Before the new policy went into effect, the Somali Muslims were able to leave the production line twice-a-shift to pray two of the five prayers their faith requires each day. (Failing to mention that their ‘faith’ allows them to make up any prayers missed during the day at a later time)

The company says it is asking them to pray during scheduled breaks because its manufacturing environment doesn’t allow for unscheduled stops.  The workers say praying only during a meal break goes against Muslim practice.
According to the <a href="http://www.eeoc.gov/laws/types/religion.cfm">Equal Opportunity Employment Commission</a> (EEOC), “an employer doesn’t have to accommodate an employee’s religious beliefs if doing so would cause hardship to the employer.”

It’s the second tipping for Hamtramck (pronounced Ham-tram-ik), which in 2013 earned the distinction of becoming what appears to be the first majority-Muslim city in the United States following the arrival of thousands of immigrants from Yemen, Bangladesh and Bosnia over a decade. The once-thriving factory town now struggles with one of the highest poverty rates in Michigan.

Majewski, whose family emigrated from Poland in the early 20th century, admitted to a few concerns of her own. Business owners within 500 feet of one of Hamtramck’s four mosques can’t obtain a liquor license, she complained, a notable development in a place that flouted Prohibition-era laws by openly operating bars. The restrictions could thwart efforts to create an entertainment hub downtown, said the pro-commerce mayor.
And while Majewski advocated to allow mosques to issue calls to prayer several times a day (see below), she understands why some longtime residents are struggling to adjust to the sound that echos through the city’s streets five times each day.

Labor Day, known as Polish Day here, is marked with music, drinking and street dancing. (Not for long) Most of the women strolling Joseph Campau Avenue wear hijabs, or headscarves, and niqabs, veils that leave only the area around the eyes open. Many of the markets advertise their wares in Arabic or Bengali, and some display signs telling customers that owners will return shortly — gone to pray.
Many longtime residents point to 2004 as the year they suspected that the town’s culture had shifted irrevocably. It was then that the city council gave permission to al-Islah Islamic Center to broadcast its call to prayer from speakers atop its roof.

<a href="http://revistabusqueda.com.mx/resurge-la-violencia-en-el-estado-en-24-horas-hubo-12-ejecutados-y-tres-ataques-armados/" target="_blank">In the last 24 hours violence</a> has resurged in the Mexican state of Michoacan. Six young men were abducted and killed by organized crime gangs in Ecuandureo; while in Morelia four people were killed and in Zamora today two brothers were executed.
In the first case, the Attorney General said that authorities managed to capture seven people who are accused of participating in the multiple murders; among them is a former agent of the judicial police in Michoacan.
The bodies of six young men were found in a plot, all of them shot at close range. The bodies already showed signs of decomposition, so it is presumed that their deaths were several days ago.
While in Morelia police have no clues about the murder of four men who were living together in a private home, where they were massacred.
In the city of Apatzingan an armed attack sent bursts of shots on a home, and grenades put a parked vehicle to flames. In Zamora, in broad daylight, two brothers were gunned down.
All this happened within hours after the attorney general, Joseph Martin Rangel Castro, reported that crime and violence in Michoacan had plummeted in recent months. 
Also in recent days clashes were reported in the area of Infiernillo between organized crime gangs and police forces, following the death of drug trafficker Carlos Rosales.
All of this violence taking place in Mexico means that the nation is entering a civil war. These types of events are ones you would hear happening in Syria and Iraq, but they are occurring in Mexico. Mexico is on the brink on civil war. The cartels have already been fighting the militia army, Las Autodefensas. Now these self-defense armies are developing throughout Mexico. The righteous uprising began in Michoacan, and now you have militias in Guerrero, Sinaloa, Tamaulipas, Veracruz and they will continue to come about in other states. This is the restoration of the Cristeros, Catholic warriors who revolted against the anti-Christian government of Mexico in the 1920s and 30s.
