The defense attorney for 61-year-old Ira Task declined comment after his client waived a preliminary hearing on Wednesday.
Task was arrested last month by North Middleton Township police after investigators saw a streaming video of the rape on a videoconferencing website in July.
Police eventually identified Task based on a gold ring he was wearing, as well as other physical characteristics. They say he has since acknowledged raping the boy in interviews.
A co-defendant, 19-year-old William Byers-Augusta, is charged with bringing the boy to Task’s residence on April 20 where the boy was given amyl nitrite — an inhaled drug used to intensify a sexual experience. That man is also awaiting trial.

Is history repeating itself? Without knowing precisely what is going on, there is no doubt something nefarious is afoot. There is no reason for 30 busses of people to be flying on a UPS flight designated for parcels, under the cover of night, filled with people, who are met on arrival with busses already waiting, and whisked away in secret. 
In the video, the person recording is in hot pursuit of up to 30 busses that he claims are filled with people he just watched land in Harrisburg International Airport on a UPS plane.
Upon the plane’s arrival, which was alleged to be a “parcel flight,” there were 30 busses already lined up, and ready receive, what turned out not to be parcels, but dozens and dozens of people.
According to whoever took the video, he watched as the planes occupants were quickly escorted onto the busses that were already waiting, and then he began filming as the busses departed with all the “mystery flyers.”

Everything You Own Will Soon Be Gone

Have you ever sat in a room and couldn’t figure out why people were laughing? They laughed and laughed and laughed as your curiosity grew and grew. And then, suddenly, you realized they were laughing at you! This is what is happening to all Americans. We have been robbed blind and we have scarcely noticed. Now, our very existence is being threatened and people laugh at you for talking about it as they call you a “conspiracy theorist”, “fear-monger” and “the purveyor of doom and gloom”.
Last year, I was roundly criticized when I said the Cyprus bail-in scenario was coming to the United States. I was told there would be a revolution if this happened and the government would be too afraid to try such a thing and that we would have 100 million Americans in the street who would be heavily armed.
Listening to these sheep is like listening to a country song played backwards. You know  the song where the wife does not leave, the truck still runs and the cowboy stops drinking. Maybe it is all the fluoride in the water that is causing such widespread ignorance and apathy.
The globalists are preparing to steal everything you own, they have rehearsed for this day, they are on a timetable to carry this plot out and they are laughing at our collective stupidity!
<h2>The Beta Tests for the “Grand Theft of the American People” Are Complete</h2>
The American people have been through several beta tests related to our private wealth being confiscated and no resistance was offered by the sheep of this country.
The first of the beta tests included the hijacking of our money in the bail-outs. Amazingly, the people just continued on like business as usual as then ex-Goldman Sachs head and then Secretary of the Treasury, Hank Paulson, oversaw the literal stealing of trillions of dollars of the nation’s money by the criminals on Wall Street.
The MF Global debacle stands as a second beta test in which secured investor accounts were stolen by the friends of Don Corzine at JP Morgan. Despite the fact that the stolen money sat in secured accounts, was ostensibly protected by the Securities and Exchange Commission and insured by the FDIC, over a billion dollars was stolen and nobody went to jail. I can still hear the bankers laughing at the collective impotence of the people of this country.

The appointment of criminal Jack Lew to head the Secretary of the Treasury and nobody cried foul, was the third beta test. Obama may as well have appointed Al Capone and Capone stole far less money than Lew. But wait, there’s more dirt on Lew. Jack Lew, from Citigroup, was an overseer of hedge funds. You know, the hedge funds originating from the actual criminals that collapsed the economy back in 2008. This is who Obama selected to run the economy. Last year, Lew announced that the government was taking the unprecedented action of avoiding governmental default through this summer by including tapping into and suspending <a href="http://beforeitsnews.com/r2/?url=http://www.govexec.com/pay-benefits/2013/05/treasury-taps-federal-retirement-coffers-again/63302/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">investments</a> into the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund and halting the daily reinvestment of the government securities (G) fund, the most stable offering in the Thrift Savings Plan‘s portfolio. This means that when the run on the banks begins to happen, Lew and fellow criminals will move steal all retirement accounts. The handling of these Civil Service retirement accounts was merely a beta test and the sheep remained asleep.

While we are counting the ways that the American people have been ripped off by the bankers, let’s not forget to mention the MERS mortgage fraud in which millions of homes have been stolen because mortgage holders have paid the wrong title company because their note has been sold so many times that nobody knows who really owns the note to our homes! And let’s not forget about the Federal Reserve that spent two years buying up mortgage backed securities to the tune of $40 billion dollars a month and that money was obtained from printing money out of thin air which made our money worth less. Very soon America, our money will be worthless. I almost forgot, on November 16, 2014, the G20 nations declared your bank account to NOT be money therefore, your FDIC insurance is invalid and your bank account, when seized, will go to pay the derivatives debt.
While the bankers are laughing at us, I can hear the sheep saying “That will never happen here” and “You are a conspiracy theorist”, “You are fear-mongering” as the bankers collapse to the floor in laughter at our collective stupidity.
<h2>When?</h2>
Dates are impossible to predict and anyone who does so is engaged in a fool’s errand. However, there is a timeline that is emerging that we might all want to pay attention to.
<h2>The Great Eight</h2>
1. The collapse of the Greek economy and government
2. The collapse of Spain
3. The collapse of Italy
4. The collapse of Ireland
5.  By this time, the American economy is reeling. Shortages begin to appear in the United States. Civil unrest grows. Restrictions on bank withdrawals begin to appear. The government will more than likely outlaw the selling of gold to private parties as they want to lock you into their system and cut off all avenues of escape.
6. The bankers will make their move on all American assets when the European Central Bank begins to buckle.
7. There will be a false flag in order to justify the implementation of martial law and the theft of nearly everything you own.
8. Dissenters will be quarantined, or worse, in FEMA camps.
Dominoes #1 through #4 will happen very quickly.

Let’s calculate the damages to the American people. Our homes are being stolen through the MERS mortgage fraud with impunity, our tax revenues have been stolen through the bail-outs, the Federal Reserve is debasing our currency as they are printing money like there’s no tomorrow, Jack Lew has positioned the government to seize all retirement accounts, Wall Street has learned that it can steal with impunity given the lack of ramifications resulting from the MF Global theft and soon your bank accounts will be gone thanks to the recent <a href="http://beforeitsnews.com/r2/?url=http://www.thecommonsenseshow.com/2014/11/16/the-money-in-your-bank-account-was-stolen-this-morning/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">G20 mandate</a> on November 16, 2014. And to add to that, very soon, there will not be a Europe to trade with. Did I leave anything out Mr. and Mrs. Sheeple?

A homosexual man in Cleveland kidnapped a 12 year old boy and repeatedly raped him and even filmed himself as he sodomized this boy. A Cleveland man has been sentenced to 20 years to life in prison, according to Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Timothy J. McGinty.
Kenneth Livingston, 50, of Cleveland, repeatedly raped a 12-year-old victim while the boy visited Livingston’s home in the Union Square apartment complex on E. 98th Street in Cleveland.
Livingston was a volunteer basketball coach at Zelma George Recreation Center where the victim played.
Livingston took pictures and videos of the lewd acts performed on the victim. He shared the material with Christopher T. Wilson, 50, of Cleveland, who also lived in the Union Square complex.
The illegal activity was uncovered when pictures were sent via Facebook to the victim’s mother, who immediately alerted the police.
On June 26, 2015, Livingston was arrested by officers with the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority Police Department. Additional forensic examination was completed by the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Livingston pleaded guilty to two counts of rape on Nov. 17.
Following his plea, visiting Judge Michael E. Corrigan immediately sentenced Livingston to 20 years to life in prison. Upon his release, Livingston will be required to register as a Tier III sexual offender for the rest of his life.
Wilson was charged with Illegal Use Of Minor In Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance for his involvement in the incident. He pleaded guilty to one count of Attempted Illegal Use of a Minor, and is scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 3.
“Kenneth Livingston pretended to mentor little boys only to use his position as a means to lure his victims. Thanks to the hard work of CMHA detectives, this sick individual will never hurt another child,” said Holly Welsh, Director of Prosecutions for the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

I would like to make some observations on this story. If it was a Muslim who committed this rape, it would be a national story amongst the conservative media circles. But this story, its only within local media outlets. People will argue and say, “The homosexuals don’t have an ideology, the Muslims do.” This is really a weak argument, and I hear it quite frequently. All actions are based on an ideology and worldview. All of our actions are based on internal beliefs within ourselves. Some fathers go to work every morning so that they can support their families, some fathers don’t work at all and live off their wives. Both of these actions are based on beliefs. The supportive father does what he does because he believes it is a moral obligation to sacrifice for his family, while the other believes that his wife is obligated to work, and that he deserves to be lazy.
Both are world views, and both determine specific actions. All of these sodomites have an ideology: to dominate the world under and force it into homo-tyranny. In the sodomite utopia, children, youths and young men would be raped; pederasty would be completely acceptable, and not only that, it would be mandatory. This is the truth and this is why the Bible says that sodomites are to be put to death. They are all evil and slaves to the darkness. Its not just Muslims that we should expose, but the sodomites.
