According to <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.newsweek.com/alt-right-using-leaked-nato-psychological-wafare-tactics-subvert-democracy-and-691457">one report:</a><blockquote>Far right groups under the banner of the so-called 'alt right' are using psychological warfare techniques learnt from leaked NATO and British intelligence documents to spread white supremacism across the world, according to a new report.<a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.isdglobal.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/The-Fringe-Insurgency-221017.pdf" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">In a study by the</a> the Institute of Strategic Dialogue—titled 'The Fringe Insurgency'—Julia Ebner and Jacob Davey argue that activists are "weaponising internet culture" to spread their ideology online and subvert democracies.After spending several weeks undercover on online alt-right forums, the authors identified the tactics that users adopted to radicalize people online and mobilize support for the far-right groups, targeting anxieties over immigration, terrorism, and race.They used “crowd-funding platforms, custom-made social media platforms and even the use of leaked military and intelligence resources from [U.K. intelligence agency] GCHQ and NATO to run campaigns against their own governments,” the report said.In August, radical right-wing groups gathered in Charlottesville, Virginia, for their largest show of strength in decades, while in European far-right organizations have used crowd-funding platforms to raise money for boats to patrol European waters and intercept refugees.The extreme right also had an influence the German federal election, which saw a huge spike in suport for the extreme party Alliance for Germany (AfD).In large-scale and well-organized online campaigns, U.S. and European extremists have worked together: “Their strategic, tactical and operational convergence has allowed the extreme right to translate large-scale online mobilisation into real-world impact,” write the authors.The report exposes how the U.S. 'alt-right,' responsible for trolling campaigns in support of President Donald Trump during the 2016 election, shared tips and tactics with European extremists—techniques gleaned from military psychological operations—to disrupt the democratic process.Ahead of the AfD success in the German federal election—in which it secured 26 percent of the vote and marked the first time that far-right party has won seats in the German parliament since the Second World War—U.S. 'alt-right' activists spreads tips on messaging board 4chan.“Instructions from the U.S. elections on how to obfuscate and manipulate the media space were recycled and adopted to a German audience: this included memetic warfare albums such as ‘normie memes’, and psychological operations resources, such as a ‘step by step how to manipulate narratives’ that links to GCHQ online deception and disruption playbooks,” according to the authors.On encrypted chat app Discord, special channels were set up to “coordinate large-scale social media campaigns and to encourage the use of a range of psychological operations and disinformation tactics,” including spreading memes, setting up fake social media and 'bot' accounts, and monitoring and tailoring their impact with detailed web analytics techniques.“As a result of the proactive transatlantic exchange of information, know-how and experience on message boards and in Discord channels, the tactics employed by European far-right activists mirror those used by the American alt-right,” the report claims.The two weeks leading up to the election saw pro-AfD hashtags reached the top five trends in Germany multiple times as a result of the campaign.The authors warn that the tactics used by the far-right are “more reminiscent of state-led psychological operations than that of terrorist groups” and urge policy makers, technology companies, practitioners and activists to adopt counter-strategies that match the sophistication of the far-right.</blockquote>That the Alt-right is using NATO tactics is very interesting; for it was NATO that directed the Operation Gladio project, in which American and European secret service agencies, participated and facilitated the training and arming of neo-nazi and nationalist terrorists in Europe in order to inundate the continent with nationalism and anti-Russian sentiment.One figure important to study in our inquiry on Gladio is Filip DeWinter, a Flemish separatist who wants to create an independent Flanders. DeWinter wants to break up Flanders from Belgium, Catalonia from Spain, northern Italy from Italy, and will support any separatist movement, and this is all for his ultimate goal of creating a “white Europe”. On June 6th of 2017, Filip DeWinter, a leader of the right-wing Flemish nationalist party, Vlaams Belang, spoke for a Catalonian separatist party called Som Catalans, in which he said that the Vlaams Belang party has always supported Catalan secession from Spain. DeWinter stated that his party supported not only Catalan independence, but also “the struggle” to preserve the racial identity of Catalan. DeWinter is a Flemish separatist, meaning that he wants Flanders to become independent of Belgium. Belgium is broken up into different governments, mainly based on ethnic and linguistic differences, and although it is a single country, it may just fragment on account of racial tensions. Belgium consists of a federal government, and there is also a separate government for the French speaking Walloons; a government for the French speakers in Brussels; there is a government for the German speakers, and a government for Belgium’s capital of Brussels. There is also a government for the Dutch speaking region of Flanders, which the Flemish separatists want to sever away and make an independent state. With such a divided country, its like a room filled with gas; all one has to do is throw in the match of division and the fragmentation will start. It is a successor party from the People's Union (Volksunie). The People’s Union was a Flemish nationalist party that started out in the 1950s. In the 1970s, the People’s Union began to make a shift from Flemish separatism towards federalism, and this enraged its right-wing members who would break away and create a new party, the Vlaams Blok. The founder of Vlaamse Miltanten Orde, Bob Maes, who was a member of a Nazi youth organization in Flanders, is friends with Theo Franken of the New Flemish Alliance and the current head of migration in Belgium. The whole operation of Gladio was directed from the NATO headquarters in Brussels, and its entire mission was to recruit neo-Nazis, old Nazis from the Third Reich and other nationalist groups, and to train and arm them to form an anti-Soviet paramilitary force. These terrorists were allowed to slaughter innocent people so that the press could blame pro-Soviet groups. The whole intention behind this was to stir up nationalist sentiment in Europe (we believe that they are doing the same thing with Islamic terrorism). In the 1980s, multiple members of both Vlaamse Militanten Orde and the Front de la Jeunesse were sentenced to prison for terrorism and leading racist demonstrations. Adolphe [Hitler] is looking well!’” </blockquote>In the year 1990, the Belgium parliament released a report showing that the terrorist attacks were part of a conspiracy devised by the highest echelons of power to destabilize Brussels and, ultimately, Europe. The Swiss historian, Daniele Ganser, presents one statement on the report as such: <blockquote>“According to the report, the killers were members or former members of the security forces  — extreme right-wingers who enjoyed high-level protection and were preparing a right-wing coup.” </blockquote>The Italian right-wing terrorist, Vincenzo Vinciguerra, said:<blockquote>“The terrorist line was followed by camouflaged people, people belonging to the security apparatus through rapport or collaboration”.</blockquote>The Front de la Jeunesse’s armed wing, Westland New Post, was headed by Paul Latinus, a fanatic National Socialist. Latinus was a nuclear science technician and also an informer for the Belgium intelligence service (Surete), before he was recruited by the US Defense Intelligence Service (the DIA). A Belgium journalist, writing for the magazine, Pour, wrote:<blockquote>“Latinus had been implanted into Front de la Jeunesse with a specific task … To teach the Front de la Jeunesse how to carry out violent attacks, attacks on immigrant Arab cafes, how to organize military training camps, how to carry out surveillance. …In the training of their groups for active intervention, para military groups, they had to form and train elements from the extreme-right, ex para-commandos, ex militaries (gendarmes), militant rightest …. This kind of exercise involves the firing of machine-guns and the throwing of grenades. This makes noise and attracts attention.”</blockquote>The Belgium journalist, Rene Haquin, describes that the terrorist group was modeled after the SS, and that each member was given a German name:<blockquote>“Latinus was charged with forming a group, an army on the model of the SS. …They had a secret service, a security service in the group. German Government Declares That They Will Be Training And Arming The Kurdish Forces. This Will Only Lead To More Violence And Christian Persecution

The German government has declared that it will continue its support for the Kurdish Peshmerga, providing arms and training. According to <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.kurdistan24.net/en/news/5e8da758-59f4-48a5-bad6-41fb5f20f5e1">one report</a>:<blockquote>Germany will continue to provide training and military support to the Kurdish Peshmerga forces following a brief halt due to clashes in Kirkuk, a German Defense Ministry official told Kurdistan 24 on Tuesday.In an emailed statement, Major Anne Bressem, a spokesperson for the Bundeswehr Joint Forces Operations Command, provided details of Germany’s military support to Peshmerga forces in the Region.Bressem noted the temporary suspension of training for the Kurdish forces following their clashes with Iraqi and Iranian-backed Shia militia Hashd al-Shaabi in Kirkuk, but said regular support resumed on Sunday.“The security of German soldiers in northern Iraq is of paramount importance,” she stated. “As the situation has calmed down, the Bundeswehr is continuing the training” of Peshmerga in Kurdistan.Bressem mentioned the military support Germany had provided the Peshmerga since September 2014, including the delivery of “24,000 rifles, 8,000 pistols, 400 anti-tank RPGs, and 60 MILAN systems.”The Bundeswehr spokesperson also provided details about the training provided to the Kurdish forces which “focuses on sustainability.”“This means that the Bundeswehr is training the Peshmerga in a way [that] enables them to train themselves,” Bressem explained.One of the training topics involves the tracking, defusing, and elimination of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), a tactic heavily used by the Islamic State (IS).Bressem noted that German military instructors are involved in the preparation of Peshmerga forces as “mentors” during the sustainable training drills.The main goal is to train Peshmerga on counter-IED and fire protection, which enables them “to lead and carry out training independently” and teach their fellow compatriots, she said.“Further training contents are tactical training as well as the life-saving medical education,” Bressem concluded.There are currently 150 German soldiers deployed in the Kurdistan Region capital of Erbil as part of the US-led coalition mission against IS.</blockquote>This is only going to lead to more destabilization. The Kurds have been some of the most cruel and evil persecutors of Christians in history. The Kurds are doing the same thing in Iraq, and the very people who wanted to Germanize Europe are supporting such an evil cause.The German government gave tens of thousands of weapons and millions of rounds of ammunition to Kurdish fighters, and those very weapons ended up in the hands of ISIS and other criminals. The very Kurdish fighters for whom the Germans supposedly provided the weapons, sold the arms illegally to terrorist criminals.  In the cities of Erbil and Sulaimaniya, for example, German weapons have been found for sale in the black market, with the letters HK, signifying the famous German arms manufacturer Heckler & Koch, and Bw, for the Bundeswehr, or German Army.One ex-Kurdish Peshmerga fighter stated that the standard rifle for the German Army, the G36, once costed $4,000, but now the weapon has been incredibly reduced in price — between $1,450 and $1,800 — because there are so many. The German government provided the Kurds with 12,000 G3 rifles, 8,000 G36 rifles, and 8,000 P1 pistols. These weapons are now being distributed amongst terrorists. One German report <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.thelocal.de/20151208/amnesty-isis-using-german-weapons-for-terror" target="_blank" rel="noopener">states</a>:<blockquote>“Isis fighters are equipped with numerous G3 battle rifles from German manufacturer Heckler & Koch, as well as German Walther KKJ rifles from the 1960s, according to the report.”</blockquote>You may say that the German government is innocent of this because the weapons were specified for the Kurds and not Islamist terrorists. But tell me, how could a government as sophisticated as Germany not know that this would happen? If an average citizen like myself can predict that American arms given to “moderate” rebels would end up in the hands of terrorists, then how could the government — which superintends over the whole country and determines the state of lower nations — not know of this most obvious consequence?Moreover, the German government’s ministry of defense <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.thelocal.de/20160122/kurds-selling-german-delivered-guns-on-black-market" target="_blank" rel="noopener">admitted</a> that it doesn’t even know to which Kurdish units received the weapons. If the government’s sole objective is to give weapons to one entity alone — the Kurds — then it should know to which exact units would receive the arms. But it did not. Because arming the Kurds was not the sole objective, and one may even question if it were the objective at all. The weapons were given chaotically, because they were given with the intention to create chaos, to fuel violence and bloodshed. They were given with the knowledge that the weapons would end up into the hands of terrorists, just as the German government is going to be training these Islamic refugees deliberately knowing that they will use their training for pernicious, anti-Christian goals. Germany giving weapons into a military conflict was <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.nbcnews.com/storyline/isis-terror/post-war-shift-germany-sending-weapons-anti-isis-fighters-n193211" target="_blank" rel="noopener">hailed</a> by the media as the “the first time it will send weapons into an ongoing conflict since the end of World War II.” Angela Merkel, in regards to this giving of weapons, and in the attempt to sound like a protector for the defenseless, said "The immense suffering of many people cries out, and our own security interests are threatened”. And yet, even though your “security” is in such a critical dilemma, you send weapons without even knowing to which unit they would be going to. You may say that this is just a case of stupidity on the part of government, but secular governments do not do things without internal and calculative interests.The Germans provided the Kurds with $90 million dollars worth of weaponry, which consisted of sophisticated weapons, such as anti-tank rocket launchers. With so much money spent, and given the severity and volatileness of the region to which they sent the weapons, I find it very difficult to believe the German government, that they would give so much for such a serious reason, without any serious precautions and measures to prevent weapons from going into terrorist hands. And I also am quite incredulous to the idea that Germany would send weapons without knowing that they would be given to Islamic criminals.It would not surprise me, and nor would it be adventuresome to say, that Germany used the Kurds as a conduit by which to give weapons to criminals to further destabilize the region. There is no better way for now,  to strike a destabilizing blow at Israel’s most dangerous enemy. ... And Iran’s Kurds could also be getting more weapons, and training, from Israel. The Iranian Kurds will be a much more formidable foe than ever before, in numbers and in the experience of their fighters, in amount and sophistication of their weaponry, in the fact that next door in Kurdistan they would now have available a place where their soldiers could regroup, plan, and attack anew.</blockquote>But the Kurds, unlike the government of Bashar al-Assad in Syria, have been persecuting Christians. The ensuing firefight was one of the deadliest for Egyptian security forces in recent years.Two police officials told The Associated Press that the exchange of fire began late Friday in the al-Wahat al-Bahriya area in Giza province, about 135 kilometers southwest of Cairo.They spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to brief media.The firefight began when security forces acting on intelligence moved against a militants’ hideout in the area. Backed by armored personnel carriers and led by senior counterterrorism officers, the police contingent drew fire and rocket- propelled grenades, according to the officials.The officials said what happened next is not clear, but added that the force likely ran out of ammunition and that the militants captured several policemen and later killed them.The officials said the police force appeared to have fallen into a carefully planned ambush set up by the militants. The death toll could increase, they added.Those killed included two police brigadier-generals, a colonel and 10 lieutenant colonels.Egypt’s Interior Ministry, which is in charge of police, announced a much lower death toll, saying in a statement read over state television that 16 were killed in the shootout. It added that 15 militants were killed or injured, later releasing photos of some of them.The last time Egypt’s security forces suffered such a heavy loss of life was in July 2015 when militants from the extremist Islamic State group carried out a series of coordinated attacks, including suicide bombings, against army and police positions in the Sinai peninsula, killing at least 50. However, the army said only 17 soldiers and over 100 militants were killed.An official statement issued Saturday said Friday’s incident would be investigated, suggesting that the heavy death toll may have been partially caused by incompetence, intelligence failures or lack of coordination. The officials said prosecutors will look into whether the police’s counterterrorism agents failed to inform the military of the operation or include them.Two audio recordings purportedly by policemen who took part in the operation circulated online late Friday. One policeman, apparently using a two-way radio, was heard in the nearly two-minute recording pleading for help from a higher-ranking officer.“We are the only ones injured, sir,” the policeman said. “We were 10 but three were killed. After their injury, they bled to death, sir.”“They took all the weapons and ammunition,” he added, “We are now at the foot of a mountain.”The second recording was purportedly by a policeman warning others. “I can’t identify any direction. Only planes can see us. A local affiliate of the extremist group is spearheading an insurgency whose epicenter is in the Sinai Peninsula, which borders Israel and the Gaza Strip.The United States condemned the attack in a statement issued by State Department, offering “profound condolences to the families of the deceased and the government and people of Egypt… at this difficult time.”The incident comes a few days after militants staged a brazen daylight attack in the heart of el-Arish, the largest city in the Sinai Peninsula, attacking a church and a nearby bank and reportedly making away with some USD1 million. Seven were killed in the Monday attack.Attacks by militants have significantly increased since the 2013 ouster by the military of an Islamist president, who was freely elected but whose one-year rule proved divisive. Syrian regime forces, backed by Russian air power, arrived and liberated the town on October 21 after dozens of ISIS fighters retreated, at which point the remains of the victims of the mass execution were found.“After the regime retook it, the town’s residents found the bodies on the streets. They had been shot dead or executed with knives,” Abdelrahman said.“Most of the ISIS fighters who attacked the town a month ago were sleeper cells.... The town’s population of Christians dropped from around 2,000 to just a few hundred when ISIS fighters took control in 2015. They held it for eight months before Syrian regime forces regained control in April 2016. That was followed by the renewed jihadi offensive at the end of September.The group had taken more than 200 Christians hostage in the city in 2015, forcing them to live under their ultraconservative brand of Islamic rule. The group returned them to their homes only after they agreed to pay jizya (tax) and sign a dhimma (a Sharia social contract) in order to remain in the town and not face death.In 2015, SOHR obtained a copy of the Sharia social contract. The dhimma shows that the orders came from ISIS's caliph, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, and state that he "gives" the Christians a guarantee on their "money, souls, not to force them to change their religion and not to harm any one of them."The militant group carried out the same acts against Christians in Mosul, forcing them to leave, killing them or making them pay a tax to remain.ISIS is an ultra-conservative Islamist group that considers ancient religious minorities, such as Syriac Catholics, Assyrians and Yazidis, to be kafir (disbelievers) and infidels.</blockquote>
