‘UK Government’ and ‘Corrupt Scientific Advisors’ are to be tried for ‘Crimes against Humanity’ and ‘Mass Murder’

As the mainstream media are remaining silent on the subject, it may surprise you to discover that papers have been laid to start two separate legal proceedings against the UK Government and their corrupt scientific advisors for genocide and crimes against humanity.
The first is described in the following press release from solicitor, Melinda C. Mayne, and Justice of the Peace, Kaira S. McCallum who has presided as a JP in south London Magistrates Courts for the past twenty years, who also happens to be a highly qualified pharmacist.

Wednesday 21st of April 2021
‘Request for Investigation’ of the UK Government and its advisers, for genocide, crimes against humanity and breaches of the Nuremberg Code, issued to the International Criminal Court at the Hague, on Tuesday 20th of April 2021.
On Tuesday 20th of April 2021 we, the undersigned, issued a 27 -page ‘Request for Investigation’ to the International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague, with a view to asking that our allegations of genocide, crimes against humanity and breaches of the Nuremberg Code, by the UK Government and its advisors, be accepted by the ICC and investigated.
We believe that we have provided compelling reasons as to why our Government and its advisers are guilty of the above charges. However, at this stage it is important to note that we are not required to provide all the evidence we have (which would run to several hundred pages) and are limited to a maximum of 30 pages, simply to make an outline case as part of our Request.
The ICC will review our ‘Request for Investigation’ and assess whether they believe there is a reasonable basis to proceed with an investigation into a ‘Situation’, pursuant to the criteria established by the Rome Statute.
The ICC does not provide a timeline regarding acceptance, nor of course is there any guarantee that they will ultimately accept our ‘Request for Investigation’ due to a variety of reasons, including the fact that they are limited in their capacity to conduct investigations.
Updates will be provided as and when more information becomes available.

The second is a prosecution brought to the courts by Michael O’Bernicia who is suing the UK Parliament and their corrupt scientific advisors for fraud, treason and genocide.
Without spending a penny on legal fees, Michael has discharged fraudulent claims by a film sales company, a car franchise, a travel agent, two utilities companies, three major credit card companies, dozens of debt collection agencies and legal services companies, five councils, the DVLA, the police, HMRC, the Registrar of Births and two major banks, all of which has been well documented on various web platforms over the past twelve years.
Michael has also proven fraud in the Magistrates, County and High Courts, as well as in Property Chamber and Land Registry applications. When Michael alleges fraud, he only ever do so when there is evidence that fraud has been committed and he can therefore always prove it in a court of law, whenever that is required.
On the 30th September 2020, Michael wrote to every MP via email, warning them that if they did not block the Government’s attempt to renew the draconian coronavirus act then he would engage with a top QC and lay charges against them all in a criminal court for crimes against humanity.

<h4>NOTICE OF INTENDED PRIVATE CRIMINAL PROSECUTION</h4>
Dear Sirs,
You are hereby served notice that it is my intention to lay information in a Private Criminal Prosecution against yourselves, alleging that the following crimes have been committed against the British people:
1. Section 2 of the Fraud Act 2006 has been repeatedly breached in the enactment of the Coronavirus Act 2020 [the CV Act] – an act which was founded upon a series of dishonest statements relied upon by every serving MP. Namely:
a. That there was a genuine public health emergency, which justified the draconian measures taken.
b. That there was a legal basis for such an act to be passed into law.
c. That there was no viable alternative course of action that could be taken to “flatten the curve” of alleged COVID-19 deaths.
2. In addition, the CV Act unlawfully purports to have suspended the democratic right of every Briton to remove the government from office, as well as the individual rights guaranteed by the Common Law, which are beyond the jurisdiction of the legislature.
3. The CV Act also purports to have legislated for the falsification of death certificates, which has enabled the government to grossly inflate the number of people who have reportedly died of the COVID-19 virus, which in any event has never actually been proven to exist.
4. Nevertheless, the ONS data shows that the government policy which was enabled by the CV Act doubled the average five year UK mortality rate, which is considered tantamount to genocide under international law, when the fatal refusal of care to patients in care homes and hospitals is taken into account.
5. Furthermore, the enactment of the CV Act also comprises a fundamental breach of the Treason Felony Act 1848, in that it treasonously purports to authorise ministers of the Crown to govern the People by royal decree or proclamation, which is strictly prohibited by articles 1 and 2 of the Bill of Rights 1689.
6. In any event, as Lord Coke, the draftsman of the Petition of Right, said in the 1610 decision of Thomas Bonham v College of Physicians 8 Co Rep 107a; 77 Eng Rep 638, commonly known as Dr. Bonham’s Case, in the Court of Common Pleas:
“In many cases, the common law will control Acts of Parliament, and sometimes adjudge them to be utterly void: for when an Act of Parliament is against common right and reason, or repugnant, or impossible to be performed, the common law will control it and adjudge such an Act to be void.”
Should you collectively move to set aside the act which the Common Law ajudges to be repugnant, as well as void ab initio, as per the Dr Bonham case, no later than the midnight on the 2/10/2020, this action will be suspended.
However, in the event you fail to do so, for any reason whatsoever, a QC and legal team will be engaged to lay the information before a court of competent jurisdiction at the earliest opportunity and the Private Criminal Prosecution will commence.
Please be advised that a Grand Jury of the People has already determined that there is sufficient evidence to indict every MP for fraud, treason and genocide. This is your last chance to leave your mark on the right side of history because there is no jury that would not convict every complicit member of Parliament on the charges that will be laid.
Nevertheless, I trust you will see the devastating error you have made, before it is too late.

Of course as we now know MP’s did not oppose the draconian act and have since renewed it for a third run until at least October 2021. A week later Michael and his team submitted a 1,200 page bundle of evidence which includes expert witness statements from two professors, three doctors, a dental surgeon, a probate solicitor, a mathematician, a retired nuclear submarine data analyst, an independent data analyst and a former CID fraud detective, who is acting as a trustee of the PUB in bringing this most serious of prosecutions to the criminal court.
These are some of the elements of genocidal pandemic fraud that will be brought before the courts thanks to the papers laid and evidence sumbitted by Michael O’Bernicia on behalf of the public –

<li>All of the conspiring parties have been indemnified against all claims of vaccine injury, including death, even if vaccines are forcibly administered without consent. The government is, however, offering to pay compensation for vaccine injury from tax-payer’s money.</li>

The relevant papers are now with the designated court’s listings department where a case number will soon be issued following checks by the legal team within the court. This means that the evidence submitted is enough to prove the Covid fraud and proceed to trial.
The clock is ticking for Hancock, Whitty, Vallance, Ferguson and friends, it will not be long before they are convicted for crimes against humanity and mass murder.

Gas stations from Florida to Virginia began running dry and prices at the pump rose on Tuesday, as the shutdown of the biggest US fuel pipeline by hackers extended into a fifth day and sparked panic buying by motorists.
The administration of US President Joe Biden projected that the Colonial Pipeline, source of nearly half the fuel supply on the US East Coast, would restart in a few days and urged drivers not to top up their tanks.
"We are asking people not to hoard," US Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm told reporters at the White House. "Things will be back to normal soon."
Colonial was shut on Friday after hackers launched a ransomware attack - effectively locking up its computer systems and demanding payment to release them.
The company said it is making progress and hopes to restart a substantial portion of operations by week's end. The company said it has taken delivery of an additional 2 million barrels from refineries for deployment upon restart.
"Markets experiencing supply constraints and/or not serviced by other fuel delivery systems are being prioritized," Colonial said in a statement.
The outage, which has underscored the vulnerability of vital U.S. infrastructure to cyberattacks, has already started to hurt.
In metro Atlanta, 30% of gas stations are without gasoline, tracking firm GasBuddy said. In Raleigh, North Carolina, 31% of gas stations had no fuel on Tuesday. Unleaded gas prices, meanwhile, hit an average $2.99 a gallon, its highest price since November 2014, the American Automobile Association said.
Colonial said it made recent deliveries to parts of Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Maryland and New Jersey.
In an effort to ease the strain on consumers, Georgia suspended sales tax on gas until Saturday, and North Carolina declared an emergency. The federal government, meanwhile, has loosened rules to make it easier for suppliers to refill storage, including lifting seasonal anti-smog requirements for gasoline and allowing fuel truckers to work longer hours.
Granholm said there is not a shortage but a gasoline supply "crunch" in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Southern Virginia, regions that typically rely on Colonial for fuel.
Driver Caroline Richardson said she was paying 15 cents more per gallon than a week ago as she refueled at a gas station in Sumter, South Carolina. "I know some friends who decided not to go out of town this weekend to save gas," she said.
DARKSIDE HACK
The strike on Colonial "is potentially the most substantial and damaging attack on U.S. critical infrastructure ever," Ohio Senator Rob Portman told a Senate hearing on cybersecurity threats on Tuesday.
The FBI has accused a shadowy criminal gang called DarkSide of the ransomware attack. DarkSide is believed to be based in Russia or Eastern Europe and avoids targeting computers that use languages from former Soviet republics, cyber experts say.
Russia's embassy in the United States rejected speculation that Moscow was behind the attack. Biden a day earlier said there was no evidence so far that Russia was responsible.
A statement issued in DarkSide's name on Monday said: "Our goal is to make money, and not creating problems for society."
It is unknown how much money the hackers are seeking, and Colonial has not commented on whether it would pay.
"Cyber attacks on our nation's infrastructure are growing more sophisticated, frequent and aggressive," Brandon Wales, acting director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), said on Tuesday at a Senate hearing on the SolarWinds hack that hit companies and government agencies.
GOVERNMENT STEPS IN
The Environmental Protection Agency issued a waiver on Tuesday that allows distributors to continue supplying winter fuel blends through May 18 in three Mid-Atlantic states to help ease supplies.
North Carolina and the U.S. Department of Transportation, meanwhile, relaxed fuel-driver rules, allowing truckers hauling gasoline to work longer hours. North Carolina, Virginia and Florida have declared a state of emergency.
The U.S. has also started the work needed to enable temporary waivers of Jones Act vessels in response to the cyber attack - something that would allow foreign flagged fuel carriers to move from one U.S. port to another, the Transportation Department said.
There are growing concerns that the pipeline outage could lead to further price spikes ahead of the Memorial Day weekend at the end of this month. The weekend is the traditional start of the busy summer driving season.
Gulf Coast refiners that rely on Colonial's pipeline to move their products have cut processing. Total SE trimmed gasoline production at its Port Arthur, Texas, refinery and Citgo Petroleum pared back at its Lake Charles, Louisiana, plant, sources told Reuters. Citgo said it is moving products from its Lake Charles refinery and is "exploring alternate supply methods into other impacted markets."
Marathon Petroleum is "making adjustments" to its operations due to the pipeline shutdown, a spokesman said without providing details.
While the pipeline outage is having big short-term consequences in some regions, some experts believe the longer term impact will be small.
"Markets will go crazy, but two weeks later no one knows it happened," said Chuck Watson, director of research at ENKI, which studies the economic effects of natural and other disasters.

Palestinian militant group Hamas said Wednesday it had fired more than 200 rockets into Israel in retaliation for strikes on a tower block in Gaza.
The armed branch of Hamas said in a statement that it was "in the process of firing 110 rockets towards the city of Tel Aviv", and 100 rockets towards the southern town of Beersheva, "as reprisal for the restarting of strikes against civilian homes".
Sirens rang out in both places shortly after the announcement, according to the Israel Defence Forces, which added that families in Tel Aviv had been woken up and rushed to bomb shelters.
Hamas had previously reported the destruction of a nine-storey building in the centre of Gaza, the Israeli-blockaded enclave they control.
"Significant damage was caused to the tower and its neighbouring buildings," reported Hamas television channel, Al-Aqsa TV.
Witnesses said several missiles struck the building, containing homes, businesses and a local television channel.
The latest salvo of rocket fire follows one earlier in the evening, also towards Tel Aviv, which killed one person on the outskirts of the city.
Since Monday three Israelis have been killed and dozens of others injured in rocket strikes from the Gaza Strip.
At least 32 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli strikes on the enclave, including 10 children, and more than 220 have been injured, local authorities said.

Tech giant Google has made discovering vaccine-related information easier by carrying out a scope of updates across its different services.
The aim of rolling out these features is to health authorities and affected groups find assistance quicker, as massive second wave of the pandemic sweeps the country.
According to Mashable, to help in searching for vaccine information, Google Search will show the latest updates on vaccine safety, efficacy and side effects.
"You will also find information about prevention, self-care, and treatment under the Prevention and Treatment tab, in easy-to-understand language sourced from authorised medical sources and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare," said the search giant in a blog post.
In addition to the testing centres, people can also access the location of 23,000 vaccination centres nationwide in English and 8 other regional languages.
Mashable detailed that another element has been added on Google Maps. The application will currently show a user if a hospital has beds and access to medical oxygen, based on crowd-sourced information. This data may not be right on target - yet it very well may be convenient detail for somebody hoping to get a friend or family member hospitalised close by.
At the same time, Google Pay too has a COVID aid campaign. where the individuals who wish to donate to organisations that help COVID-influenced residents can do as such. A portion of the associations highlighted as a feature of this campaign include GiveIndia, Charities Aid Foundation, Goonj, Save the Children, Seeds, UNICEF India (National NGOs) and United Way.
"This campaign has raised over USD 4.6 million [INR 33 crore] to date and continues to generate much-needed support for relief efforts," it said.

The world's largest and most powerful space telescope unfolded its giant golden mirror for the last time on Earth on Tuesday, a key milestone before the $10 billion observatory is launched later this year.
The James Webb Space Telescope's 21 feet 4 inch (6.5 meter) mirror was commanded to fully expand and lock itself into place, NASA said -- a final test to ensure it will survive its million-mile (1.6 million kilometer) journey and is ready to discover the origins of the Universe.
"It's like building a Swiss watch at 40-feet-tall... and getting it ready for this journey that we take into the vacuum at minus 400 degrees Fahrenheit (-240 Celsius), four times further than the Moon," said Scott Willoughby of lead contractor Northrop Grumman.
He was speaking at the company's spaceport in Redondo Beach, California, from where the telescope will be shipped to French Guiana to be launched on an Ariane 5 rocket, with NASA targeting October 31 for liftoff.
Webb's primary mirror is made of 18 hexagonal segments coated with an ultra-thin layer of gold to improve its reflection of infrared light.
It will fly to space folded like a piece of origami artwork, which allows it to fit inside a 16-foot (5-meter) rocket fairing, and will then use 132 individual actuators and motors to bend each mirror into a specific position.
Together, the mirrors will function as one massive reflector, to enable the telescope to peer deeper into the cosmos than ever before.
Time machine
Scientists want to use the telescope to look back in time over 13.5 billion years ago and see for the first time the first stars and galaxies that formed, a few hundred million years after the Big Bang.
To do this, they need to detect infrared. The current premier space telescope, Hubble, only has limited infrared capacity.
This is key because by the time the light from the first objects reaches our telescopes, it has been shifted towards the red end of the electromagnetic spectrum as a result of the Universe extending the space between objects as it expands.
Another key area will be the discovery of alien worlds. The first planets to orbit other stars were detected in the 1990s and there are now more than 4,000 exoplanets that have been confirmed.
Webb "has instrumentation that will propel this new and exciting field into its next epic of discovery," said Eric Smith, James Webb telescope program scientist.
Scientists from 44 countries will be able to make use of the telescope, with proposals including using the infrared capabilities to penetrate the supermassive black holes at the center of galaxies, including our own.
"The discovery capability of Webb is limited only by our own imaginations, and scientists around the world will soon be using this general purpose observatory to take us places we haven't dreamed of going before," said Smith.

Police in an upscale Texas neighborhood searched Tuesday for a fugitive Bengal tiger that was seen roaming on lawns and streets until its apparent owner fled with the animal.
That man, who already had legal troubles, was arrested Monday night for felony evasion of arrest after loading the tiger into a car and driving away, just as police arrived at his home in Houston.
But there was no sign of the big cat.
"The tiger portion of the investigation is continuing," Houston police tweeted after the arrest of 26 year old Victor Hugo Cuevas, whose lawyer insisted the tiger does not belong to Cuevas.
News accounts said the cat lived in a house rented by Cuevas.
The drama began Sunday evening when the tiger was seen walking calmly across front lawns in a neighborhood in west Houston.
"I mean, I couldn't believe it," neighbor Jose Ramos told local television station KPRC. He took a picture, posted it on a neighborhood blog with a warning for people to stay away, and called an emergency police number.
"It was very scary because this is a very family-oriented community, and you see lots of kids and (babies) strolling," Ramos said.
Wes Manion, an off-duty sheriff's deputy who lives in the area, saw the post, raced to the scene and confronted the cat with a revolver in footage filmed by neighbours.
"Last thing I wanted to do was shoot the tiger," Manion told another TV station, KHOU. "It didn't seem super aggressive."
Cuevas was known to police because he was free on bond awaiting a murder trial.
On Twitter, people feasted on news of the missing feline.
"Are you conducting a meownhunt? Is pawrole on the table?" wrote @CooperEarlJones.
"There must be some claws in the statute that says this is allowed," quipped @EssBee44.
