They then dug a hole, slaughtered them with 'sharp tools' and filled a hole with the blood according to a recent report:<blockquote>The Islamic State terror group has killed 33 young people, aged between 18 to 25, in the al-Mayadin desert near Deir ez-Zo in Syria, just a day after releasing its first message to U.S. President Donald Trump.The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported on Wednesday that IS used "sharp tools" when carrying out the slaughter, though not much is known about the victims, other than their ages.SOHR, which has been reporting on the ongoing civil war in Syria, including IS' terror attacks, explained that "the marks of the slaughter appeared on their necks, where the mass slaughter was carried out on the outskirts of a hole dug by the organization, and was filled with blood."The human rights group reports that the victims were not beheaded, referring to the gruesome style of execution that IS has employed numerous times in the past throughout its captured territory in Iraq and Syria.The watchdog group said that the slaughter is so far the largest of its kind carried out by IS in 2017.It comes after Reuters reports that IS killed another 31 people and wounded 40 in overnight attacks on the city of Tikrit, central Iraq. Security forces and medics said the radicals disguised themselves in police uniforms to enter the city, with a total of 10 militants, including two suicide bombers, carrying out the massacre. Police from the Omdurman Central Division along with a group supported by Sudan’s Ministry of Guidance and Religious Endowment arrived at the school first and arrested all the men in an attempt to hand it over to the businessman, they said.Advocacy group Middle East Concern (MEC) confirmed that after the arrests, about 20 men, including members of a committee the government has illegally imposed on the SPEC, arrived at the school with knives and other weapons and began to beat the women.“Several men from the nearby Bahri Evangelical Church rushed to the church to try and protect the women,” MEC leaders said in a statement. “The armed men attacked them, and two church members were stabbed.”Elder Abdullah later died of his injuries, and a second church member, Ayoub Kumama, was treated at a nearby hospital and has been released, according to MEC.Abdullah is survived by his wife and two young children.Since 2013, the illegally imposed committee has been selling church properties to businessmen aligned with the government, the advocacy group stated.Police were present during the attack on the school but failed to intervene, according to MEC.“They also failed to help Younan after he was stabbed,” MEC leaders said in the statement. “Following Younan’s death, the police arrested Mr. Shamshoun Hamoud, a member of the illegal committee who was identified by eyewitnesses as the person who stabbed Younan. None of the other attackers have been arrested.”Christians held a funeral service for Abdullah yesterday (April 4) at the school, which had declared three days of mourning. The U.S. Ambassador to Sudan and the Second Secretary of the British Embassy were present, according to MEC.Police in Omdurman, across from Khartoum on the Nile River, on March 27 had arrested 12 staff members of the Christian school and the next day prevented others from leaving the campus, they said.They were taken to Omdurman’s central division police station and released at about 8 p.m., accused of obstructing the work of Education Vision, which is trying to take over the school. The institution is still functioning as a Christian school, but representatives of Education Vision are regularly disrupting classes, school personnel said.On March 16 about 20 policemen aboard a truck forcefully entered the school compound, arrested three Christian teachers including the headmaster, Daud Musa, and took them to Omdurman’s central division police station, sources said. Also arrested were Christian teachers Yahya Elias and elder Abdullah, all of the SPEC.They were released on bail after eight hours, charged with obstructing the work of those attempting to take over the school.The arrests came nearly a month after authorities arrested and held overnight four educators from the same school, including Musa, before releasing them on bail. They need US military intervention to help them oust Assad as currently they are on their last legs. We are no personal fan of either Assad or the Islamists but from a purely practical and politcial assessment Assad will bring stability to Syria, protect the Christian minority and keep the islamists at bay. The White House relies on these agencies to get information in order to fight our enemies and the war against Muslim terrorists. The Obama administration in order to get information on anyone, friend or foe from covert methods must use the intelligence services to do so.Susan Rice was just a mere pawn and a loyal soldier of Obama, who may have organized the scheme but she would only have carried out such a scheme based on the instruction from Obama and her common hatred of the Republicans/Donald Trump. Neither of these two people have any regard for the law or common decency, power and prestige is all they desire and their track record would indicate that spying on their political enemies is well in reach of what they would do if they had the opportunity and there is much evidence to suggest they could very well be culpable.Here is more evidence that is not the final nail but the smoking gun that warrants the major investigation. It is ironic that the Democrats accuse Trump of colluding with Russia to undermine the election yet they were doing the exact thing they were accusing others of.When we finally get to the truth in a year or two, these facts will probably be confirmed with solid overwhelming evidence. If it turns out to be true, Obama, Clinton, and many senior members of her campaign and the Obama administration should be on trial for both for treason and illegal acts concerning the misuse of intelligence. It is a very sad situation that this probably occurred but our reaction as a country will probably be underwhelming with people probably getting away with not even a slap on the wrist. If we can allow this behavior and outrageous illegal acts that undermine the basic democratic principles of our Republic to stand without proper accountability then the USA is no longer a country that has any values worth fighting for.When the evidence becomes overwhelming we will see if Democrats are Americans first or party partisans through and through. Most Republicans were willing to impeach Nixon because they put their country first over their party. They get fake papers and go to court to claim an asset that is not theirs. Ant the courts usually give in every time."In recent weeks, the seizure of Christians goods has become a major issue again, especially in the Iraqi capital where most of the cases have taken place.Homes, shops, and buildings belong, in most cases, to Christians who left the country after 2003 as a result of the progressive deterioration of the security situation.Baghdad’s auxiliary bishop, Mgr Shlemon Warduni, had raised the issue more than a year ago. At that time, he had said that criminals were targeting Christian-owned assets whilst the government and the police were weak. He had also said that he did not know anything specific about the militia or gangs involved in the seizures, but warned that it was ongoing and that is was harming to “our faithful”.In his pastoral letter for Christmas 2015, the Chaldean Patriarch Mar Louis Raphael Sako had also complained about the widespread problem affecting society. At the time, His Beatitude had called on the authorities to protect Christians against "criminal and extremist groups who racketeer and steal from families”.Now the problem seems to go beyond real estate, involving gardens, land and shops, as well as monasteries and ancient places of worship. Baghdad’s Karrada area and other districts with large numbers of Christians seem to be the focus, especially in the old part of the capital.Some government sources in Baghdad have identified three types of groups going after Christian assets: the first is local organised crime operating on behalf of the State through real estate groups and forged documents; the second are religious, predominantly Shia militias, and the third involves individuals acting for personal gain.Yonadam Kanna wants to end this. "I turned to the Supreme Court to stop this problem,” he told AsiaNews. “Rules exist but they are not clear and often remain unimplemented. I also appealed to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and law enforcement.""The problem began with the invasion of Iraq in 2003 and involved thousands of seized homes and property,” he explained. “With respect to Christians, we are talking about hundreds of homes and businesses. To keep the Christians in Iraq is to live on borrowed time until the Muslims finally rise up and finish off the remnants that were not completely destroyed by ISIS.
