe social distancing” but employees say they have become nothing but an annoying nuisance.</p>
<p>One of the tags had to be retired from use after it started smoking, with an employee telling <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/media/2021/may/30/bbc-withdraws-covid-protection-devices-over-safety-concerns">the Guardian</a>, “If they can’t handle daily use and start setting on fire or overheating, then they shouldn’t be here.”</p>
<p>Another employee said the beeping sensors were a nightmare in a working environment where absolute silence is often required.</p>
<p>“They get in the way of making TV…they’re so noisy, so no one used them,” said the staffer.</p>
<p>However, the BBC has insisted that it will continue to force employees to wear the degrading devices.</p>
<p>“We are surprised that a problem with a single electronic device is a news story, especially as the devices are being used where social distancing is challenging and they are about safety,” said a spokesperson.</p>
<p>As Tom Parker <a href="https://reclaimthenet.org/covid-social-distancing-sensors-bbc-safety/">notes</a>, “The BBC employees’ experience with these social distancing proximity sensors is the latest of many adverse and unexpected consequences of COVID tech being deployed.”</p>
<p>“Not only does tech based on tracking people’s movements force them to give up their freedom of movement but in many cases, the contact tracing and vaccine passport apps that are being deployed also have privacy and accuracy issues.”</p>
<p>We previously reported on the fact that both the UK and Australian governments have considered forcing people to wear electronic ankle bracelets like prisoners to ensure they are complying with home quarantine orders.</p>
<p>Perhaps a safer method would be for the BBC to make its employees wear cow bells instead.</p>
<p>They will ensure people are aware of the location of others, won’t explode and will allow employees to full embrace the cattle experience.</p>

Peter Schiff: Americans Are Worried About Inflation

<p><strong>If you’ve been to the grocery store, or the gas station, or the building supply store, you know we have an inflation problem.</strong></p>
<p>Last month’s <a href="https://schiffgold.com/peters-podcast/peter-schiff-clueless-investors-and-economists-shocked-by-surging-cpi/">hotter than expected CPI</a> confirmed what we already intuitively know. But the folks over at the Federal Reserve continue to tell us there’s nothing to worry about. They insist inflation is transitory.</p>
<p>Their reassurances notwithstanding, people <em>are</em> worried. Searches for the word “inflation” hit an all-time high on Google trends in May. In this clip from a recent podcast, Peter Schiff talked about the growing public worry about inflation and why the Fed’s response is bogus.</p>
<p>According to Google Trends, searches for the word “inflation” hit the highest level since 2004 between May 9 and May 15. That’s as far back as the data goes. Google charts trends numerically and during that time period interest in “inflation” went all the way up to 100.</p>

<p>“If you look all the way from 2004 until the end of 2020, pretty much all the searches were pretty consistent at about 50. And now, in the beginning of 2021, is where we shot up from 50 all the way up to 100. So, something changed in 2021 that resulted in all these people all over the United States deciding independently that they were going to search inflation.”</p>

<p>So, why are they doing that?</p>
<blockquote class="wp-block-quote" readability="8">
<p>“Well, because they’re worried about it! If it was transitory, would they care? They care because it doesn’t seem like it’s transitory.”</p>
</blockquote>
<p>On the other hand, the Federal Reserve continues to ignore the signs that inflation is here to stay and pretends it’s transitory.</p>
<blockquote class="wp-block-quote" readability="16">
<p>“We can’t just pretend and play make-believe and hope the problem goes away. Because they tried that with the mortgage problem. Even though it was obvious that subprime was the tip of a huge iceberg, the Fed kept saying, ‘Don’t worry. It’s contained,’ because they were hoping that if they denied the problem, maybe it would go away. Well, they’re doing the same thing again with inflation. They’re telling all the people who are so worried about inflation, ‘Hey, don’t worry about it because it’s just transitory.’ Well, it’s as transitory as subprime was contained.”</p>

<p>In fact, the Fed is driving inflation through its monetary policy and debt monetization.</p>
<p>Through the first 7 months of fiscal 2021, the US government collected about $2.1 trillion in taxes but spent about $4.1 trillion.</p>

<p>“That means $2 trillion was borrowed and basically funded by the Federal Reserve. And these are the official numbers. The unofficial numbers are even worse.”</p>
</blockquote>
<p>And consider this: the deficit through the first 7 months of 2021 is higher than the first 7 months of 2020, which included the depth of the COVID recession.</p>
<blockquote class="wp-block-quote" readability="11">
<p>“The government is spending even more money and running even bigger deficits now, when the economy is supposedly in recovery, than it was when it was still in recession, which again proves that there isn’t a recovery at all. It’s phony. The only reason the economy looks like it’s recovering is because the Fed is printing all this money to artificially stimulate it. But the way you see the truth is to look at the increase in prices that the Fed is still denying exist. They don’t want to acknowledge that inflation is not transitory because then they have to acknowledge that it’s the recovery that’s transitory because it doesn’t actually exist and inflation is going to kill it.”</p>

<p>This puts the Fed in an awkward position. Typically, the cure for a recession is inflation. But how can the Fed cure a recession caused by inflation by creating more inflation?</p>

<p>“The hair of the dog that bit you isn’t going to work. It’s just going to make the economy sicker.”</p>

Texas Gov. Announces Plan To Arrest Illegal Aliens

<p><strong>The governor of Texas, Greg Abbott (R), says he’s ready to start arresting illegal aliens since the Biden administration isn’t taking action to solve the border crisis.</strong></p>
<p>Appearing on the Sean Hannity show Wednesday, Abbott touted a new disaster declaration issued in 34 counties that allows the state to send more resources to the border and start arrests.</p>

<p>“We’re about to change the way Texas addresses the challenges on the border and we’re going to start by helping these 34 counties respond by increasing arrests,” Abbott told Hannity.</p>
<p>“Normally disaster declarations are for things like hurricanes,” Abbott said explaining the unprecedented step. “I don’t think this has ever happened before where a disaster declaration was made for border counties because of the influx of people coming across the border.</p>
<p>According to Abbott, the arrests could carry the possibility of jail time due to penalties for the offense of aggravated trespassing.</p>
<p>“The law that I’m going to use will be legal in which Texas is going to start arresting everybody coming across the border,” Abbott said.</p>
<p>“Not just arresting them, but because this is not going to be aggravated trespass, they are going to be spending half a year in jail, if not a year in jail, as well as other actions that I will be announcing next week.”</p>
<p>Statistics from the Center for Immigration Studies show immigrants appear to have been emboldened to illegally enter the US following Trump’s ouster.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, the Biden administration has essentially signaled a “welcome sign” to illegals, going as far as to find more taxpayer-funded housing to accommodate the influx.</p>
<p>Abbott’s <a href="https://gov.texas.gov/news/post/governor-abbott-issues-disaster-declaration-in-response-to-border-crisis-in-texas" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">disaster declaration</a> issued Tuesday comes as the governor also announced Texas will no longer issue state licenses to facilities that help house unlawful immigrants.</p>
<p>“President Biden’s open-border policies have paved the way for dangerous gangs and cartels, human traffickers, and deadly drugs like fentanyl to pour into our communities,” Abbott said.</p>
<p>“Texas continues to step up to confront the border crisis in the federal government’s absence, but more must be done.”</p>
