A guilty verdict got a huge bump when the Mayor of the city in which Floyd died declared that he "was killed at the hands of police."</p>  <p>Mayor Jacob Frey made the inflammatory remarks during a press conference intended to position himself properly in case a not guilty verdict is reached. The known facts are that Chauvin held down a Floyd, who was resisting arrest, with his knee near Floyd's neck. Floyd had enough Fentanyl in his body to kill him. Those are the facts that are not contested.</p>  <p>What is contested is whether or not Chauvin's actions resulted in the death of George Floyd. But according to Frey, that's not in doubt. This is a clear case of irresponsible politics at best and jury tampering at worst. They have been covering it up since before the election and they've convinced the vast majority of conservative news outlets that they will be harmed if they continue to discuss voter fraud. We refuse to back down. The truth is the truth.</p>  <p>The lies associated with Covid-19 are only slightly more prevalent than the suppression of valid scientific information that runs counter to the prescribed narrative. We should be allowed to ask questions about the vaccines, for example, as there is ample evidence for concern. One does not have to be an "anti-vaxxer" in order to want answers about vaccines that are still considered experimental and that have a track record in a short period of time of having side-effects. These questions are not allowed on Big Tech which is just another reason we are getting cancelled.</p>  <p>There are more topics that they refuse to allow. In turn, we refuse to stop discussing them. Richard Dawkins Cancelled As 1996 Humanist Of The Year After Tweets About Transgenders 25 YEARS Later

<p><strong>Biologist author Richard Dawkins has been stripped of an honour awarded to him by The American Humanist Association in 1996, following tweets that he says merely called for a discussion on transgender issues.</strong></p>
<p>The AHA issued a statement that claims “Regrettably, Richard Dawkins has over the past several years accumulated a history of making statements that use the guise of scientific discourse to demean marginalized groups, an approach antithetical to humanist values.”</p>
<p>“Consequently, the AHA Board has concluded that Richard Dawkins is no longer deserving of being honored by the AHA, and has voted to withdraw, effective immediately, the 1996 Humanist of the Year award,” the organisation added.</p>

<p>Leaving aside the fact that the honour was awarded TWENTY FIVE years ago, the AHA has not actually provided any specific instances where Dawkins made statements that could be viewed as intentionally demeaning to trans people.</p>
<p>He has previously tweeted regarding transgenderism from a biological science standpoint, which he argues is necessarily in direct opposition to the modern phenomenon of ‘wokeism’:</p>

<p>It appears that these latest tweets were the straw that broke the camel’s back for the American Humanist Association, prompting it to sever all ties with Dawkins.</p>
<p>Remarkable really, given that Dawkins has sent out far more controversial tweets in the past, such as <a href="https://summit.news/2020/02/17/athiest-dawkins-says-eugenics-would-work/">that time he suggested</a> eugenics, the practice of selective breeding supported by the Nazis, would work perfectly well if applied to humans, because it works on animals.</p>

UK Still Won’t Accelerate Re-Opening Despite COVID Deaths Dropping Below Road Accident Fatalities

<p><strong>Despite new figures showing the daily number of COVID-19 deaths in the UK dropping below those from road accidents, the government is still refusing to accelerate the lifting of lockdown restrictions.</strong></p>
<p>The average number of daily deaths now stands at 25 a day with COVID cases dropping 94 per cent from the peak. On Monday, the UK recorded just four total deaths.</p>
<p>“By comparison, the UK records an average of around five deaths from road accidents daily,” reports <a href="https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2021/04/19/daily-covid-deaths-fall-average-numbers-road-accidents/">the Telegraph</a>.</p>
<p>The government has continually insisted it will prioritize “data not dates” in deciding when the measures should be relaxed, although that argument seems to immediately dissipate when the data favors re-opening quicker.</p>
<p>“We’ve been told regularly, that we are following the data, not the dates, but sadly, it seems to be the other way around,” said Conservative MP Pauline Latham. “Derbyshire there are huge swathes of villages and towns, that have no Covid whatsoever, and that’s repeated over all sorts of areas of the country.”</p>
<p>“We do need to start getting businesses back to normal. We need to get hospitality businesses fully functioning, and using their indoor spaces,” she added.</p>
<p>Last week, Prime Minister Boris Johnson claimed that lockdown restrictions and not vaccine rates were to thank for the country’s plummeting COVID cases, despite data showing cases were already falling before each successive lockdown.</p>
<p>Many took this as a sign that Johnson will be pressured into placing the country on lockdown yet again in the Autumn if there is another wave of the virus.</p>

<p>The government’s timetable for re-opening promises an end to all restrictions and social distancing measures on June 21, although events are already planned after this date that will require limited attendance, social distancing and masks.</p>
<p>Many fear that the restrictions will never truly be lifted given that the precedent has now been set that the state can place the entire population under de facto house arrest at the drop of a hat.</p>

<p><strong>Kamala Harris, who is <a href="https://summit.news/2021/03/10/who-is-the-president-kamala-harris-takes-another-call-with-a-foreign-leader/">effectively the President</a> of the country at this point, cannot stop laughing at totally inappropriate times.</strong></p>
<p>The latest example came on Monday as Harris spoke in North Carolina about the Administration’s much maligned jobs plan.</p>
<p>Harris attempted to crack a joke, suggesting that opportunities are “equally available to women as well as men” like hard hats… or something.</p>
<p>“Because there’s an interesting fact,” Harris said, struggling not to laugh at her own speech, “In case you didn’t know, hard hats are actually unisex.”</p>
<p>Despite the fact that literally no one knew what the hell she was laughing at, or found what she was saying funny, Harris felt the need to blurt out loud “everybody’s laughing.”</p>

Video: Trump Says He’s “Beyond Serious” About 2024 Run

<p><strong>President Trump again strongly hinted that he is preparing for a 2024 run Monday, and urged that the GOP must run on the MAGA agenda if it is to win back Congress next year.</strong></p>
<p>Trump spoke with Fox News host Sean Hannity, noting “I am looking at it very seriously, beyond seriously.”</p>
<p>“From a legal standpoint, I don’t want to really talk about it yet, it’s a little too soon,” Trump added.</p>

<p>While details were scant, Trump did say that a run depends on getting “the right people” in the Senate and the House, and that he is planning to be a major part of the mid term campaigns.</p>
<p>“If they need a rally, we’ll do a rally, we’ll do calls, we’ll do all sorts of things,” Trump said, adding “Almost everybody I endorse wins.”</p>
<p>Trump said that if Republicans “want to win and win big,” they must run on his “Make America Great” agenda.</p>
<p>Trump emphasised “Look, I’ve got tremendous numbers … there is more popularity [for me] now than there was the day before the election, because they see how bad things are at the border. They see what is going on, they see that their guns are gonna be gone … their taxes are going up. Regulations are going through the roof. Job [losses] are going to go up…”</p>
<p>Trump described the border crisis as “a horrible situation [that] could destroy our country,” adding “There’s never been anything like what’s happened at our border and people are coming in by the tens of thousands.”</p>

Care home resident forcibly restrained by Carers and vaccinated against her will with experimental Covid jab

<p><strong>A woman in her 50’s was recently forcibly pinned down by three care home staff , whilst a fourth order a nurse inject her with the experimental Coronavirus vaccine.</strong></p>
<p>The incident took place at Millport Care Centre on the Isle of Cumbrae in Scotland, with two of the staff since being suspended from their roles. The home houses around twenty-seven adults with learning difficulties.</p>
<p>The Care Inspectorate has been made aware of the incident but has only told the company which owns the care home that “it must improve”.</p>
<p>A spokeswoman for the watchdog said: “We are aware of concerns raised. We recently inspected the service and issued an improvement notice on April 2 that details areas of care that need to improve.</p>
<p>“We continue to monitor the service and are liaising closely with the local health and social care partnership.”</p>
<p>A spokesperson for Sanctuary Care said: “While we are disappointed at this news and sorry the care has fallen short of the standards we expect, we have taken immediate action to address some of the concerns and are working closely with North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership and the Care Inspectorate to make improvements to the quality of care.</p>
<p>“We remain committed to delivering a service that is centred on our residents’ wellbeing and happiness, and can reassure their families that our staff are working to ensure everyone at the home receives the high standard of care they deserve.”</p>
<p>NHS Ayrshire & Arran, for whom the nurse is believed to work, would only say the nurse did not work for the local hospital on the island, adding: “It would be inappropriate for us to comment any further at this time.”</p>
<p>One of the staff who works at Millport Care Centre said “It is horrendous what is going on just now, the door was open so people walking past saw what was going on. The nurse said she wasn’t comfortable injecting her like that but she was told ‘Just hurry up and do it’. I think she was a bit intimidated”</p>
<p>The Care Inspectorate warned that unless there is marked improvement at Millport Care Centre it will cancel the home’s registration.</p>
