Are Christians being systematically purged from the U.S. military?

By BI: If you are a Bible-believing Christian, there is no place for you in Barack Obama’s version of the U.S. military. Christian service members all over the nation are being disciplined for reading their Bibles, talking about their faith publicly and encouraging others to live a moral lifestyle. And just saying the name of “Jesus” at the wrong place or the wrong time while serving in the military is enough to spark a national controversy.

Things have gotten so bad that dozens of top officers that did not agree with Obama’s views have been forced out of the military in recent years. The U.S. military is being transformed into an overtly anti-Christian institution, and for those of us that are Christians that is a very chilling development.
Perhaps you think that the title of this article is a bit of an exaggeration. Perhaps you think that there is no way things could have gotten that bad. Well, I grew up as a military kid. In those days, the U.S. military was actually quite welcoming to Christians. But now things have completely and totally changed.

For example, just the other day the Washington Times reported that large numbers of Christians are either leaving the military or never joining in the first place because of the “hostile work environment” that currently exists…
Christians are leaving the U.S. military or are discouraged from joining in the first place because of a “hostile work environment” that doesn’t let them express their beliefs openly, religious freedom advocates say.
Michael Berry, senior counsel at the Liberty Institute, a Texas-based legal organization dedicated to defending religious liberty in America, said recent high-profile cases of military chaplains facing punishment for private counseling sessions that reflected the teachings of their religion could cause devout Americans who are qualified for military service to think twice about joining the military.

Because according to the Times, that is exactly what is happening…“People of faith are going to stay away from the military,” said Mr. Berry in an interview with The Washington Times.
“I can’t tell you how many moms and dads I’ve spoken to who say, ‘My son or daughter wants to join the military, [but] in light of what you’ve described, I’m not sure I want to let them join the military anymore,’ and I don’t blame them. I would have serious reservations about my own kids joining,” Mr. Berry said.

Just consider the following two examples which come from Newsmax…In December, a chaplain for a Ranger training battalion was sent an administrative letter of concern after a soldier complained that he had promoted Christianity and used a Bible during a mandatory suicide-prevention training session.
Last month, a Navy chaplain was removed from his job and may lose his career after complaints about his private counseling during which he discouraged homosexuality and sex outside of marriage. You mean a Christian chaplain actually “used a Bible” and “promoted Christianity”? In the old days, doing those things was the very essence of what being a chaplain was all about. How in the world are you supposed to be a chaplain without “using the Bible”? It doesn’t make any sense.<a href="http://shoebat.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/obarmycapture_zpsb7275c3d.jpg"> </a> 
Like I said, the U.S. military is becoming an overtly anti-Christian institution, and it starts at the very top. Since he has been in the White House, Barack Obama has consistently slammed Bible-believing Christians. Obviously he considers them to be among his chief political enemies, and he barely tries to hide his animosity for them. We saw another example of this just recently…

Consider what Obama—who is on record saying “we are no longer a Christian nation,” and who never notes the Islamic identity of murderers or the Christian identity of their victims, and who ignored a recent UN session on Christian persecution—had to say about Christians at the Easter Prayer Breakfast: “On Easter, I do reflect on the fact that as a Christian, I am supposed to love. And I have to say that sometimes when I listen to less than loving expressions by Christians, I get concerned.”
One of the key people that the Obama administration has brought in to advise the Pentagon on matters of faith and the military is an atheist named Mikey Weinstein. Weinstein is the head of the Military Religious Freedom Foundation, and to say that he hates evangelical Christians is a huge understatement. The MRFF is a very insidious organization. It is headed up by a man named Mikey Weinstein. He has called Christians “human monsters” and “enemies of the United States Constitution“. Weinstein is convinced that sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ while in the military is “sedition and treason” and should be punished as such.
With guys like that telling the Pentagon how to treat Christians, no wonder things have gotten so bad. Obama is “fundamentally transforming” the military, and those that aren’t willing to go along are being forced out. But don’t just take my word for it.

Are you starting to get the picture? In addition, specific evangelical Christian groups are often being singled out as “hate groups” during military training sessions around the country. The following is from Fox News… Several dozen U.S. Army active duty and reserve troops were told last week that the American Family Association, a well-respected Christian ministry, should be classified as a domestic hate group because the group advocates for traditional family values.

The briefing was held at Camp Shelby in Mississippi and listed the AFA alongside domestic hate groups like the Ku Klux Klan, Neo-Nazis, the Black Panthers and the Nation of Islam. 
Needless to say, the AFA is not a hate group. But they are Bible-believing Christians that take their faith seriously. For Obama and his minions, that is a very bad thing.
And as I pointed out the other day, we have seen this kind of thing since Obama has been in the White House over and over and over again. Christians are being demonized as “right-wing extremists” and “potential terrorists”, and if this keeps up it won’t be too long until we see overt persecution by the government.
In the old days, Christians loved the military and the military loved Christians. But now they are being set directly at odds with each other, and for those of us that are Bible-believing Christians that has a very ominous ring to it.

An ISIS spokesman by the name of Abu Karimah Indonesi, who is from Indonesia, sent out this <a href="http://www.smh.com.au/world/indonesian-islamic-state-fighter-calls-for-lone-wolf-attacks-on-christians-20150807-giugs1.html" target="_blank">message</a> to the Islamic world, calling for the murder of Christians, encouraging them to run over Christians with cars and get it on film:

Indonesian fighters who have joined Islamic State in Syria are using social media to encourage fellow jihadists back home to murder Christians by any means necessary.
There are some 23 million Christians in Indonesia, as well as large numbers of tourists – including many Australians – visiting places such as Bali who are also followers of the faith and could be targets of such “lone wolf” attacks. 
In September last year, IS spokesman Abu Muhammad al-Adnani urged supporters to kill “non-believers” in response to US-led air strikes against its forces.

But one Indonesian fighter in Syria – who goes by the nom de guerre Abu Karimah Indonesi – has urged other radical Islamists to do the same.
In an exchange with a fellow jihadist apparently frustrated by his inability to travel to Syria, Abu Karimah gives advice on “jihad made easy”.
Asked by an Indonesian-based jihadist if weapons are needed, he replies: “Our leader makes jihad easy for you. Kill any salibis you can find. Salibis can be easily found.”
Salibis is a favoured word of jihadists to denote “followers of the cross”, or Christians.
“Process your target. The bigger the better. But if it’s difficult, it’s more important in jihad to simplify and do it sooner,” the instructions continue. 
“You can use anything. For example, a car. Video the process … run them over while passing.”
The call to film the murder also mimics advice by IS spokesman Adnani given in September.
The urging of the random, opportunistic and low-tech attacks comes as Indonesia 
grapples with a surge of its citizens pledging allegiance to IS, which has yet to be outlawed in the country.
Thousands of Indonesians have believed to have taken the oath of devotion to IS while between 300 and 700 Indonesians have travelled to Syria to join jihadists and the self-proclaimed caliphate.

A Christian girl in Pakistan was captured by Muslims and told to convert to Islam. She affirmed that she would never deny Christ and would never accept Allah. The Muslims sold her into sex slavery and the Muslims who bought her did something truly sinister to her: they tied her to a tree and took turns anally raping her. This went on for weeks. They then cut a hole on her anus and then raped her through the wound. It was truly horrifying what happened to this girl. Our organization, Rescue Christians, paid for her medical bills and are still helping her go through the psychological scars that she has had to endure.

Coca-Cola Spending Millions To Fund A Study Saying That Diet Doesn’t Affect Weight Gain

There are a variety of factors that have created this situation, namely the fact that most mainstream experiments are funded by government agencies or corrupt corporations.
A perfect example of this dynamic was <a href="http://fortune.com/2015/08/10/coke-weight-loss/">reported recently in Fortune Magazine,</a> showing that Coca-Cola is putting millions of dollars forward to fund a scientific study that will indirectly promote and defend their product. Coca-Cola sought out researchers that have an established belief that diet does not affect weight gain to the extent that most people think it does. The researchers argue that the key to staying slim is exercise and not diet.
Steven N. Blair, one of the researchers recently hired by coke, is the vice president of a group called the Global Energy Balance Network, which argues against a diet-based approach to weight loss.
“Most of the focus in the popular media and in the scientific press is, ‘Oh they’re eating too much, eating too much, eating too much’ — blaming fast food, blaming sugary drinks and so on. And there’s really virtually no compelling evidence that that, in fact, is the cause,” Blair said.
Now Blair and his fellow researchers have a $5.5 million dollar investment from Coke, to create a scientific study that will undoubtedly have the results that they want to see.
While experts have a hard time seeing this problem at work throughout the entire scientific industry, this study is even raising alarms with health experts who place their trust in science.
Marion Nestle, author, and a professor of nutrition, food studies and public health at New York University, pointed out in an interview with the New York Times, that this is obviously a scheme to <a href="http://www.trueactivist.com/what-happens-to-our-body-after-drinking-coca-cola/">improve Coke’s image.</a>
“The Global Energy Balance Network is nothing but a front group for Coca-Cola. Coca-Cola’s agenda here is very clear: Get these researchers to confuse the science and deflect attention from dietary intake,” Nestle said.
This seems to be a long term strategy for Coke, as this is not the first scientific study that they have funded and promoted. Earlier this year they published a number of pieces online for American Hearth Month, which suggested that a mini can of Coke could be a “healthy treat” that is actually good for you. Those pieces were largely rejected, so it seems that the company may be toning down their propaganda.
Coke has continued to face a number of <a href="http://www.trueactivist.com/coca-cola-facing-major-financial-challenges-as-sales-steadily-decline/">financial challenges</a> as sales continue to fall, and people become more health conscious.

Dr Robert Jedicke, of the University of Hawaii Institute for Astronomy, believes a number of mini-moons not visible from Earth with the naked eye are in temporary orbit of our planet. And he claims to have already conclusively identified one tiny moon that orbited us, adding: “only one is known, it’s not fictional.” The three-metre wide baby moon called 2006 RH120 was observed in 2006 and orbited Earth for about a year before it shot back to the asteroid belt. Dr Jedicke then used specialist computer programmes to calculate the likelihood that other asteroids and space rocks had been lured in by Earth’s gravity. The paths of more than 10 million asteroids were examined before he concluded that at any time there would always be at least one tiny moon orbiting Earth.
