<p>Muslims in a village outside of Aleppo, Syria, conducted a brutal murder of twelve Christians after they all refused to convert to Islam. They took a 12 year old Christian boy and ordered him to convert to Islam, and when he refused they cut his fingers off. They then took two women and raped them in front of the Christians. They took three Christians and crucified them before beheading the rest, including the women and 12 year old boy. Before they were slaughtered the Christians cried, “Jesus!” and the Lord’s Prayer. Here is <a href="http://www.gospelherald.com/articles/58293/20151002/12-christians-brutally-executed-by-isis-refused-to-renounce-name-of-christ-died-praying-reciting-lords-prayer.htm" target="_blank">the report:</a></p>

<p>Twelve Christians have been brutally executed by the Islamic State, including the 12-year-old son of a Syrian ministry team leader who had planted nine churches, because they refused to renounce the name of Jesus Christ and embrace Islam. The martyrs were faithful to the very end; right before one woman was beheaded by the terror group, she appeared to be smiling slightly as she said, “Jesus!” According to Christian Aid Mission, a humanitarian group which assists indigenous Christian workers in their native countries, the horrific murders took place on August 28 in an unnamed village outside Aleppo, Syria.</p>
<p>“In front of the team leader and relatives in the crowd, the Islamic extremists cut off the fingertips of the boy and severely beat him, telling his father they would stop the torture only if he, the father, returned to Islam,” Christian Aid revealed, according to a report from Morning Star News. “When the team leader refused, relatives said, the ISIS militants also tortured and beat him and the two other ministry workers. The three men and the boy then met their deaths in crucifixion.” They were killed for refusing to return to Islam after embracing Christianity, as were the other eight aid workers, including two women, according to Christian Aid. The eight were taken to a separate site in the village and asked if they would return to Islam. However, after they refused to renounce Christ, the women, ages 29 and 33, were raped before the crowd summoned to watch, and then all eight were beheaded.</p>
<p>They prayed as they knelt before the Islamic State militants, according to the ministry leader Christian Aid assists, who spoke with relatives and villagers while visiting the site. “Villagers said some were praying in the name of Jesus, others said some were praying the Lord’s Prayer, and others said some of them lifted their heads to commend their spirits to Jesus,” the ministry director told Christian Aid. “One of the women looked up and seemed to be almost smiling as she said, ‘Jesus!'” In a manner reflective of Christ’s crucifixion, the bodies of those killed were then hung on crosses for display.</p>

<p>Kortney Moore, an 18-year-old, told the News Review she was sitting in her writing class when a bullet blasted through the window. She saw her teacher shot in the head then noticed that the shooter was in the classroom.</p>
<p>Moore said the shooter told people to get on the ground. He then asked people to stand up and state their religion but started firing anywhere. She was on the ground next to people who’d been shot.</p>

<p>Hillary Clinton slammed the Supreme Court as “wrong on the Second Amendment” and called for reinstating the assault weapons ban during a small private fundraiser in New York last week, according to audio of her remarks obtained by the <em>Washington Free Beacon.</em></p>

<p>While Clinton has previously supported an assault weapons ban, this is the first time since launching her campaign that she indicated that she would take on the Supreme Court over gun issues.</p>
<p>Although Clinton did not identify which Supreme Court case she disagreed with, she appeared to be criticizing the landmark 2008 ruling in District of Columbia v. Heller, which found the handgun ban in Washington, D.C., unconstitutional.</p>

<p>“I was proud when my husband took [the National Rifle Association] on, and we were able to ban assault weapons, but he had to put a sunset on so 10 years later. Of course [President George W.] Bush wouldn’t agree to reinstate them,” said Clinton.</p>
<p>“We’ve got to go after this,” Clinton continued. “And here again, the Supreme Court is wrong on the Second Amendment. And I am going to make that case every chance I get.”</p>
<p>She also used some of her strongest language yet to criticize the NRA, vowing to take on the gun rights lobbying group and make this a key component of her campaign.</p>
<p>“I’m going to speak out, I’m going to do everything I can to rally people against this pernicious, corrupting influence of the NRA and we’re going to do whatever we can,” she said.</p>
<p>Clinton argued that the NRA has “so intimidated elected members of Congress and other legislative bodies that these people are passing the most absurd laws.”</p>
<p>“The idea that you can have an open carry permit with an AK-47 over your shoulder walking up and down the aisles of a supermarket is just despicable,” she said.</p>
<p>The comments earned applause at the closed-door fundraiser, and demonstrate Clinton’s efforts to appeal to progressive donors as she faces a growing challenge from the far-left candidate Bernie Sanders, who has been criticized by some liberal observers for his broad support of gun rights.</p>
<p>The Clinton campaign did not respond to questions about the specific areas where Clinton disagrees with the Supreme Court. However, the Heller ruling is considered the most sweeping and controversial second amendment decision made by the highest court in recent years.</p>
<p>The Supreme Court affirmed that the Second Amendment granted gun rights to individuals whether or not they were members of an organized government militia in 2008. That ruling overturned the District of Columbia’s total ban on ownership of handguns and other strict forms of gun control. It also created the legal precedent that continues to influence all federal court rulings related to Second Amendment cases.</p>
<p>The NRA responded to Clinton’s remarks in a statement to the Free Beacon.</p>
<p>“Hillary Clinton just doesn’t get it,” said Chris Cox, the executive director of the NRA’s legislative division. “The NRA’s strength lies in our five million members and the tens of millions of voters who support the Second Amendment. A majority of Americans support this freedom, and the Supreme Court was absolutely right to hold that the Second Amendment guarantees the fundamental, individual right to keep and bear arms.”</p>
<p>The Clinton fundraiser was hosted at the Greenwich Village home of John Zaccaro, a convicted felon. During her remarks, Clinton also proposed the creation of a national infrastructure bank, which she indicated would be modeled on the work done by the Clinton Global Initiative. She did not take questions after her speech.</p>

<p>You might think that Russian are crazy, but the Russian Orthodox have so much zeal for the Cross that they are constructing an entire Christian Orthodox Church, even a Temple as they called it, under the waters of the Black Sea near  Sevastopol. The news was announced by the press service of the Sevastopol deanery of the Russian Orthodox Church.</p>

<p>In a press-service reported that around the cross “will be built the world’s first underwater temple, which will be named the name of Saint Nicholas — patron Saint of sailors”.</p>
<p>“The underwater church will will have icons inside – just like in a real church. Most probably they will be bas-reliefs of icons in stainless steel or stone,” RIA Novosti cites him as saying.</p>

<p>Before the summer season ends, divers also plan to install a table and massive concrete candle holders near the cross. Archimandrite Tikhon also wants to turn the underwater spot into a kind of museum of Crimean history with fragments of ammunition and military ships on site. The exhibits would date back to two of the largest and lengthiest military defense operations in the area – in 1854-1855 and 1941-1942.</p>
